Great place to wind down any day of the week after work or with friends or dates. Lorna at the Montrose location has the best attitude towards both employees and customers. I rate the Fountainview location #2 on my list and the Katy location #3 but only because they seem to always have league play literally every night and not as attentive.

I'm visiting from Atlanta and I play pool just about every day. This place has a lot of tables, of varying quality. It's non smoking, so that's a plus for a lot of people. The first drink I ordered was a Jack and ginger with a lime. When I tasted it, it seemed off so I asked our waitress. She said they didn't have ginger ale so the bartender mixed Coke with Sprite... probably thinking it'll be similar to the color of ginger ale... That wasn't very cool. Other than that, our server wasn't friendly at all, maybe a bad day so it's fine. The rest of the staff seemed nice and attentive. The best part were the people who I played with, they were very welcoming and nice - I think that speaks more towards the people of Houston rather than the establishment. Overall, had a good time.

They have lots of pool tables and I love their $5 Wednesdays. No draft beer but good selection of bottled beer. Waitress was friendly and always there when I need a drink. Parking at the little top and the place is showing its age but overall I had a great time

Good time with my friends but maybe would have been a better experience had we been served by our waitress on a regular basis or one that comes by at least every 20 minutes. Other than the slow service (& being service industry, we didn't want to be those ppl that had a tab at the bar when a waitress was available.. which we regretted in the long run but it's whatever, maybe it was her first night or maybe she was just having a bad night.) Still a cool place, good vibe.

Big place. Lots of tables. There's a fee per hour which they should tell you when you arrive but not too bad. The music wasn't very good but they do have a box u can pay for sounds...the drinks we had were not very strong but maybe we just ordered the wrong things. Nice server though and the staff all seem really cool.

Pool tables are $7 per hour. Plenty of tables, good service. Place doesn't seem very busy however it seems family friendly. Bathrooms for paying customers only. There is a newer style jukebox and Coca Cola products. Nothing besides pool tables so hopefully no desire for darts or other things. All in all, nice place to play pool with some friends.

Tables in awesome shape. May 2nd, table 15. One person behind the bar easily took care of folks since only eight max were there for the two hours I shot pool. Great hourly rate if You're practicing by yourself, but almost doubles after six. Edit - I'm awarding five stars for following Covid rules. I'm immunocompromised so this checks the right box for me.

Cool place but after 9 they don’t allow any minors in. Kind of a stupid rule considering that it’s not standard at their other locations. If their concern was serving alcohol to minors, they could ask for an ID before ordering alcohol.

Went early on a Monday (2pm) and it was pretty empty. The bar is ok, nothing special. The atmosphere is definitely relaxed and the tables are great. Enjoyed a couple hours of just relaxing, shooting pool and chatting.

I've been coming here for 20 years. Quiet and friendly the Ambiance is changed over the years but it's still an easy place to get into play a couple racks. Not unlike most pool halls hard to find a straight stick best to bring your own.

Bartenders are heaven sent. Always making eye contact and asking if we are ok. Went Friday night $13 bucks an hour for pool. Fire water is a bit pricey. Music system has a harsh output. I enjoy loud and clean sound.

I've always loved slick Willie's. I can't remember the bartender name but she was very kind to me and very professional. Despite me having a bad day, she put a smile on my face, which I needed. Local pool hall with good prices and even better staff. Sun & Wed are $5 all you can play. Mon is free pool. Tuesday is league. Weekend (Thu-Sat) is regular price but always packed. The jukebox plays great music on their stereo system. Crowd is usually younger and always a good time.

By far the best pool hall in Houston. All tables are free on Mondays as long as you order a drink. Very friendly staff. Very attentive staff. And extensive selection of pool sticks. And pocket holes no money or quarters. Green tables and a good crowd

Occasionally I do not go to pool tables much but when I found out about westimer having a pool table I made sure to check it out. Wednesday's are $5 an hours so make sure to go and there are plenty of pool tables around. Staff are very friendly and come around often, and there are plenty of TVs to look at sports the only thing is parking is limited so be aware of that.

Passing through Houston for work. Stayed most of the day Saturday. I was looking for a place to shoot pool, and this is where everyone kept directing me. Bartender, Mike, provided great service and was very knowledgeable of what there was to do in Downtown Houston. The drinks weren't priced crazy and the beer was super cold. If I'm in Houston in the near future, this is a place I would go to again.

pool tables are in good shape, no holes or tears. sticks are ok, but some are warped pretty good. cold beer. oh and also the juke box music is nice and loud. overall the best slick Willie's ive been to. FYI do NOT go to the katy location at westgreen and 10, its a ghost town and the tables suck balls!!! staff was rude and lazy. my girl and I left in the first ten minutes...

Around 16 or so Pool tables - mostly 8ft tables, with 2 9ft tables. The table that I played on had a dead spot one of the rails, but other than that it was a good spot for beer and pool.

Einer der besten Spots an dem ich jemals Billiard gespielt habe. Ausgezeichnete Tische und sehr gute Queue's. Der Service ist auch sehr aufmerksam. Leider hat das ganze seinen Preis, eine Stunde kostet 13,20 $.

The tables are not in the best condition and the service is not the friendliest, but it is a place with a lot of potential for billiards, central and charming. A bit expensive, but acceptable.

The environment is very calm! They have a jukebox, the bad thing is that it's pure English music. You don't smoke, and it's something I was looking for. There are only one or two waitresses and they are very nice, they don't go around forcing the beers into you. Very nice.
