Reviews of Centennial Gun Club
Drew Harris
This is one of the best gun clubs in Colorado. They are extremely helpful from training situations, the gun range, knowledge on anything needed and very patient with people. After working specifically with the Range Manager Max, we couldn't be more thankful in the direction we went through class training and background knowledge on what we would want for the future. Max is outstanding and couldn't say anything better than the facility is top notch and the people here are absolutely outstanding. Definitely will continue to keep coming back because of it!
Layne McBride
I love this place! The entire facility is top-notch - they have a wide range of shooting bays that can accommodate pistols or rifles, they have a great retail area with a large variety of products and brands, they have an on-site gunsmith, and they even offer training. The staff is very knowledgeable and help make you feel very comfortable every time you step in the door. Centennial Gun Club is hands-down the best range in Colorado and I couldn't recommend it enough.

I’ve had great experiences here with the gunsmith, Jacy. He recognized the issue with my gun, explained it thoroughly, and then fixed it right up.
I also recommend the trainer, Keith. It’s been about 7 years since I had been to the range so I wanted some coaching my first time back. Keith was awesome and picked out a couple different options for me to try so I could be more confident when I go to purchase. He was well spoken and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely use him for any future lessons.

I purchased a nice (used) pistol from Centennial Gun Club. When I took the gun to the range, there was a minor issue that was a momentary disappointment. In speaking with the gunsmith, Bart, and one of the salesman, Damon, they were able to rectify the issue to exceeding satisfaction. This store is well over an hour away from where I live, but will now become part of my “gun store visit/purchase rotation“. I would highly recommend this business/team.
JustWanna LiveFree
This is a good gun store with a good range. Not very friendly to new people with questions from what I can tell because they will either give you attitude or dismiss you entirely. Do your research before you go in and you should have a good experience.
Katie Logan
Overall positive experience.
Definitely make a reservation if you’re trying to come shoot, they have targets, ear pro, eye pro and ammo for sale. Waivers online are helpful and it’s a rifle friendly range.
Karen Saunders
When I couldn’t figure out how to dissemble my new EMP Ronin I went back to the place where I purchased it. The folks there couldn’t figure it out even after checking videos on the internet. So I headed to the Centennial Gun Club gunsmith. Jacy and Alex helped me right away and showed me how to make a tool from a paper clip that would allow me to remove the guide rod and spring easily. Then after I cleaned and oiled the gun I had trouble reassembling the gun. I wasn’t able to get the slide stop and lock snapped in without jamming the gun. So I went back to CGC. They were able to get the slide stop out and filed a little ramp on the lock so it would snap in easier. Alex also spent some time to show me just how to hold the gun to finish this last step in the reassembly process. They didn’t charge me either time! They both went out of their way to help me out.

Need to leave another positive review for Legacy Gunsmithing.
They continue to be an amazing help for all my installation and cerakoting needs. Great guys.
Andrew Picone
I’ve been shooting on the range twice now and had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also recently purchased from them (my first gun purchase) and everyone was extremely helpful and made it a very comfortable experience. Special shout-out to Tim for your help on the range and especially Matt who is a very genuine and knowledgeable person and truly wants to help those seeking to protect their house/families. Highly recommend for first time fun purchasers or those looking to fire on the range.
Brady Laehr
The staff is friendly and the range is really nice. Their trade/used guns purchase policy is inconsistent. I was told by two different people that they offer 70% of the used sale value and this turned out to be total bs. I was offered less than half of the going used rate for my trade. If you can stand behind the 70% figure don't advertise it. I'll be purchasing elsewhere but will continue to use the range.
Alexis Bailey
Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They don't look down on or act condescending to women and new shooters. They want you to be safe and accurate. The training is great and they don't make you feel stupid for asking questions . They are the only place I care to go. You'll be happy that you went there too!
John Karau
Best gun club in Denver, received great service from both David and Matt in helping my mom pick out her first firearm.
Weiming Junki
I was just double-checking the range hours & I wanted to add something after reading the most recent review.
When I had recently visited the range for the first time in far too long. I found the staff to be friendly enough and competent overall. I haven't tried to trade/used, but I have had trouble with help finding specific newer products.
However, I enjoyed my time in the range. I was helped by the manager Bryce, I had several issues with my equipment, mostly attributed to cleaning practices. After my time on the range though, I may be back soon to purchase an M&P Shield, as per Bryce's informative conversation.
Centennial Gun Club has the best range in the area, hands down.
Mario Jimenez
Very appreciative of the customer service. A young lady named Payton was fantastic, very helpful and pleasant to work with. 10
Stars for Centennial Gun club !
jeremy zody
Alex and Burt were amazing. I took in my HK p30 in with a trigger spring problem after spending 2 days trying to fix it myself. Answered all my silly question and 10 minutes I was out. Highly recommend
Casey Elliott
Great for a date day! They have plenty of gun rentals and that comes with ear and eye pro if you forget it. They offer conceal and carry classes/permits that are nice and they have lots to purchase if you need guns ammo etc. And you do not have to be a member. My recommendation is go with your S.O. and buy they battleship targets and see who wins! So much fun!
Andrew Coffman
Got a private couples class with Jon. He instantly made us feel comfortable and did an incredible job teaching us the fundamentals and made us feel even more comfortable with our guns out on the range! Everyone we spoke with was incredibly helpful patient and kind! We will definitely be back. Highly Recommended!

Thank you to everyone at Centennial Gun Club. My husband and I have visited the club a few times in the past few weeks. The first time we visited we were greeted by Jacob who walked us through our options as far as getting a new gun. My husband went with a Sig P320 and I got a HK VP9. He then introduced us to Matt, who set us up with classes to learn more about our new guns. After our class we realized that this was one of our favorite activities so we decided to become members and it was Matt again who explained all of our options to us. We are excited to be members and to continue our training journey. Thank you again to everyone at Centennial Gun Club for all of the help and for making our introduction to shooting so enjoyable
Martha James
This was my second time visiting Centennial Gun Club while in town with family. This time the service had notably improved. We were promptly greeted by Matt in the membership department who answered some questions about classes and membership and then walked us over to the range desk where Keith got us set up with rentals and range time. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. Thank you again for a wonderful experience
Christopher Cossio
I've been shooting here twice and both times I had a great experience. Most recently, I brought my Glock to the gunsmith to have the rear sights aligned and Mike gave me outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment.
Vicious Mistr3ss
Second time coming here and had yet another great experience. All of the guys are so nice and extremely helpful. I had voiced that I was thinking of trying a shotgun and our clerk was very encouraging and convinced me to give it a go. He showed me how to load it and shoot it, it was a blast!
Troy Turner
Fantastic shop.
These guys have a good selection considering the times we are living in and all of associates I worked with provided excellent customer service.
I was asked by more than one person if I needed help and when I did, they were prompt in finding me what I needed.
Special shoutout to “Damon” who took my name/number down to notify me when several other products would be coming in.
I would 100% recommend this shop to family and friends.
Michael Chesna
Well ventilated range. Rented a few guns before deciding to become a member. Was able to pay for the year up front and can't wait to use the range as much as I want. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone there knows their stuff. Shoutouts to Mike for getting me setup with my Glock 26.
Alec Long
Great Range, hasn't been overally Busy, they have an intuitive system for Range time reservations which makes going to the Range easy.
Byron Berg
I bought a new CZ over and under Drake shotgun from Centennial gun club. It appeared it needed a little adjusting and Bart wouldn’t hear of sending it back to the factory he said it was something he could fix himself which he did. My new 28 gauge CZ is working flawlessly thanks to Bart Miller ‘s expertise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding service and the employees are knowledgeable and very aware of new trends and what's hot on the market currently. They've got the stock practically memorized front to back and are willing to answer any questions. Purchased a firearm here and whole process was easy and painless. Military and Law enforcement friendly , highly recommended.
Mark Jefferson
I have been a member for just under a year and Matt has been a stellar representative of the company. He sold me my membership when he was in the training department, my LWRC when he was working in sales, and has helped me with some of the issues that I have had since becoming a member. Today I learned that he was now the Director of Membership. A well deserved promotion for an employee that has in my eyes gone above and beyond to ensure that I always leave with a smile. That you again Matt for all of the help. And thank you to Centennial Gun Club for hiring staff like Matt
Mr _Evil_Overlord
Super friendly staff. Found them to be helpful. Gunsmiths were also knowledgeable and gave great advice. Would recommend.
Connor Upton
We have been going here for years and I picked up a used gun from their showcase. There was an included laser that ended up not working and they refunded me no questions asked. Same day of the return we were out with a replacement item. Prices may be a little higher than other options but the service and staff are unmatched.

I've been a member here for approx. 1.5 year and have always enjoyed the staffs excellent professional customer service. Most recently, my interaction with John S. was of particular note as every step in ensuring I was taken care of during a highend optics purchase and firearms transfer was ON POINT!
Overall, the facilities here are great but, come here for the exceptional service of their staff.
Will Freyschlag
Huge thanks to Ralph who helped me get set up and offer some great advice. As a new shooter and trying to decide what to buy, the entire staff was helpful and gracious. Great facility and hospitality
Alan Ball
I had not done any shooting in 25+ years and was very intimidated to go to a shooting range. Today I went to Centennial Gun Club and had a wonderful experience. Everybody was extremely polite and helpful. The Range Safety Officer was incredible. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. He was very quick to offer tips and guidance. They have an extensive selection of firearms to rent or buy, and make the whole process very simple and easy. I plan to take some classes, try different firearms and purchase something in the future. Thanks to everyone at Centennial Gun Range. I will be back!
I previously went to a different place in Castle Rock and got high pressure sales and didn't feel comfortable. I never went back. I am so glad I found Centennial Gun Range.

This is my new favorite gun store. I have shopped at various stores around Denver, and have always had mediocre service. I stopped by today looking for an AP5, while I was waiting to be helped a gentleman named Matt asked if I needed assistance, he proceeded to get up from his desk to assist me. He showed me the AP5 that they had, and answered my questions about it. I decided to purchase it, while he got the box, he handed me off to another Matt who started my paperwork. The teamwork shown by the staff here, and their eagerness to help is what made the experience that much better. Thank you Matt and Matt
Matthew Curry
Great people, but a bit slow getting the guns back from the gunsmith. Takes weeks, otherwise I would give 5 stars. That is even with the high prices. I don't mind paying for something but a 4-5wk turn around to move a sight like 1/16th inch is just not ok.
Michael Larranaga
Very excited to explore this store more.
Unfortunately, their was a miscommunication between myself and a salesman which lead to the three star review. I purchased a safe. The store does not deliver safes but recommends a company. I was told they start at 149 for delivery. I had the safe delivered. I did not expect a $380 bill for delivery. Although he was technically correct that they did start at $149 such a statement does have a twinge of car lot sales person tactics. Asides from that the range looks great and the selection is impressive.
Ryan Linkous
Awesome store with lots of great stuff in stock. The gunsmiths are excellent as well!
Jon Thiessen
Everything in this club is FIRST CLASS! From a fully decked-out gun store in front, to clean, modern classrooms to amazing ranges. Every employee seems genuinely excited to see you have a positive experience, and is extremely knowledgeable. I brought in a pistol to see about new sights, and they found the best sights, got them installed by the on site gun smith, and got me a range time to go shoot for an hour to verify the sights. Easy to use reservations and the only modern/clean/safe range I've found like this in Denver. If you plan to shoot more than twice a month, get a membership and go as often as you like. Well done!
Jeff Klimczak
Been a member for 3 years and have purchased ammo, accessories and firearms here. Easy to sign up, even discounts at partner vendors! Absolutely great group of people, very knowledgeable and very giving of info and advice. You can not only shoot here (and with programmable targets, a wide variety of firearms you can use and competitions, why wouldn't you!) but learn as well! Clean, bright, well air filtered lanes with holster qualification available. Excellent experience always!!
Kevin Campbell
I absolutely love this range. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The range experience is very professional and the classes are quite good. I can''t recommend them enough. I always am made to feel welcome from the second I walk in the door. The rest of the customers are all good people too. I have even use the gunsmith and they are top notch. 5-star experience all the way around!

