This place was soo fun it's perfect for kids. It's a very good place for a birthday. When you first arrive you get a band that you buy and they give you socks to use just for this place. The band is how long you play you can choose the option of 1 hour or 2 hours and more on. The socks are specialize socks just for jumping. They got these pits full of foam cubes. Basketball on trampoline using a dodgeball. There's is dodgeball too. There's lots of trampolines to jump on. They also got games and snacks. Overall pretty good place. If you got kids and take them here they will sleep well tonight.

My daughter had a birthday party here, the host was amazing. I’m drawing a blank of her name but she was great and accommodating. She saw we had a lot of guest and staff brought over an extra table so they could sit without us asking. The facility was clean and staff was attentive. I will definitely go back in the future

Great place for a kids birthday party. We hosted our 7 year olds birthday here but with a slight hiccup, and the staff made sure we were taken care of. Great work y'all!

I had my daughter’s birthday party here today 10/14/2018 and everything was smooth and fun. The place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Our host( who’s name I didn’t catch) was awesome!!! It was her first party to host and she did great! All the kiddos AND parents had so much fun! I will definitely have another event here soon! Thanks Altitude!

The place is very clean. A staff member was vacuuming, removing trash, or cleaning the whole 2 hours we were there. Happy to see this! It's great for most ages or anyone new to a trampoline park. They offer trampoline basketball, medium size climbing walls, catch a wall, and several other entertaining jump options. I dislike that you can't wear just any "sticky" socks. But you can wear neutral socks. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were enough tables to accommodate everyone and a birthday party was taking place. Did not feel overcrowded at all.

Came to celebrate a birthday party with friends. Very lively and kid friendly environment. Hostesses are very accommodating and friendly. I do wish there were more seating areas. Also a clear sounding announcement speaker. But the kids had fun!

We had a birthday party here last week. Overall it was good, place was busy, staff kept checking on us if we were ok. The check in process was so slow. We had a 1pm party, my guests would arrive on time, but it would take 20 mins to get through, there must be a better way. Place was obviously short staffed as the same employee did 4-5 parties at once, she did her best! Because of the check in process, I gave it 4 stars

Not that attractive. Food was old and customer service ( cashier) was not available. Have to wait. They asked my daughter to pay for socks even though I already paid for it. She has to pick it up when I came back to pick her up after she played with her own socks

This was my first time at Altitude, however my children had been with their Grandfather previously. I was amazed at how many activities Altitude has, the food & drink prices are reasonable and the children (12 yr & 5 yr old girls) had the best time! We will definitely be back.

My kids and I love this place. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I love to bring my kids here because not only they have lots of fun and burn a lot of energy but i can also sit and watch my kids as they play because it’s so open. We will definitely be back next week.

Love the place, super friendly for all ages! We plan our playdates here few times a month in the evenings also attended more birthdays here as people are getting to know their birthday venue. Its great staff, clean and all age friendly. We are planning our next birthday their and the marketing coordinator is great to work with and very prompt. I highly recommend checking out this place.

I attended a birthday party for one of my very best friends and the kids had a great time. The kids had a great time and the staff made sure they were all safe without intruding on the fun. The staff seem to love their job especially Justin! He would watch the kids and enjoy the fun. And of course can’t forget the hustle of Ms. Bonnie! Shes everywhere making sure things are ran right and everyone was having a good time.

My daughter and I took my grandson there to give his mom a break. He is 2 years old and he needed supervision so my daughter jumped in there with him. He had a super blast. I sat in a massage chair that was in there and paid for an hour massage. I must say I my back is still very sore from the massage chair. They really need to tone down the intensity of those massage balls in the chair. I wish I could have but there weren't any options for the customer to control the chair. Other than back soreness on my part my grandson had a blast. Will definitely bring hom back but my body is not going anywhere near that massage chair.

Absolutely awesome place! 4 kids and 3 adults, we spent 2 hours jumping and playing the arcade games. Take in your own drinks, 4 Gatorades were $10. You have to use their socks so be prepared for that but they weren't expensive socks. They had dodge ball (split between 2 rooms based on age, thankfully!), a rock wall, balance beams, a trapeze bar, a game where you jump and hit certain lights, several foam pits, and a ton of trampolines! Best part - it wasn't overwhelmingly busy! We went at around 2 or 3pm, and pretty well had the place to ourselves for the first hour.

