Every Saturday for 2 hours before opening it is toddler time. It’s like $12.50 per child but the fun I’m telling you it’s priceless! Go there with your littles, you won’t regret it!

I have been here 2 times now. Once last Thanksgiving break in 2021 and today. The place was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. My daughter slipped and bumped her lip on the rings today, they were very attentive with ice and things to clean her up. Currently she is doing great and went back to playing shortly after her injury. We will be back next Thanksgiving break, or maybe sooner. My family that lives here visits all the time.

Just went to bring my kid for NYD and the line was out the door. From a business perspective, I understand wanting to be open and to capitalize on the holiday and kids being out of school. However, if you do not have the staff to support these holiday crowds, you should not be open. I watched frustrated parent after parent pull their children out of line because it did not move for 10+ minutes. My kid and I left just as disappointed.

Myself, 8 and 6 year old went for the first time together. They had a great time... as a paying parent i was a bit taken back on how unfriendly the staff was (except for our cashier to get tickets) several didnt smile back, would barely respond if asked a question, and one even told me i couldnt jump in the same square as my 6 year old boy while we jumped nsync holding hands For 60 bucks for 90 minutes, i guess i was expecting a bit more class. From just a jumping standpoint, good time, but felt that it took away from the expierence.

Skyzone was so much fun! My students had a blast. The staff was very well organized and friendly and the facilities were very clean and well-designed! I highly recommend this for families, school groups, etc.! Enjoy!

Overall this place is just ok. The check in lady was nice but they were out of half the sizes of socks that you're required to buy. Every other staff member just seemed either very annoyed, or super bored. Nothing seemed clean. The place stinks and they need to replace all the furniture as it looks like it came out of a dumpster. We came via Groupon but I would rather pay full price and go somewhere else. The only plus side is there's quite a few activities for kids.

Ok enough. Not a lot of variety. Too many adults playing dodge ball with kids and getting too tough. Parking lot not well lit and snow not adequately cleared.

This facility was well put together and had things to do for all ages of our family (preschooler to adult). The only thing Sky Zone can improve on is their staffing numbers. There weren't enough staff to monitor all of their games. For example children were using the long grabbing stick (which is used to grab the swing - one of their new items) themselves because the staff member was assisting other children on the Zip Line. Overall nice place!

We recommend pre purchasing jump passes to make check in faster & secure your jump time. Lots of different jumping platforms and activities to keep the kiddos busy. The pizza was given two thumbs up by the kids in our group and was not overly expensive, drinks and candy were $2-3 each. The kids (4-21yrs old) can't wait to come back!

Fun place for kids, wish there wasn't an arcade, my kids were really distracted by the screens and toys rather than getting out there and jumping. Wish it was a place where parents/caregivers could jump with kids easily, but you must buy their socks to jump.

Went to an excellent birthday party here and was blown away, great place. My 4 year old and his friends had a great time. The pizza and service was excellent, and there were lots of helpful employees that kept an eye on the boys and were very kind to them. I am definitely going back

I visited for my sons birthday with a few of his friends without reservations. All staff were kind courteous and professional. My son and his friends who are at a difficult age to please enjoyed their visit. I even had the opportunity to purchase giftbags at the last moment even though the rate was much higher it was a delight to have the opportunity. The free drink tokens in the gift bag were only available for fountain drinks. Two of my crew do not drink soda, when I presented the issue with management she handled my concern in in a kind and professional manner sticking to the rules and regulations of the company. We always enjoy ourselves here. Groupon is your friend for deals. This time we came to a friend's child's birthday party. The kids jumped for an hour and then had pizza. The room was modestly decorated. The bonus was they had candles for the cake because birthday parents forgot them, we have all been there!

I have been to this skyzone many times. I have made many awesome memories here. The staff has usually been pretty friendly. However I was here yesterday with a lot of my friends. And we still had a lot of fun. I noticed that the padding was really ripped on a lot of the trampolines. My friend actually fell down a hole from the padding being ripped. The tramps seemed very very worn down and seemed like they could be replaced. The dodgeball was very unorganized at first and people were just running around on the court and not getting out when they were supposed to. But overall this is still a really fun place to go and hang out.