Best customer service ever. Great gun prices. I have purchased several guns there and they are the best. I ordered online and did not get the gun within 7-10 business days but they made it right and waived the transfer fee. That is what i call customer service at its best. Great place for veterans like me they give discounts. All around awesome place to go for any firearm related issues keep it up guys and gals. Chuck Lawson is an awesome customer service representative. Merry Christmas for all on behalf of me and my family thank you for keeping Americans Safe while we battle these tough times. Semper Fi Hoooraahh.

I find the facilities at Centennial Gun Club to be excellent. It is a very clean and organized building. The shooting lanes are very modern and definitely meet my needs for both pistol and rifle shooting. They are well maintained.
Club personnel are very friendly and helpful.
I've been a member for 1-1/2 years using the facilities regularly and intend to continue my membership with Centennial as long as I can.
I truly recommend this club highly.
Margaret Smith Allen
My husband and I have spent a lot of time at Centennial Gun Club, not only inquiring about and purchasing from their well informed and professional staff, but have also used the shooting range on many occasions. We were impressed with the emphasis on safety and their effort to create a positive experience. We also took a class there and were very impressed with the instructors level of expertise and experience. We will definitely take more classes from them. We highly recommend stopping by!
Brian Smith
My whole family loves to shoot here! Thank you centennial gun club for helping me raise my kids (son 12, daughter 10) to be prepared citizens. I've shot here for a while, but became a member this year and couldn't be happier. They even take care of their customers with regularly available ammo at EXTREMELY fair prices during a pandemic! Amazing. It's clear that Centennial gun club truly cares about their community.
Reno Pelletier
Great indoor range. The range officers are all professional with a strong focus on safety. I've seen shooters do incredibly stupid things, thankfully the range officers step in quickly, keeping everyone safe. The gun shop is well stocked and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. They do run sales occasionally, it then becomes a good time to stock up. Highly recommended!
Stephen Hernandez
Been a member for about a year now. Great gun selection, best range around, and good discounts for members.
Patrick McKenna
I love this club. I was brand new to all things guns when I started shooting December of last year. I went in without any knowledge of what firearm to get and the staff was fantastic and took all the time I needed to ask questions and educate me on what firearm would be best suited for me. They are top notch with their knowledge and the products they offer. The training here is fantastic as well I'm looking forward to my class in the next couple weeks.
Peter Armstrong
This will now be my go to gun shop/range. Staff is very knowledgeable, they patiently went through several options for a new carry pistol. The prices are very fair, and I couldn't be happier with my new M&P M2.0 compact. The range is well maintained and the RSO's are happy to help, while making sure everyone is safe. It's always better to call first and make a reservation for a lane, as they can get busy, but they got me in pretty quickly anyway. Easily five stars.
Soto Nest
I recently went in to purchase my very first firearm. A lot of the reviews said that the staff were knowledgeable and reliable, in fact, that's why I chose to go there. The friendly staff helped me find the best possible gun for my needs and budget. The paperwork was smooth and easy. I even had an issue with limp wristing that they helped me out with while waiting on my background check.
Walked out of the store with a very fairly priced Walther PPS and some good feels because it was a good experience overall.
Though I'm new to owning a firearm, I've shot many times at many ranges. The indoor pistol range was very nice, clean, and well ventilated.
I'll definitely back here for future purchases.
Keith Evon
My son and I are novice shooters and have been here a couple of times now. The staff is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful each time we have been there. We have interacted with different staff members every time we have been here and all of them have been knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this range if you are learning to shoot. We took the "First Shots" class before going to the range and I recommend that as a good intro to shooting if you have never done so before.
Bill Binet
Safe, knowledgeable, hospitable and friendly. This facility is beautiful. The wood, carpeting, and displays in the store are first class. It seems everybody knows everybody. It's like Thanksgiving at our house. The range personnel are helpful and knowledgeable, but above all, very safety minded. Their attentiveness gave me confidence from the first minute on the line. Bart, the Centennial gunsmith, is the best in the Rockies, and he enjoys explaining gun things.
Mike Stewart
Not a bad range. I've never booked an appointment and have always gotten in a line within 5 minutes of arriving. Maybe just luck or maybe I go at ideal times for walk-ins. Check-in staff could be friendlier and more helpful for beginners. Biggest gripe is the price. $25 for an hour for one shooter, and additional fees for additional shooters. Seems steep to me. Also their gunsmith prices are very high. $75 for a trigger install. Forget about buying anything from their retail shop. Everything has about a 20-35% markup from internet prices.
Fritz Freund
I've been shooting at CGC a few times now and they make it easy, safe, and not bad on the price. The range allows rapid fire so you can test you aim with a double tap. And a bonus of being able to rent a fully auto gun makes the trip a bit more fun. I've had nothing but good experiences with the range safety officers as well. They also have a list of classes I have not yet taken advantage of, but I plan to.
I will admit I haven't bought a gun from here before but the prices are decent and the staff will help you with any questions you have even if you don't plan to purchase that day.
Eric Scott
Jeff and his Sales staff are more than friendly, they are knowledgeable and invest their time to make sure you get the right firearm. They went through a few until we landed on a S&W EZ 9mm. My wife loves the gun and we would recommend his professional team.
Stephen Lantz
Centennial Gun Club is as good as it gets in all respects. The courses in firearms use are taught by highly competent instructors and cover completely relevant topics that range from beginner to expert training. The gun shop is superior in terms of the products that are available and the expertise of the sales personnel. And finally, the gun range, the heart of the club, eclipses all other indoor ranges I've ever visited. Most importantly, a range safety officer is always present to monitor the shooting activity to ensure that no one is endangered by unsafe shooters. These officers are highly professional and are very diligent and firm in their duties. At the same time, they, like all of the other staff at the club, are courteous, welcoming and helpful. When the owner put this facility together, he really got it right! Kudos!!!

A friend and I went out to Centennial Gun Club on Saturday morning. I was very impressed with all aspects of the operation.
The associates truly "Make the Difference"! They were all very knowledgeable, friendly and excited to be working there. I am always looking for people who are passionate about what they are doing. The Team were all very passionate across the board!!
Your retail space was a great added touch.
Charles O'Neill
I have rented and tested different firearms from Centennial Gun Club on three different occasions to help ensure that I purchased the firearm that was right for me. I have since purchased three different firearms from them as well as ammo and other accessories.
It is the nicest and cleanest facility that I have visited in Colorado and other states. Because of it's popularity, there are times when you might have to wait for help, but the wait is worth it and the staff is excellent.
Rob Bates
The shooting range is awesome with digital target controls that include programmable distance and routines. The range officers are safety conscious and most of them are nice. I am sure all of the negative reviews on the range officers are about this one guy in particular. His people skills need some work.
The storefront is priced above MSRP with an occasional deal at a weekend event.
Peter Sunden
Large, clean facility with a wide selection of products. Range staff was safe and professional. Lanes were well-lit and the target carriers are pretty advanced. Floor staff was helpful and prompt. I've used the gunsmith too and no complaints. I haven't taken a class through the CGC but I browsed the calendar online and there's quite a range.
Frank B
Great store for the gun enthusiast. Friendly staff that is helpful and not pushy. Outstanding ladies night taught by women. In house gunsmith. Lots of classes from intro to advaced and very advanced. They take the time to make you feel comfortable. Professional and safe.
Shari Peterson
I was invited to Ladies Night with a friend. Far exceeded any expectations. The 5p - 8p time is a "drop in", but if you come early they offer very interesting speakers. I was so impressed with the facility, staff and especially Mark Ferguson, in sales. Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have invited other friends (Male and Female) to try this place and have had rave reviews from all. I have taken other classes there on a variety of topics and always find their trainers, speakers and environment very conducive to learning and I enjoy spending time with like minded folks. Many of their classes are offered as "Coed" or "Women only", which removes the testosterone and can be really fun. Plus their facilities are beautiful. Mary, one of the family owners, said their goal was to have a nice facility that was also family and female friendly. And they did it!
David Price
Great facility and staff. Range and shop are very nice and the range officers are extremely helpful if you have questions or concerns at any point. The classes are diverse for all levels and they have quite a selection to chose from. My wife loves the ladies night which happens every other week most of the year.
jason bourne
It is the nicest gun range/shop I have visited in Colorado. The range is clean, sophisticated and safe. Their gun rental pricing is pretty good also. The store also offer a lot of items to browse through. I can see why they are busy and known.
I have been here multiple times but have stopped going hence the 4 star. 3 star isn't fair but a 5 would be lying. There have been a number of times where I just don't feel like a valued customer. I'm in the market to become a member and am glad I didn't lock in with them. Some of the employees are nice and courteous but there are a number of bad eggs. I have been straight up ignored (to be fair a different employee did recognize this, apologized and helped me quickly despite that awkward tension). I have also met condescending employees that just kill the atmosphere. Also they are extremely strict with their time duration which is a bit of a buzzkill though understandable.
Place doesn't look like they need my money so I'll be going else where but other than those negative experiences it isn't a terrible spot. I personally can't get over those bad moments. You judge yourself.
Ira Ling
I've shot here twice now. The range is great, air is cycled adequately and the RSO is constantly watching and keeping the area clean of brass. These guys take safety seriously and I am one to appreciate that. The range fee isn't too bad considering what you're paying for. Sure other places are cheaper and unlimited time but they're also not as busy.
I bought my first handgun here and it was overall a good experience. Quick and easy.
The staff is a hit or miss, but from my experience i'd say 75% of the staff is friendly. The other ones are either in their own world or just come off as rude. Not a bad place and overall worth it if you don't let the occasional rude staff member get you down.
Brian Sandoval
Very nice and clean shop and range. All professional people with safety as a top priority.
Update: last few visits have been very poor. There's a few bad apples that aren't making me want to continue business. Some terrific individuals go out of their way to help and it's awesome but those few have soured my outlook on CGC. Poor attitudes, pulling teeth to get help and you feel like an inconvenience to the few gun snobs. Horrible experience as a customer.
Update:
Depends on who you work with, find the good ones and this place is amazing!!
Drew Chitiea
GREAT Club! I'm a charter member and plan on keeping my membership active well into the future. Clean & well-ventilated shooting lanes usually available when wanted (or 1/2 hour either side), good gunsmiths on-site, knowledgeable and adept at repairs, maintaining & customizing weapons. Ammo in bulk available and just about any accessory you'd need/want for rifle, pistol or shotgun. Knowledgeable and friendly staff with all kinds of classes running monthly to educate and further the education of those interested in firearms. Conveniently located to entire south side of metro Denver near Centennial Airport. Highly recommended!
William Wallace
I very much enjoy centennial gun club. Our group Brothers In Arms uses their facilities several times a year. They let us use one of their education rooms for an hour at no charge and then provide an entire range for our group at decent prices. The folks on staff are professional and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in shooting or learning how to do it safely.
Daniel Parker
Great experience here. I've gone to many gun ranges both indoor and outdoor and this is by far the best one I've ever been too. They take safety far more serious than any range I've been to and it helped me realize I had some bad habits. The showroom here is a serious drool worthy experience. Spend too long in there and you'll wreck your credit score😂
Myron Spanier
I believe that the Centennial Gun Club is one of the finest facilities of its kind, certainly in the Denver Metro Area. I have been a customer since the first day it opened. They have high quality lanes, and experienced friendly employees. This makes for a rather pleasurable day a t the Range.
On the retail side, they maintain quality well stocked inventories of guns, ammo, and shooting accessories.
Paul Kathol
The new building is amazing. The range is clean and well lit with great ventilation and target carriers. Centennial Gun Club really went all out to provide the latest technology in their shooting range. The range staff was able to walk me through the simple operations of the target carrier system to set up my own custom facing drills, which is a big plus. The RSO on duty actually gave me a few pointers on my trigger pull right there in the booth (added value!). As of this review, they have tons of range ammo available at a competitive price. (Ammo has been hard to get over the last year, but it's becoming more available now.) I'm really considering becoming a member for the free range time and ammo discounts. If you use the range three times per month your membership pays for itself in range fees alone. Great value, great range, great staff!
Pat Pungitore
Best gun range I have ever been to. They are very welcoming to women. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a class or how to improve your technique, they can make it happen.
Sarah Zubrin
1. I went to the range, and had a wonderful experience with a gal named Sara who helped me select and rent 3 weapons. When I went the first time I had a male instructor with me, he was helping with selection and technique. I tried out a few guns, was informed that one was the gun of the month and provided me with a purchase price. We left as they were closing early that day. So 5 stars for the range, and the gal who assisted me.
2. Slow service and overinflated prices on the sales side are the biggest deterrent. The sales representative served all the males on the floor before acknowledging me. Would come back to shoot, probably not to buy.