Took 7 kids to this place and have had a blast. The staff were nice and helpful. The rates were decent. They had rates 60,90,120 minute increments. They offered drinks (Gatorade, water, soft drinks, energy drinks) and had a small verity of food (nachos and chips plus candies.

Very nice place for the kids... Only complain was the family friendly restroom had a changing thing for kids and it was broken I had to rest the kid on my lap. The other restroom had water leaking on the floor and was smelling.

Not a bad trampoline park, some different things to keep it interesting, a bit more open than others I've seen, makes it easy to keep an eye on your small kids, and entry was simple unlike some places we've been. We were there for a home school day they had, a bit disappointed they kept playing music with very poor language and themes for children; even teens don't really need any extra exposure to that at a family-friendly location, even playing the radio edited versions of songs would've been something, but that had full on foul language playing.

Loved this place! I have twins. I get worried they go in different directions and some kid might hurt them. My kids went here 2 Saturday’s in row and no one got hurt. Very safe and reliable place. A mother concern here is done and check. Prices are very reasonable and best is it SUPER CLEAN. I can go here every Saturday to get my twins tired. Thank you for creating a safe environment.

This was our first time and it was an excellent experience! MORGAN did awesome at the cash register, when she needed assistance the shift leader ALEK was there to assist her and answer further questions, he was very understanding, made sure we got everything sorted out, and acted with great leadership! My son had an amazing second birthday party and I was so pleased I asked to speak to the manager and met CASSANDRA! She was absolutely amazing! Ran an excellent shift and we will definitely be back! we went here one day on a Saturday after my nephew basketball game I say around 4 p.m. and they told us if we wanted to come back around 7 p.m. we would get more out of our fun time. Like they would have 2 hours of jump time and enjoy all the attractions and also a have a free slice of pizza which were awesome so that's what we did and the kids really had a blast and they even gave the rest of the pizza away for free when they close they do have public bathrooms and the place is very spacious and my kids thought the DodgeBall was awesome. The party packages are nicely priced too I cannot remember from the top of my head but I do remember me wanting to throw a party for my kids there so maybe I will someday but if you do let me know how it was.

My daughter's friend had her birthday party here. All the kids had a blast! It's fun, loud and chaotic as you would imagine. The only problem is getting your kids to leave! Best bet is to tempt them with ice cream.

My kids absolutely love this place. It’s a bit chaotic and overwhelming when you first walk in. The location in Sugarland is a little better organized, but either way my kids love it here. Remember you can keep the purchased socks and wash them to save money on a return trip. Don’t throw them away if you’re coming back.

Activities were as expected and good. Kids had fun. The staff were a bit disorganized. Stood in line for 20 min for one of only three machines only to find out you can do it online. Old school paper waivers would have been easier. Also there is plenty of tables but on the weekend they are all booked for parties so really no where to sit.

The place is pretty clean, though some of the equipment is in disrepair. There is nothing dangerous, just little stuff that's worn out and not replaced. The prices are great if you catch them during one of their specials (10-1for toddler time), but are too high otherwise.

Yesterday was my niece birthday and I happened to get there first. Went to check in and they had no clue about the party once Jas (the manager) looked it up it was there. So of course our table wasn’t ready, which means I was upset and so was her mom and this review probably wouldn’t have good ratings. But I am very happy JAS took care of us it went from never again will I come to i will definitely be back. Mistakes happens everybody is human my thing is what happens after as a business. We end up getting a percentage off the party package, extra time to jump, and some extra freebies. Let me not forget to say our host was amazing as well. Once those lights went off the kids loved it. Thanks for turning what could’ve been a bad day into a great Party. Ariah 3rd birthday party was amazing thanks.

We love this place! Went twice since it recently opened. It’s very clean and it’s differnet than other trampoline parks since it has two huge dodge ball courts, rock climbing, trampeze and other options that are super fun! The staff is friendly and always around as well as watching the kids at all times. We hosted a birthday party here also and the staff went above and beyond for my nephew. We’re going back again soon!!!

Also they make you buy their own brand of socks even if you e been to one of the bazillion other trampoline gyms out there which feels cheap and an easy money grab (that's why this is a 3 star instead of 4).

