I put 4 star only because I feel like all birthday packages should include at least 2 pizzas with the price they charge. My 6 year old had the best time. There are kids of all ages everywhere!! I love seeing kids having a blast and enjoying the moment. I love the fact that if you don't use all your wrist bands they can be used at a later time.

This place looked like fun! It was busy on a Sunday. My daughter's confidence was raised along with their self-esteem. UAT might want to think about either putting a lower cap on the number of guests or staff more people only because the staff was way overwhelmed. The food counter and the food court eating area were trashed. They did point me to a rag and sanitizer to clean a booth , so we could sit and eat the not so good Icee's and nachos. The Icees were not up to flavor, very weak, and the nacho cheese was the same, almost no flavor. Popcorn and cheesits were 👍. I did notice a lot of kids getting frustrated, not fully understanding how to maneuver the connection/transition points that keeps the kids tethered as they go from obstacle to section. I saw parents yelling at their kids, telling them to move, but they didn't know how. 2 or 3 descalation /safety people with eyes and headsets will make everyone more calm. Over-all I got the year pass for $16 that day and $20 every month. They could charge double. Great idea of a place and thank you for the Adult Beverage options!

Wow! What an experience. There is a lot happening at this adventure center, which can be too much for some people but provided children the ability to mix up their activities! We attended a private birthday party, and had a room where we could safely leave our belongings during the reserved time. If you’re covid cautious, this is not the place for you. There are no mask requirements, and while many in our group wore them I would estimate only about 20% of guests overall had on masks. There are no separate areas for little kids, so you have to watch out for the junior high and high school kids who are running through without regard for others. Parking is hit or miss - there aren’t a lot of spots, so you have to hope you get one. Many vehicles were parked in places that weren’t officially parking spots. Overall, the kids had a great time! I would go back, but would try to go during a time that is a little less busy.

So I’ve taken my kids To several jump parks in the past and I Gotta say by far this is the coolest one. Reason like it so much there’s an area for the smaller kids that restrict by Heit, so you know there’s not gonna be any real tall kids in the area. I’ve got a internal Zipline in Rockwall that the kids can harness up and take a little tour and the best part of all was the adult mezzanine area on the second floor where you can go and watch over everything. This place has a snack bar and did I mention they serve beer which makes it super awesome

My Sister-In Law and I took our kids here. We have 4 kids under 3 and my 12 year old, so we weren't sure what to expect. Not only did the kids have the time of their life but we had a blast too! There's a play area for the smaller kids which was nice and when my daughter was getting scared in the balls another child came over to help her. There's several jump areas, a dodgeball room, basketball hoops, foam pits and a hangout area with trampolines abd climbing. We did the zipline and it was a blast. It's by far our favorite trampoline park.

The kids had a great time! It's a little pricey for what you get for 3-5 year olds, Definitely a lot of cool stuff for older kids. Every table was reserved for birthday parties, so I stood around. Overall, definitely great for once in a while.

Absolutely love this place. It's by far the nicest and most activities that a trampoline park has to offer that I have been too at least. They have a full cafeteria and alcohol,4 or 5 different big jump areas, a high dunk basketball jump, zip line, obstacle course, 3 rock climbing walls, ninja ball pit and a jungle gym as well as a dodgeball only area. There are multiple birthday areas too as well as an 18 and up giant seating area with another birthday room and TV upstairs. Fair pricing as we paid $25 per kid for ultimate pass which allows them to play every attraction plus price of socks.

Kids had a blast. Took the kids here for my son's birthday. The food was nice and hot and didn't take long to get it. Not really any seating unless you had a table for a bday party. This location has a parent lounge upstairs but due to having tiny kids I wasn't able to use it because I had to stay close to my little ones. I took my 3 yr old niece and kinda had a hard time because of all the bigger kids. The ball pit was deep and she kept getting stuck and needing someone to pull her out. She wasn't able to do a lot bc of her age and height but she still had fun and didn't want to leave. I gave 4 stars because of limited seating near play areas and limited activities for little ones.