Good experience for an indoor range. I've been a few times & always had a decent time. Staff is ALWAYS pleasant, professional, & knowledgeable. Last time I went it was very busy so I felt a little overwhelmed, the lanes feel small & cramped to me when they're all full & it made me feel rushed to finish my time. Someday I will find the time to take a class or two!
Jeff Protsman
Centennial Gun Club is the highest quality gun range in the Denver metro area!!!
The staff are all really great people!!! They are knowledgable, helpful,
very professional and they treat everyone with respect. They don't have any of the attitude that you find at the majority of ranges.
I highly recommend Centennial to anyone from expert marksmen to never held a gun in your life. For beginners, Centennial has probably the best staff of instructors anywhere in Colorado.
Fellipe Madureira
I was there in June 2019 just to rent some guns to shoot. I spent about 2 hours with Barry Reid (instructor) and it was a very nice time. He had all the patience to explain how it works in USA and to understand what I was trying to say.
Next year I probably have to come back do Denver for business, if it happens for sure I will come back at Centennial Gun Club!
William Wilson
I've used their range, purchased ammunition, purchased two firearms, and a browning safe from them. Every experience was excellent. Nice place, with knowledgable staff. At times it can be hard to get assistance, but only because they're so busy. My go-to gun place, and I don't mind the wait, cause the coffee is great.
Harris Neil
I was quite impressed. Two of us took advantage of an offer for a free hour of range time. I fully expected this to have some "catch" like having to purchase ammo there, or an unreasonable limit on when it could be used, etc; or submission to a sales pitch to join. Nothing of the sort happened.
We were welcomed as if we were honored guests, there were plenty of staff members, even though the club was quite busy. Help was offered, but nothing was pushed. The total experience was pleasant, and not one of the staff members had the attitude that can be all too common in the world of firearms.
The facilities were amazing. The staff was helpful, and extremely friendly, and we had a great time.
Sam Normandy
Excellent rage with great service. You can program the targets or use one of the presets already available. They also have a great store with just about anything your looking for if it's related to shooting. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend membership to any one that shoots more than once a month.
marcus milon
When my wife child and i went there for the 1st time just to use the range the staff was friendly and very helpful later I had a problem with one of my guns and the gunsmith took a look at it and cleaned it for free I was very surprised at that. Since I had a good experience the first time I came back with a World War 1 trench shotgun I had to take a look at it and seeing that there was a slight problem with it fixed it really quick and said it wasn't worth them charging because it was a quick fix. I'm not leaving this review just because they looked over and fix to my guns for free all around staff was friendly the staff was patient and this is definitely a place that I plan on visiting with my family again and again
Michael Fischer
Great place for range shooting! Gunsmith service is the cherry on top of the sundae.
Keith McAbee
This place is great! Orderly, clean range. The range manager was very helpful in getting the electronics system set-up. The ventilation is strong enough that you won't get nausea from too much gun powder inhalation. This is my new favorite place to shoot.
Meredith Motley
I love the Gun Club! We've been going since they first opened in the old facility, and I found the staff to be professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I love going to Ladies Night, and getting help from the Range Safety Officers. One helped me with a brand new shotgun that I had, showed me how to load and fire it. He even showed me how much it would kick.
When they opened the new store, we decided to become members. Now, our whole family goes and shoots at least once a month. Many times, once a week! It's a great facility, and the staff there are wonderful. They never make you feel stupid, or ignorant, and really want every person who walks through the door to feel welcome and free to ask questions.
The instructors are extremely nice gentlemen who make sure that every student really understands the material presented, and welcome any and all questions. One of them, Mike, is great with older women, and helps them feel safe and secure when using their weapons. I've seen him on the range and he's super gentle and never patronizing.
The Range Safety Officers are always willing to answer questions, and help you be safe with your firearms. I never feel bad about asking for help, or asking questions about anything.
Getting range time is so much easier now than it used to be. They have courteous people on the phones who are well educated and helpful. As a member, we even have an app where we can schedule range time in advance. Great club, great people, great prices.
Mike
Great facilities and I like the evening programs for bowling pin and other matches. It's so much better than just poking holes in paper.
The cost of being a member, however, I find too high. I shoot a great deal but the cost of the membership when added to the cost of shooting makes it just too rich for my blood.
The staff seems very knowledgeable but I think it would feel more accessible and more classy if they weren't dressed like they plan on storming a foxhole at any moment. Does a guy behind a counter at a store really need a cocked pistol, four magazines and two fighting knives on his web belt? Do all five of the guys behind a counter really need all that? What do they think is about to happen? Feels like playing dress up.

I have had a great business relationship with CGC for close to 8 years now. Sometimes, just ammo and accessories visits until I became a member. I've had great range experiences, incredibly wise shooting suggestions, excellent demos, explanations all around. Highest recommendation for this home away from home. Encouraging and safe environment I've taken several guests to with great results.
Mark
First time at this range today. Had a personal training session with Glenn Penske and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Great, professional staff. Safety first environment and a VERY nice range. Money well spent. Will be back many more times.
Bud Troxler
I have been a member since the opening of the new facility. It is a class indoor facility with very personable staff and knowledgeable trainers. Members discount prices on ammunition , an excellent Gun Smith Center and a highly stocked inventory of rifles, pistols, shotguns, knives and accessories plus used pistols.
Eric K
I was visiting this club from out of town. I spent some time exploring the retail space, speaking with many of the employees, and finding out more about the club overall. I decided to use the range, which has nice, modern, and easy to use bays. Not all that dissimilar from the ranges that I am used to frequenting, but their staff does a great job of setting the bar high. This range is a NSSF 5 star rated range, and it deserves that rating.
Erik Bomsta
The personnel at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful. They recommend products based on their experience, and the need of the buyer. The range is in excellent shape and there is always a polite helpful and very experienced range master just a few feet away. What’s more important to me though is the variety of classes offered through the store. They have classes for beginners all the way up to experts. They have classes specifically designed for women; and a ladies night to boot. And the classes are not all about shooting either, some are about psychology, legal matters and other topics. This place is really like no other gun club I’ve seen before. They are professional and offer a huge amount of support and education to the members and the general public.
Katie derry
Without a doubt, it is the nicest club in the US! I've been to clubs and ranges across the country and nothing comes anywhere near this nice. The selection of guns is amazing along with the range. I've taken classes from several of their instructors and always get filled with expertise. Love Centennial Gun Club!!!

