We love coming to Silver Lanes. We reside in Waterford right now so driving an hour "just to bowl" should definitely prove we love this place. The staff is friendly, there's always people bowling, and even when it's busy the staff is kind and patient. They have great deals all week and we've been lucky enough to take advantage of their unlimited bowl deal on Friday and Saturday ($16 per person unlimited bowling)! Tuesdays are their triple play days. $3.33 per game per person and $3.33 for shoes! Can't beat that! This is a great establishment with three other "buildings" inside. There's an arcade with great deals tied in with bowling days. There's a bar with pool, and there's even a laser tag place just next to the arcade. How can it get better? The bowling alley (Silver Lanes) also has their own bowling ball shop with plenty to choose from AND friendly staff. My fiance and I stopped there during their open hours and we were greeted, asked if we needed help, and when we were finished 'browsing' we did ask some questions in regards to which ball we should get as beginners. They answered our questions and we are coming back to purchase two sets of bowling shoes and two bowling balls!

Great bowling alley. There is also laser tag. They host professional tournament events sometimes. Food was alright, drinks were great, and price tab was utterly ridiculous. A serving of wings and fries goes for $15, same for ONE drink, and a single game starts at 20-25. Then you add the number of players and shoe rentals. Easily 300 bucks for a foursome.

Couple things I love about this place is that they will always try to work with you’d like to switch lanes for what ever reason. The staff is very attentive and always make sure you’re having a good time. But my favorite thing is how nice the lanes are.

Nice place. love finally seeing some real League bowlers in a bowling alley and not an arcade place for kids. Unfortunately, took my grandaughter there for open bowling it's pretty expensive for open bowling along with rental shoes for an mid-afternoon 2:00

Service person was rude, tried to charge us the after 6 pm.price when it wasn't 5 pm yet. Prices are way too high: $7.69 per game before 6 pm and $9.69 per game after 6 pm and shoes are $5.99 to rent while the majority of place charge $4. I called to ask about the pros hope hours and was told 5pm they opened so we waited until 4:45 pm to arrive, driving from 30 min away to find the hours are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on Saturday .... maybe the pro shop hours should be known by staff? Ball selection size was terrible, not one single small. Place was dirty and needs to be updated. It would not be my first place choice bowl

I wondered if the ableist abusive customer I saw would make good on his threat to leave a bad review; looks like he did. I was actually very impressed when staff took Robert Scherer to task for calling some nearby kids “r*tarded special olympics.” Robert became more and more belligerent and frankly I think the staff showed restraint. The alley itself is serviceable but I’m most impressed that staff defends kids from abusive bigoted “customers.” Bowling allies should be welcome to all ages and abilities, and it is rare to see staff stand up to bullies. Kudos to that staff.

Went there on Saturday 9/17 bowling was good but the pizza and wings were terrible and the soda was hot. When my Sister went to buy popcorn the cook rudely replied "the kitchen is closed," because not one person in the place had given him a tip. I will not be returning! I will definitely go to Revolutions or Spare Time where we usually go.

Lanes are extremely unpredictable in terms of lane play. One week the lanes are so dry and the next week the lanes are very oily. What happened to consistent oil patterns?

My daughter had her birthday party at "Hall of Fame Silver Lanes" in November of 2016. The owners, Tony and his wife Suzanne and their staff are amazing and totally customer-focused. My daughter's party turned out great! The party attendant was helpful and was able to manage a busy group of kids and parents. The new game room and laser tag area was a blast!! The kids loved the games, snack bar and laser tag. The party package was a great value and we didn't feel rushed like we have at other places. Tony was very accommodating and responsive to any requests or questions and we all had a great time. He even took the time to play a game with my daughter! As you can see in the picture, he is the kind of community business owner who takes pride in his facility, appreciates the customers and understands the importance of customer service. A rarity to find these days. He made sure we had a great experience and his wife also checked in with us and complimented our party room decorations. The longevity of their business is warranted and respected. I look forward to hosting future events and being a continued patron at Silver Lanes and I encourage others to support this business as well. Bowled in a TNBA Tournament there and had a great time. The place is real nice! The staff was helpful and friendly, food was great! Also needed some work on my bowling ball and the pro shop owner was great! Will be back again from New York for another tournament! Wish they had a place like this in Albany NY!!

Good family fun. Bring money because it's pricey. Starts at $7 per person and $ 5 for shoes then $7 per each game. There is also the adult vibe which exist with the kids vibes. Separate. Love that. Great space for family and grown up fun.

I have a wonderful time whenever I bowl there. The manager is really nice and she gives me discounts because I'm a postal worker. I enjoy the atmosphere and there is usually league bowlers that bowl. 🎳 brings back a lot of fond memories when I was a kid. I used to go bowling when I was in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade when I was in elementary school. Bowling is always a fun sport to play with family & friends!

First time there with my coworker. Mills is a great bartender. I did not bowl this time.i had food which was ok. Wings werent fully encased in sauce and quesadillas could have had more steak/ ingredients to not make the out rim so bland. Overall a good experience as the drinks were great and the service was very good. Will be coming back

Nice remodel but the floors are very slippery and they are understaffed. Food closed down due to too many orders and the bar was behind as well...I think there should also be some type of booths with tables to better enjoy ur space n food...

