Fun place! Although the passes are quite expensive, there was a lot to do. The arcade games are high tech, but the prices to play are too much on top of the passes. We only earned 200 points from the arcade which got me a tiny penguin cheap toy. I would suggest this place for littler kids, or events like birthday parties. Some of the staff were rude but it's a loud and overwhelming place, so it is understandable. Overall, the place was clean, exciting, and the food at their restaurant was great. We ordered one order of fries for $9 and the waitress came out with 2 giant plates of crispy fires! A good way to spend a day if you are willing to splurge a bit. 😄

Great place to brings kids for some mini golf, go carts, ropes course, arcade, bowling and more. Pretty expensive with the only food being also pretty expensive but that is to be expected. Much to my surprise the water park with their daily deals next door is much cheaper even though they are ram by the same company.

Spent half a day here playing with the Kids for a birthday party. In general, the party went well. It was over 100, so may have been smarter to go to Roaring Springs. Pavement gets really hot outside for go karts, mini-golf and batting cages. Insufficient shade, and lack of misting devices make it pretty miserable over 90. Interior laser tag and mazes were fun for the kids, but in general I got the feeling of low paid and overwhelmed staff drove folks to be less than enthusiastic about the rides and events. Kids aged 7-15 had fun with the half day pass. If they were a bit older I would have skipped getting the passes myself.

Although the restaurant area had a very long wait due to some staffing shortages, our waiter was great, our food tasted great. My Cobb salad was one of the best and biggest I've ever had! All the attendants we encountered were very polite and helpful. We spent a fun afternoon here, and would definitely return!

My son had his birthday here years ago & it was amazing. We just celebrated my daughter's birthday & boy has it changed & not for the better. Your treated like a number now. Definitely wouldn't recommend the birthday party packages. However we will be visiting again everything else was awesome! The kids had a blast.

This place is amazing-So much to do! My kids spend all day here and still don’t do everything. It’s kept up really well, much better than a lot of entertainment places I’ve been to. Prices seem a little higher, but it really shows they use it to keep everything working properly and not overcrowded. Best family fun place in Boise! Spend the money to stay all day.

Everything here tonight has been great except for the guy running the laser shooter game (not laser maze). I didn’t get his name, but he was very rude. I was here with my little brother and his friends about the time that the football team from Eastern Michigan came in. The team was very rowdy, but I actually thought that they made the game more fun, especially for the boys I was with. The only person who had an issue was the guy working. I understand. I work customer service (fast food), and working with rowdy people can be hard, but there are more polite ways to handle such people. Every other worker has been good and patient.

This place is pretty cool even as an adult. It's huge and they have many selections of games and rides. It blows Dave & Busters out of the water! They're much cheaper and offer Military Discounts here. The food is ok nothing to brag about. There is a full bar with TVs and they have a bowling alley. They have outdoor rides like go karts and water boats and also mini golf. If you're looking for a fun place In the valley to bring your kids this would be the spot!

We just came for the mini golf today but found that there is so much to do here! Can’t wait to try out all the other fun things they have. The mini golf was so much fun, they have two ways you can go and all the holes are fun and unique. The grounds are clean and landscaped beautifully and we had so much fun. We definitely plan to go and spend more time here in the future trying out the arcade, ropes course, bumper cars and bumper boats, go karts and whatever else they offer! There’s so much to do!

First time there, but not last. Played golf. Very fun layout, no moving parts, lots of slope, plenty of shade (it was a hot day). I noticed many families and groups. Even strollers were able to negotiate the course. Not going to even try to share Allll!! the other fun stuff going on.

The activities are so much fun to participate in. By buying the ultamite pass ($40) for 4 hours and going go carting 4 times it pays for its self compaired to other go cart locations. Additionally the arcade is very fun to spend time with. And if you are looking for a fun activity to do and get small stuffed animals at the same time. The arcade is where it's at. If you get good at some of the games that deal with reaction time and throwing a ball you can average about 30 tickets per dollar. Which is amazing. Go check it out for yourself and I'm sure you will have an amazing time as well.

My son's absolutely LOVED this place!!!! If your on a family vacation or plan to go on one you need to make this a stop. Hamster cage for children, an arcade, climbing walls, and so much more. Get ready to drop some money but worth it.

Great family fun! Outdoor mini golf, game center, bowling, high ropes course, go carts, and laser tag! Average pricing for family game centers in the area, but great fun for the family... would be a great location for birthday parties and roaring springs is right next door. It's right off the highway, it's easy to find and good parking as well!

Had my kiddos birthday here, they had just got a new system that day I guess and it was kinda crazy. They tried to not give me two pizzas I was promised in my package or sodas but after I talked to the manager they corrected the issue and I got what I was paying for. The poor party host girl was having a really hard time and almost in tears the whole time we had I am not sure if it was because of the craziness of a new system on a Saturday or what but I felt bad for her. We did feel very rushed too with pizza and cake but I get you have just an hour to do it all. Overall was an ok experience. Probably won't book an actual party again though. Wasn't really worth the money.

Although it was fun it was also frustrating to be hurried through the course. At one point we lost a golf ball in the course and no way to get it back and that was also irritating. Its a neat course and it would have been better to relax and enjoy playing.

There is plenty to do at the newly renovated family center. My young children were especially fond of the playground with over 1000 foam balls. Of note, whenever I come here I always see employees with a rag and cleaner wiping stuff down. This means a lot to my family that they really put forth a worthy effort to keep this place clean and tidy.

For a fun combo, you can head to this family activity center right next door to Roaring Springs and linked by a walkway. Ideal for those sweltering summer days, Wahooz Family Fun Zone is loaded with indoor attractions like high-tech amusement rides, laser tag, a laser maze, an 80-game arcade, clip ‘n climb, ropes course, multi-level indoor playground, 24 lanes of bowling bumper cars and more. Outside you’ve got two 18-hole mini golf courses, open all year, as well as go-karts for different ages, batting cages and bumper boats.