I had a great experience buying my XD-M here, but they were also EXTREMELY busy so I wasn't expecting such a good experience. The sales guys, like two or three of them, saw me and asked if I was helped. The attention was great, so I don't understand why this place got a poor-fair review from someone else. They seem to know what they're talking about with regards to, well, everything. I was even recommended NOT to buy a more expensive biometric gun safe because of high return rates. To me, that's a clear sign of honesty. So, instead, I bought a different safe and my gun and it was a good experience overall. The only downside to this place is that the pistol I purchased was not the cheapest I've seen it, but I'm okay with that since I'm not buying guns all the time and they had this exact one in stock the day I bought it (unlike the other places that supposedly had it cheaper, but had NOTHING in stock). I've been back here to buy more ammo and magazines (but I didn't buy anything) and once again, I was quickly acknowledged by the sales staff. I have not had a chance to use their indoor range, but I do intend on coming back for the concealed carry class. I hope to continue to receive a good experience.
Tony Lopez
Best range in Colorado. I shoot there single day. Range officer are experts and knowledgeable (one even picked up a spent case of mine and identified an issue with my gun). Gun sales people are highly knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. Very quick and inexpensive to transfer firearms. And they have great selection of guns!!!
Dee Ell
Great for women! The service is great, the staff friendly and helpful, and the classes are top notch. It's a place where women feel comfortable. Terrific surroundings, nice atmosphere, and far different from other ranges in the area. I have been a member for a year and shoot every week. It's always a great experience.
Matthew Paille
Extremely professional and safe business. I have utilized the indoor range and have a real appreciation for what the staff do. They keep the range safer than any indoor range I have been to. They have a team of top notch gun smiths and they warranty the second hand firearms they sell. Best shooting sports shop in town.
Hurry Up Please
If you're a gun lover and want good prices and a wide variety of items, then I'd recommend this place any day of the week. I've purchased quite a few items from this place, and never once have I left empty handed. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about their products.
I'll continue to bring my business here, even though it's a good 50+ minute drive for me.
D Person
My daughter and I had a fantastic visit to Centennial Gun Club. The entire staff was extremely helpful, and in particular Sean, Ryan and Kyle helped make her birthday trip to the range a memorable time for sure. Unlike other Gun Shops and Pistol Ranges, the folks at Centennial seem particularly focused on giving you individual attention to make sure you are happy with the time, (and money) that you spend there. I just can't say enough about how well we were treated. Thanks so much guys, we will be back again and again.
Toni Culwell
The range officers at Centennial are second to none. My experience was amazing. I was shooting guns I was unfamiliar with and they were patient and encouraging. It was my first time at an indoor range and since then I have been anxiously awaiting my next visit.
Nick Bohlen
Very clean, well organized and nicely laid out. The three separate shooting areas cuts down on excessive noise. Friendly counter people are all willing to assist and knowledgeable. For keeping a sharp aim with my handguns, this place is the best.
Roberto Pinto
I'm a year in as a member and have been very impressed with Centennial Gun Club. Its a great facility, great staff, and very conveniently locate for me. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the free member classes are virtually non existent. I think there have been less than a handful of offerings my first year and there is nothing currently on the calendar. I know its hard to offer free classes so I suggest they give better member discounts to full classes.
Arturo Valenzuela
Excellent place to go for novice shooters. The Range Safety Officer was very helpful and taught me some things about handling firearms. The selection of firearms available for rent and being able to switch them out twice is great for someone who is new to the sport and wants to try out many firearms before investing in one.
Margaret Paul
Great! I have been a member of the club for several years and they are always friendly. I have attended concealed carry, holster qualification, and this coming week a 6 hour course on AR-15s. They do a good job with both the range and the training.
Tro Trujillo
This is a family friendly place that is more than just a range. They're one of the most knowledgeable, non pressured, & information based gun/accessories retail store. They have classes, certified gun smiths, and outgoing sales associates. They've never made me or my wife feel stupid for asking a question about a gun, it's operation, or training. Thank you Centennial Gun Club for consistently raising the bar.
Dom C.
Absolute top notch facility. Rangemasters were extremely helpful in making sure we're handling every firearm safely, and provided advice in a non-condescending way. We even had a .357 that malfunctioned and blew the barrel off! Despite that potentially dangerous situation, the staff rented us another .357 and explained that the gas-cutting phenomenon was very rare. After our lane rental was over, we browsed around the shop which has a great selection. Every clerk we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and most importantly practiced impeccable gun safety. Every firearm shown to us was presented with the action visibly open so we knew it was unloaded. Simple gesture, but I've seen it lacking at other ranges. If I still lived in Colorado I'd be purchasing my first gun here without a doubt. Thanks guys!

We have a Family Membership, however I'm starting to have second thoughts about keeping it.
I've shot at several Ranges along the Front Range, and Denver Metro Area.
When CGC opened, I was excited! Having an indoor range that was open year round, was brand new, and included some nice amenities...I couldn't wait!
On our 2nd visit, I decided to purchase a Membership. I asked if our past trip could be included towards the purchase price, and was told no. However, when I brought 5 of my friends to the range. I overheard them taking with another "prospect" and they were told that it definitely could be included...
The Sales Counter, and Range Counter have always been great! And do what they can to help you.
We have had vastly different experiences with the Range Safety Officers. We've encountered everything from Super Helpful, to one Gentleman who basically leaned against the table and didn't do squat! (In fact I had to ask him to move over (twice), so I could get to my bag to reload!)
We'll have to see how everything goes in the next month or so, however if it doesn't improve, I will likely cancel my membership.

Took a 2 day course with Steve and John, it was the Deadly Accuracy course.
I came into the course knowing I could hit paper, but was not confident in my shooting abilities.
In under 250 rounds John and Steve had me shooting quarter size groups. Just shy of 850 rounds later on day 2 I was drawing, shooting a (deadly accurate) controlled pair at 21 feet.
Cannot say enough about these two, they have completely changed how I shoot and my confidence in my own abilities.
10/10 would recommend, I can't wait to take my next course with them!
Calza
This place really is great. Awe inspiring lobby, lots of selection, clean bathroom, gunsmiths on site, they purchase used guns, and a cafe to buy food or drink from. Jon was a great associate as well!
C'zar Sol
This is one of the best facilities I have been to in a very long time. The people were accommodating and knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the selection of gear, they had all the right brands to purchase and rent. On top of all of that their range is top notch.
I would recommend and often do recommend them to everyone I know as they have awesome classes etc.
5 thumbs up!
ron koscelnik
I love this place. The range is awesome with state of the art targets, lighting, and ventilation. The staff is very knowledgeable without being jerks about it. All of the classes I've attended are great. They have special events and membership specials. I have been a member for a few years now and have loved every year. Go check it out for yourself.
Kari AP
I will admit, things are rather expensive there, but I did have a good experince. I took one of their classes as well, and it was excellent. I didn't go when it was extremely busy, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shooting range is also good. Not huge, which would contribute to a long wait if there was one, but I went in off hours and there was a lane available right away.
Jody BRYAN
I really enjoyed my concealed carry class that I took at Centennial. The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient with "us rookies." I plan to take more classes here to increase my knowledge and skill. Classes are well run and reasonably priced.
Matthew Kiger
I love this place, both for purchase of firearms and ammo, as well for getting range time to put the previous two items to good use! :) Even with not being a member, I am always able to do same day reservations to shoot. Totally recommend them for all your firearms needs, whether it be firearms instruction, purchase, or utilization.
Gary Oertli
I have been a member for 4 years now and I can say that Centennial is the best overall gun club I have ever attended; and I've attended or researched hundreds across the country. I'm a reloader and they allow non-factory ammo plus they will assist in sweeping spent brass your way after conferring with fellow shooters. They allow any caliber up to 50 cal; they permit full auto or slide fire too. Their retail area is very well stocked and the service is top notch, whether you are a beginner or seasoned gun enthusiast. Their range has programmable targets up to 25 yards plus they have a simulator and tons of training and competition opportunities - and they have a private club area that I would love to be able to afford. Outside of the club area their rates are very reasonable! I've taken many family members and friends there for shooting or training and all have been pleased with the facility and helpfulness of the range officers and staff. I highly recommend Centennial Gun Club
David Wood
I frequent Centennial Gun Club about one a week to use their shooting range, for pistol practice and rifle shooting. Staff is very observant. The store has an good selection of rifles, shotguns, and pistols, with an even more extensive selection online. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, regardless of whether you are new to shooting sports or a verteran.
Vincent Smiley
This place is awesome. I like the range and the programmability of the target backstop. I have never seen another range like this. The gun club also has a large selection of great guns. This is a first class place. I would love to franchise at another location such as Illinois where I currently live or in Florida or Arizona. The gun ranges in Illinois s*ck and the gun stores are so-so. Centennial is the best of both worlds.
John S
Large gun store with an indoor shooting range. Range is a Max of 25 yards but you can shoot up to 338 Lapua. Nice selection of firearms not a lot of wheel guns was a disappointment. Also have gunsmithing available on site. Used gun area also had a nice selection. Prices are above online of course but I just looked at couple of things like ammo and range gear. AR Magazine were close enough not to make a difference. Over all nice store was fairly busy when I was here on a Thursday at 1300.

Fantastic Class and Instructor! Learned a perfect amount of detail regarding firearms, safety and laws for both Utah and Colorado with the use of handouts, video and verbal instruction. The Instructor was very knowledgeable and upbeat and there was never a dull moment as they time went by fast. The shooting part of the instruction was fun too. Recommend to all!

Needed a pistol for protection in the mountains and was sold a Smith and Wesson MP45. A great fit for my hand and my needs. The sales person was not pushy, talked me through the different features and use. Since I'm not very experienced, signed up for a training class with Steve for the next day. He was great at showing me safety, handling, and shooting techniques. He did a great job and i would recommend CGC to anyone who's in the market, wants to shoot or get some training. Great facility and pro shop! Thanks!
David Sobel
This review is in 2 parts:
1) Range and Range Staff - 5 stars. Great facility and group of folks who will help you out with shooting tips and equipment issues. Range check in with the initial liability waiver could be a little better organized.
2) Retail counter crew - 0 stars. I've walked around several times in the past with the full intention of buying. Everyone in back shirts turns their back and walks away as soon as they see me coming. That's fine - I understand the range generally makes most of the money but I wanted to try and support my local store.
3 starts average review

I'm revising my previous review having decided to give CGC another try. Overall had a fantastic experience this past weekend. The staff were incredibly courteous and this was a night and day difference from our first visit. I plan on getting a membership later this week and look forward to more great shooting sessions there!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience yesterday at the Gun Club I was very pleased from the time I called in to schedule a range and by the time I was done. I came in at 12pm and from the start I informed them that I was new and also brought in my new 995-TS High Point Carbine which I have not shot before. They where with me step by step to make sure everything goes well. Curt was great!!! After i had a session i wanted to walk around and make sure there is not something that I may need or want to buy from them to go along with my current rifle. I did have to ask for help but I ran into the right person Mark Ferguson was very knowledgeable of his product and he understood what I was looking for not planning to buy and spend Close to $1,000 Overall that day but they had a deal I could not pass by. If you're in the market for a quality sales person that truly loves what he dose ask for Mark. Ill be coming back and also now looking into joining the Centennial Gun Club. Thank you!
Sean OBrien
I've been a member of Centennial Gun Club since 2014. I highly recommend joining. The ease of reserving a lane as a member is one of the best aspects of being a member. The training classes are also outstanding. I've never seen a place that offers so much great training in a single location. The store and onsite gunsmith services are also top rate. I've had several items installed on pistols and rifles while I waited. If you are looking of a good range with classes and equipment available onsite then check out Centennial Gun Club
Joseph Espinoza
Best staff ever! Seriously, the employees seem to be so happy to work there and extremely helpful. My shooting experience there was made great because i had some one really close by for assistance and helpful hints. Ive gone to a lot of shooting ranges through out the US and this was my favorite. Thanks guys
Shin Phuong
Staff were very helpful especially for international first timers. You can swap out a rental gun multiple times and only have to pay for ammunition (or keep using the same one if the ammunition doesn't change).
The range supervisors are very focused on safety and we're very helpful in teaching gun handling, magazine loading and shooting stance.
Michael Paglione
I've been pretty happy with this place, clean store and range, decent selection of product. But if I do have to say something bad, some staff members will treat you like they don't have time to even speak with you while others may ignore you entirely, I wanted to look at some pistols and had to wait 30 min for two staff members to finish up a conversation with each other. Ended up making a pistol purchase from another store because of that.
William Thackrey
I've been shooting for four decades and this may be the best civilian facility I've been to. I'm in from California and had brought in a Sig P239 with new trigger work and sights. While shooting, I realized the new front sight was misaligned. I inquired with Jeff, one of their gunsmiths, if he had a sight pusher for a Sig and if they had time to do the work in the next day or so. He took the gun, adjusted the sights, tightened the grip screws and got the gun back to me in about 7 minutes. The charge for this amazing service? Zero. I'm not a member there and fully expected to pay for gunsmithing. Jeff insisted it was "on the house". Incredible.
The shop is clean and the range lanes are modern, well illuminated, well ventilated and the "Action Targets" target system is state of the art. They appear to have several range rooms. I was on lane 35 in a room that had about 10 lanes and a dedicated RSO. Of particular note is that the RSO was a nice, helpful guy, unlike many of the know-it-all "I'm a range officer" jerks you often find. The counter staff is also very friendly and professional. All wear matching "uniforms" which enhances the feel of professionalism, and you already know my opinion of their gunsmiths.
The gun store has a wide selection of handguns and a moderate selection of long guns. I did not spend a lot of time comparing their prices, but on a couple of guns I'm very familiar with pricing on, they seemed on the low side of typical pricing. Their ammunition selection is a little weak but their pricing was what you'd expect at a retail gun store. Range pricing may be slightly on the high side, but I'd much rather pay a bit more for a great range run by a friendly, professional staff than less for a dark, poorly ventilated range run by arrogant jerks.
All in all, my visit to Centennial Gun Club was a very good experience. I will definitely be back. If I lived in the Denver area, I would surely become a member.
Michael Alexander
Great range and staff, good selection of ammo, handguns and rifles!
NashCaster
I don't know about the bad reviews but I don't know what they are taking about. The people who work there are very nice, professional, and informative. They don't treat you stupid if you have no idea what your taking about. I had a very easy time buying a 1911 there and this will be the place of I plan on buying another gun. Not trying to hype these guys up but its hard finding a good place. How this review helps!