First the good stuff: Park has nice facilities, better than traditional trampoline park Food was surprisingly good Overall restrooms and games were clean. What I did not enjoyed: More costly than similar places Service needs improvement Waivers for the party were a mess... I shared the link , they were completed before the party.. still guests were asked to sign. Over the phone i was offered beer and wine for adult guest and veggie tray on addition to the wing platter. These items were not available during our time , manager offered a discount at checkout but guest were disappointed. Party host was kind but not really helpful, i have to run to front desk several times to find her to get help. We paid the extra$50 (plus $20 tip) to have party helper , as it said in the website, dedicated to our party time only.. that wasn't worth it The part i definitely hated was that we were told that our party included only 2 hrs.. (as it said online and i was told over the phone before the party) and most guest understood that they needed to leave After that time-lapse 2 hrs is not enough for kids to play, eat and have cake On site they clarified that the ROOM was reserved for 2 hours but guest coul have stayed until closing. We learned that too late

Today I was at this place for my first time for a bday party. The only complaint I have is- upon entering there was at least 6 employees behind the front desk entrance area not doing anything but talking yet not one asked if we could be helped. We stood for at least 15 minutes waiting in a line behind a lady and her two children that were being helped. I thought that was terrible. I finally got my turn at the counter and that guy turned and walked away. I’m just not sure what the rules are on weekends there but I do think you should be greeted upon entering and asked if they can help or if u are there for a party! Everything else was very enjoyable.

I went to urban air the other day and my daughter had a BLAST! There was so much for her to do and as soon as got in the car she asked when we were going back next! There was this sweet boy with freckles and he cheered my kid up when she was scared on the zip line and made her smile! Definitely will be coming back soon!

This place was absolutely awesome and totally worth every penny. The guys that set us up for the ropes course and zipline were awesome. They told me that they were new but they seemed like pros. Very confident in their work and made my kids and I feel safe. Our greeting as we entered was not great. The woman at the front counter didn't have the best attitude and kind of made things a little confusing and also tried to charge the adults the same price as the kids even though parents were only supposed to be $5.99 but she did fix it when we asked and didn't make a big deal out of it. The staff did a great job keeping the place clean and sanitized the whole place several times in our 3 hour stay. Lockers are available for purchase and easy to use. They offer free cups of cold water and I thought that was awesome. Overall, Id say this place is by far worth 5 stars. We went on a week day and there wasn't very many people. I don't know that I would rate it the same if it was at full capacity but when it is slow it is amazing.

It was a great experience.. My grand daughter has Cerebral Palsy . I was worried about other kids knocking her down maybe unaware of her disability. I think it would be cool as an option for child to maybe have their bracelet more unique / high lighted for others to know to be aware. 😇 But she did not want to leave. So much fun

I'll say it is a lot of fun but the service is questionable. Mainly teenagers to early 20s that will look at you dead on at the front desk and will let you stay there for 15 minutes and not ask why you're looking straight at them. But that's the only downside honestly.

We've been to alot of trampoline jump parks with our grandkids, but I have to say this is our favorite!!! Grace and Karlie (sisters) are amazing.They went and checked on my grandkids for me with no complaimt, were so very polite, and didn't mind at all to take my grandson up to slide, these two are amazing!!This will be the place we go from now because of these two girls!!!!

This place is so much fun. Our family goes at least once or twice a month. During the last visit we had a few bumps in the road (drama with other children). Which happens any time you have a room full of children. However the manager TK was on it and took care of the issue immediately. He was very professional and kind. He's really looking out for everyone's safety and well being. I never knew he was a manager before today because hes always working behind the bar or out on the floor. Thats the type of staff that makes us love this place even more!!!

It was awesome! Such an amazing fun exquisite indoor playground for kids of all ages. My 18 month toddler is full of energy these days and since she hadn't had much outdoor fun..so I brought her there for her 1st time..she loooved it! Overjoyed. She almost threw a little tantrum when I said it's time to go home. Fortunately I promised her icecream so she calmed down and said thank you mommy.

My family had a GREAT time here. The 2 year old's birthday party was a BLAST. We had people that ranged from age 2-33 years old and we ALL enjoyed ourselves. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is great. My only real complaints have little to do with the company. The place is naturally gross with kids running around everywhere. In fact I almost always wake up the next day feeling sick. Be careful if you're bringing toddlers the older kids literally just jump on them without regard. Other than that, good place.