Such an amazing place to visit with family including special need kids! The staff was very supportive and the place was clean and well organised. Toddler area was the best, unobstructive and easily accessible with plenty of staff to help. Loved the dodgeball game behind the net, chaperoned by the staff for safety of our kids. We checked out Altitude- Trampoline Park last Friday. Their popular hours are Friday nights 7-10. The kids had fun jumping, climbing the wall, swinging on the trapeze, and playing dodge ball. The new facility looks nice and clean. I was disappointed with the loud, jarring music. It feels like a night club, and gave me a headache. Except for the Shark a doo doo doo song, none of the songs were appropriate for children.. Well, I guess they do not have age restrictions for a reason.. They probably have days when loud songs are not played. It may be a good idea to take the kids then... Overall it was a fun experience, minus the music of course! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Always on their feet, ready and willing to help... kudos to the staff for handling difficult customers that evening..

Perfect for active children of all ages! I myself, high school age, middle age, and elementary age children all went for a jump. Super fun. My youngest having autism had so much fun jumping with mommy! Pricey but worth it!!

Came here on a Saturday morning with the kiddos. It was my first time, however my sisters 3rd. Its a smaller trampoline park compared to most in the area. Urban Air is the neighboring trampoline park that i am comparing to size. So far the place is clean, open, and well ventilated. Even chilly to an extent but after jumping, running, and flipping... just perfect. I do recall 1 private room for parties and events. The day i went there was a birthday going on, but in the open table area. Kids and parents were all having fun. You pay on the length of time you plan to jump. You are required to wear "Grippy Socks" and if you dont have it, then they are available for purchase $2 each. I really think that is great pricing so good job on the price point. Socks are pretty cute too. However, one thing that erked me was that my sister had her own grippy socks which she has worn each time shes been here, but they did not come from Altitude. They were okay with it on all previous visits but on this visit, the "referees" said they were unacceptable and needed to be THEIR brand. The website does say grippy socks were required but not specifically theirs. They should really update that in my opinion or have specific signage. Hopefully that will be the last of the nickle and diming. Shoe cubby hold surround the jumping area for shoe storage. Couple of cases of bottled soda and sport drinks for purchase. Btw, no outside food/drinks allowed but they allowed me to bring some in for my 1yr old (special diet). Some other vending is an ICEE machine! So smart and i love it! Theres also a 'dip n dot' vending machine. I also think its a nice touch that they have massage chairs placed in various areas of the place so as your kids jump, get into a massage chair. Other designated areas are the block foam pit, the basketball or hoop area, rock climbing, and swing/mini zip line area. Theres also dodge ball and a "fight" beam that you balance on and challenge an opponent into the foam pit below. Restrooms are average with about 4 stalls. Theres even a shorter sink for kids to wash their hands. Changing table for the infants and even a family bathroom. I appreciate the child friendly atmosphere and accommodations. Specials they have going on when we came in was $19.95 for unlimited jumping. 10% off birthday parties. So far so good overall and we will be back and would consider parties here. Keep it up but hopefully they dont turn to pinching the wallet for every little thing.

Many different trampoline areas, for basket slamduck, trapeze, among others. Is there also some space for birthdays in tables or private rooms. It is a place to meet friends and jump together. Very good for kids, not as good for teen and not for adults. There is specific hours more suitable for adults or teens typically at night.

Went for a rainy day playdate after finding out Skyzone was closed. Loved that parents can sit in one spot and see entire play area...never had to go looking for the kids, staff was all over and monitoring...kids had a great time and us Moms got to sit and relax!

It's literally what it says in the title a trampoline park. It's all small trampolines side by side in the ground with a few extras like a ramp and climbing wall. But mostly just trampolines. I didn't try it but they do have pizza and drinks in there since youre not allowed to bring your own food. The smell is diffrent and ill leave it there

I’ve been to couple other trampoline park but nothing was as great as altitude sugar land. The staff was very nice and the place was super clean. The cost is also very cheap and it’s a great place to go with family and friends.

I loved this place, I went with my friends just the other week. There was almost no one there, and so many different things that we could do. Great place to have a party or event, but make sure that you go on a week day or else it's Bananas in there.
