My nephew had such a great time at his party! They provided food, drinks, mini make your own sundae’s, cups, plates(which they tried their best to match the party theme, sonic). They decorated our space with marquee light up letters for his name and a #7 for his age. Everyone commented how nice that was- It made for a cute picture spot and a place to set gifts. The staff was attentive, place was clean and the food was good (we especially loved the chicken strips and fries). I was pleasantly suprised by the arcade; which they provided an arcade card for each party goer. We will definitely be back for future parties!

My daughter was invited to a birthday party here. Both her and I bowled and we really enjoyed ourselves. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked one employee Fran for her name. She went out of her way to ensure we really had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this location and we will be back again soon!

I absolutely loved my time here . On Tuesday they have a deal where games are 3.33 some drinks are 3.33 and tacos are 3.33. I got to do night time bowling and I had fun . I ordered a lot of food and it was kind of a disappointment the pizza didn't taste that good and didn't feel like it was cooked all the way . The wings I had purchased boneless and traditional we very salty couldn't even finish them and the tacos I order had no sauce on them they were suppose to have a quest sauce on them it was plain as ever . It's a great place to go just not such a great place to eat unfortunately. Broke my heart kind of .I wanted to find a new spot to bowl and hang out and eat but I guess I will have to eat before I go . I would still recommend this place for bowling specials .

We used to bowl league here years ago and decided to come to West Allis to recreate a bit of our anniversary since this is where we started dating. It was a fun afternoon. The wait to close out and pricing wasn't great, but other than that, we did enjoy ourselves.

This was such an amazing experience. I was there for my older sisters birthday and we had such a fun time! We even had some drinks and the guy was super sweet to add strawberry puré to my beverage. (I ABSOLUTELY LOVE strawberries) He did not disappoint. I enjoyed it, and everyone enjoyed their drinks, too. Really great atmosphere. Highly recommend! (YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING! You did awesome at training them!)

I'd rate 3.5. A little rundown, not much selection of bowling balls, the computer malfunctions and takes awhile to get assistance, but it's a decent place to bowl and have drinks.

We come here weekly with a larger group to bowl. Management and staff are always extremely kind, accommodating, and patient with our special needs group. They don't need to look out for them, but they always do, and without hesitation. We appreciate staff that go out of their way to say hello to our participants and make sure they have a good time. If you want a great place to have some fun at, this is the place to be! We choose them over any other bowling alley.

We had had a middle school bowling tournament. It was right here. I like it, we won both matches, lanes are cool, food and drink are great. I will go here again if given the choice.

This place has become a second home for me. Growing up, I bowled weekly in leagues in Minnesota. The staff and lanes (coupled with the wonderful folks at Bowlers HQ) have rekindled my love for bowling. There are plenty of league opportunities for bowlers of all skill levels, as well as options such as the summer pass where you can bowl 3 games a day w/ shoe rental all summer. The food is also great. And no, I don't work here although I greatly appreciate the staff that do!

$25/person all night bowling after to 1 am is great. Drinks were good. We ordered the platter and the pizza. The pizza left a bit to be desired. Overall great place but can get really busy.

Some of the staff are a bit rude, like they don’t care. Don’t understand why they work at a bowling alley if they don’t want to be attentive.The female bartender was a little rude Friday night.. Had a fun time with my family for their Saturday night special. It was fairly busy so it was a bit difficult to find a bowling ball in the weight/size we wanted, but we managed fine and had an awesome evening.

Hadn't been bowling in many years. Decided to take my daughter and her two friends and their father. 2 games. 5 people, 1 pizza and 3 small sodas for the kids and a beer for each of us. I almost hit the floor when I got the bill for $165.00!!!!!!!!! Shoe rental is $5.60 a person! Each game of bowling was $6.00!!! That is ridiculous!! This is why hardly anybody was there! Pretty sad when Classic Lanes on Layton Ave offers the SAME PACKAGE for $24.00!! 2 games, shoe rental and a pizza AND a picture of soda! Shame on you AMF! The service was great, and the pizza was decent. However, I cannot justify doing that EVER again for that price, especially when times are tough. I wish they had their prices posted when you walk in as far as costs. UPDATE!!!I did speak to the very nice Manager after the fact and she stated I should've been provided a lane cost card. I also should have looked for a groupon offer before I went. This is a nice place to bowl and have fun, just will go the groupon route next time!

Bowling was great. Staff nice but when I needed help setting up the computer, they were unresponsive. My son figured it out. Bartender was nice. However, they had the worst pizza I ever tasted.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing night at AMF. OH MY GOD! This place was AMAZING. The food was pretty good, my girlfriend enjoyed the drinks, and she enjoyed the bartender. Additionally, the workers were so nice, friendly, and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of the entire night. Long story short, I was really excited to use my first owned bowling ball that I had in storage, but when I arrived to bowl, it was cracked all over before I could use it. The workers at AMF literally blessed me with new content (bowling ball and etc.) and I couldn’t be anymore blessed. They knew how devastated I was about my first owned bowling ball being destroyed and they made my night GREAT. Everyone ROCKS at this place, PERIOD. Thank you, AMF. See you all VERY soon! 😄

I normally don't give positive reviews unless really good service. The entire staff was really nice both when entering and leaving. Perfect infection control, I always saw staff cleaning. Really fair pricing. We will be going back.

The Leagues are amazing, the House is great for family friends to come let loose and mingle. Just so you are aware the company now charges a 18% service fee for bar staff as a tip, company policy now. But the staff is amazing over worying about corporate standards, the staff makes me come back to the house I Grew up in Red Carpet Lanes!!!

