Great family fun place. Bowling, games and carnival rides. Arcade games, bumper cars, Mini golf, go karts and simulator ride. Have your birthday Pizza party there. Snack bar and restaurant also. Kiddie park with climbing maze and bouncy house. All ages will enjoy. Loved it. Beer served as well.

Great place to take the whole family and have FUN!!I liked the fact that it’s huge inside,and has plenty of games to choose from. Everything seem to be spotless, till I went to restrooms, it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week!! It smelled very bad, toilets were disgustingly dirty, that’s the only reason I’ll rate it a (4stars). Other than that if staff can be more aware of cleaning the restrooms it would be great!!

Awesome family and lots for the kids to do. First time visiting had a blast. If you want family laughs and fun come and see for yourself. Staff was friendly and we had no issues. Facilities were clean and the areas within were all well maintained.

Fun times with the family at Malibu Jack's. We hit the go carts up and the 18 hole par 46 mini golf course. Now either I need to lose weight or I got the slow cart but I was wearing out that boost button to get my whip up to speed. The golf course was fun on the back 9 with some fun holes that presented some challenges and beautiful scenery. My putter was on fire and had me 2 putting most holes. I felt a little guilty about beating my family but they'll get over it. Fun place where you can be a kid with your kid if you know what I mean.

Don’t tell the kids, parents have just as much fun here! I dont recall ever going to an indoor amusement park and the kid in me had to visit while in KY. We will definitely be back! There were so many activities that we couldn’t do them all in a few hours. I really liked the virtual reality shooting game ride. Please be aware that there is a height restriction on the rides for safety reasons but that shouldn’t stop you from visiting. The indoor play area is HUGE, like you could lose your kid if you dont closely watch them. Fortunately there is only one exit with a staff member securing it. You could spend hours in just the play area. Last thing, the pizza was actually really good. I would almost go there for just the pizza if it weren’t too crowded. Highly impressed with this establishment.

Great place to take the big and little kids for a day of wild fun! Food is good, rides a hoot and games, games, games to keep them busy all day! They have military discounts as well! Highly recommend!

Malibu Jack's is a great place for young kids. They have a roller coaster, mini golf, kiddie karting, an enormous arcade, party rooms, laser tag, bumper cars, dark theater, Halogate... The one thing that seemed odd to me is that NOBODY was bowling. 20 lanes and not one single bowler. Weird. (The lanes looked fine.)

Malibu Jacks is extremely kid-friendly and the staff is amazing as well. An overall 5/5 stars! Would recommend this place to anyone who with children of all ages. By far the Dark Side XD was the kids favorite.

First indoor amusement park we had seen so my husband and I went in to see if it was the kind of place our kids would love. Right away it had the feel of Dave and busters that has been taken up a notch with the addition of rides. I found it way less noisy but it wasn't too crowded. We learned it isn't just a place to let the kids play while the parents have a drink or a bite to eat. You have that option but we got into it, playing several games ourselves We had a blast, without wasting ungodly amounts of money. We said halfway in well we can get prizes for them at least. This didn't happen as they had some cool retro items we had to have. Looks like we'll just have to return with them next visit.

The games and rides were great! However when we went to redeem the tickets we got our son the star projector lamp and I’m pretty disappointed with it We plugged it in and it started to get warm it started to smell like ashes, we just tossed it and took the loss. Please if you take your kids here DO NOT get the star projector lamp!! Just over all cheap and dangerous!!

5 minutes alone

It's a fun place for kids and adults to spend time together. There is arcades and a few small coasters. There is also a toddler place and a playground for kids close to 2 years and older. The only annoying thing is that the actual rides they have have such a high limit on how tall a child has to be to ride them. Most of them your child has to be 36 inches+ high, even on the smallest of rides. For any child 3 years and younger, it's very limited on what they can do here. They can only go to two places in this building if your child is 3 years and younger. I know my child can handle a small ride if I was with him or even alone, but this place is very limited.

The ride all day deal is great. The game prices are more than high so be prepared. 20 bucks a kid did not last long. Our only real complaint was the laser tag. The number one thing we took them for. And its an hour in between each 10 min game. No reset takes that long. And you had to sign up for them in advance without any thing posted saying so. So being there from open to 5pm, they only got to play twice. 6 hours-2 games. Not equitable. Other than that it was good.

We had my son's 4th birthday party here and we had a blast!! It was reasonably priced and the pizza was great quality and hot from the restaurant. 1.5 hours in the cabana space was not long enough in my opinion, but that's the only complaint I have! We got an attraction for the entire day included in the party package which made it even better. Emily was amazing at explaining everything for us and she even helped decorate. Would definitely recommend this place for kids of all ages.

