Had a combined birthday party here for 3 kiddos, they had a blast doing the glow bowl, playing the games and chowing down on the pizza! It was very convenient for the lanes to have the automatic bumper feature for the younger kiddos, and the assisted ball rollers. Good for the spread of ages we had with our group. Great value for the bday package, very friendly & helpful staff in spite of it (seeming) like they may have been a little understaffed - either way they knocked it out of the park in spite of having a FULL alley. 10/10 recommend!

We're members of the Kids Bowl Free program with the family membership added. My kids had such a good time they actually asked to go bowling again tomorrow! Thankfully, I have the day off and we WILL return! The remodel is still in progress, but the finished product is much needed and going to be wonderful, when complete. Great fun, wonderful atmosphere and perfect customer service.

Haven't bowled in years and was surprised at how much fun I had!! Checked every where and Airplanes has the best prices around!! The Family Deal is the way to go! $64.99 for up to 6 for 2 hours and that includes shoes! Add large pizza for $5.99 more AND if you join their email club you get $10 off coupon!! Rockin' good time!!

I was there for my neice's birthday party although I've been there before for a bowling tournament probably like 8 years ago. It's a good bowling alley with nice staff but it was a little cramped for a birthday party of about 20 people (kids and adults) on 2 lanes. There's 2 tables for the bowlers and 1 table behind for 2 adults. We ended up get 2 more lanes for the adult bowlers and that gave us more space.

The land are pretty cool good music but food is pricy so if ya put higher prices for games and less on food doin more for less it would improve not only sales, but also your have more customers, friendlyness also check-in on people to see if they need out want anything as well with menus at tables... Just a suggestion but it was fun!

Clean, staff is just ok. There is really no where to store all your stuff while bowling. There were 6 of us on a lane and I get that's a lot, but it's winter and we have coats, shoes, purses and ball bags etc. where are we supposed to put all that for 6 people? You're also way too close to the people next to you compared to other lanes and it's nothing to do with covid - you're literally on top of each other. We had birthday parties for little kids on both sides of us so we had little kids constantly darting in our lanes while not Air Lanes fault, we did have this reserved days ahead of time so you'd think they would not put a group of adults drinking beer between 2 kids bday parties. I would go back, but not my first choice.

We had a great time! The lanes were busy when we got there, but we did get a lane within 10 minutes. The employees were all wearing masks and all tables, chairs, lane equipment, and other areas were frequently disinfected. Cheap price for games, shoes, and alcohol - will definitely be coming back!

I love...LOVE this place.....our group comes here at least twice a month and seems to grow every month. We have a couple good bowlers and the rest of us who just want to have fun....we all love it! Lanes are fantastic.... service is wonderful and prices are great. Best deals in town. I met the owner for the first time he was working on a Saturday night and he was singing behind the service desk using a can of shoe spray for a microphone..we couldn't stop laughing....made our night fun!!!. Cares about his customers.....love this place.

Kids enjoyed this place a lot . At first we thought of going to a different place but went to this place. Since it was open on day before Christmas eve. We took a two hour lane for four kids and two adults. Ambience was clean. We ordered food food arrived in record time. Food was good enough and we all liked it. Kids enjoyed the complete two hours of bowling and we were completely satisfied with the visit.

I enjoyed my visit to Air Lanes Bowling center. I went to meet friends who where participating in a tournament. It was pretty packed so seating was limited, however I felt safe from the transmission from Covid-19. I will definitely be back for a visit.

I have been bowling there for years and have never not had a good time. The people there are friendly, the food is amazing (Seriously, try the waffle fries and cheese curds), tons of events and leagues, and there is plenty to do. It is very clean and they have resently remodeled. Definitely recommend it!

It's really a laid-back great atmosphere to hang out with the family it's not the most modern or fancy place but it's clean with a great helpful staff and that makes it all that better take your family there have fun Sunday Monday and Thursday nights are great deals there

The staff is friendly from my experience despite a previous comment saying otherwise. Good weekday specials also for those who can break away from work midday occasionally like me. I am new to "serious" bowling but Gary in the pro shop set me up with everything and was really friendly, helpful, and listened/answered my questions despite my total lack of knowledge of the sport. The establishment is clean and in decent mechanical condition. Just a good place to have fun for a decent price!

Celebrated our annual family bowling outing. It was a good deal for our group of 12 to have a birthday party. The pizza was actually good, too. The bowling was fun and we got to enjoy Cosmic Bowling and win prizes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the music was SO loud.

The bowling alley is very nice, service was a bit disappointing. You can bowl with 6 people per lane, but they only have seating for 4 per lane.. so if you come with a big group, you don't all get to sit. I was told I had to go to another register to order food and then the lady just stood there while I moved 5 feet down to the other register and had to wait for the busy cook to help me.

We came to this bowling center for a family outing since we were visiting family in Des Moines. The center is pretty clean and we were able to get a lane after a 20 minute wait. It was a Saturday, so they were pretty busy. While we waited the guys got to play a quick game of billiards that was in a separate room from the bowling alley. Overall we had a great time!

They have really great deals, sometimes good music (I don't like the new music they're playing now) they used to have a classic rock or 80's goodies that I personally enjoyed, the 5 stars are about bowling, cleaninless, lanes and most of their crew it's really nice. The price is decent and the food is good they also have a selection of drinks but the bowling itself our second game a pin was in the gutter and the machine just stopped so they moved us over one and that one gave us all strikes even though they weren't so they had to reset that one also the bathrooms are clean but there is no divider between the urinals in the men's bathroom and there is plenty of space for a cheap divider
