Fun for the family. Lots of fun trampoline stations and activities. The zip line and rope course is challenging but doable for most kids. A few of the attractions are size restricted for safety. Attendants are helpful and friendly. The snack bar has an assortment of park type foods and snacks (pizza, hot dogs, soft drinks, icees, and a selection of adult beverages. Limited options for allergies and no gluten free options were available. Note that they have a no outside food or beverage policy. Multiple party rooms, loads of tables and benches. Lockers are available for day or hourly rental starting at around $5.00. There are open cubbies for storage of shoes and other items. Signs throughout note that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A few of the trampoline stations were taped off for maintenance but overall the facility is in good shape and clean. The bumper carts were up and running during our visit. The wait for the zip line and rope course can be long but not terribly. Most of the video games were out of service. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends and the place can get quite crowded on the weekends as well. Overall a fun place that can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. Wish they had more options s for allergies. Would definitely come back again.

This place is great to take your kids to have a ton of fun. There is so much to do here! There’s of course a bunch of trampolines, and they have different levels of bounce to them. I’ve never really seen this anywhere else. They have ball pits and a place to play dodgeball on trampolines. They also have an American Gladiator joust arena for kids to square off and when you fall, it’s into a ball pit. That’s really cool. They have an upstairs area for birthday parties which is where we had our kids birthday party one year. The staff is nice and is usually pretty busy but not in a bad way. 🥳🎁🎉

Urban Air is a GREAT place for kids! I even love it as a parent because I can sit comfortably at a table while my kids run around and play for hours. My kids come and check in with me about every twenty minutes or so that they can get water and snacks. It is a tiny bit pricey for the deluxe pass, but the fun and adventure is well worth the money!

The manager, especially the employees were very nice and kid friendly to all the children inside the park. As well as very attentive to making sure the establishment was neat and clean.

Wonderful place to spend a fun filled day with kids. Try to go early to enjoy the place at it’s most. I bought the full ticket with all the things to do, but my son enjoyed the trampolines most. Sky ride was fun too, but after some time too crowded and long queue for 1 ride.

Great place for parties. The kids have a blast and can unwine. The new addition gives it a better vibe, but those games are extremely EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. $10 for 5 minutes of 1 arcade game. Wow. They also need some employees to keep control a bit. In general, you buy a bracelet for $25-$29 and let the kids run wild. The parking is also huge which is a plus

My brothers kids never been to any place like this before and they have non stop been asking auntie (me) to take them out again ! they loved it and they can nonstop talking about this place ! i hope to come again with them. we ALL had a blast together. they showed me what it’s like to be a kid again !

For the amount of money spent on tickets to enjoy this park, more attention needs to be paid towards training employees to use all of the equipment properly. While at the Sugarland location we waited 30+ minutes (there was not a long line) for the attendant to walk around the park looking for someone who knew how to operate the harnesses at the rock climbing area. Kids were harnessed, hooked up, waiting and waiting to be unhooked. Managers need to do a better job of placing employees at the right attractions and making sure they are getting their breaks. One employee in particular left her post with kids still climbing because it was time for her break and they had not sent a replacement. At one point the tired manager had to sit in a chair in front a fan while the others looked for her for assistance. This place is hectic and it's employees need to ensure children's safety.

Good place, my son had fun. Cute red-haired park manager was helping out and cleaning. Staff is young, but is very helpful and keep their eye on your kids. Considering buying a membership soon.

If you’re planning on visiting Urban Air in SUGARLAND be prepared to be trapped in your parking spot. I took two little ones there on Saturday April 22 around 1:30. The lay out of the parking lot is horrible. Once you’ve found a parking spot take note once you’re ready to leave you most definitely will have a line of cars parked behind you creating a Tetris effect of trying to come out of your parking space. There’s NO clear direction of which way traffic should flow creating yet another obstacle because now you’re trapped between 3 cars. If you can go to another one with better parking goooooooo!!!

Place is awesome.... .....but its dirty, doesnt feel clean there. When you walk up, the trash can is overran with empty cups, and half eaten food. Floors are grimy, bathrooms are really bad. With that being said...our kids love this place.

