Such a fun place to take the kids. Does get crowded on weekends but with so many fun attractions what do you expect. Jayden was awesome helping us out and the staff looks very busy constantly working!! Glad your in Boise!

Savannah and Ty were AMAZING at the front desk! I brought my camp over a few weeks ago and they made the process of getting everyone checked in efficient and easy! This facility is well maintained, clean, and there were plenty of staff keeping an eyes on the patrons to ensure they’re following the rules and playing safely. Will definitely visit again without all the kiddos I have to watch! EXCELLENT JOB FLY HIGH STAFF!

Lots of fun, a number of different areas. The ball pit/play area was great for kids that didn't want to jump, or wanted to take a break. There were quite a few interior walls, so it was sometimes challenging to find kids who had gone off on their own.

Greatest place in the area for the for the kids to get out some energy. It's a workout for the parents but a great time! The birthday parties are awesome, everyone had a fun! The staff was friendly and very attentive. Worth getting a membership and enjoying some great family time!

Fly High trampolines is a fairly new place. It has lots of trampolines, a nerf gun range, a ball pit, and other attractions. For a child's birthday party I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They really helped us a lot with forgotten items, etc. Would definitely do it again.

Went to a Birthday Party for my 4 year old nephew. All of the kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommend this place. We had kids from 3 to 21 playing not to mention the parents. They do have an upstairs but they have an elevator for handicapped.

Really impressed! The staff were very nice, the cost was super cheap (Friday 12-4pm pay your age for 2 hours- 6 and younger) There were balls in a climbing playground and everything a normal trampoline park has plus more. Everything about this place was well worth the cost.

Fly High, you can do better. Just a general lack of care for the facility, e.g. empty cups and leftover food all over the place, not super hygienic (though I understand it's a trampoline park full of kids), not particularly well-run. Personally I miss Altitude. Not sure just how they didn't make it but others did.

I love this place and it really is a great value for my family. Compared to the other trampolines spots in town it is definitely less expensive. Their options for membership are super reasonable. The plane is always very clean, all the trampolines are in perfect condition. They have an area for every skill level too all the way from say 3 year old toddlers up to the most experienced trampoline fanatic that can bounce 30' and do triple backflips. We had our kids birthday party here and it was great but watch out it gets really expensive. Overall an awesome place that my kids ask to come to again and again!

A fun place for the kids, with a bird's-eye view for the parents to watch them. There are various types of trampolines, stunt bags to jump down to, a dodgeball area, a Nerf war area, a toddler play area, snack bar, a few video games, space for parties, Etc. They need a bit better organization when they have groups. The line is extremely long.

Fantastic place to come in the morning!!! Paid $12 for them for a couple of hours of jumping!!! Love the fact they have the jungle gym thing too!!! Kiddos LOVE planet kid so it was a nice break for them to have between jump jump jump.

My daughter and her friend had a great time. 3 hrs went by so fast! It was my daughter’s birthday so I asked if they could play a song for her not thinking that they could and they did. She was so excited and it meant a lot to her. The staff was great and there was seating area basically all around. Great experience!!!!

I bring my six year old here usually at least once a week when there is a day baseball game on. He jumps around like crazy and I watch the Padres lose on my phone. Everyone's a winner! They have awesome tramps, a ball pit and a sweet zip line! He loves it! Always makes new friends and has a great time! The staff is wonderful. Specifically Savanna who's customer service is second to none. She hooked me up with a monthly pass deal to save some dough and she is always especially nice to my son. Good hire guys!

I have a membership for my toddler and let me tell you, it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. Not only is she able to get all of her energy out in a day, but the staff is amazing and take great care of us. Savannah has been working there since we’ve been coming and she is so kind, and so helpful! She is the most amazing employee. She always makes sure she says hi, and she spoils my girl. If they ever lose Savannah, then their business won’t be the same!