A lot of the games and attractions were not working or there was no attendant there to work the ride. My children were asked to leave the bouncy park because a child vomited in one of the bouncy houses (which was totally understandable and NOT AT ALL MALIBU JACK'S FAULT). However, my children were then stuck on one of the rides for about 20 minutes because the power went out on the ride and they were unable to lock the cars to let the riders off. Only one basketball game was working so you couldn't play against someone else - which is what everyone wants to do. Many of the attendants either had very bad attitudes, were playing on their phones or knew people there and was distracted by playing and talking to their friends/family. Just rude all the way around! It was just a complete mess! We've been coming to Malibu Jack's for a while and we're seeing it go downhill right before our eyes. We used to love it but now I'm petty sure we won't be back for a while. We left without letting our kids purchase anything with the tickets on their game cards. It was just so frustrating and exhausting that everyone - including the kids - were ready to go.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was such a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pizza was good, and the kids had an absolute blast. When we arrived I let the person who checked us in know that we’d have a couple more kids than expected and need to purchase more cards. She just switched us to the step up birthday plan and saved us money and it was really easy. Thank you for a great experience!

This place has a little of everything. We went on a Saturday night so it was pretty busy, long lines for certain attractions. Bowling was a 40 min wait, but lots of fun. Bounce area was a little too busy unfortunately, but looked like fun. Lots of arcade games, pretty pricey for what it is, but I'm sure everything is anymore. I love that we have an indoor escape during the winter so we can get out of the house and have some fun.

Everything they have is almost what it's supposed to be. Indoor go-karts? Electric and small. Mini golf? Simple and small. Laser tag? One floor that you can see end to end in. But for what it is, my daughter and I had a good time. We had soft pretzels and they tasted like they were stale. The staff at the front and the staff at the food counter were very friendly though. It also seems like a very safe environment. The party rooms look great.

Always lots of fun here. They have a large indoor playground for kids, a ton of games, and a large selection of food. They also have a pretty fun putt putt course and a couple of indoor rides including a screen-based one with seats that move.

My wife and I were looking for a fun place to kick back and relax as Part of her birthday weekend. The arcade games are reasonably priced with good ticket payout and it's very clean. Plus the decor looks fantastic!

My kids absolutely love this place! We spent got the bundle package with $30 in bonus money and literally were entertained all day long. We did putt putt, go karts, my daughter rode the coaster, and we played games to our hearts content. Definitely recommend this place for families of all ages, they have all types of budget options! The only complaint is the staff was pretty rude and many of the arcade games were not working. We will return for sure!

GREAT place if you have kids. Arcade, mini golf, go-karts, bowling, rides, kids play area, laser tag, VR games & rides, party areas, food, bar. You name it! This place has it all! Thought we were gonna need to load our attraction card with a bunch of money. Bought $100 card, spent $20 lol, and we there for over 4 hours and had a blast! DEFINITELY bring the kids here🙌🏽 we'll be back for sure!

Pros: -good gaming and arcade system -fun games with everything that my family loved -minigolf, racecars, food, lasers, and a lot of arcade -prizes and nice people with manners Cons: -not a lot tixkets to earn at A LOT of machines, but a few for me(pixel chase and ticket grab) were really profitable -the prizes are not broad with lots of selection. Most are barbies, guns, and candy. There should be more things for teens and possibly grown-ups. But overall this place is very nice and fun for family. I revommend going right when it opens toavoid the crowd. Loved it!

Pros - The place is clean, and you can get an Icee. Cons - none of the tech worked: No laser tag, the halo game, and none of the VR worked at all. Apparently, they were waiting for “maintenance” to show up to fix those things, but no one was around who could get things working. - Management hadn’t set up the “Unlimited” button at the register, so we had to purchase the “pay as you go” passes, which turned out to be a good thing since so many of the games were down. I would have done the go carts, those looked fun, but my card ran out of cash. If the high-end games/VR and laser tag were up, they could have earned a 5. As it is, management needs to get on the stick and make sure things work, particularly on a holiday weekend.

We stopped in to check it out knowing that we had only an hour. They have some fun rides, games, laser tag and golfing. Everything cost quite a bit except golf- I don’t think $7 a game is too unreasonable. We let our son ride one carnival type ride. The guy scanned the passes with the funds on them and let everyone take their seats on the ride and then left the area for a good 15 or so minutes without warning. He eventually came back and the ride was fun but not sure it was worth $5 per ride. If this review helped you decide, please hit the like button!