Staff was amazing. It was quite a busy day for a Saturday after 8pm and they did a great job getting us lanes. Everyone was very polite we had a huge group and we were accommodated without any issues. Thank you guys so much for the excellent service. House staff is very friendly, and hiccups with lane functionalities are fixed quickly. There is also a great weight range in the bowling balls for people who may not be able to hurl 10+lbs down the lane.

We went on a Friday evening. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a few issues with our lane throughout the night, but the staff was on top of it. Lots for the kids to do, the environment and other customers were all in a good mood and having a good time. The staff seems to space the lanes and visitors well. Music was at the right volume to be present but not in your face. My only issue was at the end the cost for all was a bit higher then I expected for two frames for a family of four and a few drinks. If you told me that was 3 frames apiece and a small value game card I would have walked out happy. I will be back, but with coupons or during a know deal/savings event.

We stopped into AMF for the night time Glow Bowl (after 9pm). There was a little bit of a wait for a lane and rental shoes, which is no big deal. The employees behind the bar looked overwhelmed, but got our drinks out decently quick. We passed on ordering food after being told there was over an hour wait, two separate times. It only costs 20 bucks a person for unlimited games, which isn't a bad deal, but I would recommend not coming hungry! Overall it was a fun time and I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Always has been my favorite spot for bowling. The manager we had was very kind and eager to know how she could make our experience better, which I really appreciated. And then the food we had was actually quite good as well. Not 5 star restaurant quality food, but it was enjoyable and presented well. I went for a birthday and had reserved our spot and food. Being said, having reserved the area for a party they had very cute decorations put out at our lanes and it really went a long way in making the occasion feel just a little more special.

I coordinated the premiere package for my brothers bachelor party on 10/16. The service, set up, food, and drinks were all fantastic. All for a very affordable price.

We ordered food a drinks. I ordered chicken tenders and a soda. When I received the soda it was only 2/3 full. When our food came it, the lady that brought out the food on a cart dropped a chicken tender and then tried to use a napkin and hand it to me. I told her we will just take a different one. Thankfully they came out with a new one.. but it was kind of gross of her to try and give me the one she dropped. All in all we spent 150$ for 4 people (3 adults 1 kid) and food. Not great. Not the most horrible experience.

Took my daughter to bowl and we had a blast! One game aint bad, but if u play 2 or more it cost a pretty penny. I loved the man at the counter. He helped us without me even asking, they also handed out a free game card with $10 on it to play some games. That was sweet and a great perk. I come here every few months.

I'm new to bowling and joined a league with a good buddy of mine not really knowing what to expect. So far, so good. The employees (including the manager) are incredibly friendly and always seem to have a smile. The facility is cleaner than an average bowling alley. My only complaints would be of them running out of tap beer prior to a league night and the bottles are a bit too pricey.

I met a dude here in the parking lot to look at his boat from FB marketplace. Not sure why he was scared to have me look at his boat at his house...its not like someone is gonna rob you of your boat. I should be the one scared to meet at his house since I was showing up with $3k in cash, but nonetheless I suggested meeting at his house to save him the trouble of hauling it. Weird. He seemed like a pretty normal dude, but I guess he was kinda paranoid. Anyway, I didn't go into the bowling alley but it was packed af on a Saturday at like 11am so that place must be awesome!

Bowling experience was fine however the arcade cards are another issue. You must go to front counter and wait in the line to buy a card. You must also go to front counter and wait in the line to refill cards. I must have wasted close to an hour of my bowling time trying to get my son a card and refill it later on. If there was a sign at front desk I would have purchased one right away. Bad gig there.

This bowling alley received a facelift a few years ago and looks pretty good. The servers are always friendly and provide good service. My one complaint is that a few of the lanes break down frequently. But a few out of 40+ lanes isn't bad, right?

Maybe I'm getting older, but I dont remember bowling costing $35 for three people to bowl one game. Facility was nice, shoes were newer but balls were pretty well worn. Really overpriced for a short family outing.

Bowling is a great American Pastime... or so ive been told. To be honest, I just wanted quality time with the kids. 2 games plus shoe rental, for 4 people... 70$... seems a little steep. Also, my 10 year old niece wanted bumpers up when she bowled. But in the facility the bumpers have to be up for all players, or none. We ended up doing one game without bumpers, and one with bumpers... but it kinda took the fun out of it for the older kids. The lanes were well cared for. My rental shoes were in tatters. It was difficult to find balls my kids could use. But this was the only local bowling alley that was open on New Years Day. In the end I just don't think bowling is our 'thing' ***Update: I still don't think bowling is my thing... but life hack 4 parents: ask for 2 lanes- then u can have one for players who want bumpers, and one for players who dont.

Staff is friendly, quality of the lanes is average, service is very slow. Frequent mechanical problems with the lanes, and it the whole place could use a deep cleaning. But it's probably exactly what you'd expect for a bowling alley chain. A little too expensive for what you are getting, but hey, you want to bowl, so it is what it is.

Bowling at AMF West makes for an awesome time. On Fridays they offer a deal for all you can bowl during their Moonlight times. The lights are turned down and the music blasting making it a fun time.

Of the remaining bowling alleys in the Milwaukee county area, AMF West is by far the nicest. Additionally, there are always discounts available for families that can be found online or through groupon, that make bowling an affordable activity to get everyone out of the house and moving

Not a huge fan of this place. Beer is expensive, bowling is pricy, and there lanes are in rough shape. That said, most bowling alleys are the same way nowadays.