A lot of high schoolers working who sometimes show way too much PDA. Some also forget how to talk to adults. There are however some really great ones who excel at customer service and outshine the rest. Great place for the kids to come and get some wiggles out! My 3 yr. Old LOVES the ninja course and hanging on the bars. He spends hours in it.

The experience I had was very pleasant. With most of the attractions open and functional my 12 and 15 year old were able to stay very busy experiencing things like the rock wall, trampoline dodgeball, the skytrack, etc. The only issue I had was the men's restroom due to the sanitation issue. The urinals go all the way to the ground which cause an issue with urine being splashed out onto the floor that effectively results in standing in urine with only the socks that are mandatory just to be able to reach the urinal. This would go without saying any small boy that uses the urinal would be running around with urine soaked socks getting it on everything their socks touched. Overall this is a great place and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent attractions and helpful, friendly staff. This is a fantastic place for a birthday party, especially when attendees cover a range of ages (e.g., 5 to 12). Unexpectedly, the pizza was great too. My only significant issue was the apparent lack of free water (water fountains were out of service) and nothing was available to drink after the cafe closed, which was an hour before all attractions close down. A minor issue was that one of the two sinks and one of the two soap dispensers in the men's room we're not functioning. If the water fountains, sink, and soap dispenser are repaired, then these issues would be resolved and I would happily rate this place 5 stars.

Had my daughter's birthday party here and my kids have a membership. The prices are the best around; especially the membership. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There is a ropes course that goes above the picnic area that I haven't seen in other places, which was very popular and enjoyed my kids and adults alike. There is also an adults lounge for 18+ only, and the cafe serves beer and wine. There is even a mezzanine area that overlooks the whole place with comfortable lounge seating. As far as variety, scope and accessibility of attractions, and helpfulness and capability of the staff, this place gets 5 stars. For what you pay, you get a lot. The reason I took away a star had to do with the layout of the place, which is not something that anyone currently working there can help, and that is why I started with the good. But the seating area for parties or just stray parents is more towards the middle of the place. This isn't as much of a concern if you're just there with a couple kids; you can stand by the entrance like many of the other parents were doing. But if you're trying to keep track of a bunch of kids, it can be a bit anxiety-inducing. Other places I went to had the fun stuff in their own area and you had to funnel through one entrance/exit that opened into the picnic bench area. Much safer. But also more expensive and didn't have as much stuff, so it's a trade off. The membership for this place is absolutely worth it. For parties, though, you might want to visit first and see how it looks to you. Also, book far in advance. One last thing to consider is that this place was JUMPING on a Saturday. Very very busy.

If I didn't rate it a 5, my kids would kill me. Prepare yourself. Being indoors, it's very loud and chaotic. Kids are running everywhere. They had a blast but I was counting down the time to get out of there. Lol. My kids had a blast and that's all that matters.

Had my sons 4th birthday party here. They were packed and understaffed but managed to still create an amazing atmosphere and time for my son and everyone that attended. Adults and children alike said it was a great party! And aside from putting the order in, paying for it, and bringing the cupcakes...they did it all. Setup, clean up, were always close by to see if I needed anything, also shoutout to Kevin who was our host, he was wonderful! We will definitely be back again!

We had a blast!! The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly and conscientious. Pizza was really good too! They had lots of snacks for our toddler. The only downside was they don't offer any hot food other than pizza. I did really appreciate the complimentary cups of cold water though. We are considering a membership and will definitely be back.

Today was our first day ever at a trampoline park and my kids LOVED it!!! But more so than just saying how amazing the place was I want to brag on the staff that was there today!!! With only 3 of them they did everything possible to make sure everything in the building was able to open at least once while we was there so they kids could experience ALL the place had to offer!!! So THANK YOU AMAZING STAFF ON UR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION making my kids experience so much better!! We will most def be going back over and over !!

Our group had a blast here! Our ages ranged between 3 and 35. Every single one of us had so much fun. We will definitely be visiting again. The staff were all friendly, well kept clean, decently priced, and yes they do sell some alcoholic beverages but once you have ordered a drink you will not be allowed to participate in any of the activities. This place is definitely fun for the whole family or even hosting a birthday party. My favorite part was the indoor zip line type ride.