This place was SO amazing. TWO indoor go cart tracks, a really fun indoor ride that you would expect at an amusement park kind of like the tilt a whirl, but it goes up and down and forward and backward REALLY fast, GIANT laser tag arena, bouncy house park with quite a few big bouncy houses, lots of arcade games, miniature golf, 3D roller coaster rides, and decent prizes for the tickets you earn playing games. I just can't say enough about how cool this place is. It wasn't outrageously expensive either. They had really good deals on multiple things/games, and there was plenty of room for the crowd that was there on a rainy Sunday afternoon over spring break. They also have a restaurant/snack bar with a Good variety of things to choose from and lots of room for parents to sit back and relax while the kids play. So glad I found this place!!! If you like to have fun, you DEFINITELY have to check this place out. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Louisville with the kids.

This place is awesome and CLEAN! The inside looks like "paradise" is what my 7 yr old said! Ideal for children 5 yrs old and up. My 7 and 9 year old had a blast. Many activities to choose from. Friendly helpful staff, food was good. The place is big enough to were even though it was busy it wasn't hectic. Definitely recommend and will return!

First visit to a Malibu Jack's facility and I'll admit, for being open in the middle of the pandemic, their place was enjoyable even with new covid protocol in place. I did go in mid-afternoon hours so this huge indoor theme park had more than enough elbow room with hardly anyone around during that time frame. It made me feel much more comfortable in a public setting with my kids knowing the risk was much lower from exposure with very few people around. There were sanitation stations throughout the place and signs to remind everyone of cleanliness guidelines. We used the hand sanitizer that was available after handling each arcade game. After a round of the fun indoor go karts, we took a turn on trying out the Dark Side 4D motion theater (super fun and highly recommend!). I didn't mind waiting a couple minutes to hop in a chair because the staff wanted to make sure all was thoroughly sanitized. We also had a small lunch there and food was good. I also really like that everything you do is from a swipe of a cash card that you can reload and pay into. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try everything out. There were a few amusement rides that seemed cool. I really wanted to try the VR simulator, minigolf, and bowling. The kids never wanted to leave.. Maybe next time! Overall, it's clean, upkeep is superb, staff is friendly, decent food, good fun, and it's much needed during these trying times. I look forward to coming back soon and so do my boys! Big thanks to the staff there that put in the hard work to ensure everyone's health and wellness safety.

They have plenty of games and things to do for the kids. It seems to be a bit overpriced and there was a decent amount of broken machines when we took our son there. Some of the employees were a bit unpleasant but overall it's a good place to take your kids for them to have fun.

I'm a break it down in to section because this place offers alot. Arcades: I would give this place a 5 star if it wasn't for this section. Most claw games were empty, not working or set up so that you couldn't even reach the prizes. Also a good hand full or two of the arcades had errors and were unplayable. Upside Most were pretty cheap. A price range of .75 to 1.75 from what I've noticed. Prize Area: This place had on of the biggest prices areas I've seen ever. They offered alot of choices but be ready to have alot of tickets. I think with how busy they get the should have 4 behind the counter instead of 2. I waited I'm line for like 15 min before I could check out. Putt putt: Well lade out and looked amazing. I love the water fall you could walk under that was pretty cool. My kiddo played for free because of his age. Roller Coaster: This is really a kid coaster. It was fun taking my kiddo on he really enjoyed it. I believe this ride is $5 or $8 a person. Sorry I can't remember V.R center: This cost $7 per person for one game. I liked this attraction alot. It felt smooth and it was really intense. I recommend the zombie mode. Indoor playland: THIS WAS PROBABLY THIS BEST THING FOR MY KID. I spent $10 to get him in and he played for hours. The indoor play area is pretty massive and has 3 bounce houses. The area pretty clean beside all of the micro germs lol. Concession stand: I didn't order from here food seemed a bit pricey. If I remember a grilled cheese was $12. So that all I have on that. Everything above is what I got to experience while I was there. They also offer Lazer tag, go kart, bowling, bummer cars, and one other ride that spins.

This is a pretty cool place, it is on the pricey side but not too pricey if that makes sense. My family and I only did certain things which was bowling for $5 and that included one game and shoes! We did the Wave ride which was $5 also and that is the absolute best attraction that they have there!!!!! We did the Twist and shout ride which is also $5. Clean establishment! Family friendly for sure! Pretty good pizza available! Have fun guys!! Warning..the lady named Yolanda who works at the service desk was secretly impatient with customers..mumbling under her breath...I heard her say that people need to hurry up and get out of other people's way... really...these are children... children who see multiple toys and candy so they are gonna be undecided. I don't understand why people get these customer service jobs when they are not people friendly. Do better Yolanda!