This is by far our family's favorite place to go in the Treasure Valley. It is a bit pricey but there are so many things for the entire family to enjoy. There is bowling, lazer tag, miniature golf, go karts, a great arcade and more. The food here is pretty good and there is a bar in the Pinz bowling area. You can stay here for hours.

We all know entertainment these days seems to be expensive. And for that matter, places are packed when they are a good deal. So with that in mind, I still enjoy the visits to Wahooz. Indoor and Outdoor choices with plenty of options keep the 13 year old inner child happy and entertained. My favorite is Lazer Tag, but the Go Carts are a close second. Bowling is pleasant here as the lanes are nice. Plus having the food and bar area makes for a fun adult time out too. So take the kids. Take the family. Or just take yourself and friends. You'll have a good time. Also, don't forget they can host very large events. Business, you should check out their convention room. I was actually impressed with the food served at my last event there.

Best Ever Experience! Excellent staff, extremely clean, priced Right. Went here for a birthday and had a fantastic time. Bowling, arcade games, miniature golf, high speed and kiddie racing carts and even a set of climbing walls and bumper cars. There are many more attractions than what I mentioned. Highly recommend this experience to everyone.

So far the best place on Idaho that's worth your money... there's something for everyone, from kids to adults. The unlimited package is worth it when you have active kids.I literally had to tell my kids that we had to leave. After 6 hours of fun they still did not want to leave. Even my 1 year old had a blast! We will definitely go back again...

We had two hours to kill before a wedding. This was amazing time for our family of 4. Kids got to run off a lot of energy. We played in the arcade. At the time they had no prizes/tickets so most of their games were free play with the purchase of a $5 game card. The kids climbed in the balll o City.

Wahooz is a mixed bag. Pros: The facility itself is good. Mini golf courses are nice. Indoor attractions are fun. Batbrooms were clean and nice. Food tasted better than you would expect! Cons: Bowling area wasn't too clean. 3 bumper cars were out of service. Regular unlimitrs day passes are $50. Pass is unlimited, *but, attractions don't all actually open at opening time and sometimes you may have to ask to use/play a certain attraction because no one is there manning it. The snow cones outside are not very good-- don't spend your money there. Buy an icee and a yummy pretzel inside instead. Wahooz may want to consider implementing a dress code, but perhaps that isn't a priority given the proximity to Roaring Springs and the passes that allow people to go back and forth.

I really had a great time. It was my family's first visit and we had a blast. We loved the laser tag and maze. I have 4 teens so it was awesome to hang and laugh with them. I recommend this place for families of all ages.

The reconstruction of the second 18 hole miniature golf course turned out great. Good variety on each hole and details were well done. Shade throughout the course was very much appreciated. Take care on the last hole to earn a blast of fire from the tiki statue!

This is a great place to spend some time with the family. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it is a little pricey. But there isn't anything comparable in the area, so what do you do? There is something for everyone. Laser tag, rock climbing, arcade, bowling, events center, water park, mini golf, etc. Stafg are mostly teenagers but they are all very nice. They keep the place very clean. You also have a restaurant with adult beverages if you need to step away from the chaos of the kids running around. Summer is great in the water park. They have grown with more options and I believe still have plans to add more. Definitely take some time to play around here with the family!

This place is expensive but so much fun! You can buy a wristband for $44 for the whole day and it covers EVERYTHING they have to offer and for as many times as you would like to do it. Which is mini golf, go-karts, laser tag, Lazer maze, rock climbing, bumper boats, bumper cars, a little frogger ride a ride more for older kids and adults called Twister, and an attraction called sky trail ropes course which is SOO much fun!! You are hooked to a harness and there is 3 different levels you can go on. The bottom level is for the little tykes which is only a three feet off the ground the next level is a bit higher and the third level is really high. It's comparable to a three story building but there are 34 different challenges you can do and it's a lot of fun! It's a must if you go!! For kids under a certain height the wristband is like ten bucks cheaper. You can also pay for rides and attractions separately but it would cost more money that way. They also have a huge arcade. There is bowling there but the wristband does not cover that. My kids and I love this place!!!

I recently moved to Meridian Idaho from Sherwood Oregon and I was asked out on a date to play miniture golf..I have not played for years so I thought it would be fun! This place was great! It reminded me a lot of a similar place back home. The mini golf course is big..and it takes a bit to get through it and I like that. Lots of shady spots and a little creek runs through it and it sounds nice and keeps in kind of cool. Price was very reasonable and I saw tons of arcade games and laser tag that I want to check out next time. But just not with the guy that asked me out! He needed a serious attitude adjustment and to learn how to loosen up and have fun! But dont worry! You will have fun guaranteed! When you go to Wahooz!

Wahooz is great. We try and bring the boys here a few times a year if possible. Favorites include, mini-golf, bowling, video games, and of course go carts! Plenty more to do as well. Parents can even get in on the action on just about anything. The service is top-notch. Very friendly and all hard workers. Keep up the good work!

Excellent place to get away and have fun with friends or family! Get a pass for everything because you'll want to try it all! Make sure you have 3 to 4 hours so you have plenty of time too. The lines are never too long, the food is great, and the staff are friendly. Deducted one star because I believe I did catch the coronavirus from going there...

Very cool place. We are from Cali and don't have places this big. There are family fin centers but they don't have all the things this place has. Kinda wish we did because it was a cool place to play around at for a while. If you have some free time and want to have some fun go and check it out.

