Reviews of Idaho Rush Soccer Club
Both of my kids have played for Rush for years. There has been a lot of stability with the coaching staff and good communication (which is often not the case with soccer clubs). They do great charitable work with refugees in this community, sponsoring many so that they are able to play soccer. They also offer a highly competitive system for those older players looking to play in college. I would highly recommend it!
Good club and coaching. We had some communication issues with coaches. If your child does not play Sundays (or Saturdays for that matter), find a different club that will accommodate your child and family. That will be a deciding factor even if you are a talented player. If that's not an issue for your family, Rush is a great option.
Been with the Rush club since I was 5 and I'm almost 15 now. They are the best club out there. Coaches care not just about winning but the players development, and there future. They have so many opportunities that no other club can give. They have an international team called the Rush Select. I have had the opportunity to play over in Europe with this team and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Rush does way more then just help your child become a good soccer player they help them become a good person. So thank you Rush!
Unless your child wants to do traveling, competetive soccer, this seems to be the only gig in town. (At least that we have found). In general it is organized and well run. My main issue with this league is that they are not strict about the ages of the player. Not once have any of my kids been asked for their birth certificates as proof of age. And they allow much younger kids to play up. Which results in very mis-matched teams. You have one team in U14 with a bunch of 10 and 11 years olds versing a team comprised of mostly 13 year olds and even some 14 yr olds since they don't enforce the USA soccer age requirements and age cut offs. Have tried getting explanations from the directors with little to no luck. Frustrating.
The best!
Great soccer club with the best coaches willing to work hard to teach kids how to become the best players.
Amazing club. Wish I'd never left this club. Both competitive and select aspects are amazing and so fun.
Love all the recreational, select and competitive programs. Coed high school is awesome.
Great people!
We love our soccer club!