As a combat Marine and being in sales now for 22 years my expectations of service from a gun club are very high.
I signed up with centennial gun club more then a year before the temporary location opened and I'm glad I did.
The staff and management are top notch! True professionals with real world experience and great customer service skills.
My latest series of experiences, to name a few, have been outstanding! The Sales Manager Paul is great, Justin is one of the best guy's you'll ever meet along with Jerome, both Chris's and more of the crew who's names escape me.
If you're passionate about the shooting arts you have to come here!

Great staff, Great classes, Awsome gunsmiths! Centennial gun club is a safe, professional environment to learn and train with firearms. I live in Florida now, but I miss CGC. The people behind the counter have fun and genuinely seem to care and like what they do. Now, if they could only lower the price of their pistol and rifle inventory so medium income broke guys like me could afford to shop there.
Rudy Kiffor
Centennial Gun club is one of the finest facilities I have been to. The staff is great and a pleasure to work with. The range is by far the best in the hole Midwest. It is a real pleasure being a club member.
Best regards,

Outstanding firing range. Highly recommended. Have also found some helpful friendly staff though I would not say all are as friendly as they should be. Great selection of firearms, ammo, holsters. Overall very positive.
Marvin Scheinblatt
Centennial is the best range in the Denver area. It's clean, warm in winter and cool in summer, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, everyone is very professional, the gunsmiths are excellent. I could go on and on, but, I'm tired of texting. Just know that it's the best.
Stacy Black
Amazing place to come an learn how to responsibly own and use a gun. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and are more than happy to assist you. I love going to Ladies Nights as they provide an informative speaker and you are able to try out various types of guns to determine what is your best choice for YOU. I also joined in the Winchester Women on Target to up my skills and the range supervisors were extremely helpful with tips on how to improve.
I recommend this to every woman I know who is interested in guns (sport or defense) and have stopped many people in other sporting goods stores and invited the ladies to come to CGC to make this purchase a good experience.
The facilities... WOW, the best. They have automated range targets and a variety of areas to shoot.
Two thumbs up! (I'd give more but I don't have any more thumbs to offer)
Ductless Plus Services
Great place for experienced and novices gun enthusiasts. If you need anything for home protection they got you covered and with one of the best ranges In the metro area you can feel confident with your skills and improve them.

We have only used the facility for walk-in target practice, but very nice, clean and professional. From what I saw they offer tons of classes and training. Ranges are state if the art and they have a wide variety of guns to shoot with. I would recommend d for the weekend warrior to the professional!

My wife and I own guns but are not very experienced shooters. We came in for the first time today, all the staff were smiling, very friendly, and more than happy to help us. Our RO Caesar was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, he gave us a few quick shooting tips that greatly improved our accuracy. We are excited to become members and star taking classes. Thanks everyone at CGC!
Pamela Collins
Everyone was so nice and helpful! Nice facility as well!
Lanzo
The class was terrific. The instructor conveyed confidence, competence and calmness right from the start. He was patient with novices yet kept the class engaged. The facility is extremely comfortable and the excellent range and store will keep me coming back to CGC.
thatail Guy
Usually the best indoor range and Training Facility in the Denver metro area. I would give it 5 out of 5 Stars if it was just the range and Training Facility. The retail space is nice but expect to pay MSRP or more for things.
The staff is also usually courteous and nice.
Len Apodaca
A visit to Centennial Gun Club is always positive and enjoyable. They're more than willing to share their expertise. The facility is well stocked, the shooting range is the best I've ever been to, and they offer a very of classes.

Update 1/27/2020:
Huge thank you to RSO Ralph! Was shooting today with relatives since we all were off. Ralph helped us with great suggestions to improve our shooting. All of us are relatively new shooters. Taking his suggestions to heart, I was shooting tight groupings before I knew it.
———————————
Friendly staff. Answered all my questions. Was my first time shooting in almost 10 years. Very nice range with good ventilation. Will definitely go back again!
Alfred Schmidt
I regularly enjoy the range which I find very functional, clean and safe. The RSOs are helpful. I have used the FFL for some of my purchases and find that service convenient. I have also taken several of their courses and the instructors are very experienced and are proficient presenters.

Went in with a pretty moderate budget looking for a home defense basic handgun nothing crazy. Was able to find a great deal on a XD 9mm that came with two magazines and a case for only about $300. Staff was very receptive and helpful and made me feel welcome for the most part. Found it funny when I was asked if I had shot a weapon before because I am an army vet lol but it was all good. Enjoyed the range as well with a free hour coupon that came with my purchase. I will definitely be back soon and would reccommend this place to friends and family.
Adam Krier
Its a very clean, safe, and modern range. Costs are competitive with other indoor ranges. Staff is very friendly. Did our concealed carry training here as well. Great class. Really nothing to complain about here.
A Google User
Glenn C. John, his sister and mother were all outstanding in their duties during the class. John is very well versed in the concealed carry topics, duties, and overall responsibilities when carry a concealed weapon. The time flowed well with all the things that needed to be done. The range portion was a lot of fun, and look forward to using the pass we were given for future range time. Thanks again to John and his family for making this experience a good one.

So I came in today with a friend to shoot at the range. When we checked in with the range we were told that there was 1 lane available a d we could have it for 45 minutes. As they were entering our info, the computer had some issues and we were told the lane was now unavailable as someone else had reserved it in the time that were trying to re enter our info. I thought that we should have the lane as we were their first and it wasn't our fault the computer wasn't working properly. I say this because what could have been a frustrating experience for me turned out to be the best experience I have ever had at a range. As we were leaving frustrated that we couldn't shoot, the range officer caught us in the parking lot and said that the "boss" overheard what happened and asked if we like to have 2 lanes in their executive area. Wow, we were the only ones in the range and had a fantastic shoot. Thank you for not only making this mistake right, but for going above and beyond for your customers. I would highly recommend to come and shoot here.

What a great class! I am a newbie and in all honestly hadn't even fired a handgun before this class. The instructor was fun and very thorough, the information relevant, and the class fast paced and fun. I highly recommend this class and the club to anyone looking to learn a new skill or just go shooting!
Chris Burke
Fantastic store. Great selection of guns and gear. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and safe range. Geared more towards home defense, self defense, and shooting sport. Not hunter oriented. Membership is expensive for the casual shooter.
Peggy Bruce
I love, love, love shooting at Centennial Gun Club!! I've only been shooting a little more than a year, but can still have fun shooting at my ability!! I love shooting Steel with Girl and a Gun, great bunch of galls!! I've learned a lot from them!! I enjoy the people who work there, I won't name any because they're all awesome and I'd hate to miss anyone!! Keep up the great work!! The only thing I could say was a negative is one time a couple came in with an automatic rifle and happen to set up next to me! I had a hard time shooting my .22 when there was that much fire power going off in the next booth!! But that's me, sorry!! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to practicing some more!!
Steve Arden
Mostly good, but unless you're a member, forget about shooting there on a weekend. Members can call and reserve range time days in advance, and if they no show? A lane goes unused, and the members that no show all get off Scott free. I walked in there on a Sunday morning right after they opened, and was told all the lanes were reserved despite the parking lot being practically empty. The guy at the range counter told me "It happens all the time."
Joshua Verret
I've never been to a more professionally run establishment. I'm a 13 year Veteran of the Marine Corps and I know a thing or two about how a range should be ran. This place has a level of safety and comfort for any range of shooter. I would recommend to anyone whether a beginner or expert shooter.

One of my friends brought me to this gun club. I have been an open field shooter in Colorado Springs. I must say I was very impressed with the facility. If I lived closer I would definitely join. I look forward my next visit.
Debra Breeden
The facility is impressive, with every common need thoroughly covered, from adequate available shooting positions, to sales of firearms, ammunition, and accessories, to storage lockers for rent. There is an on-site cafe area as well, for waiting while your group assembles. The Club also offers membership, and classes are offered in various areas of firearms handling, to both members and non-members alike.
Vivian Diaz
I loved my experiences with Centennial Gun Club! It is a great facility with knowledgeable people who are experienced and can help you! The shooting range is the best I have been to and their are always experienced employees there to assist!
Jennifer Juniper Schmidt
Hands down the best gun club in the metro area. The staff is amazing and they are very enthusiastic in sharing their knowledge to help others feel comfortable and confident with firearms no matter what your skill level is. The variety of classes offered leaves something for everyone, and we really enjoy both the skill development courses and the competition. Love CGC.
Sean Dale
Awesome range state of the art target systems, range safeties are knowledgeable. Price is slightly higher than competing ranges in area but is a more modern experience. Offer a host of awesome courses for everything from CCW to Active shooter courses. Only negative feedback is rude range saftey one visit.
Rob Krauter
I recently bought a new handgun here. The gun had night sites. When I went to the range with it the first time, I noticed that the front site didn't glow. I took it back to the store to see what they could do. With all firearms sales being final, I wasn't very optimistic. They said to contact the manufacturer and tell them what happened. They also said to tell the manufacturer that they have a gun smith who looked at it and offered to install the site free of charge if they would just send the front site to me.
When I called the manufacturer and told them that the store had a gun smith who reviewed the issue and offered to install the site, they shipped me a new site with no further questions asked. I brought the gun and the site back to CGC and within 15 minutes, they had me back in action with the new site. The service was great. It saved me $70 in shipping the gun back to the manufacturer and not having to be without my new gun for a few weeks.
I would highly recommend CGC.