Great place to take kids if it's in your budget. It's better if you can get the 4 jumpers for $70 deal otherwise it can be very pricey for the limited time they give you. I haven't tried their food but their facilities seem very clean. Parking can be very tight on the weekends.

So so so much better then their Pearland location, safer too. The Pearland Location is the worst managed, poor Customer Service, kids have had fights here and several times a gun was brought in with them. Scariest Family Entertainment @ Pearland. Sugarland you feel safe when going and they seem to be on their game and in sync with one another Employee wise. Our Customer Service young lady was so polite and helpful. Hands down best location is here.

Sadly, this place is filthy. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was too much. I honestly couldn’t believe the state of this place. Maybe it was an off day, maybe they had a huge group come in right before us and they trashed the place. Who knows. The first time we went, we saw a dirty diaper on the ground right out in the open where anyone could step on it. Baby vomit on the floor near the trampolines. Food scraps everywhere. My kids said there was food and trash inside the climbing structures. And the ball pit balls were wet… Won’t be back, I’m sad to say. If it were clean, this place could be fun. It had a nice variety of things for kids to do.

The venue is pretty nice. There are lots of things for the kids to do. The prices are very high. Idk if these are normal prices or covid prices. But if you want the child to be able to play all of the things it's $24.99 per kid. They have rock climbing, ball pit, trampolines, rope climbing and some kid of air rope slide thing. A few things were closed or repair. The bathroom was not clean. The employees are unmasked (well most anyway) If you are nervous about covid, this is not a good place for you to go. If you are vaccinated then sure why not. Also, they have hand sanitizer stationed all over. Overall, my kids had a blast. I paid a lot to go. The places wasn't the cleanest but the staff was friendly.

So. My kid had fun, but I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the trampoline park. It was not clean, and things were falling apart. The trampolines were also extremely stretched out and had candy stuck to them. There were not many associates monitoring the play area. All the associates I encountered were young and I saw none of them cleaning the play area. For the price point I was expecting WAY better quality. They need to work on this.

The kids always have a blast here, and Tuesday at opening (4pm) was the perfect time to go. We were the only customers there for the first 15 min after arrival and then only another 5-10 people showed up before we left at 6 pm. We have a membership and one visit a month and it pays for itself

I took my 4 year old during a week day and loved it! She could basically do everything in the facility except the sky coaster because the height requirement is 48 inches. Overall great place. For 1 and half hour of fun it was 19.95 and worth it.

Had a great time with the family. I didn't notice the place being messy, but i did notice the staff are way to young. Their (those monitoring the attractions) faces looked down and sad, even when you interact with them it seems forced. I doubt i will visit there again because we played with everything available. Management should look into the reviews... I didnt read them before going. Then the website is very misleading. The activities are not as 'fun', and 'colorful' as it looks online. Oh, also enforcing customers to buy socks sold only by you i dont think its right.

The 6 year old and I went on a Thursday evening! It was not crowded which made it more fun! It was well supervised. The staff was friendly and seem to enjoy their job.There's some renovations going on inside hopefully will be completed soon. The new addition includes bumper cars. FUN!

Had my son’s birthday party at Urban Air and the experience was incredible. Our party host and party manager were incredibly attentive. The party room was setup very nicely and every detail was reviewed and accounted for. Took all of the stress of a party off our plate and allowed us to enjoy the day with family and friends. Went yesterday with my two boys , we had a great time! Not much crowds, got the full pass. A few of the attractions were closed, or didn’t have an attendant. Manager was understanding and got employees there right away. The girls at the front were super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Reward them for their efforts!

leaving this review because people keep leaving one stars due to what happened with the girl, since They can’t release a statement I’ll do it on behalf of them. I’m not sure if the negligence case is even going to be able to go forward because we harness the kids up, and only help them connect to the self belay when they ask, because it’s pretty self explanatory you put the round peice in the round peice and pull the key out, key only comes out if your 100% connected.. there’s also signs posted around at rock wall showing how to connect and disconnect your self belay, and each individual rock wall self belay is connected to a mat that drops down onto the ground below your feet once your connected, but while standing clearly states “DO NOT CLIMB UNTIL CONNECTED TO SELF BELAY” and most of the time it’s only younger kids that need help.. and sometimes kids won’t even attach theirselves but start running or climbing up the attraction without a self belay, and if I happen to be harnessing someone while that were happening and the kid falls off it wouldn’t be my fault because they knowingly weren’t connected and still climbed. U.A waiver states “participants agree to obey all safety rules while participating in the activities and alert the staff of any rule violations or dangerous behavior”.