This place was so fun! Not just a trampoline park, they have a zip line, ropes course, rock climbing wall, some sort of ball pit race course and more. As an adult, I enjoyed this as much as my kid. It was great! Staff did a great job going around and spraying things down too. So wasn't grossed out while doing the activities. Gave a sense of assurance that it was clean. So worth checking out.

We had a good enough time, but the place was quickly overrun. Even outside of a pandemic, it seemed like a fire hazard for so many people to be admitted. Kids would not take turns, and employees would not enforce the rules (granted if management isn't capping the number of guests, it likely makes it impossible for staff to be able to enforce the rules). If I had to do it again, I would go on a school day during school hours. As it is, it is a bit steep for a place that promises to cap the number of guests and clearly doesn't. Call ahead to see which attractions are closed.

Taken kids to a few trampoline places in the last few years . Would have to rate the place it's self very high a lot of cool and neat attractions. But the lack of staff members to cover attractions is very lacking which creates a very unsafe environment for the children. Allowing overcrowding on trampolines. Some of it could be controlled by parents but it seems to be a lack of parents watching there children too. Could be because they are in the upstairs parents lounge which is very nice ( 18 and over ) which is not patroled either. There were more kids 10 to 15 up there than adults.

Took my 8 year old daughter for the first time and we had a blast. An employee by the name of Cassidy was the best, my daughter was afraid of the zipline her first time around. Cassidy and her spoke about it and decided they would try again together. Cassidy used her break to go with her on the zip line and she loved it. Cassidy, thank you for building my girls confidence and helping her face her fear!

This is a great place for families! The prices are very reasonable. My children were impressed with the obstacle course. They have areas for all ages. They have a consession stand to purchase food And drinks. They offer party packages as well.

I think this is an awesome place and will return with my family. It's different from the other trampoline parks, more variety. My daughter and friend absolutely loved it. (8 years old) The staff was very friendly to us. The woman at the front desk probably didn't love her job, but I wasn't there to be her friend. My daughter needed assistance twice and we were only greeted with the utmost hospitality. They were accommodating and my daughter was grateful. At one attraction, she got a bit upset and needed help (she was just a tad bit too short to manage it). The manager on duty noticed her concern and immediately asked for an employee to assist her. That was very thoughtful and turned my daughter's attitude around for the better. They did close down a few attractions for a small break, but I understand that businesses are struggling economically and need to watch their overhead. Was it a problem, no. We simply played on the other attractions until they opened again. I highly recommend UrbanAir. We'll be back!

Amazing place for everyone to be kid! My daughters 14th birthday party last Saturday was one of the best she's ever had! Our host Kay was outstanding. She was on point, super attentive, answered every question, made sure we had everything we needed, encouraged the kids who were nervous about the zipline, just such a relief to have her there to take some of the pressure off. The facility was nice and clean and spacious. The front desk associates were super friendly and informative. Great birthday package, worth every penny! If I lived a little closer I would definitely get the membership. ❤

The first thing I would like to say before I start my review is that I would definitely bring my child back here because she did have a lot of fun however I would not book a birthday party again. While searching online for party packages I had the options of choosing different packages that came with different attractions so I technically could of choose the ultimate package with all of the attractions included however there was 1 attraction that was not currently working which it didn’t disclose that during the checkout process online and you would of had to search the website pretty thoroughly to find this info. Thank goodness I ended up going with the deluxe package because I would of been pretty upset that I paid same the same price for all attractions when not all of them where in session at the time. I ended up choosing a glow party for my daughters theme and after a few days I decided to check out the details of my party by visiting my email and I could not locate “glow party” anywhere so just to be sure I emailed urban airs team and spoke with a Tina Huynh asking her if it was indeed a glow party along with some other questions. She emailed me back the next day stating that glow parties are only offered on fridays and my daughters was on a Sunday, so there’s the first red flag and I assumed their website has some glitches to work out but I didn’t make a big deal about it. I sent a follow up emailing asking her if I had an option to upgrade my current package and she emailed me back stating that I would be able to upgrade for $40 more dollars (regular price for ultimate package). I emailed her back and I quote “if we could still get a private room or even a suite then yes I would like to upgrade to ultimate attractions party. If a private room or suite isn’t available for that option then we would like to stay with our current party reservation please. Thank you for your help.” And I also sent an additional email asking her if the ropes course would be open again at the time of our reservation. Tina emailed me back and I quote “You would keep your current room reservation, just the wristband upgrade for all participants will be a total of $40. We do not have any other suites or rooms available any time that day. We are hoping that the ropes course will be open by then but will not know for sure until the middle of next week. “ on 11/26/21 and my daughters party was booked for that following Sunday that they would of known for sure if it would be open or close so I sent an email saying “Okay, for the upgrade if there may not be ropes course on the day of our reservation open, is there anything that’s being offering in place of that additional attraction?” And at this point I could feel her wanting to get a little short maybe from exhaustion or being tired I have no clue but there was days in between some of the emails because they are apparently super understaffed so I’ll give them that. Anyway the next thing she emailed me and I quote said “if you upgrade to the Ultimate Pass, the participants will already have access to all the attractions in the park.” So I followed back with “If an attraction is closed on the day of, then technically they wouldn’t have access to all attractions so then is there a discount to applied for that? Food pass, jump time, anything? Thank you” on 11/26/21….nothing ever came of that. No follow up email, courtesy call nothing. She never responded in regards to my email so that was the 3 red flag because the 2nd one was her coming off as unenthusiastic.