AMAZING PARK i love bringing the grand kids here on the weekends, birthday parties are super fun and the party hosts help out a lot! Isaac was our party host and we had an amazing time. The staff are all super nice! I would definitely recommend if you have kiddos full of energy! :)

This place was a lot of fun for the kids. We(adults)enjoyed jumping for a little while also. Prices are reasonable. The snack bar has some good choices if you are just snacking. Good place to take the kids for an hour or two this summer when it's to hot to be outside.

I went here with my brother for the first time it was great. Me and my brother had so much fun the workers are really cool and willing to help you when you want to do one of the attractions.did the concessions have great snacks to enjoy while jumping or just when you want to relax and the bathroom was so clean Idk who cleaned them but they definitely did a great job.

Birthday party rented a room. They let you bring in food. We had a cake and pizza. Kids had a great time. But watch your kids so they don't get too reckless in their fun. Suggest let the kids have a hour to play before bring in the pizza. Then wash their hands before eating.

OUTSTANDING. We took our 3-year-old son here for his birthday and he lost his mind! It's well padded so he could run wild until he got "trapped" between bigger kids but that's the worst thing that happened. The party rooms are a little small for groups of 9 to 12 but you won't spend much time there anyway. Bouncing all over the place and playing dodge ball was amazing! Kaley (sp?) was incredible! She checked on us, helped with anything we needed, and was overall a gangstas help to the whole experience. All the staff members were helpful and kind. In short (too late?), EVERYONE WHO CAME HAD A BLAST!! See you soon Fly High Boise! Once I ice my joints and sleep some this soreness off, I'm coming back for MORE!!

Every time I come here I have an AMAZING time. The staff are super chill when if you are nice to them. They are super helpful with different things as well. Birthday parties are way cheaper than most places. A lot of people are really rude to the staff and it’s annoying. BUT… super fun trampolines, super nice staff, pretty clean. Google showed in accurate open/close times so I called Fly High to see if they were open. A young girl answered the phone was not very pleasant. We still decided to go and we’re greeted by Cam upon entering. His exemplary customer service skills made up for whoever I talked to earlier. I actually felt like I needed to let him know he was amazing because I wish I had more employees like that. We will be returning because of Cam. Thank you for the awesome experience! 😄

Clean place for my kids to run jump and burn off some energy. May have been under staffed during my visit as my older children had to find an attendant to do the jumping dodge doing thing, and there was no attendant monitoring the zip line where small children were sneaking up on to the zip platform to try their luck. It was a fair price for two hours. Wish the fine print on the website had been clearer as it made it seem like it was $11.00 for two hours! Other than that no complaints!

Had a blast here with some friends. Only thing is that there are a lot of younger children, the establishment is ran by teenagers who aren’t the best at their job, and it isn’t the most clean place. Besides that though, awesome trampolines and foam bits to have lots of fun!

I have brought my family here before and we had a great experience so I was excited when I saw the Groupon option for the birthday package. I had high expectations already as I remembered our positive experience and was still completely blown away by the customer service. Everyone who works there is so friendly and observant. Savanna (and others) took special care to make my son’s birthday party extra special. Thank you everyone at Fly High for the great experience! We will be booking here again and recommend Fly High to anyone who wants to have a great time!

I absolutely love bringing my kids here! They always have a blast, and they can stay entertained for a long period of time. We decided to celebrate my son's 6th birthday here recently, and it was fantastic. The staff catered to our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the upstairs party area. We forgot to bring a lighter for the birthday cake candles, but staff provided one and a cake server tool! I feel like prices are great, the staff is very attentive and polite, and the overall experience is perfection. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun-filled experience!

We a ttended birthday party in pink room. the kids had a fun time and staff was great. A suggestion.... put plexiglass in the window and a swinging door on the room. Conversation is impossible due to the noise. ☹️ and videos are drowned out..

Someone needs to pay attention when they are changing out their sodas. My friend ordered a diet coke and we know she was NOT given a diet coke. Her blood sugar spiked to over 400 in a matter of minutes causing her to get very sick. Not only that, we were part of a Birthday party where the pizza was supposed to be delivered at 1 and it didn't even show up til much, much later - in fact, the mother had to remind someone that she needed it. Not good service in my opinion.