My granddaughter absolutely loves it when I take her. She has the best time. Very disappointed today in the cleanliness though....women's restroom was very nasty and there was no one cleaning the tables/floors...general area at all. The pandemic is still going on and sanitizing needs to be done regularly.

The place looks totally cool from an entertainment perspective they have a lot of options. However it's DIRTY. They have a serious cleanliness issue and the ceiling leaks and drips. They had trash cans catching water that was leaking from the ceiling dripping on the customers and the staff. The tables were left dirty after patrons finished. The staff was having trouble finding cleaning supplies. Management should really take a strong look at the cleanliness protocols and policies.

We have a very reasonably priced membership at this location, and we love it. It's usually busy on the weekends so be prepared for the constant commotion, but during the week, its pretty calm. You will have to have their socks, no outside non-skids are allowed but they only charge you a few bucks. No matter when we come this location is always clean, including the bathrooms and the food and beverage prices are priced well.

We just had my daughters birthday here and it was an absolute blast. We had never visited this location so we went in completely unknowing of how this would go. We were very well taken care of and the kids had a blast! I love this location's lay out much more than Pearland and the service was way better. Tiara was our host and we cannot say enough great things about her! I'll definitely be back soon!

Went for a 4 year olds birthday party. All the kids has a blast. They have a ropes course, Zipline, rock climbing, and more. The staff was laid back but helpful. 4 stars because it definitely wasn't the cleanest place.

The kids have a lot of fun here. We've been twice at least now for a party both times. The "zipline" that goes around the place is particularly fun... at least if you are not an adult. I dont think adults are allowed otherwise I know I'd be up there. They do have climbing walls also which I really try to encourage the kids to go on, but they prefer the trampolines and obstacle courses. All in all, it's a pretty cool, fun place for the kids!

This place has always been extremely pleasant every time I come. Sometimes when it's slow, the people who work there let me stay 30 to 45 minutes longer. Very nice. The food is a bit on the expensive side but it is good, and the facility is mostly clean. My only gripe is that some of the employees aren't enthusiastic about serving customers and procrastinate alot. Most of the people there are very kind and friendly though, so it's not really much to worry about.

I came in with 7 children, I was helped by a young lady by the name Mahin she was very helpful. The place was clean I seen the manager by the name John walking around sanitizing the 2 hours I was there. I appreciate the patience they took in my check in process. They are also doing temperature checks at the doors before walking in.

It was awesome! I took my daughter over Christmas break on a Saturday, so I see how it could be different traffic wise normally, but the place was huge, not crowded at all, and had PLENTY to do. The play area for the younger kids is perfect. There is only one exit side which is so helpful for parents, and there is plenty to play on. The Ninja warrior stuff is awesome. Very challenging and fun to try. There are literally trampolines from one end to the other! Three awesome Dodge ball sections, two SUPER tramps, foam pits with padded warrior wands and an entire climbing wall area. We did it all and didn't even feel too bad about not doing the zip line that swings you from the top of the playground, all around the main common area and back to the playground again. It seriously looked sweet though and will be trying in the future. I'd definitely recommend the place, especially because their prices are extremely fair.

To say we're in the midst of a pandemic, Urban Air did a great job hosting a birthday party. EJ was our party host. He's young, energetic and accommodating. The general manager engaged us several times; he was pleasant too. Have your party at 10:30 am if you want to minimize the crowd.

Hello I would have to say I see mixed reviews. I like the place for my 6 year old boy and myself 35. Great workout and the kiddo has a great time with other kids. Keep your socks to save your money and take a bag and store it in a locker. Usually end up spending no more than 40$ Recommend going around Noon because the time flies.