The place is really clean and have great games and attractions. The only quirky thing is that you can't take some of the food and drinks out of some of the places. At this point, Galaxy Event Center is about 1 year into business and between myself and a couple other people I know who've contracted there, I can draw these opinions. The food selection, pricing, and service is generally pretty good. I was very pleased with our event having the Island Escape Buffet. Very tasty. We had a lot of good comments on appetizers, meal and desserts. The venue itself is clean and well situated for a range of groups. It's a very configurable room that can be changed up depending on what you're doing. A/V is operating well, although screens are a little small for the size of room they have. Easy to adjust volume/lighting that needed no training for me to operate. The location makes for a great change-up to your standard conference or hotel facility. Even just being inside a family fun zone can be helpful to break out of your typical boring facility. I think the big stars in the room are going to get dated very quickly, but whatever. Here are my biggest gripes: 1) READ YOUR BEO/CONTRACT very closely. If it's not written down, it''s not happening without a lot of attitude from day-of event staff. And probably a 25% surcharge. They are absolutely militant on service times: food is pulled exactly at 60 minutes from a buffet, even if not everybody has been served; drink fountains are turned off. It's a bit over the top, even if they're friendly about it with a smile. There is no room for making easy accommodations or variances. It's definitely not Bob Farrell, just "give em the pickle" training. Also, I think having to give a final catering count (without a 25% increase) 10 full days before an event is way too long a lead time. Most hotels are 1 week at most and Riverside is just 3 business days. 2) Communication with sales staff needs to improve. Emails frequently go unanswered in a timely manner and the handoff between sales staff and banquet staff isn't exact. For example, I indicated I didn't want to use drink tickets but have open bar for a period of time on my final BEO. This didn't get passed along and so I had people coming back to me from the bar saying they were rebuffed, even after I had explained it. 3) If you are also coordinating with Wahooz for event passes, be sure you are clear again on start-stop times. Our passes were preprinted well before we intended the 3 hour pass to end and it was a hassle passing the word to all the attendants that our clearly t-shirted group of kids was there from 7-10 PM regardless of what their wrist band said. 4) This didn't happen to me but did at two other events I know: the soda machines are in the big conference room and fill up with ice and deice all day long. So if a person decides to go get a soda while somebody is speaking, it's very loud. Clunk clunk clunk goes the ice - PSHHHHHHHHH goes the soda. Very distracting. We would consider doing another event there.

This is a very fun place to spend time with the family. There's something for everyone to enjoy and though the prices are expensive it's not the worst. My complaints are mostly with the restaurants. They play the radio so loud you can't hear each other. Including the employees. We had to yell every conversation and yell out our orders. On top of it all, they just had really bad customer service. They gave my son's pizza to another family, who stupidly accepted it even though they said "I didn't order this." They took forever to fix the problem. Hopefully, next year, we go somewhere else for my kid's birthday. This kinda sucked most of the time.

From where it was back in the day to where it is now is utterly amazing. Wahooz is fantastic. Not super great for littles under 4-5yo, nothing really to do for them but other then that it's one awesome place. Staff is friendly. Bowling is very very expensive. This is a great place to bring your children for an afternoon of fun. I would point out that the activities are targeted for kids aged 8 to 16. There is stuff for younger kids but much less. The rock wall and bowling and laser tag kept ours occupied for hours. The all day or 4 hour pass is the only way to go. I would check the lines on a Friday or Saturday or you may spend more time in lines than playing.

This place is great. Lots, lots, lots of stuff to do, for all ages. My daughter loved the children's rides and games. The food at the bar was good, the beer selection was good (Craft and Domestic) and the game system was pretty well executed. The staff was friendly, fun, and engaging. They never made us feel like anything other than friends. Good stuff. 6/5 stars. Well done Wahooz.

This place is a great place to take your family because there are things to do for all ages. However you'll want to spend at least 4 hours there to get your money's worth. This place has a lot to offer and it’s pretty fun, but it is very pricey. Spent $80 for just two wristbands and only went on the regular go karts two times, the laser tag once and the slick track once (plus we had to wait for two races to be over because they couldn’t sit all 8 of us in the 8 available karts). Then I spent like $40 on a game card which was used in just in instant. Some employees also were very unprofessional and looked miserable. I’d suggest coming on a weekday, during the day when it’s way less busy.

I absolutely love bringing my toddler. She’s 2.5 and we always start in the ballocity area (hope I said that right). My only complaint is adults purposely shooting and aiming at children. I think it’s kind of gross and luckily my toddler is fast and doesn’t stand in one area to get shot at. I had to actually stay out of reach while my husband played with my daughter (I wasn’t wearing socks) because some grown man was purposely trying to shoot people.

The Galaxy Event Center is AMAZING! The staff their was absolutely WONDERFUL! They are polite, kind, and very helpful. When we were there, we had our 3 kids under 5 years old which can be a handful, and the staff jumped right in and helped us get situated and get everything together so that we could enjoy our dinner. The other thing that I love about this event center is the PARKING! Oh my goodness, going downtown to an event is fun, but finding a place to park and then dealing with traffic and everything can be a nightmare. At the Galaxy Event center, they must have at least 1000 park spaces right outside the building that you don't even need to pay for! I would highly recommend the event center for anyone in need of a large meeting space!

Saw some concerning reviews about this place and so I went in expecting to wait in long lines. I got there right when it opened and there was a good few hours where hardly anyone else was there. We got to do everything we wanted with little to no wait. You can tell a lot of the employees are just young kids with no work ethic. It seems they don't want to be there and their parents made them get a job. Overall this place was awesome. Had a blast with a 3 year old and a 5 year old. I don't think it's over priced. I feel like it's pretty fair for everything you get to do, and I'm generally a cheap person. Would love to go back sometime.

Large facility, plenty of parking. Located right next to interstate. Many play areas and arcades. Laser tag. We were there for miniature golf so we didn't look around much at the other activities. They had go carts and bumper cars. At 4:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon, we walked to the back outside to find the miniature golf. No one was there but saw a ticket was needed at the ball machine. We walked back inside to ask how to get tickets. Someone told us to stand in the bowling ticket line. That line was large and slow. We waited for 10 minutes even though we could see other workers milling around not doing anything. Eventually, right after we made it to the front of the bowling ticket line,, 3 of those workers opened the other side of that ticket area to no one else standing in line. Two miniature golf courses, an easy and challenging.