This was a fun stop to keep our kids busy while on vacation. Miniature golf was fun and challenging. The playground area in the back is really big and was a nice way to tire out the kids. There are games for both kids and adults. We didn’t ride any of the rides even though the kiddos wanted to nor did we have any of the food.

Great place for kids! My daughter and niece love coming here. There is plenty for them to do. The will spend hours just playing in the play area. We rather drive the hour to play at Malibu Jacks than go 5 minutes down the road to Mr Gattis. We are thinking about having her next birthday here. I would definitely try this place out.

This place is a blast to be at, It really helped me unwind after a long work week. I'd recommend going later in the evening when it's less busy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was of how soon everything shut down, I wish they went a little later into the night for night owls like myself and my friends.

Fun New Peaceful exciting place for kids of all ages. kids loved it, new, exiting and unlike most of the usual kid places we have here. theres a really cool play yard area for kids under 5. its fenced in, supervised and secured. theres a general fee for this area for all day play. for less than $10 you can bring kid under 5 and let them play all day long while you sit on the sideline and read a book while knowing theyre secure. theres no time limit for this area at all and it was rather peaceful, set up like a beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, all i was missing was my margarita!!! a little more pricey for bigger kids, they give you a game card and those games range from 25cents to 2 dollars. bumper cars, laser tag, golf are all extra. still after taking 5 kids with 2 half price tickets i purchased on groupon I ended up spending $150 and they had a blast. i would spend the same amount a chucky cheese, just for them to say this place is for stupid babies... says the stupid baby lol. i loved it, could go every day but not at that amount of money for a few hours. would love to see cheaper prices or family packs, other wise it was great.

My kids loved the roller coaster rides and the racing games. My kids are 5 and 9 and they thought this was the best experience. I will say the prizes from the tickets are a little bit expensive if you don’t want to spend a lot of money to play games. But other than that it was perfect.

One of the best indoor theme parks in louisville. Me and my 5yr old go on wensdays when all games are 50% off. Decent variety of games and the indoor rides and play place are awesome. It reminds me of discovery zone from the 90s! We love it! My only complaint is the crane games. Granted they are fairly priced only costing 50 cents but be prepared for disappointment. We grabbed 5 different stuffed animals numberous times only for them to get released halfway to the drop zone. With that said if you stick to the arcade games and rides you cant go wrong! All and all 9 out of 10.

The reason I am leaving a 5 star review is for their customer service! I did not love their prices at all but their workers were incredibly kind and patient to this MJ newbie. If you have trouble thinking on the spot in an over stimulating environment with your kids hanging on you and begging to go play, check out the way they do their pricing prior to going. I had no idea you have to pay for each individual event and they do not sell unlimited bands which is what I was planning on buying (not their fault, I should have done my homework). I wish I would have asked the young mans name working the virtual realty headset gaming center- he really took his time with my kids explaining everything to them and making sure they were comfortable for gaming. He even logged into their game and played with them which they loved. Last but not least, at the same visit, my 7 year old really wanted to play a basketball game they have there which is similar to a fair basketball game with the tall hoop and long net. I knew he wasn’t tall enough to even get the ball close to the rim. The worker must have overheard us and offered to let my son “practice shoot” prior to using our tokens on the game so we didn’t waste our money. So, I’ll definitely be back despite it being expensive. The customer service was excellent and everyone treated us with a lot of respect!

I bring my nephew here fairly often, and he loves it! He requests we go here every time we are out! He can play in the Bounce Beach area safely for hours for just $10. I like that I can chill and wait and watch out for him near the entrance and not worry about him leaving without me! Fun!

The new location is far better than the old. They have added lots of new games, several new carnival type rides, and will soon have a chic cafe to eat at. Most games are on the expensive side since they are so new. The new mini coaster they have is awesome!

Great new location inside the old Walmart. Looks a lot more like Lexington's location now. They're still getting some stuff up like the kids play area, so we missed that today. They will also have bowling soon. There are a lot more rides including a pirate ship, bumper cars for all ages, and a roller coaster. More games are a plus. Still the old stuff we like too from the old location. This place has a lot more to do now and is great on half price fame Wednesday's. A treat for the whole family

Kids play area is great with so many tunnels and slides. The arcade and ride area was good but could have been better if all the machines would have been working. There were quite a few machines that were out of order. I even got the top score on skee ball and it didn't reward me the accumulative jackpot. The mini golf course is better than the old one and always fun to play. My son had fun with his friend so all the little things that didn't work out or wasn't working didn't really matter in the end. I have always enjoyed Malibu Jack's and will continue to enjoy it in the future.