This place used to be horrible to go to. I mean really terrible. Every single employee would talk down to pretty much every customer. The sort of things I used to hear in this gun shop made it felt like customers were intruding in someone's private club asking for advice, whenever I heard the workers talking to customers they just seemed annoyed that they had to waste their time. That's all changed in the last few years, absolutely every employee (seriously every single one so far) made me feel like they WANTED to help. And don't get me started on the indoor range those guys made me feel really comfortable. The prices are kind of high on some items they carry but the customer service and input by the staff makes me ok with that.
Chris Py
Martin was awesome. Very helpful. I asked for a pointer or 2 and he didn't hesitate to put in work. Chuck was great when showing what we wanted to look at. Was very patient with my lady. I can't remember the blonde hair ladys name at the register, but she was great as well. She called the p226 "butter" lol. Made all the difference. Thank you!
Kurt Muenstermann
Nothing new here: CGC is the best range to hone your skills as a marksman in a high-quality environment. You will pay a few dollars more than other ranges in the area, but I truly think you're getting a much better aesthetic, a higher quality experience, which is well above anything else in the Denver Metro Area. Well worth it.
When visiting other gun ranges in town, I feel like I'm walking into somebody's dank basement, with dark lighting, where wild air movement makes my targets float back-and-forth as I try to shoot them.
The staff is knowledgeable and concerned for your safety as well as those around you. The merchandise is high quality, and the gunsmiths are brilliant at their calling.

Centennial Gun Club offers two separate features, ok three: an indoor firing range, training classes, and firearm sales. Each of these areas will be a different experience for those _with_ firearms experience and for those _without_ firearms experience, so I am going to break this up into three sections with two separate reviews.
Indoor range:
Experienced users: Pros: Nicest, cleanest, best lit indoor range I have shot at in 25 years of shooting. Each lane has a touch screen which allows you to send the target out to any distance from 0 to 25 yards. The targets can be programmed to turn edge on with adjustable times for your drill. Presentation from strong side holster allowed after certification. Range safety officers are friendly, professional, and offer great impromptu advice and instruction. Members can make reservation for range time up to 14 days in advance, and can use the range as often as they like.
Experienced users: Cons: Price is high at $20 an hour for non-members. Membership is $30 a month for an individual, and there is an initiation fee. If you use the range 2 hours a month, you will be ahead with a membership. Centerfire rifle targets have to be at 25 yards.
Users without experience: Pros: A clean, safe environment to learn about shooting. Very welcoming for women and children, with open, clean, well lit, and carefully monitored bays. If somebody is doing something unsafe, a range safety officer _will_ let that person know politely and kindly. The RSOs are always stepping up and helping people out with questions and problems.
Users without experience: Cons: Price, as above. Getting time on the range can be difficult because the members will start filling up the schedule a few days before. Call the moment that the range opens and ask for a reservation that day. Don't show up and expect to find a lane open.
Training: for both types of users: Pros: Great instructors and classes here. CCW, pistol, rifle, shotgun, situational awareness. I have taken classes with John Abramson, Steve Brownell, and Matt Sebesta. Each class was well worth the time and money invested. If you are new to the sport, consider one of the intro classes: great experience at reasonable price in a comfortable setting with nice people. No Cons for training.
Firearm sales:
Experienced users: Pros: Great selection of new and used firearms. Long guns: many different variations and manufacturers of the AR-15 platform, plenty of different parts. Nice selection of suppressors and people willing to help with the paperwork and use. Pistols: full range of price and styles, more semi-autos than revolvers. Shotguns: Seem to be a good range, but I am not so much a shotgun guy. Sales staff: well informed, willing to shout out to other sales people if they run into a question they don't know. Very willing to help you find what is going to work for the experienced shooter.
Experienced users: Cons: Prices are high, MSRP or not too far from them. I have purchased several firearms here simply because they had them in stock.
Users without experience: Really depends upon how crowded the store is. On weekends, I can see how a new customer isn't going to get the time they need to figure out a firearms purchase. There are some very patient and friendly sales people I have worked with, but it can be a tough experience trying to help somebody figure out a whole new world and vocabulary while a lot of other customers waiting. (BTW, I have found the vast majority of customers at a gun store or range to be absolutely polite and uncommonly patient) There are a few ladies on the sales staff who always say hello and ask if there is something they can show, and I expect they do very well with sales.
Pros: Selection, and a very clean, modern, safe environment to learn and ask questions if it isn't crowded.
Cons: It can get crowded on weekends and you may not get the attention and time a purchase like this needs.

I had never shot a gun before having the opportunity to visit Centennial Gun Club last December. The gentleman who helped me to learn about the gun, how to hold and shoot the gun was wonderful. I have since gotten my pistol permit in Connecticut, purchased a 350 Ruger, and finally feel safer than I did before my visit to Centennial.
Nathan Waidelich
Used a Groupon about a year ago. Nicest range I've been to in the Denver metro area. Not sure on pricing of guns, ammo, etc. since I only used the range.
Knocked a star off because they have been bugging me to review them since I used their range. No means no, tired of the spam.
Robert Hanson
Absolute best collection of training cadre and shooting expertise I have ever seen. The staff are represented by the friendliest group of former Marines, Navy, Army, FBI and Law Enforcement instructors you could ever hope to meet.
Women are well represented here as well. Some courses are designed specifically for groups of women. Check their training calendar for upcoming classes.
It's not just a range, it's a club. Moving targets, realistic shooting drills and excellent ventilation.
No, I don't work for them. :) I am interested in firearms, safety, new training techniques and places to recommend to family and friends.

If you have been to the rest , you have not been to the best.
Centennial offers the best experience and staff.
Forgotten what good service and polite knowledgeable help is like ?
Welcome to a real business that recognizes that customers are important!
I cannot commend them enough for this fine facility !
Kevin Erickson
Great new facility. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Have taken several classes here and they are taught by very knowledgable instructors who will take the time to make sure you are getting the information you need. All are welcome, members and non-members alike.

I cannot thank the instructors enough for their time during our course.. what a phenomenal experience!!! I think what they are doing for individuals, especially educators, is so empowering and reaffirming. Every person I interacted with was so knowledgeable and friendly. I learned so much and I can't wait to continue with further coursed!
Jeff Douglas
What a great experience! My wife and I are new to 'gun clubs'! The staff was very knowledgeable and we just loved their safety protocols which raised our comfort level.
We can't wait to take our kids!
Barry Laws
My dream range and store.... I can say this with more authority because I own an amazing range in Kentucky and know all the challenges presented. Spent a couple of days experiencing Centennial and I think it is one of the most wonderful ranges in the USofA. Great clean ranges, top equipment, amazing perks with membership, great selection of products. Most importantly the owner is committed to having the best experience for his guests and this shows in his facility.... Gotta say I'm really jealous I don't own this facility... Barry Laws, Openrange Inc in Louisville KY.

Always a terrific experience to be in this store, whether it's to use the gun range or get some great advice on the purchase of a handgun. Staffs are always professional in their demeanor, and go out of their way to meet the needs of their customers.

I am still undecided as to whether to join the ranks of conceal and carry permit holders. John was an outstanding and clever instructor who thoroughly presented all aspects to assist me with my decision. I highly recommend the Level I Women's Multi-state Conceal and Carry class.
Triniti McJunkins
Great facility; staff are always nice, welcoming and there to help. I love going to ladies night. It's a great opportunity to try out different guns and get some experience for a reasonable price.
J H37m
Great indoor electronic range, clean, well-maintained, staffed by safe and watchful safety officers. As far as the range goes, one can hardly ask for more. And the culture is nice too, not "high testosterone" at all; my wife loves ladies night. But I deduct two stars because the membership and initiation fees are ridiculously expensive for the casual shooter. There simply isn't enough incentive for all but the most avid shooter to join. The membership discounts again are paltry and don't begin to be paid back except for the most frequent shooter and gun trader. Shooting there is great but membership is just far too costly.
R. Thomas
I'll admit that my opinion of a gun store is relative to other gun stores so if I were comparing ANY gun store to ANY other kind of store, I'd have to say ALL GUN STORES SUCK. With that backdrop in mind, this is how I'd compare Centennial Gun Store to other gun stores.
Customer Service / Attitude - A+
Centennial Gun Store ranks about as highly as a gun store could in terms of how they treat customers. I have been in on several occasions and observed their staff displaying an incredible amount of patience with everyone they helped, even those who were obviously there just to drool on merchandise they had no intention of ever buying. Nearly every gun store I have ever visited, even the gun counters at big stores like Bass Pro or Cabela's, there is always a thick layer of condescending attitude from the guys (or girls) behind the counter. I'll give Centennial Gun Store credit for at least trying to cut that down to a minimum. You have to expect a bit of snobbery from anyone who knows enough about any topic to inform someone else. Most of the guys at Centennial Gun Store seem to know quite a bit about the guns they're selling (even if they don't know much about the rest of the products in the store) and it seems obvious that they're required by their employer to put a muzzle on their attitude about it (pun intended.)
Prices - D+
As others have mentioned, this is a very clean, very well organized, well lit, "safe feeling" FULL RETAIL store. Don't expect to find any kind of great deal on anything they sell. However, it is very well stocked, so if you're after some AR-15 parts, tactical-wear, or a firearm that you just can't cheaper anywhere locally (keep in mind that gas to drive all over town looking could run $30+ very quickly), there's a good chance they'll have what you're looking for. Their ammo prices seem to be set such that they'll have ammo available for people using the firing range, so as long as the "shooter-self-inflicted ammo shortage" persists, don't expect to get a great deal on ammo here either.
Karl Mohr
The range at Centennial is clean and well run. The shop staff seems well versed in equipment. Membership price is way out of reach of the working class guy . Great range for veterans to shoot with the discount.