The Galaxy Event Center at Wahooz is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! It is Gorgeous. No detail was overlooked to provide a 5-Star environment. Service was first class with attentive and friendly attendants. And the food was amazing; in terms of cuisine, presentation, flavoring, preparation,... it far exceeded my experience with similar venues I've attended in the Treasure Valley. All this, including freeway accessible and ample free parking, makes the Galaxy a notch above its competition.

They advertise "slow pitch" softball batting cages, however the pitching machines only deliver flat, 27 mph pitches without the arc required for slow pitch softball. A manager told me the machines are not made for actual slow pitch. Attempted to contact an employee who was working on the machines, but he went into an adjacent building where no one responded to knocking on the door.

We planned a trip specifically to check this place out. It exceeded my expectations. I thought we would go through all the attractions and be done, but we spent a solid 10 hours here with my family of 6 and the kids did not want to leave. There were delays due to COVID19, but that's not their fault and they handled it well. Pizza, drinks, nachos, all reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and courteous. Entertainment was good for kids and adults alike. We went on a hot day, and the building was a refreshing temperature. Make sure you spend a full day there for maximum value. Will likely be back.

Early spring, 1st week in April. Tuesday special, $20+$5 for go-carts. After playing putt putt golf, behind the slowest family of 5, the took over 1 hour. We went to stand in line for Go-Karts. One group of 6 cars went and they announced that they had time for only one more group before closing the track at 3pm. I just you had unlimited rides, however each ride was only open for 2 hours at a time. What a wait of money and time.$65 for 3 people to one round of putt putt golf and a few games in side. Best buy, get there when they open and plan on staying all day until they close. Besides the short time frame, this is a cool place.

This place is great on the surface but it has some pit falls. The price isn't horrible if you plan on spending the whole day but be wary of the arcade. My woman and I both hit jackpots on two different machines but somehow they were not recorded onto our game cards so we did not recieve the tickets. Two other machines took our money but wouldn't let us play. Stick to go karts and mini golf and lazer tag. And if you enjoy drinks out make sure you pre party before you show up.

This is an amazing place to take your family, or go on a date. It's on the pricey side, but it is definitely worth it if you have the money to do so. We had a blast here. I enjoyed just about everything we did, bumper cars, go karts(As a bigger man myself, you'll either want someone smaller in the kart with you or the kart to yourself), mini golf, the dark room ride where you shoot stuff(Absolutely a blast and probably my favorite of the day), laser tag, the vault laser maze, and who can forget the arcade area! The rubber duck claw machine was quite amusing. Make sure to bring extra cash if you want to buy food or drinks here, they are marked up, but the place is very fun overall!

The place runs pretty smoothly when there's a lot of people and the staff are super nice. My only complaint is there isn't enough stuff for older kids and adults to do. While there are multiple sections for "kids only" attractions the only attraction for people 13+ is one of two kart racing tracks. Over all, great spot to go to to have fun for all ages.

Probably the single most fun you'll have in one place, sober or under the influence. Lazer tag, bumper cars, go karts, mini golf, arcade, a giant kids playground that's 4 stories high, wall climbing, bowling, and much more await you! Have great price points and you can buy in bundle or single activities. Staff is cordial and most are friendly. Young staff so please be patient. They do serve food and drinks of all sorts. I totally recommend Wahooz for a family outing. For a little over 100.00 I was able to take my family of 5 for the whole day. They offer a wide range of activities for all ages and great prices. The restaurant was nice but our service was slow and we had to tell our waitress several times that we needed silverware so we could eat. She was good about making sure out glasses were full and she checked on us often. Bowling was an hour wait but we went and played in the arcade and such and they messaged us when it was our turn. The staff need just a bit more customer service training. Several times I was getting help or information and they would stop helping me to help another customer. And they would completely ignore me till they were done with the other customer.

The birthday party wasn't private. There's about 6 tables and they cram as many different parties into the same room. This created an atmosphere where we felt rushed, and constantly bumping into other people from parties as the space between the tables is minimal.

Awesome place to take the kids, or just go have fun yourself. They have a nice variety from batting cages and go-carts to video games and indoor amusement rides. They even have bowling and a restaurant. My kids and had so much fun we spent over 8 hours here. I would recommend going when it opens on a weekday while school is in if you don't like crowds. We virtually had the whole place to ourselves. The staff are friendly and everywhere so there's always someone to help with anything that arises. The prices are a bit high so that's the only complaint I have but I didn't lesson the stars because the price is worth all you get access to. I just wish we could go more often!

I have a 21 month old son and he loved the ballocity. I thought it was much cleaner than other indoor play areas I had been, and he was able to have fun on the whole thing. A group of us active seniors went for a morning of miniput and had a ball! BEAUTIFUL settings and you have several courses to choose from. They supply everything. It's a nice family fun center. The arcade is decent, they've got a nice bowling section, and the mini golf and go-karts outside always a blast, but the "go to" attraction for my kids is always "Ballocity." A five level obstacle course playground filled with foam balls, and compressed air cannons to shoot foam balls down from the lower levels. It's tons of fun for everyone, parents included!

It even has a place for younger children to play in. It is a great price for all the activities that you can do with the general purchase. Something for everyone! Decent birthday party prices! A ton of still fairly recent updates for people of all ages to enjoy! My 4 year old spent almost an hour straight in the 4 level ball pit city that has multiple slides. My teenage sons were happy to play multiple rounds of both laser tag and laser maze! We had a birthday for our daughter. Everything in the first hour was more than amazing. Josie was extraordinary. So polite and helpful and on top of everything. Shes definitely needs to be recognized for her customer service and dedication to the kids and parents. Thank you josie for making the first part of birthday hour so fun. As for the rest first we dealt with being over charged and had to get money refunded. The package said unlimited everything except a few features. Unlimited bowling was one of our features in the package. But it's not after our second game they said either pay or get off and get on waiting list. So needless to say we were kicked off and we paid over 250 for party. Either way it would be nice if this was all explained.