Our first time at Malibu Jack's was great. It was huge and very spaced out so it didn't feel cramped or busy. It was also very clean and the cost was reasonable. The only reason I took a star away is because a lot of the arcade games were out of order - so much so that I wouldn't have put as much money on my card had I noticed that beforehand. Would be 5/5 easy if the machines were fixed.

Went to Malibu Jack's with Skyler and Grandma....we played so many games...had a blast...the Zombie virtual reality shooter game was amazing...we arrived around 7:00pm and stayed until 8:30pm....not very crowded...expect to spend at least $100.00 if you want to have a good time with 3 people for about an hour and a half!! Had vanilla Dippin Dots, a blue icee, nachos, and a hot dog for just under $15.00!! We will definitely go back again for more adventures!!

It's certainly fun, but also $$$. The arcade games will eat your paycheck alive, mainly because the kids love them but they are very expensive. Once in awhile this is OK but I couldn't go here even once a month at these game prices. Whenever they decide to make the video games .25 or .50 instead of $1.75 or $2 per shot, then we could come back a lot more.

This place was a lot of fun and has something for all ages which is great, just be prepared to spend a pretty penny when you come. Arcade games $1.00+, and all the attractions are $8-$10 (on average). So, with a family of 4 it can be expensive. Pizza was really good too!

Gym area was a lot of fun with the bounce houses and lots of things to climb on… my toddler LOVED the rides I liked that we could ride with her … the food was way too expensive but it was really delicious. The place looked awesome! We were all so excited to see everything. But.. The staff were all rude. Everyone and anyone I talked to or asked a question to got an attitude with me. Most the games were broke. The machines to refill the card were all broke so had to stand in a very long line to refill. Which we know with kids with us at a place like this ain’t the best idea. And at ticket time we were clearly next and waiting at the glass case and got skipped 2-3 times while the workers knew we were next and even acknowledged us. But the options of games and things to do is cool tho. Just fix the machines and staff and it will be very 5 star worthy.

This place is Awesome!!! Great for a family Outing!!! They have indoor rides, Go carts, mini Golf, Virtual reality games and a great arcade with several games to choose from!!! They also have a Bowling alley and a mini bar that is cut off from the kid activities, which is very cool! The staff there is great, we lost our keys due to the rollercoaster they have and they were more than willing to help us. They stopped the next group from getting on to immediately look under the ride and as soon as they found the keys they brought them up front!! Thinking of a place to go. Malibu jacks is the place to be!

Went on a Friday night. It was the first time my family and I have been there. The place was mostly packed but really no waits in lines, with plenty activities to do. And The place was clean. The issues that we experienced were some of the rides and games were closed for charging. Also the staff were sometimes rude. We wanted to play laser tag. The next game for laser tag was at 9:30. So we came back around 9:20 to purchase tickets but now the next one stated the next game was at 10:00 now. So we went ahead and purchased tickets for the 10:00 and waited. At 9:50 we went back to the laser tag and it was now closed. Two employees were at the stand but said that laser tag was closed due to short staff. Now I do understand that places are understaffed. But I think they should honor the already purchased tickets. Overall games were fun but overpriced. We will probably give this place a second chance.

We visited with our kids, 12-15. The food was good and not outrageously priced. The 5 of us ate lunch (pizza & drinks) for < 25$! We found the games/attractions to be way more fun than expected! The 4D theatre game made all of us jump and scream. The go karts were a blast (especially the turbo button). Hubby and I played mini golf and found that the course was beautiful. The facility was very clean and felt very safe. Afterwards, the kids could not stop talking about how much fun they had....and neither could my husband and I.

Only complaint is some of the games were not in working order and took money off our card. Bowling was a great price ($25 an hour got us 4 whole games between the two of us.) we paid $60 worth of arcade game play and it lasted hours (about $1-$2 per game.) was great! Family friendly and couple friendly.

Really fun place for kids of all ages! The best deal for little ones is the bouncy house area. For $5 the kids get to bounce for 45 minutes. My kids love the bumper cars, putt putt golf, 3D rides and all the games. The bowling looks fun, but we have not tried that. I think it is kept very clean.

Great place to take the kids! The only thing I disliked was they charged me on certain rides and my 3 year old because she HAD to be with someone over 18. I just don't see why you would charge for the adult when the child is big enough to ride. I wish they offered and unlimited option. Over all I loved it! I do think they should offer Food and drinks before 4pm or allow you to bring drinks in until then. My kids were super thirsty from running around and the food court wasn't available until then. Everything was super reasonable in my opinion besides some of the 3$ games. Bathrooms were clean and it was very well kept! I was also super appreciative of them not saying anything about us not wearing masks.