UPDATING MY REVIEW FROM 3 YEARS AGO -
Still a 5 star! My most recent visit was during the height of the COVID 19 situation. During this time you could see an increased panic and many consumers rushing in to buy whatever firearm they could, not having a clue as to what they were looking for in need of. I witnessed several of the staff taking time to explain and help customers that were obviously in a panic. I know these employees were under much stress (just like all of us) in this time and i saw them doing their best to educate and assist.
Garrett Wonnacott
I am learning how to shoot as I feel it is a life skill I should have. I also would like to purchase a weapon for home/self defense, but know it is important to be properly trained on its' use first. Centennial has provided a great place for me to go and learn how to operate a firearm. Highly recommended.
James Beebe
Great Range easy to book range time with the online app. The staff is great and the courses and instructors John Gonsalves, Steve and Gary are professional and do a fantastic job of imparting their knowledge. Cant wait for the next class.
Keven Martens
Centennial gun club is nothing short of exceptional. The ranges are awesome, the training is top notch experienced and knowledgeable. My wife and I will continue our patronage until the doors are closed for good
Justin Allen
Great place to shoot. The shooting range here is the most state of the art range I have ever been to. The RSO's are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are not on a power trip like some places I've been to. I recommend this place to everyone I know!
User Friendly
Was in there to buy a blue label Glock 19 MOS. Glock gave me the price they should be selling it for. I made such a big stink Glock actually changed the Blue label price list to “suggested price list” Nonetheless their manager got involved and he lowered the blue label price to the price I was given by multiple dealers in the surrounding areas. In my opinion blue label prices should be set and never change from dealer to dealer. Centennial Gun Club was very professional and when the transaction was concluded they gave me 3 hours of FREE range time! All the guys inside were awesome! The rep that I dealt with was awesome. I actually came back and gave him some free Glock swag! 5 stars earned!
Ben Friedman
The initiation fee of $260 is NON-refundable so be certain before you make the first payment. After I paid the initiation fee, my membership still needs to be activated by paying a monthly or annual facility fee for unlimited use of the range. So the initiation fee gets me an inactive membership, it seems. This is all spelled out in the terms and conditions, I'm told.
From an accounting perspective, I wonder how they link the revenue of the initiation fee to services delivered when the membership is still inactive. Hmm...
But the employees seem nice, despite the shady business policies. Clean building too.
Rob Sutherland
How do you work a gun rental counter and not know the difference between a S&W and a Walther? Not only that he was a dick, I can only assume it was because I had facial hair and/or didn't buy more than a box of ammo and a target. Maybe I was too polite? The range safety turned out to be super helpful, very nice, and a silly goose. He's why they get the extra star.
Sonny Evans
I love this place. Very clean and friendly. Lanes are well lit and well ventilated. Good deals on ammo and gear. I just wish there membership wasn't so expensive for us normal folks. Regardless I keep coming back.
flynbenny
Great place to shoot. Easily the nicest indoor facility on the Front Range. Occasionally they will have a good price on a firearm or ammo during a sale, otherwise I'm too poor to shop here.
Douglas Emerson
Irritating that they will kick off you the line after 50 minutes. Range staff seem pretentious regardless of your knowledge level. Overall the range is very nice, but staff could use some humbleness and understanding.
marjorie wise
Centennial is wonderful. Great help and instruction for everyone from the beginner to competitive. The knowledge, information, suggestions and kind manner are exceptional. I recommend you "checking it out " if you enjoy shooting or simply want to know more about guns.
mike lennartz
They have a courteous staff. Fairly knowledgeable staff. I found a few people in the last few years that probably should have learned a little more before they tried selling you a particular type of firearm. I found myself having to educate them on a FNX FN45. Also they are probably the most expensive gun Shop on the front range. Also they really beat you up on trade ins. They do how ever sell you your firearms with the magazine it's supposed to no matter what capacity is and in co, that's not always the case.
Chris Oppold
What a GREAT facility! You'll be impressed from the moment you walk into it as I was I am sure. These are the nicest folks on the planet as well. The gun and ammo shop is impressive as well. Check this range out it will be well worth your time.

As a college student and someone who just turned 21, I wanted to get the most out of a CCW course. I am extremely satisfied with this course and have recommended it to all my friends and family. My instructor, John, and the class itself will be hard to match in quality if you go elsewhere. Don't let price dictate something this important, don't settle.
Rumpel Stiltskin
Big shout out to Chuck for working with me, I came in kinda late on a sunday and they held to the book. I left a bit early to make sure they could get out on time as i'ts right before christmas and i've been there. Price is a bit more then other ranges but their range is top of the line. Other places might have a 17 hourly rate but its worth the extra few bucks for the system they have. Other shooters were awesome safe and helpful.
Hunter Blevins
I called and briefly explained and issue that I was having with a rifle of mine and ask if they did gunsmithing. Nathan informed me that they did not do gunsmithing yet but the issue I was having did not require a gunsmith and to bring it in. Nathan checked out my rifle and fixed it without charge. This was my first experience with the Gun Store but I would say I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Inventory seemed to be a bit over priced but the staff seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Kwasi Lee
This place is awesome. Great rental cabinet. Friendly and helpful RSO's. Clean air to breathe. SAFE! Great staff. I recommend CGC to all shooters no matter the level. You will enjoy yourself!!!!
Joseph Ortega
Nice modern range with a bice selection of firearms and gear. The bad thing about this range is the very annoying and tedious reservation policy. Spontaneous... Not here buddy! Call or go online to set up an appt if there are any available... Ignore the open shooting stalls they want a reservation! lol... I mean don't get me wrong it is fun once you're in there! They have an excellent target system that moves side to side and towards you for great practice... Just plan ahead. Another plus is that you can bring your own ammo for your own pistol. I hope for everyones sake that they improve their systems there to actually get range time. If not I'd see myself going to old school ranges with less hassle.
Debbie Collins
This is an EXCELLENT place to practice shooting. It's indoors, so you can shoot on the coldest days of the winter. You can move your target closer to you, or farther away, at anytime. With a membership, you can (a) get a reservation in advance, even during prime time on weekends etc, and you can (b) shoot as often as you wish, with no charge. They give you ample guest passes, so you can invite friends to come with, if you want.
Michael W
A world class facility in every sense, from the lane technology, ventilation, shop personel and inventory, etc. The training courses and other educational programs offered are wide-ranging and presented professionally and thoroughly by experts and are fairly priced. There are plenty of women-only options. There are amenities at Centennial that you will see at no other range, perhaps bordering on overkill if you just "wanna go shootin'".
The membership is, in my opinion, entirely too expensive, including both the initiation fee and monthly dues.
That being said, if you desire a 5 star experience, you should expect to pay for it. But even with the membership specials frequently available, it is 3 times the price of the 4 star range to which we currently belong and we can't justify the price.
We enjoy most everything about Centennial and my wife and I will certainly patronize Centennial for the classes and events, purchase guns and accessories, but membership is just exorbitant in our opinion.
5 stars overall minus 1 star for membership price.
Thank you.
Jen Petsche
I hate guns. I am afraid of them.
I went to learn how to fire a handgun at the request of my father. Even though I was terrified at first, I took a private lesson and came out with ease and a confidence to handle a hand gun.
I recommend Centennial Gun Club for beginners looking to learn how to use and handle a handgun, as well as gain a healthy confidence in using and firing.
Robert H
I just took my First Shots course. John and Cindi were very patient and good humored. The facility has so much to offer that it makes others less appealing for me. They really seem to know there stuff.
Ed Stevens
I have been a member at CGC for over 18 months. The range is always well maintained, and the staff is courteous and professional. I shoot once a week and the online reservation system is so convenient and check in is fast and easy. CGC is simply the best!

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciated the work that you did on my duty weapon (Remington 870 shotgun) the other day.
You quickly determined what the problem was and then went on to get it repaired and returned to me in quick order, recognizing the urgency in getting it back to me quickly as I use the weapon while on-duty .
If that weren’t enough, you also took it upon yourself to give the weapon a much needed “tune up.”
When I picked up my shotgun it ran smother than it ever has and it functions flawlessly.
Finally, I just want to say that your customer service skills are second to none, and that your professionalism, knowledge and generosity are more than greatly appreciated.

This was an incredible inexperience, the facility was fabulous and the employees are extremely well trained and very professional! I live in Southern California and have seen some great facilities but nothing that measures up to this one. Take my word for it when in the greater Denver area you must stop and experience this great facility!
Mariner
I was so lucky to have taken the conceal carry for educators course. I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect from such a large class. Every question was answered and hands on practice helped me become more comfortable. I did not feel rushed or confused at any point during the class. What an outstanding group of professionals!

Centennial Gun Club
We, my family, including our daughter and friends have done classes here. Technical classes, protection, weapons training, all done with very trained “Professionals”.
We have done Ladies night there, great education, extensive training, and great ranges.
State of the art ranges, clean, and we’re very well ventilated.
They also have a fantastic gun smith. We have also noted the prices are a bit steep but I guess you also get what you pay for.
I WOULD recommend.
Dane Tribett
The staff are always helpful and kind. They don't act like they know everything and push their opinions like other stores in the area. I recommend going here for their great selection and I feel like you will get led in the right direction with your purchase! You may pay a couple of dollars more but they give you free range time and it's so clean in there that it's worth it!
Bryan Keller
NEVER had a bad experience at Centennial. I've purchased several firearms from pistols to rifles, lots of accessories and spent time on the range. I honestly enjoy how their people will take the time to TALK with you.
Honestly - if you've had a bad experience here, it's probably your fault.
Daniel Janik
Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities - clean, well-maintained. A first rate shooting range. Membership is a plus. Good selection of rental firearms and retail products.
John Bolsenga
I was on vacation last month with my son and we just happened upon this big, really nice gun club. We’re not ones to pass up any gun shop (large or small) just to take a peek and see what they might have that maybe we haven’t seen.
WOW, this is a nice place. We didn’t take the full tour, but had a great experience with the staff and enjoyed the quality of the establishment. We live too far away to be members and visit on a regular basis, but I would highly recommend it to anyone that is close. Upon my return home I have done a lot of research on the club and its staff and I am impressed. There is nothing close to this in my area.
If anyone writes a negative review then they just need too much attention to begin with. We were covered by staff, more than willing to answer questions and help us if needed. I did purchase a holster from their shop (my souvenir for the trip) and its one of the best I have used. In fact I may do a review of it for my YouTube channel. Very nice and priced right.
Stop in and take a look. If just on vacation like we were, make it a point to check this place out. Worth the trip.
Steven Till
As a lifelong shooter- over 50 years, I've seen a lot of ranges and gun clubs. Centennial Gun Club is in a class of it's own in every area that can positively enhance the shooting experience for beginners to experienced shooters. It's literally a country club for gun enthusiasts.
AJ Burnett
Nick sold me a CZ 75 B And it’s the best handgun I have ever had, he was a true professional kept everybody involved when they were so many people at his counter and made me feel welcome. That is my new gun shop, thank you Nick!
Mark Story
Centennial Gun Club truly goes the extra mile in customer service and knowledge of their line of products. I am a new gun owner and truly feel like I got the best experience in the front range of Colorado. Thanks!

If you are considering taking a concealed carry class, but are hesitant about shooting, then this is the class for you! The presenters are fantastic, the instructors are patient and considerate as they instruct, and you will walk away from the experience confident and ready to pursue your actual permit.

Absolutely fantastic place. Knowledgeable staff, great inventory, clean lanes, ventilation system is amazing, you don't smell like gun powder after you leave. Best in Colorado.