The Go-Kart race track attendant's where too timmed and shy to step up and confront dangerous trouble-makers on the track. The two driver's almost caused a pile up and they were seen by two different attendant's. The attendant's looked like they really wanted to take action , but we're too scared. I have never seen so many activities in one place - mini-golf, bowling (even little ramps for the little ones to play), amusement park rides, batting cages, go-carts, GIANT playgrounds, ropes courses, climbing walls, arcade, and restaurants. The prices are reasonable and it is nice that the little kids play areas are all day passes, so they can wipe themselves out and even come back later in the day to play again. All the updates they did to the place are Awesome! I LOVE the laser tag. I don't think I'll ever be too old for it haha. The food is pretty good and decently priced. The go-karts are always a blast! Definitely get a pass for the day. It's worth it. Try and go on an off time when it's not crowded and it's even more enjoyable. Aim for early hours or towards closing. Sometimes lines can be excessively long, but that's life. Our family loves going here. The bowling area is super nice too!

Great experience, so much for the kids to do. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Even during COVID-19 they are so thorough at cleaning and sanitizing in between each ride and always making sure everyone is safe. Great family fun and the kids love it.

My kid had a blast. I mean I can definetly go through All the details but I'll keep it short. Its safe, there's various amounts of things for the kids to do, and almost guaranteed to have a day to remember. Prices I would say are very fair and not unreasonable at all, but I went on a weekday plus with COVID half the stuff was closed half of the time for cleaning which sucked. But overall didn't even notice how 6 hours flew by.

Everyone who works here is always in a nice positive mood! This is a fun place for family time, like bowling or mini golfing. There is such a big selection for young kids, teens and adults. Everything is fun and usually easily accessible. It is a fun place to go to when you need something fun to do or even for business meetings to birthday parties. Pricing is good, and they offer deals for certain days and certain things.

Wahooz is fun. But there is one issue I have with this place. It's the go karts. It would be more fun if they weren't so strict. I got a verbal warning for hitting the barrier. They stopped me right in the middle of the lap to tell me that I was being reckless. I didn't even feel anything when I 'hit' the side. I saw lots of other people hitting the barrier and they didn't give them a verbal warning. It's so ridiculous. Wahooz needs to let loose on the go karts. People are going to hit the barrier. It's really hard to not hit the barrier at least once. Overall good place to have fun but just be extra careful when you go on the go karts. You don't want to be banned from that place for something minor.

We have been coming here since this place opened and was called Boondocks. The recent improvements and upgrades are amazing. Arcade games are top of the line amazing. My favorite is the digital 3D shooting ride. Restaurant has pretty good food selection but be prepared to pay top prices for it. Not sure why they need to charge above average for average type food?

Tons of thing to do for the whole family. Good group pricing. Activities were a little too much for toddlers, but we ended up having a blast. The remodel and addition to this place a few years ago took it from a 3 star fun zone to a 5 star for sure.

I was highly impressed during my recent trip to Wahooz in Boise during the summer of 2019. We had spent the majority of our Saturday there after having purchased two of the ultimate unlimited passes after seeing all of the new attractions since the last time we had been there. The quality of service was above par, especially considering it’s summer time and the hiring pool is mostly of high school age. Whenever I had an encounter with an employee I was pleased with their willingness to handle the situation with courteousness and care. They even gave me their last purple unicorn and three extra tickets for an item that I really wanted. Thanks Wahooz for an awesome evening, I will definitely be back for more!!

Well although I love this place. As i get older, the less fun it is. The batting cages only throw balls, you rarely get a strike. The go-carts say no bumping, but every time you pass someone it’s going to happen and you’ll get kicked out. Basically not worth how expensive it is.

Very fun, and cost effective for a family event. There are things to do for kids and adults. Personal favorites are the slick track with the go-karts outside, Pinz for bowling, XD ride, and the indoor bumper cars. There are games to win prizes as well as a designated area for food and drinks that can be purchased. Bowling can be paid for in 15 minute increments or $30 dollars an hour. For 2 hours of play for 2 people was 60 dollars a little pricey but fun. Cosmic bowling happens on Sunday as well from noon - 2pm

I love this place. As an adult I can bring my 10 year old daughter and legitimately have fun myself. The arcade area is great, bowling is fun, the restaurant is actually decent, and they serve adult drinks. Super fun place for everyone in the family.

Very fun date night place, my boyfriend and I did the bowling and played arcade games. There's so much other cool stuff to do. The customer service was just ok. The girls in the bowling area were really nice. But the girls at the snack bar not so much, they seemed kinda annoyed, one of the girls started taking my order and then walked away in the middle to help some kids. They just seem flustered. But other than that it was a lot of fun!

Fun place for my 6 yr old. We took advantage of their Tuesday prices which gave us unlimited video games and most other fun attractions for $15 per person. Some of the more fun attractions like go-karts or bowling costs an extra $5 each and per person, but is for all day access.

A great place to take kids. Customer service is very slow. I stood in line 3 times just for a drink. I never got my drink. The counter person was doing something with another employee. No one acknowledged my presence by saying they would be right with me. I gave up and went to the cafe. Waited again for 1 person in front of me to be helped.Then I got 2 hard plastic cups for drinks. Those cups were to stay in the cafe. I said that was not what I wanted. I could not be refunded. The customer service person signed my receipt and I went back to the snack bar. I waited yet again. The 1 person in front of me never moved. I was extremely frustrated and very very very thirsty. My husband signaled for me to try the soda machine instead. I only had very small change. I had to pump $3 worth of dimes and nickels into the soda machine. And it took my $3 and did not give me a drink. Unfortunately the drink situation made me quite cranky. My son had lots of fun. He played for hours. Quite a good place to bring kids.This was our first time visiting from Nevada.