This was not a planned destination for our family trip but it was located near our hotel. What a great experience for our kids. We initially visited the first day we arrived in Louisville. There was something for every age group. The toddler Zone was amazing and our 3 toddlers stayed in there for a couple of hours without wanting to leave. It was fun but it was real easy to lose sight of your kid in the under 10 area due to blindspots everywhere( my kid did have a great time in this area). The line for the gocarts was about 45 minutes and multiple attractions where down. The punching machine was taking multiple peoples money and not working aswell.

There's go-karts, bowling,2 indoor roller coasters & plenty of video games! The go-kart guy was very friendly(wish I would have seen his name) but the other staff where you purchase your game cards then the toy shop for prizes could have been a little more friendly! These days that seems to be to much to ask.. However, Over all not a bad day!

This place is nice enough, but the prices are crazy. Especially for the arcade games. An average of a dollar minimum for 1 game play is insane. To make it worse their ticket costs are way high for any prizes. Another part of their not customer focused mentality is if you are 9 tickets short of something, or some other small amount there's no option to get pay the difference so you basically lose it if you don't or won't be coming back. It will probably be an option for bowling, go karts or mini golf mini trips but that's it. I will never go back to that arcade. I felt robbed. And if there is an unlimited play card, which I doubt, they don't make it known. Oh and BTW if you pay a good amount for a party and you do get unlimited play for that party, you are not allowed to get tickets/ prizes. I read that in their flyer. Really not a great experience. The worst part of tonight was we had to pay $5 a person for this 4d super short movie , and they gave us a pair of glasses that didn't even work for one of us so we just lost that money. It's unlikely I will be back with my family unless I can't find cheaper mini golf or glow bowl in the city. Otherwise it will be chuck e cheese. Much more customer oriented and it's basically right across the street!

He assisted us in anyway he can saw he was losing his cool a little bit, but still kept a positive attitude throughout the whole race. My kids love this place . The bounce beach is a bit pricey, especially when there isn't much staff in the area. The 1 bounce castle wasn't even inflated they still wanted 10. Maybe 4-6 credits is fair.

We have been going here for years at the old place and came to check out the new place. It’s really nice and big! I really do hope the new location brings them lots of success, but there is still a lot to complete before this place is fully up and running. 3 stars due to pricing. It is disappointed to ride the roller coaster at $5 a rider. For a family of 4 that’s $20 and we just walked into the door and the kids can’t ride alone due to height. Almost every game cost at least $1, which doesn’t seem bad, but the kids want tickets, and they are only getting 10-15 a game. Expect to drop $100+ a visit for a family of 4 to interact and play along with your kids. That’s what we pay per visit. A suggestion to the owners would be to lower the price point on the games and increase the valued price of the redemption items. It would at least give customers the feel of a better value while playing games. I’m sure we will be back again once renovations are complete.

Had a very fun night. It was clean, not too crowded, and things were pretty reasonably priced for an arcade. My only issue was the service. At the end of the night we went to cash in our tickets and four staff members looked at us and walked away without helping us. We were clearly waiting at the front desk for some help. I had to walk towards the back near the stock room to ask the employee in there for help.

The place is awesome. If you remember River Fair in Southern Indiana, this is the closest thing to it in the area. Reasonable pricing, accessibility is excellent, and the staff are good too. A little short staffed but they're doing great. Weekdays are the best here.

Absolutely love this place! First time we went it was just me and my boyfriend & had a blast! The staff was supppper friendly & helpful! We’ve been a few times with my boyfriends kids and they keep asking to go back! And we most definitely will be back soon!! Only a few suggestions. Staff should not be eating pizza in one hand & handling money or interacting with guests at the same time. And please get some more wet floor signs! The roof was leaking from the AC and staff was notified and they told us they were out of wet floor signs so they didn’t do anything at all.

The children had a great time. It us very expensive as we took three children. They all loved wave rider and Road about six times. Some of the rides were not open with no attendant to operate. The food is very expensive. We spent two hundred and fifty dollars in about two hours. If you have a large family you may want to have a lot of money. When I added the cost of wave rider only one ride , it cost one hundred five dollars for them to ride. I guess I allowed them to ride too much, as that was want they liked the most. Not sure I will go back due to the cost.

A nice place. I fell it's a bit over priced. For a family of we spend 170 for about hour and half of fun. 5 dollar for the roller coaster ride. 1.50 to 2.00 for games.