Even though I had previously taken this class years ago, it is essential stay up to date with the current information regarding the laws when it comes to something as serious as carrying a firearm in public. So much has changed from the first time I took this course 12 years ago and I feel I should take this course or advanced courses at least every three to five years for my own peace of mind, training, and knowledge.
clifford knight
Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, great selection of guns but kinda pricey, not over the top but a little pricey. Need to lower club member price a little so those that are not wealthy can enjoy the great facility.
Mike Lash
I had a great lesson thanks to the excellent instructor, John Gonsalves. Besides his expertise, I especially appreciate his patience. I've got 'ten thumbs' and the simplest mechanical device gives me cause for concern, so imagine how that is magnified when dealing with a weapon.
But John was easy going yet alert and helped me gain comfort and skill with my new semi-automatic pistol. His great advice immediately improved my marksmanship and I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate his relaxed manner, patience and professionalism.
I wavered between giving Centennial 4 or 5 stars. The reason is I had a lesson prior to this and it didn't go very well. I texted and called that instructor afterwards to voice my concerns but he didn't reply. So I called Centennial asking for the manager. That was John G. He promptly returned my call, listened to the challenges I had with the first instructor and agreed to my request to make things right. He sounded a bit stoic on the phone which triggered some nervousness but once we met and talked I quickly felt at ease. If I decide to take another lesson, I would gladly work with John Gonsalves. Thank you.
Next Gen1
John was very informative and presented the material in a very easy to understand manner, he went over safety, having a plan, practicing and provided each of us with great information to help us make informative decisions. I think that the class was worth ever cent, I will be using Centennial Gun Club for more training in the future.
Jonathan Bass
The range is state of the art and well maintained (very clean). The retail store is set up well and finding items is easy. If you do need help finding something or need some technical assistance the friendly staff will be happy to help.

Staff is very friendly! I've only been shooting at that range once & I do plan on shooting more frequently! They're very good at explaining proper technique. Great vibes!
Judy Spayde
My friends and I took a concealed carry class.
The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, the class material was well thought out.
The cost was very reasonable. All in all it was a good experience.

Been here to shoot many times and have bought 2 firearms. Have alway had a good experience. I've purchased 2 Sig Sauers from here, found staff very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and helpful. This is the only place I will shoot.
Nancy Brown
All the experiences I've had over the years at Centennial Gun Club have always been positive and informative. Anyone considering carrying a weapon need to take the classes offered at Centennial they are very worthwhile.

My CCW instructor was extremely engaging and knowledgeable - he made something dull, like the details of the law, interesting and kept the class moving with anecdotes and jokes. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism while making the learning fun.
Nick Unger
Great shooting range! Amazing training classes. Retail customer service could use some work( they are a bit arrogant and speak to you as a lesser). Other wise a great place
Steven Williams
Very nice store and indoor range. Very professional and friendly staff. The range safety officers are very helpful and approachable with any questions, but also very professional and make me feel very safe here.
Jason Ginther
Generally very nice folks and a very nice range. Prices are a bit high for firearms, but they aren't through the roof. Good previously owned selection. I would recommend Centennial.
Cameile Moore
Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to take the time to answer questions. Extremely women friendly. I go often to the range alone and have zero intimidation or trepidation going alone (without the BF). You will not be disappointed!
Fabian Somoza Durazo
This was my second time here, courteous friendly and knowledgeable staff, also had an issue with a revolver and within minutes a gunsmith made some adjustments to it. Thanks guys!

The staff was friendly and very encouraging and made me feel comfortable for my first time there. I would highly recommend Centennial Gun Club to anyone seeking firearms training or information!
Adam Hart
Great facilities and quality trainings. Prices are the most expensive in town. They have lost the "serve" part of customer service. Staff are a bit too comfortable. In short, get your training there and shoot somewhere else.
George Beals
At 20 bucks an hour it's one of the pricier places to shoot, but also probably the place with the techiest target control with a generally friendly staff. The only other thing I could ask for would be the ability to reserve a lane earlier than the same day. That's a privilege for members only apparently.
Gina Sherrick
Loved the range very clean and very helpful and cofterble ❤️ All staff was very friendly and helped book us slots for 12 shooters it was awesome!!! They had verierys of guns to shoot very affordable 😊 I would highly recommended this place. …
Jack Beckman
I have taken 3 separate training classes from Centennial Gun Club, as well as found a few helpful items for my shooting bag. I like the opportunity to train and learn from their instructors in an environment that is focused on real life encounters.
Humper
Clean professional establishment, very helpful if your a first time shooter. Gun rentals are fun and easy!!
Chris Ryan
It was great. A blast from the past. Back in the day I shot competitive indoor and outdoor single shot 22. I would love to visit you again but I'm self-employed and live in Elizabeth. It's hard to find the time.
Katerina Vodeiko
Nice people are working here, even if you don’t have a membership you’re welcome to call and ask for range, or ask questions, or get clear instructions how to use equipment. Safe and fun time with family :)
Jed Williams
Everything is nice and new, well lit well ventilated. I have been there 3 times to shoot each time they shorted me 5-15min on time.
When the first opened they treated non-members poorly. They are better now.
Rocky Bishop
This gun club is full of very knowledgeable and very friendly staff who go so far above and beyond to give you the greatest service possible! I recommend them to anyone whom I come across that loves to shoot as I do.
Allen Bannock
Excellent range. Great staff. My wife has enjoyed the ladies night event they host. I do think they could add more selection for range rentals.
David Boyd
A tad on the expensive side but very good range. RO's are helpful and courteous. The targets always work and they keep it clean. It can sometimes be difficult to get a lane during busy times if you are not a member.
Edward Vernon
I'm retired so every dollar count! Centennial Gun Club is worth the dollars spent. There's other clubs in the surrounding area that are not as costly, but I have to say I enjoy Centennial Gun club.
Jodi Fredericksen
I love going here. I have a gun but am inexperienced with using it. The guys on the range are always so helpful and kind. Very professional!
James Soares
Tried out a few rifles my brother purchased. Place is huge, with safety as as priority. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a great time.
Forge Thought
Considerate and professional staff. Affordable range fees and courteous people. A pleasant experience, although I do prefer slightly more strict attention to weapon safety and handling. A relaxed atmosphere.
Dan
Centennial staff has always taken very good care of me. I am not a regular, but when I do go there they have been more than helpful. Highly recommend their services and range!
Richard B
good customer service. Nice facilities : range, shop, break room, parking. Reasonable prices on equipment ( arms, ammunition, peripherals). Knowledgable gunsmith shop.

Centennial Gun Club is a great community for those interested in shooting sports. They are dedicated to safety, education, support, events to expand skills...... no matter what your skill level, they have a professional who can help. CGC wants citizens to know and understand all weapons BEFORE any purchase or use. Some classes are offered to ladies only, which can really boost confidence for women who might otherwise feel apprehensive. Capable Range Safety Officers keep shooting lanes running smoothly, keep things safe on the range. CGC has expanded their expertise into the Active Shooter Response Training Center. The ASRTC allows citizens to learn hands-on pro-active defense techniques and situational awareness, with a foundation in close quarters defense training. Director of ASRTC, Jimmy Graham, former Navy Seal, is an exceptional instructor who has a passion for teaching citizens how to be prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones when bad things happen. Being ready BEFORE things go down is the key.
Centennial Gun Club is top notch and worth a full membership. ASRTC is a perfect companion to the CGC training. Exercise your right!

Recently, I took my daughter to Centennial to try out several CCW platforms to determine which would work for her and her needs. After a little over 45 minutes, she had it down to two platforms; one a striker fire and one a hammer fire. At this point, the RSO saw what she was doing and came over to discuss the pros/cons of each platform and what considerations she needed to make. After an additional 25-30 minutes, she had made her choice-all because the employees at Centennial take their time to truly help you with such an important investment.
James Hollander
Had some issues with an order i placed, but other than that great customer service. I would recommend centennial gun club to all gun enthusiasts. Thanks Jeff for your help.
Blake Eggemeyer
Very nice facility, better than any other range I've visited. The store is well stocked with accessories. The prices are ok, but that's what you get for a nice range selling speciality gear.
Brian Burdette
Friendly staff on hand to answer any questions and provide advice.
Clean and well ventilated shooting area.
Sweet shop offering a wide variety of guns and accessories!
Google User
John, Thanks for the instruction in the ccw 1 course. I really enjoyed your stories and experiences you shared with us. I'm interested in better gun training and you inspired me to continue on to some other courses.
Rhonda High
People are friendly and very informative. It is a excellent place to learn or even just practice. They have great classes for you to take depending on what your level of experience is.

The Conceal Carry Level I class was very informative. Whether you are an avid shooter or new to shooting, the class covers a wide range of topics for everyone. John Abramson is a great instructor!

Great course with very knowledgeable instructor. John did a great job of covering laws, providing situational awareness, and answering our questions. Great course, highly recommend!
Skip Munger
CGC is fantastic! They provide a well run, safe environment with an excellent product line. Definitely my first choice in a place to shoot.
Andrew Fox
Safe place to shoot. Programmable distance with touch screen. Ventilation. Firearm rental so you can try out a firearm you are considering buying. Safety classes and CCW.
Jason Brougham
Been a member here for the last year... The facility is amazing, but the staff is even better...
I have taken many training classes over the year and cannot give enough accolades to the training staff... My wife has also taken a class and will be taking more in the future...
I have spent many hours (close to 50) on the range and the Range Safety Officers are always available to answer questions, solve issues and even give friendly advice to help me become a better marksman...
The prices are higher than online for equipment however, there are member discounts, specials and once you account for shipping and FFL transfer fees the prices are not much higher and they come with the expert advice of the staff... You can also get your purchase immediately
When I decided to re-join the sport and include my wife, I spent significant amount of time researching a facility that would have all of the latest technology that I crave and be a welcoming place to my wife who does not have a military or shooting background... I found all of this and more at Centennial Gun Club and will be a member for as long as they will have us...
I cannot recommend this facility more highly...
jack hausen
From entry to exit the staff at Centennial creates an environment of safety and assistance at every step. Whether you are a member or visitor the experience is "high touch" using the range or purchasing guns or accessories is a seamless process.
Gordan Nordyke
The staff was professional and helpful and the facility is first rate. I highly recommend Centennial Gun Club for any of your firearm or training needs.
Johnny Doey
Come here on occasion for the shooting range and it’s an overall good place for that. The range employees don’t lecture you or speak down to you like they do at cherry creek state park shooting range.
Bomar Holgate
Good range, nice people, very helpful and personable. Very clean. Good lighting. Tends to get full and busy, become a member and book a week or so in advance.
Clifton Moy
Lots of selection, one of the few places that carry a lot of CZ firearms and CZ accessories. Very helpful staff. The indoor range is nice and newer.
Kathleen Dodaro
The staff is service oriented. The place has good range services and is well-stocked. They also offer expert training classes.
when we are together
The CGC level 1 CCW class was great! John Abramson did a wonderful job making the mundane information humorous, yet very informative. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend anyone who wants to get their CCW to take it from CGC!
So Exciting!
John and Mary made you feel like you were family. Not many organizations take the time to know the average person. It was a wonderful evening from start to finish. Thanks for everything.
Adam Bratten Performance
This is the best indoor range in denver! I highly recommend their ongoing classes in particular the active shooter response training by jimmy graham!

This was a great opportunity for educators to learn about handgun safety, how to properly unload a weapon if we were to find one on school grounds, and the basics on how to operate a handgun properly if we decide to use one for our own protection.
Tuffalupagus
I was excited to find out a new gun store and range was opening in my area. Then I went in for a visit. Overpriced to the point of gouging. Arrogant and elitist staff. Not a pleasant experience.