There is so much to do, I love the lazzer-tag and the bowling area. The bowling has a special room for partys that is super nice and I love the arcade as well with all the different types of games that you can play and to take someone you may like with you to have a fun time. The outside has some great attractions with the go carts as my favorite part. The mini golf is super fun as well.

Most arcades/kid zones are dirty but this place was EXTREMELY clean!! If you’re looking for something for the whole family to do in Boise, come to this place! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! The triple play pass was WELL worth our money. Bonus- bathrooms are very baby friendly. Diaper genie and bottle warmer even! We will definitely be back.

We went to Wahooz for a work summer party. I was surprised how many things you could do there. We spent the whole day having fun and still didn’t get to everything. Keep in mind that it is a kids place, so expect some snarky teens to be running around and getting into trouble, but it’s still so much fun.

Wahooz is pretty fun for a theme park with a variety of choices and a golf course that’s pretty fun. The arcade games can cost a lot if you’re playing with a $5 or even $10 gift card, and when I play in the arcade there’s always 1 or 2 games out of order. When I wanted to bowl there was a 1 hour wait, so I did not end up bowling. The food is also not the healthiest but still tastes good.

This place is like Family Fun Center in Seattle but better. At first we had a minor issue with one of the people managing the lines at one of the go kart rides that was causing an unreasonable wait but the manager resolved the issue. If you want to do something fun in Boise, this is a good option.

Very enjoyable. This venue of attractions is ridiculously clean. You will become exhausted long before you get bored. The package specials are really good values. They serve food and drinks for both young and adults. The staff is very friendly. It is good clean fun and a smidge of adventure for everyone! I have been 3 times this year.

Wahooz is ok. We have gone a few times for fun and for birthday celebrations. Although it is a fun place I feel its very overpriced. For a family of 3 to have a day of fun its close to $100 if not more. They offer smaller packages but the smaller the package the less you get to do activity wise. The aracade games are a little pricey too. If you have a birthday party here, the party hostesses are fun and the food is good. Again, a little overpriced, but fun overall. If it's in your budget, go and have fun :)

A little pricey for the full treatment but worth it for a treat. They really cleaned up the interior. The arcade is still there but less than half the space. The main features are the jungle gym with ball cannons, ropes course and climbing wall, indoor ride, carousel and bumper cars. The bowling lanes are cool with a nearby restaurant. There's also a 'virtual' ride and laser tag.

Had my birthday party here a while back. Super fun. Reserved a bowling lane and did the package deal that gets you pizza and drinks. Got a bowling pin for everyone to sign. That was super awesome. A real bowling pins that everyone could write on. With package you also get a bunch of game time and stuff. Super cool always love this place even as an adult.

It would just be more honest of them we had to wait 3 hours and got one game in before close and it was supposed to be unlimited. It was a lot of fun but not cheap. My major issue is buying the attractions. My kids are not tall enough to do all the rides but the "unlimited passes" include them, so I am paying for a bunch of stuff my kids can't use. However, it would cost a lot more per ride. I think they should have a "Build Your Own Unlimited" pass where people can choose 5 or however many attractions that they know they will use for a the price. We love coming here for family playdates. Seriously, biggest issue is the price you pay when you aren't tall enough to enjoy everything. HUGE drawback.

A bargain for sure! Clean, family friendly environment with lots to do and soon to have more entertainment as they are expanding. Food was a bit pricey but it was delicious and well worth the price. The young, but well trained, staff was top notch. If you are going to use the water park next door within 6 days, I highly suggest purchasing the combo pass for SIGNIFICANT savings. My only suggestion would be to replace the dark/dirty jugs pitching machine balls in the batting cages with new, bright- yellow ones. Trying to hit a 70 mph dark baseball is extremely difficult and not much fun. Hitting a bright yellow fastball is much easier and more rewarding. Laser games... Awesome! Mini golf... Excellent! Go cart rides... A blast!

I'm not a fan of carnival type game amusement park areas, as they are all scams for your money, but my wife and I do enjoy bowling at Wahooz. We also mini golf occasionally, but it's pretty crowded on weekends. It takes hours just to do one round of golf.

This is a very fun place to take the kids. Decent price for a fun filled day with the family. If you want to save a bit of green take a lunch and eat it instead of the concession. Wish the laser tag was a bit longer, seems you spend more time suiting up and waiting than actual fun time, maybe increase times a bit add a minute or two extra. Staff is friendly and helpful, something that some businesses could learn from.

The mature guy with the glasses at the counter seem not to happy to help me, he couldn't even explain to me what i needed to do to get shoes and what lane or how to raise the bumpers at the lane for my little daughter's. If you going to work in a kids place you need to be nice and patient, not care about race or social class. Besides this person everything was great 👍

This was THE best indoor adventure park! We did not go to the water park. But indoor was much cleaner and friendlier and more comfortable than what I've seen at any other park! Also this is THE ONLY amusement park that I can actually say the food was really good!!!! We had pizza, club sandwich, pretzel with cheese sauce, chicken ceasar wrap and a brownie sundae, the food was similar in quality to maybe Red Robin or Bob's Burgers. We had 2 adults and 2 teens in our group and it was awesome ! Another thing I've never seen at a park is USB charging stations

Wahooz has really stepped up there game, the place is amazing. Kids at any age have a lot of fun here. Why I gave a 4 star rating is the staff, they dont smile and they dont greet you. Makes you feel a little uncomfortable. Mostly teenagers working here so I get that this is probably not an ideal job for them. But as a paying customer i would like to feel welcomed. Now to show my age, I think the games are super expensive. $1-$5 per game I think is a little ridiculous. If you want cheap arcade games this is not the place. If I want good price arcade games i will go to Pojo's . Overall great place to have fun, not on a budget though. Oh one more thing, to eat here you will pay $15-$20 per meal. And that's for a burger meal, so eat before going here.