Kids LOVED it. $106 got us 140 Malibu bucks. Its on a card so it is easy to keep track of. Some games were unavailable due to social distance guidelines. There was hand sanitizer anywhere you could have needed it. All staff were in face coverings and were very friendly. My kids ( ages 5 and 11) husband and I enjoyed 3+ hours of games and rides as well as mini golf. Awesome VR experience, bumper cars and go karts are king. Tickets are easy to accumulate. Good variety and fun for all ages LITERALLY.

This place was SO amazing. TWO indoor go cart tracks, a really fun indoor ride that you would expect at an amusement park kind of like the tilt a whirl, but it goes up and down and forward and backward REALLY fast, GIANT laser tag arena, bouncy house park with quite a few big bouncy houses, lots of arcade games, miniature golf, 3D roller coaster rides, and decent prizes for the tickets you earn playing games. I just can't say enough about how cool this place is. It wasn't outrageously expensive either. They had really good deals on multiple things/games, and there was plenty of room for the crowd that was there on a rainy Sunday afternoon over spring break. They also have a restaurant/snack bar with a Good variety of things to choose from and lots of room for parents to sit back and relax while the kids play. So glad I found this place!!! If you like to have fun, you DEFINITELY have to check this place out.

Our friends with a toddler were visiting and we were searching for an indoor place to keep the little one entertained. Found this place to be a blessing. They have all kinds of games and an excellent arcade which was being maintained well. There was also a separate section with bouncy house and playground settings with 45 mins slot,which we used, to keep the little one occupied.She had fun. The covid regulations and the precautions were being maintained. The food inside the place was tasty. Overall it's a good experience.

A great place to go as a family. Fun for the kids and the adults. We have 3 boys and we spent about a 100 to 130 everytime we go. You can spend whatever you want though. The rides are great, the games are fun. They have putt putt and go carts. My kids also love to play in the beach area. With the slides obstacles and bouncy houses and it's 5$ per kid for 45 minutes. Make sure you wear socks if you want to do that.

We call this place Kid Vegas. We went for a friend's birthday party for her son. There's a nice bowling alley, indoor roller-coasters, lots of video and other games . It's pretty loud with lots of flashing lights. We spent most of our time in the fenced in, under five area. It has bouncy houses, climbing mazes and foam building blocks for little guys. Both my kids loved it.

Great place!!! We have something similar in our town but this is a lot nicer and CHEAPER! I put $100 on a card for my daughter and I and we had money left over and we did almost everything! We had so much fun. The putt putt course is BEAUTIFUL and everything is clean. Highly recommend.

First visit today since they moved locations. I am SO IMPRESSED! This place is a kids dream. It is huge! Rides, arcade, huge area for toddlers. Everyone was so friendly. Malibu Jacks blows Main Event and Dave and Busters our of the water. Its gorgeous, and so clean. It’s much more affordable as well. We can’t wait to go back!

always great and somehow seems to get better everytime, this time the surfers ride and thr 4d games were running and were so much fun, not only that, but for less than 5 bucks you a person you can do a round of bowling including shoe rental??? Plus unlike half the game style arcades around here ,not only was the food top notch but the prices didn't break the bank at all, 10/10 will be back soon Side note, although only like 10% the fact they offer a student discount with id is great

It was clean, not too crowded. The go cart track is small but the carts are fast. You get 3 turbos and the raceway monitor can cut people's speed if they get too aggressive. The play area is huge with up to 4 stories tall, multiple slides and passages. Bouncy houses and a separate area for 5 yr old and younger. It was easy to spend $50 on The 2 hours my family of 4 spent there. Great memories.

Fun time was had by the kid. We hadn't been since they moved. The kids play area is amazing. I'm like....well, I'm bring her here at least once a week for a break for me. There were a few mask non-compliance instances. But. The place is giant, plenty of room to stay away from the people who don't care about your health.

The place is super nice. Clean and there is alot to do. I thought it pricey. It only too 2 hours for my Granddaughter to go through $60. That is one child. She had a great time. I was very disappointed in the way you turn in your tickets. It's a free for all. No line. There were staff that waited on someone, then would just walk away, not even try to help some one else or say they would be right back! It took a half hour just to redeem 250 tickets. The boy in front of me was there longer. Over all nice.

We came here for date night out. During this unprecedented time of being afraid of being too close to others, this place seemed like a safe choice. We were right in our decision. This place is huge! Everything is nicely spaced out and not many people even on a Friday night. We played a round of mini golf on their beautiful course. Not very challenging but still loads of fun. We’ll definitely be back to bowl or ride carts or maybe play the many arcade/VR games.