We had our son's 10th birthday party here. Our son and all of his friends had a FANTASTIC time! We did the party room package for 10 kids for 2 hours. Private room, host, 2 pizzas (pizza was great!!), bottled water, special socks for all participants. The trampoline park and all of the extra things like the zipline was excellent. Staff was readily available, noticed they kept up on disinfecting it was excellent. Our host Kay was fantastic as well. Really great party option, offers a lot of fun activities for kids to burn some energy and have a good time. Highly recommend!

Gotta say I'm pretty impressed with this place compared to the competition lots fun little things to get into. Parents get to join in at a pretty low cost. Has more options to choose from than a normal trampoline park. Indoor unlimited play is great year round and that weather won't mess up your fun.

Everything was fabulous. If i had any complaints at it was merely that the poor cafe attendant was overwhelmed with just him working so food times were fairly long. But really, in the end the kids had a stupendous time, popcorn or no.

This place is fun, but they are woefully understaffed, and the staff that are there do not enforce rules. Big kids have fun, but I'd be cautious about bringing smaller children as it's a complete free for all and they can get hurt pretty easily.

We had so much fun. We went for a birthday party and had a blast. There are only a few things I had an issue with. With the covid restrictions there seemed to be a huge waiting line for the air part of the park. It took quite a while for us to get our harnesses and about the time we got done with one part of the park that needed harnesses the ropes course was already closed. Our family member that paid for the party went to take her kids to the climbing wall was told it was closed and they eventually let her and her kids use it but only after she had to express her feelings about certain things closing when she paid for an ultimate package which should include all parts of the park. We had a good time the park was clean and staff was helpful. I would definitely reccomend checking it out. Maybe just go earlier in the day so things aren't closing so soon!

Urban Air Dublin is a blast for all ages! The facility is very clean and the staff members are so friendly, polite, and helpful. My family absolutely loves this place. The kids never want to leave. It’s so much fun! They also serve gluten free pizza, which is a huge plus. We look forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

Love the place already. Honestly, we had no idea this existed or would have joined immediately! We have 2x5 year olds and a 7 year old and this is definitely a sweet spot for ages there. Plenty of open space inside for adults, love that the entry/exit is pretty small so it’s well supervised. Pricing is right and our kids absolutely loved it. The warrior course and huge indoor playground alone make it worth it for us. Add in the trampolines, climbing wall and hill, no brainer. Hidden gem, for now.

Awesome staff. The General Manager gave us a personal tour. How cool!! Thanks GM.. They have many precautions in place for COVID 19. All employees were wearing face masks. The thermal camera when you walk in shows your temperature. They are constantly sanitizing and cleaning the entire time we were there. They also ask guests over the speaker to wash or sanitize hands every so often. The front desk receptionist were so happy. Two lady’s made us feel very welcome. The place is fun!!! You can bounce, eat, relax, zip line, and much more.

We went the Friday before easter 2021 and a week later me and my kids who were healthy prior to our visit now have covid there is no social distance no sanitizing of equipment after uses on climbing walls etc be warned but other then that we had fun. This is the only place we have been to cause I am very cautious about the covid I have a elderly parent who lives In my home as well.