I used to frequent here with my son quite often when we lived in Idaho. We still stop by when we're in the area visiting. Always fun and a great time. We've even done new year's eve here together because it's an awesome kid friendly way to bring in the new year. It's always been clean, staff has always been friendly, and they've always been quick to fix any issues (games not working, tickets not issued etc.) every time I've been here. I honestly miss Wahooz and still haven't found anything close in comparison in my new place.

Wahooz is one of my families favorite places. We celebrated here for my twins birthday party. They do all the work, they wrote down gifts given, they serve the cake, they clean up the wrapping paper. I was so impressed, this was the first birthday I was able to sit back and enjoy. Getting to see the smile on the kids' faces was worth it. Quite fun! They had a great assortment of entertainment and a bunch of fun games in the arcade. My father and I were visiting my sister, who had to work a short shift at her job, so we decided to check this place out to pass some time. The remodel of Wahooz has made it a whole new place. Went in winter so we weren't able to hit any of the outside attractions, but the indoor stuff was top notch. Loved the ropes course and the bumper cars, had a blast with the Dark Ride and the Laser Maze. Grabbed a soda in the lounge for a break and then headed back out for more fun! Great place to take the kids or for a fun date.

Wahooz was the most amazing place to eat, play, and spend time with your family! The laser maze was one of the amazing games and rides in this indoor and outdoor amusement park! The bumper cars were truly a delight, with LED lights, music, and colorful seats! With some of the most advanced technology features, like DARK RIDE XD. In this ride, there is something for everyone, from zombies to cowboy robots and everything in between! Bumper boats weren’t exactly a thrill, but a relaxing ride for when you get tired and want a break. Three Go-Cart tracks, all fun and thrilling rides! Some other activities include bowling, mini golf, rock climbing, ropes course, an arcade, and a restaurant! If you want to have a fun family adventure, come to Wahooz!

I get that this place is an amusement park but the wait times are ridiculous. Seriously plan on waiting 10-30 min to enjoy an attraction. You can be here all day and only enjoy each one maybe twice. The arcade games are the newest available but also cost it. The good games are $1.50-$4 a game. And don't bank on getting enough tickets to actually get any cool prizes. The food is delicious but spendy. $7-$15 for a good meal but better than the nearest local selections. So if your ok with dropping $180 or more, for a family of 4 this is your place!!

Wahooz has recently renovated and have included some extremely fun new activities. Great family fun for kiddos of all sizes. Price is reasonable and you can spend just a couple of hours or the entire day. The only negative would be there food isn't the greatest. It isn't bad... but could definitely be better.

Lines get really long on days where they have a reduced price promotion (30 min) though because it is a popular place. The area could probably support two of these.

We had the best customer service ever yesterday! Everyone was super quick to attend to my kids and treated them over the top nice. The kids loved the new area and rides and the prices were more than reasonable for what we were able to do. We will be returning. We spent 5 hours there and the adults were wore out but kids could have stayed for longer!

The games, rides, and other attractions are up to date, maintained, and fun. Most of the employees were generally helpful and nice enough, but there were a few on our last visit who were either unhelpful, downright rude, or just plain unavailable enough to make the entire experience not so great. We paid around $130 for the three of us to basically have unlimited access to everything, which seemed okay at the time, but we fully regretted doing so after about an hour. We stood in line at the food counter and listened to the three employees bickering about how one of their debit cards was being declined. After the owner of the card noticed we had been standing there, she told us to go ahead and order. We advised that we were still looking and undecided. This was apparently unacceptable to her. The next five minutes were accompanied by a bunch of impatient Huff's and Puffs and under breath mutterings about how we were taking much longer than she wanted us to. this same girl somehow managed to be at every turn for the duration of our visit solely to give us dirty looks and mutter insults in our direction. We eventually decided that they were not able to have good customer service and went to the other dining area. It was no better here. After finally getting some food, our server had apparently forgotten about our existence, and needed to be called over the intercom to get us our check. All in all, the place has potential. It just seems like it's kids employing kids without any real work ethic, or policies. I don't think we will be going back any time soon.

Great visit, they have done a great job updating the facility and there is a lot of fun games for all ages! Prices are reasonable, we had a birthday party here and the crew assigned to help us were very attentive. Will be back for sure!

The day was definitely worth the price at black Friday deals. Not sure it'd be worth the $53+ per person at full price...

They have redone the inside and it looks amazing. There's a rock wall and a couple fair type rides now. Well worth the visit and price of the tickets. Food gets expensive but its what you should expect from a family fun center. I know my family loves it.

This place was surprisingly great. Our organization came here for a staff training session, and I didn’t have high hopes, but I was wrong. The place was great! The rooms were spotless and neat. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were spotless and well maintained. And the food was excellent! I have a food issue, and they went out of their way to ensure I had something fresh and carefully prepared. I think I had the better meal over the buffet! This was a pleasant place to spend the day in a training seminar. 10/10 would recommend!

If you plan this right with the $22 package you can spend about 2+ hrs here. We got there about 7:30 on a Friday night and left at 9:30 It surprisingly wasn't that busy for a Friday night. We didn't even get a chance to use the game card so next time we already have a $5 game card. Even though the staff is very young they are all professional and attentive.

This is the best option for a family fun zone type place in Boise. There is a ton to do and the staff is relatively friendly until you have 500 tickets and want them redeemed for 327 Tootsie Rolls. Then they kind of turn on you!