Its just not what I thought it was. I payed for tickets online and their website advertises large park, late nights, and alcohol when in reality its for children 4-12. When my sibling and I arrived a gentlemen very rudely tried to tame the disorganized line which made it more confusing. They had just opened so Im sure employees were flustered. We went to go to the ropes course and swing but I was told it was for children under 9. Then while eating I saw many parents use the swing so Im unsure why I was unable to play. Overall the trampolines were fun but not worth the extra money. Place was pretty dirty and the consessions workers were rude.

Had our sons 5th birthday there last weekend. The kids had fun and the server was nice although she was running around a bit with multiple parties. The birthday package was supposed to include balloons, party favors and a t-shirt for my son. Never got any of that. They mentioned we could come back for a shirt once they got more in.

For the kids, this place is awesome. There's plenty of room to run around and go nuts. The zip line whips around at a ferocious pace. Several of the 8-9 year olds wouldn't attempt it, but it looked like so much fun. The room for a party is definitely worth it. Otherwise you're in a room of mass chaos. The concession stand left much to be desired. It was a busy Saturday but everyone had a really good time. No tears.

This place is so much fun for big kids, little kids and adults. The staff is always beyond professional and made my daughter feel so special when we came to inquire about having a birthday party there. We had a small incident here today with one staff member, but when brought up to management they handled it so well and we were so grateful for the attention and care they gave it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to bounce!

While the jumping is fun, my first interaction with your employees was not pleasant. I paid for my 2 tickets, without being made aware that there was a parent pass. When I asked if I could reimbursed the difference, the lady was extremely rude and said “nope, all sales final”. I told her as a first time person here, I obviously was not aware and she proceeded with “well there’s a sign over there”. Not very happy with the experience.

I went to urban air with my friends the other night , and I’m sad to say the staff weren’t very welcoming, on the zip line sky thing the two women strapping the belts on people had a very disrespectful attitude, when the manager was telling them they should smile and be welcoming one of them said, “ we don’t need to smile” and he said people think they’re mean and she said “It’s not their business, and went on and on about how it doesn’t matter. The other lady was giving stink faces at people and giving directions rudely. At the jumping area there was only one person supervising and was only on one side. The place was very nice and fun but the staff were not .

The place itself was super fun, the kids had a blast at the party they attended. However the pricing to add parent passes onto the party was confusing. We could have had parents just purchase individual parent passes for much less than adding them on to the party. The price for parent pass that's posted behind the counter is not the price of the parent pass added on to the party.

Really really fun. We took our two year old and she had a blast. There are soooo many things to do, a huge play place, half a dozen different trampoline areas (including one for 9 and under), and lots of stuff to keep me, an active dad, entertained. It was super cheap for us to get the "parent add on" option which I really appreciate because we were pretty much just following our daughter around as she jumped. Lots of different style jump areas. A dodgeball arena, a running wall trampoline, a huge play place, and a stunt trampoline area for tricks are all included. It's a very clean place as well, and lots of staff. I do gotta ding them on their staff, though. They must hire so many because they are all 16-17 year olds and half of the. They are just hanging out talking to their friends, barely paying attention. So if you plan on dropping your kid off keep in mind that they really won't be supervised. That may or may not be an issue for you. We will definitely be going back. Also, keep in mind you have to buy their special socks. They have little grips on the bottom so it makes sense they want you to wear them, but it is a small extra cost.

She was very organized, communicated very well about the timeline, cost, and very professional! I gave it 4 stars only because the Ninja Warrior Course was not open til the last 30 minutes of the party which our theme was Ninja Warrior....the kids did not get an opportunity to go through the course. The kids had fun but we missed 1 hour of the 2 hour party because there was no parking available. I didn't want to risk my car getting towed by parking in neighboring properties because that would make for a really bad day. I wouldn't host a party there until they fix the parking. Maybe they can contract with the property behind them that has plenty of parking.

It is nice that they have both jumping areas and a playground to give kids break and switch between activities. 1 less star for the price. It could be a little lower. Very Clean location but bad service. We were told and asked multiple times that 'How much longer are these girl going to be here' and ' Only x amount of time left'. Girls were asked why we need a empty water cup. Everytime we went on Sky Rider (Zip Line) workers keep cussing and went every I went on the metal door would slape on my elbow. Most of the workers were good but the Zip Lane Area was worst. I know this isn't usual because I have been twice before and never treated this bad.