Michelle and Tiffany were AMAZING, very eager and willing to make our birthday celebration was everything and then some. The kitchen worked hard and got us our food timely and hot, and the kids enjoyed every last bite. I’m coming back SOON

Had a great time at this bowling alley today. We came as part of an employee outing and it was great. I worked with the manager, Tony, to set things up and he was great to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating, given that we didn't have an exact headcount. They have good lanes, plenty of balls, and some fancy new shoes (just for certain sizes though). The staff was very attentive and we were well taken care of. As part of our package we also had food. I have to say, the wings were phenomenal! All in all, a great location, great staff, and a great manager. I highly recommend this place.

The prices are high. I went the Friday after Christmas. All games were full price. The company cancelled all deals because it was a holiday weekend and they could make more money. I probably would have played more games and spent more if the games didn't cost so much.

Some of the best maintained lanes I've ever bowled on. Dave in the pro shop drilled a ball for me and got it back to me within a day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. You don't need to make a reservation like at other alleys, there's are 52 lanes so there's always one open.

Nice place. Bowling was fun but laser tag was awesome! And only $2 per person! Next time we probably will skip bowling all together and go straight for the laser tag. Just my personal preference...

Lots of lanes! Tons of leagues to join, pretty much every day of the week. Bathrooms are clean.The private party room is a good size. The food is standard bowling alley fare (pizza, burgers, fries, popcorn, soda, etc.). Greasy and cheap! The first time I went the pinsetters and scoring kept messing up, but the last two times have been better. Thankful that management has been working with the group with whom I volunteer, to give the group discounted games and shoes. Very thoughtful!

I visited on Sunday Feb 14, 2021. Plenty of signage and parking. Outside is a little drab but the weather was as well. The inside was as one would expect for a bowling establishment. The lanes were well kept and the boards are equipped with nice technology. The shoes were as one would expect. Pricing was a little on the high side, but I am not from that area so it may be conducive. Service was good, the clerks were available and appeared to want to help. One informed me of a weekend league that sounded like it would fit my lifestyle and be a lot if fun. Regarding COVID they assigned every other lane and provided hand sanitizer and had masks, for a fee. This is on the "do it again" list.

Had a great time with the family. Purchased a Groupon and had two hours of cosmic bowling with a cheese pizza for 30 (NOT INCLUDING SHOE RENTAL) yet the atmosphere was fun and there are two sections One section for adults , classic bowling, and the opposite side was cosmic glow im the dark, well lit, area with two drop down screens playing recent music videos. We bowled, ate, sang along with the kids and even danced. Was a great time!

It was my first time at this bowling alley. There is something for everyone to do here. Staff is wonderful. Just from what I got to experience; they have laser tag, an arcade area, pool tables, adult beverages, and food. Not really sure about prices on everything, but bowling was very reasonable. It was also very clean for the amount of people there.

Fun place. Decent prices on bowling with good prices on drinks. We went on a Friday night, and there was a great crowd of young adults there. This was after we attempted to visit Revolutions in South Windsor. That crowd would've been more at home in a city public housing project rather than a bowling alley. 5 stars for silver lane, for their good prices and pleasant crowd.

I've been here a couple of times. Overall, the establishment is clean and well functioning with a couple hiccups here and there. For example, we've ran into issues with the lanes and gotten some attitude from the folks at the front. Then again, I wasn't expecting first-class service. The bar / lounge in the back has three pool tables, but only one triangle, so you have to take turns to set up your table. The area is pretty spacious though, so you don't feel cramp even with a decent number of people in there.

I like it here. The only pet peeve is one side of the alley is usually dark depending on the time. Which given the choice, I opt out, but one day we weren't given the choice which made it bitter for us. Both sides were darken. The music was loud with two massive screens and horrible fluorescent lights.Personally, It's hard to enjoy it. The younger generation enjoys it!

Silver lanes is am amazing place to go and take your kids also. Something I really love about this place is that it brings back a lot of fun times like when my nana and my pops brought me there for the first time. Their lanes are really taken care of and they offer many different food items to eat while you bowl. Something they recently added was laser tag probably 1 or 2 years ago and I've never been in but I'd imagine it would be fun. Thank you silver lanes for making my bowling experience the best it can be, I will never stop coming to bowl at your bowling alley.

Bowling is fun anytime of the year and Hall of Fame Silver Lane did not disappoint. Just check the times at night during the week as there are leagues that play most nights so it's usually open after 8 to the general public.

Amazing! Groupon coupon honored without any fuss. Brought my two kids and little sister. (Groupon 4 people, 2 hrs, 1 lg pizza and shoe rental for $49) I had a 10 off 40 deal from Groupon which reduced the price. The fried dough was amazing, got two orders! Pizza was eh, but it was free. Definitely recommended.

Nothing can beat this place. Always lively and yet I have never waited more that 10 minutes for bowling here, even on weekends. There is so much to do here apart from bowling. Food is good and staff is wonderful.

The first thing you'll notice is that it's real easy to miss when you're trying to look for it. But after that, once you try to get in, it's a really nice atmosphere. The lanes do have some technical difficulties from time to time but everyone is friendly and it's a neat place to go to.

This year will be 23 years of our success of running a handicap bowling league there, called the Robert J. Myers memorial league. I have never had a problem associating with owners and staff there at hall of fame. It has been such a family environment. I am truly grateful that all my members have been pleased with bowling. That I was even able to teach a sight seeing man how to bowl without using bumpers. How great is that! Tony keep doing a great job making so many comfortable at your business. 😊 I was told this league could be one in our country being runned by 2 people wheelchair bound.

I love this place because it ISN'T an entertainment center!!!! It isn't TOO LOUD that you have to yell to socialize with other bowlers!!! You aren't being constantly bombarded with flashing neon or LED lights!!!