Much like a "Family Fun Center", previously under the name "Boondocks", this is a standard family fun facility that includes games, bumper boats, mini golf, bowling (Pinz), Go Karts, etc. They have a large food area too and shocker... the food was actually good. We had out son's birthday party here, which was really just a bunch of pre-teens playing lazer tag and video games. They have a number of "party" options and group discount passes. It worked out well for us but the adults got hungry and so we ordered food and were quite surprised. The chili cheese fries were both good and ginormous. Plenty for 2 people to have as a meal or 4 people to be snacking on.

Wow, I haven't been to Wahoos since the remodel and I can believe they spent 1 million plus on it. The building seems twice as large as it was and the new attractions make me want to play on them instead of just my kids. Unfortunately the arcade games are still pretty weak but everything else is better now. They also have a toddler playground now! And it is only around $5 for an all day pass!

Amazing place! My cousins took me to this place as I came visiting for a week from San Diego and it was worthy to spend all my hours here! This was around Christmas which meant that we couldn't go outside but I guess it would be as cool as it was inside. It was a great place to go. It is really friendly and good games.

Kids love it! Specials on Tuesday and Wed. Don't bother eating at snack shack though. Service was terrible and my 16.00 nachos with shredded chicken came out looking like shredded beef and there was like 2 tbsp of meat on a mountain of chip but little cheese or anything else.

Every one of the employees is so friendly and some carry stickers of varying types for kids. We rarely have a wait during the week, but Fridays and Saturdays is their busiest times, so be prepared to wait a bit. Their laser tag room is amazing! Definitely worthwhile.

But one of her friends was exactly on the line for height to go on the go carts but the guy wouldn't let her! My daughter is tall and she wanted to go with the only tallest one of her friends but the guy didn't let her friend go on so my daughter didnt either! But i guess its still ok

We like this place and spend far too much money here. A nursing room would be much appreciated as many family's are here with their small ones, we tend to spend 4 or more hours at a time and the little one needs a quiet place while he naps on me while daddy plays with bigger kid. Also, we have a genetic condition (alpha 1 antitrypsin) which effects our lungs and livers. It was bothersome when the air compressor was used to clean the zip line area both in air quality as well as our 3 yr old kept covering her ears when we were in ballocity do to the loud sound it makes, maybe they could use that cleaning method after hours when customers are not there to be bothered by it...

It honestly was amazing! My brother and I had a blast! Especially since he went be able to go out anymore later. Some people tho where really not happy and seemed cocky. The worst part that really made this not so great. There food and snacks are soooo overpriced!! One slice of pizza cost a whole pizza at other store. Deffiently ear before you go and eat somewhere else after. I payed for it unfortunately because its my brothers birthday but never again. But other than those 2 negatives it was amazing!!!

His attentiveness to the needs of our guests was stellar. Every aspect was taken care of, from the party games to the opening of presents to even serving the cake! I suggest if you are wondering where to celebrate your children's birthday - you choose Wahooz! And ask for Elwin - he's the best!!!

Our six year old really enjoys Wahooz. We choose to go early, shortly after they opened for business. It was not busy, we had space to move from area to area. We purchased all day passes so we could leave and return later that evening. The staffing are all young, first time jobs I'm assuming. We had no problems while at Wahooz.

The selection of games and activities is superb. Friendly staff, very clean and modern, and ample parking. Pricing can be a bit steep, though they do offer some solid package discounts. Great place to take your kids, especially on a rainy day.

Wahooz has done a lot of expanding over the last two years. They have added a ton of great stuff. Pinz bowling alley came out very nice. The one downside is everything there is pretty expensive. A child's birthday party will run up quite a bill. At least you get a lot fun and adventure for the price.

The experience here was loads of fun for any age group. The environment was kid-friensly and adult-friendly. They have a lot of things you can do. They have bowling here and some really good chicken strips from the little restaurant next door. They have this dark x minji game that is almost like virtual reality. I didn't have time for the golf or water play but the go karts were a lot of fun. The only down fall was that the staff although friendly.. lacked communication on somethings. There was only one staff member I'd complain about and that's because she was kind of rude. Like almost power trip rude. They also didn t let us know that somethings you can't open-toed shoes on which was misleading for us. They gave us a refund for it but it was still inconvenient. All in all though, it was a very fun trip!

The bar drink were terrible and over priced...i got a mule and all i tasted was ginger beer, really disappointing drink. Love the staff, the games, and especially the go carts! The XD Dark Ride is a must for any age! Had a bit of an issue with bowling when I went last. They had a poorly advertised bowling tournament that night; however, the staff handled it well and compensated with vouchers for another night.

We just had my daughter's 11th Birthday party here. It was on the more expensive side, we had the Classic Unlimited Birthday package. But for 12 people, 1 hour in the party room with a Hostess and then 3 hrs unlimited Go Carts, etc it was worth it. Only thing I wish...if you're spending that much money...the birthday child's parents should at least get a free drink! Just saying 😉.

It was awesome this place has everything such as bowling, video games, realistic VR, Laser tag room, go Karts, rides, great food and a awesome staff. If you want to have a great family day or a birthday party this is the place to go. This place is fun for the whole family.

Family had a blast. We went on a deal day on a school night. We didnt have long lines and we had some pizza for dinner. The help in the 'Pinz' dining are were okay, nothing to brag about, but the help in ths rest of the place was exemplary.

Decent place to take the family. 2nd time being here. 1st visit Date night with the wife. Decent batting cages and mini golf. Good game selection. 2nd visit Brought the kiddos. Lack of younger kids games. They had a few good ones for them though (connect 4, red ball drop, piano keys) but they did update some games since last visit. The new Halo Spartan 4 player game is here now! Ball tower was entertaining. I'll be back and update after future trips and experiences occur.

The remodel has added a bunch of fun stuff for young kids up to about teenagers. I think its priced fairly, my 5 year old son had a fun birthday party for him and 3 others for $60, but it could have easily been 3x that.