I had an amazing resolution from three particular staff Kaylyn, Cal’Jane, and Lyndon (Manager) for the night. A brief altercation took place from an accident that involved my child and someone else’s child. The other parent was not wanting to apologize and that escalated! Kaylyn and Cal’Jane listened to my issue informed the manger and they assisted, and most importantly APOLOGIZED for my experience, along with making sure everything was ok. I can’t wait to come back. The care they showed for me as a customer not a family member or friend was a major plus, my actual rating is 10stars! They have AWESOMEEEEE customer service and for that they will have me as a loyal customer always.

Great place to burn some energy with your kids. Auldts even had a good time. They do serve alcohol but as you buy your first your not allowed for any attraction. You'll have a blast with your family. If you get a locker make sure you reload your time or you'll have to pay extra to get your things out. Lockers are on a time limit

For the hot days of summer, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The kids get exercise, I work (laptop makes my home office an Urban Zaire office) though their WiFi and we all stay air conditioned. I finally got myself the pass to play and got the BEST workout ever!! (And we laughed so much). We got the membership and have more than gotten our moneys worth!!

The place is cool they don't let you bring your phone for safety reasons but we understand for safety their lockers are cool there is snacks and drinks I would add a photo if I had one but they don't let you take it in the place so but the best thing I recommend doing is the indoor Zipline a bit scary but it well be worth it

The check-in experience can be annoying, their automated service will not let you pay for the wristbands so you end up having to go to the counter anyways. The actual trampoline areas are large and there a many different kinds and different things like obstacle courses and dodgeball etc. The first visit you will have to buy their socks they only accept the socks made by the company itself, I believe they are $3each. We got the $25 ultimate for our kid which meant he could go on everything, and $6 parent add ons each. Very affordable, but only because of the parent add ons. I would suggest bringing a kid you know even if you are two adults that are not parents because it is SO much cheaper than paying separately. They do have lockers to rent to keep your things safe in. Make sure you wear pants or shorts and a shirt you can tuck in. Overall would come again.

Manager Ryan is a superhero! He's always flying through the park tending to something. Manager Brian was visible the entire time we were there. He was making sure employees had whistles, were picking up the cafe area. We always saw orange Staff shirts, picking up trash, Divine always had a clipboard and was visible in the court. Kenneth is phenomenal! My girls ask for him every time we go. He makes them feel like VIPs when he sees them. Katarus at the front desk has an infectious smile, Eric, Dee-dee and Ciarra at the Sky/Ropes course are patient, kind and safety conscious! This experience is a complete 180 from the experience I had this summer. Whatever you are doing is working and the changes and improvements are amazing! Keep it up and we will be back for a party in January. Jada gave just the right amount of information, about parties, but wasn't too pushy. Job well done!

This is easily the cleanest, most interactive trampoline park around. I have three kids, and none of them get bored at Urban Air. I have only one request - and it doesn’t affect the five star rating I am giving: put the color wrist band on the sky coaster thing so the kids know who is allowed to do it.

Awesome place for kids and adults!!! We had my daughters birthday party there and all the kids had a blast playing! The only part we were very disappointed in was 30 mins before closing they shut the Zip line, Sky Walking, and the ball pit area down. That left the kids to play on the trampolines only. We paid $280 on a party package for 2 hours of play on EVERYTHING!!! The last 30 mins they only got to jump... NOT what we paid for. They ran out of the required socks so the kids had to wear their own socks or go barefoot. When I booked the party it was with customer service. A few hours latter someone from the Sugarland Urban Air called to confirm the party and asked if we wanted to add pizza to the package. We added 2. When we asked for the pizzas they didnt know what I was talking about and said they apologize. My card wasn't charged for them. At the end of the day my daughter had Fun and thats what mattered!

This place was Awsome, from the moment you walk in you instantly feel like a child yourself. It has a nice assortment of things to do for kids of all ages, rock climbing swinging around from the roof, to jungle jims just to name a few. Even with hundreds of kids running around it can get a little hectic and hazardous but still fun at the same time. They also give out these nice cozy socks for all the kids that participate to help them grip the flooring. Minor disclosure you will have to sign a waiver, I do recommend doing it before coming it will save huge amounts of time. Also parking Is limited, so plan accordingly!