We've been to Sky Zone a couple of times since Covid started, and it has never been too busy. We went today, and it was very busy, and there were so many people unmasked or improperly masked. I had prepaid for the tickets, so we decided to try. My kids did not feel comfortable at all and asked to go almost immediately. I went to talk to the people up front to ask if we could come back another time. They were so kind and understanding. We really felt heard. I will be coming back again another less busy day. Thank you Sky Zone employees, you're the best.

As a 26 year old male, you expect to come here and mostly watch the kids enjoy some trampoline fun. However, I had a blast enjoying all the new fun features that they offer. It is a great place to spend quality time with kids and 2 hours flys by when you’re having fun.

Be aware of the “full capacity” sign. It happened us about 3 times in the last 10 times we tried to visit. Also, check-in is troublesome with holiday pass and punch cards. But it’s a fun place to burn some energy.

We were very impressed with the facility and equipment and our kids had a great time. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we came for the family fun package and had planned to eat after playing but our order was lost and our kids were getting cranky and had no patience to wait so we had to leave. The price of the pizza and pop was refunded which we appreciated. We will try again soon!

Be careful swiping your credit card to their machines,because whether it works or n0t they will be charged . I've been c0ntacting them for a refund because i've been charged for the that massage machine that didn't w0rk. But never get the refund.i guess that is part of their business.

Workers seem kinda cold. The only man who seemed welcoming was a handsome older black man at the front desk. It seems very expensive for the little that there is able to do, I expected it to be bigger and more activities. There was also parts that were “closed” or so. There was one area where they told my daughter not to go because it’s not available right now. It was strange.

This place is okay. I’ve seen cleaner and bigger. My main complaint is that I ordered food and 15 minutes went by and still nothing. I go ask about my food and the guy working says he is going to ask about it. Never came back and told me and started sweeping the floors. Then another 15 minutes go by and I go and ask again about my food just for them to tell me they don’t have what I ordered. I ordered a half hour ago and you charged me for food you don’t even have?!? Get it together.

Perfect for younger kids 4pm until 6:00. Grandson is 7( Had to go, did not want too) it's clean, fun, affordable! Super nice kids, families that all played together. Perfect strangers having a ball! Relax and enjoy the great smiles of all. Great staff! Buying the membership!

Very crowded. My grandson had his birthday party there. Nobody was cleaning the party rooms after the previous party left. My daughter had to ask someone to clean the room. We were supposed to have the room for 45 minutes but it took minutes of that time to clean. They didn't have anyone enforcing Covid-19 restrictions. None of the hand sanitizers had any solution. My wife said the woman's bathroom had no soap to was her hands, the men's restroom had a urinal screen ripped of the wall laying against another wall. This place has really gone down hill from the previous times he had his parties there.

A great experience for a kids birthday or other event. Even just to have fun with the family! It is definitely geared towards older kids with its ninja course and zip lines. The food takes a while to serve but the entire staff team is extremely nice to the customer.

We did the two hour passes and that was plenty of time for our children and adults ages six to twenty two. We had a blast and laughed hard. My only complaints are that out of our group of seven six left hurt. My six year old daughter had bug bites on her leg when we left and I'm not sure what area she got them. Overall we had a great time and plan to come back. Pricing was fair as well and I the socks you have to buy are great!!

It was slow, kids had fun. I do have a concern though about what they tax. My kids each went up and got a prepackaged Gatorade. These are not taxed in Michigan, yet this facility is charging sales tax on them. 0.36 for my three kids, whatever. But over the course of days, weeks, years- that’s a decent amount of skimming.

My nieces love it here. The staff is super friendly and as long as it isn't too packed they can do everything. 90 minutes seems like a short time but they have a blast and it's plenty of time.