I had my sons 6th birthday party there and was told that I would have concierge service for my party. That did not happen. I had to go back and forth to the front desk everytime I needed something or asked a question due to no one be readily available. This took away from our party experience. Nice atmosphere for a kids party but the hostess service left alot to be desired.

This place has a lot of fun stuff to do. We take our 2 year old weekly to play in the bounce beach and he always has a blast. BUT, I would absolutely NOT recommend doing a birthday party there. Our experience with that was awful. You would think if you paid to rent a space there would be an employee coming around to the cabanas to see if you need anything. We had to stand in line to get refills on our pitchers, and they didn't give us enough cups. It was really a stressful disaster. I wouldn't do it again.

I told The woman at the desk we haven't been here before so We don't know how it works. She explained the game cards and how to load money on them now and later on if you run out their were kiosks to load more. She also asked me if i was a colleger student, teacher, healthcare worker or first responder. I am a healthcare worker and she took 10% off our total. I thanked her for asking me that. The food here was great and decently priced. Loved the boneless wings. Mini golf was lots of fun, and they run specials through the week on the various activities. The games are really good, and you can accumulate a large amount of tickets quickly playing the right games. The Wizard Of Oz, DC, and Willy Wonka coin pushere are such games. The cornhole one also gets tickets quickly. A great place to take kids, and better than Dave and Buster's.

If you want to bowl, you’re better off going to a real bowling alley. The pins are hooked up to wires or ropes and it hinders the pin action. I should of had at least 3 additional strikes. Frustrating.

My wife and I have been here more than I would like to admit, we've even been to the Lexington one, we have a ball. Not too bad of a price and they have a decent mix of games and attractions. They even have a place for bouncy houses for little ones and party rooms. All in all pretty nice place. It is more family friendly which we enjoy. The employees are nice.

A lot of arcade games to play and earn tickets, redemption is amazing. They have ten attractions to have fun on. The company does their best to keep people safe by having height and age requirements for said attractions. They even have a play place called “Bounce Beach” for children 10 and younger. Bounce Beach is 5 Malibu Bucks per child THAT WALKS, mask is required, toddler zone is for 3 and younger ONLY, NO ADULTS ON THE PLAY EQUIPMENT for the child’s SAFETY, socks must be worn to play, AT LEAST ONE ADULT HAS TO STAY INSIDE BOUNCE BEACH WITH THE CHILD AT ALL TIMES, the start times for each session are posted on a sign outside of the gate, on Saturdays you sign up for bounce beach at THE CADDY SHACK. Bowling is all the way to the left from the entrance door, you have to go ALL THE WAY UP THE RAMP to get to the desk. There is even a restaurant called “Jak’s” (pronounced like Jack’s). Try not to get upset with the workers for doing their job when your child isn’t able to do something because they don’t reach the requirements, they’re just following the safety guidelines.

I usually enjoy taking my kids here but I was not impressed with the lack of masks that children were wearing in the bouncy house area. I noticed when I left that I said "play at your own risk" which i can assume means your kids don't have to wear a mask in the play area, but your required to wear one in the malibu Jack's facility (which I don't understand.) I will not be taking my kids (twin 4 year old girls and 7 year old son) for a long time. I think all children, at least 4 and up, should be required to wear a mask in such a place.

Very clean inside. They just moved so not everything is set up. The key things not set up are for the toddlers. I am sure it will be a lot better when they finish. Party areas looked very nice. Prices are okay. There are some other gaming places with a little better pricing.

5 stars because I can't give more! Ken took great care of us, like always, and this new facility is unreal. We have 4 kids ages 5 and under and we could have stayed in the play place all day. We didn't, however, because there are arcade games suitable for all ages, mini golf, bowling, and more. We got home 5 minutes ago and the kids are already asking when we can go back! And we told them the truth - soon.

Really enjoyed the place, everything is well orginized and kept clean for the most part. Everyone have to wear masks and the employees are sanitizing most thing after every use they also have tables with hand sanitizer around the area. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the bathrooms were not so clean. Great prices as well.

The new location is just awesome. The inside is huge- they still have the go karts, there’s now a roller coaster, VR experiences, many more games than the old location. It’s not even finished yet and it’s already amazing. It’s free to walk in you just need a game card which you can buy in any amount. The games I played varied from $.50 to $5

The kids love this place. They had something for all different ages. We did not do the go carts because my son was not tall enough to drive and we did not play putt-putt. However the go carts had a nice size track. Everything was inside so that was nice because I didn't have to worry about my kids running the parking lot. We played all the games they have some really cool games. We rode the 3D movie ride where you had to shoot at stuff and it was pretty cool. We played laser and our favorite was the 4D theater ride. It was really cool.