The kids loved it. It is very different from other trampoline parks. We had the 7pm - 9 pm timeslots. They starting doing last call for several things at 8. The rockwall closed at 8:10. The cafe closed at 8:15. Last call for the zipline and high ropes course was at 8:10 and was closed down at 8:20. That really is my only issue. If you pay $24.99 for two hours I expected they would have access to everything for the full two hours. If it is only done for the last time slot of the day then they really shouldn't charge the full amount. More seating inside the park is needed for parents.

We visited Urban Air today for our son's 10th birthday. We have never been until today and let me just say, that this was hands down the greatest experience ever. The staff, specifically TK and Kayanna, went way out of their way to ensure our experience was one to remember. The facility itself is jam packed with options for the kids. They have so many amusement options, and something different from the standard "gaming" like options. Our family really enjoyed the zipline, dodgeball areas. Our little one, who tagged along, found endless options for herself to enjoy as well. Visiting anywhere during a pandemic feels kinda scary, but the staff was so efficient and active cleaning every surface, including the floors, they had sanitizing stations at every turn which made us more comfortable. Not only that, but taking a group of kids to any crowded place can be so unnerving, they have one entrance and exit, I felt at ease allowing the kids to roam freely and still have an eye on them. Our son was a little nervous to take the leap on the zipline, the staff all were encouraging him to take the leap, they supported and encouraged him. We have never seen a more awesome group of people. Prior to our arrival today, TK went the extra mile to call us ahead and go over our plan for the day, take our pizza order ahead of time and discuss the agenda. Very honeslty, I have never been somewhere like this and been so impressed with every detail. We will definitely be back and we will absolutely recommend Urban Air to everyone we know. Thank You Kayanna and TK for all of your help, and encouragement to our kids, you guys and your staff made this visit an exceptional experience and we are thankful for a group of people who made this day feel personal. Our son had the best birthday ever and we loved every second of this adventure!

PLAY AREA: It's a really fun place. We had 6 children ages 1.5-12, they all had a blast! We also had adults 19-43, who also had a blast, watching the kids and playing on things with them. ENTRY/PAYMENT: Pay for adult passes with children access and 5 and under tickets at the counter DO NOT PAY ON THE SCREENS for those. The total doesn't come out right. The lady told us to sign the waivers and get our tickets on the screens. Ended up paying extra for tickets we didn't need as we thought it was only adult passes we were adding. We were refunded for the extra passes, but still paid $20.99 for 3 children under 5. FOOD AND DRINKS: Way over priced. Pizza isn't all that great for $16 after taxes for 8 pieces. Our pizza was not cooked fully, the dough was still very doughy. We had a group of 15, 6 kids 9 adults. (2 Birthday Parties combined decided against b-day bundle). We were going to order online but you can only purchase 2 adult tickets per transaction, with taxes and whatnot we decided to buy them at the park. When we arrived, the lady at the counter asked if we'd ever been there, we said no. She pointed to the monitors and said sign the waivers and then you can buy your tickets. No one came to help us or explained anything about purchasing Parent access tickets or children 5 and under tickets at the counter. Once you get into the play area its fun. The different attractions are very decently sized and have plenty of room. We were worried that we were wasting our money on our 1.5 year old twins, we thought they'd get bumped into, knocked over or the park wouldn't be suitable for children that young, that was not the case. They did just as much as the older kids and had just as much fun, if not more!

I’m only giving it 4/5 stars and not five because of the supervision of the play areas. Kids kind of do whatever they want and the staff is pretty young and doesn’t force rules. But this place besides that is awesome. I have three kids and they absolutely love this place. Indoor trampoline areas, obstacle course high above, zip lining, wall climbing, jungle gym, basketball with the trampoline, and more. My lady and I have fun as well! Don’t know how long it will be until it’s too crowded to have fun. Try before it’s too late!

Restrooms was discusting! Pizza was gross, kids wouldn't even eat it. This place was way too crowded when were in a pandemic..

Well I did rock wall climbing ask the kid if it would hold me. I was told yes. It didn’t. I fell about 7 feet broke ankle 2 fractures in foot. Their equipment malfunctioned. No one asked if I wanted to do an accident report. Couldn’t get up. A lady with he nephew came in and helped me.