Clean and well lit, no loud music like other jump places- we could actually communicate. Pretty sparcely staffed though. Could easily go an hour without seeing a staff member. The features are geared towards kids 7 and up, mostly just foam pits/plain tramps for kids scared of heights/less coordinated.

Overall a good experience celebrated my sons birthday here and it was okay. Wish they would let you choose what time you get the personal court, and longer time giving the amount of money that you pay to have a birthday party there. Also I would of liked to order pizza from a different place. Overall it was a good experience! My son had a good time which is what matters most. Also the "party host" wasn't much help. Giving that I did have a big party over 20-30 people I would of liked a better host and if one host can't deal with that many people they should of gave her help. I had forwarned them that I have A BIG family. It's definitely a great place to have a party and your kids will definitely have fun! In all I'm glad I did it besides those few problems that I did have.

I have four kids, and we have been to all the parks in town. Sky Zone beats them all! The way they have the Ninja course set up allows a lot of people to play at the same time without interfering. My kids had a blast but this is also the one that I enjoyed the most by far. I highly recommend the friendly staff too.

The equipment is right up my sons alley. But we found that is was pretty dirty. Thick dust in sides of stairs, dust by machines, trash everywhere, tabletops dirty. With the common areas dirty, it makes me wonder how often equipment is cleaned?!??

Great place for kiddos. Opened at 4 in afternoon and after signing waiver and purchasing non skid socks the kids can jump till they drop. Plenty of trampolines and climbing walls. Zip line and snack bar. Friendly staff. Good for most kids under about 13. Special area for 4 years old up to 7 or so. Nice place for kids to burn off some energy in a wholesome atmosphere.

Such an awesome place! They did a Daniel Tiger toddle time and it was great!! Perfect for little kids Durning this time cause my 2 1/2 year old got to run and jump and I didn't have to worry about him being trampled and I got to go around with him if I had their sky socks. So worth it!

This was our first time visiting Sky Zone and we absolutely had a superior time. As a grandma of three grandsons, they have an enormous amount of energy to burn and am always looking for ways to help them with that and allow me to participate with them. I should've purchased an all day pass because we were laughing and having so much fun, literally could have stayed ALL DAY! Thank you so very much!

Came in today to hang out with family for my son's birthday. We had a great time but we noticed that mutiple of us had different times when we all were suppose to be together. When I filled out mine and my 3 year old waivers and paid for us together I assumed that meant we would have the same jump time. I went up to the front and asked and the guy was kind of rude about it...(which my sister did as well because her kids stickers were completely messed up) he seemed to not really know what he was doing. Check in was hectic due to lack of knowledge... He didn't know exact prices at all. All though our jumping experience was nice lack of customer service was very disappointing.

Nice place price is good except when the big kids start jumping crazy flipping where you little one is playing big place but they always have a habit to jump by them .Probly to bounce them around but they get hurt..still nice place and speak up..

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill a little. They are extremely under staffed. The kids that were there working looked tired. One told me that they were all working 8 hour shifts. "they mostly all look to still be in high school"

Great place. Clean and new. Plenty of staff which adequately supervise each area. Couches, bleachers, chairs & tables for watchers. Check in was a little slow, but typical of the area. Fill out a waiver online before your visit to save time. Check their website for pricing (which varies based on the day and time) and special promos they offer.

We (my family) loved this place! We showed up early, got checked in, and we were allowed to jump for an extra 15 min(so we didnt have to sit and wait for our 1pm). The kids were so tired when we got home. THATS THE BEST FEELING! And we got tickets online. I didnt see a promo but i got 5 tickets w/ 60min jump for $20.85!! That's a deal on its own!! Hello summer time. We know where we will be this summer.

We had a birthday party with three adults, three10 year olds, three 16 year olds and six 18 year olds. It was so much fun. The place was clean and there weren't too many people there. Although we left when the glow jump was going on and that seemed to be way over crowded with kids. I noticed someone commented on the smell if sweaty kids??? If course it smells, unless your kid is made of roses... .all kids sweat! It smelled like a roller rink or any other indoor children's area! We will definitely be back!

I love the judgement free attitude. A friend of mine got stuck in one of the pins and all the workers nearby came to help. Even after they got her out, none of them were laughing, making fun of, talking behind her back-nothing! They were quick and helpful and went right back to attending to everyone else as if nothing happened. Those are great workers. I was very pleased. 😊

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout, we even had our own private host the whole time in the private room who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was 1st class! This location has many updates compared to how it was when they first built it. Definitely something for the whole family. The new zipline, ninja warrior, wipeout zone and swings give it a really cool aesthetic. Not to mention the area devoted totally to toddlers with those cool bouncy animals. It's legit. They even updated the socks to be more stylish. I also noticed that they have dodgeball leagues, lock-ins, fitness classes and more. This place is so worth it to check out. Wish I had pics, but I guess you'll have to see for yourself. This big kid had a blast there!!

Enjoyed. Lots to do. Only wish climbing wall had 1 with trampoline or path/walk to vs foam pit. Hard to lift out to even get to wall unless weigh 90-100lbs. If over 125lbs sink ..special socks almost pull off & unable to really get to wall. Suggest 2nd climbing wall with trampoline type. Otherwise nice mix, we did a lot in 1hr. Recommend & good workout

Our 4 kids loved it here. Dodge ball was the favorite activity, but they also had basketball, foam pits to jump into and a big basic jumping zone. There were lots of staff there to make sure kids were jumping safely couches for parents to relax in and even massage chairs. They also have a snack shop and tables.

It was fun for 2 hours and roughly $40 for 2 kids but the older kids bullied my 2 year old while trying to play basketball. My 10 year old loved dodgeball. Overall it just was pricey and the staff was too busy having fun for themselves.

Nice clean place and to have fun with friends. Lots of table space. Shop for sportswear. A snack place is in the inside. The staff is there for your safety, but they as re also to help you out. Lots of smiles to be seen. Have fun and be safe.

This place is a blast! It's fairly inexpensive and it will tire you (or your kids) out in no time. In case you get bored of jumping on the main court, there's also usually dodgeball, a foam pit, and basketball. So there's plenty to do and it's a lot of fun!

Great place to burn off some energy. If your an able bodied parent its a blast as well, very fun, theres all kinds of gizmos and gimmicks to play on. We'll be buying a pass so we can enjoy again and again.

Although the price might seem high for only 30 minutes of play, my boys are usually done after 30 minutes. Then they're tired and ready to go home. We love this place during the winter. Helps us stay active even with all of the snow.

It's very fun, but also quite expensive. They have long trampolines, but only for basketball for some reason... not tumbling. Gymnasts/tumblers are drawn to places like this, but then let down because there are no trampolines long enough to effectively tumble on. There are only two very narrow strips where you could even attempt anything minor. The saving grace of this particular Sky Zone, is that they have other activities as well, like the ninja courses.

Had a gift card to use, apparently the kalamazoo and GR gift cards are not interchangeable at both locations... we drove quite a ways to stay in GR and use the gift card... 5 stars because our kids had a blast. Very expensive if you have a lot of children. Unfortunately we can't take our kids as often as we would like. Wish they had places like this that cost less

New safety rules prevents you from jumping with your kids due to size limitations. Not fun when you go somewhere and can't enjoy the interaction together. Staff liked to stand around and talk in a group. I had to break up their conversation to just ask for a dodge ball court. Most likely will not go there again.

Skyzone is an amazing trampoline inside park, and is great to throw Birthday party's. My brother had a birthday party here and loved it! They have rooms you can have if you want to reserve a birthday party here. They have a ton of foam pits and trampoline dodge ball with is very fun.

Sky Zone trampoline park is very fun but considering I saw it on Undercover Boss I thought there would be more than just the dad ball courts and the regular trampoline the basketball hoop they said they would be getting more stuff in but for that visit it was okay I will come here again