My family was informed about this place by a friend. What a blessing it has been to have a safe, clean, fun, engaging place for my boys to spend their energy. The staff is very kind and helpful with the occasional employee who would obviously be anywhere else. The assortment of activities and varied trampolines is a dream come true for active kids and active adults alike. If you're a homeschooling family (like we are) you should ask them about specials. I am grateful anytime there is a business that is sensitive to the homeschooling community! I wish I could jump with my kids but knee surgery kinda rules that out. It is wonderful to see adults enjoying the activites and atmostphere too. Be warned, the place is LOUD. The music is loud, the exuberant kiddos are loud, and there are usually one or two kiddos who love to SCREAM. So, if you are needing quiet while your kids bounce I highly encourage you to bring noise cancelling head gear.

We never have a bad experience here. The customer service alone is top notch. What's even better is Fly High has something for everyone. The ball pit sections is great for the little ones, and then the older kids, and myself love the trampoline sections. They have the best trampoline verity I have seen. The super trampoline is amazing. If you want to waste your time and money go Altitude Air or Urban Air. I'll be over here at Fly High.

My kids really had a good time here. They prefer this place to Urban Air because they have wipeout here, which is their favorite. The 2 young guys working were really friendly and interacted and even played with my kids. The young girl working was rude to everyone, kids and adults alike. Which is why I deducted 1 star.

Fly High puts on an awesome Halloween event every October. Its a great halloween activity thing to with the family or the kids. They call it flyghtmares. They do a good job making it look like a haunted house or you could say haunted trampoline park. Awesome spook ally good for kids. Highly Recommended. In Boise and the best Trampoline park in around. The cleanliness and customer service is top notch.

I held an event there for close to 20 people. We also had a private room for everyone to gather when they were not jumping. My first impression was that the entire place was very clean. The staff was very attentive to anything our group needed. Sometimes in places like these the music selection and volume are not at an acceptable level for all ages. This is not the case at Fly High. I can't recommend this place enough. Megan, Cheryl, and Alex were the ones that I primary spoke with leading up to the party, and every time they were smiling and excited to have us join them. The staff members that I did not know the names of, were just as happy to be working there. The happy and energetic staff members really helped make the event a success. We will be back. I believe even a few of them will be getting the very reasonable monthly memberships as well.

At first when you walk in the place looks really basic and boring but then when you actually start walking around they have such a variety of stuff that's fun. I cannot day enough good about Fly High. I run a childcare center and this is by far the best trampoline park my 72 kids have been to! Their facility is very clean. Their staff are always watching, enforcing safety, and willing to open attractions. Scheduling has been flexible and smooth. One of my staff suffered an injury at the park and the FH staff were on it immediately and took the time to check on her condition a few days later. Very very impressed! Would recommend to anyone!

The jump equipment was fun, clean and a good variety for all ages. The floor staff were helpful and pleasant. I had my daughter's birthday party there. The host set up the tables and brought up the initial socks and wristbands. Myself and guests tracked her down for more socks, wristbands, announce cake to guests, and to bring water. I spend the party walking back and forth between her at the front desk and the party. I missed out on my daughter playing and opening gifts. When finished, we cleaned the area and she returned 10 minutes after the scheduled party was over and said she would clean, but it was done. The garbage was overflowing from other parties garbage as well, so we took some downstairs. The birthday was so much work for me, it was disappointing from a parents point of view and that is why I rated it lower.

We went to this facility with a Groupon and I will say it exceeded our expectations and what we've previously experienced from trampoline parks. The staff was great...very friendly, and always manned the attractions that required staff WITHOUT hesitation or groaning. They didn't require facility specific socks (just grip socks). The music wasn't overbearing, but fun and lively. This place didn't smell like chemicals or stinky socks like most trampoline places! It smelled clean and also had a mild good smell. All of the attractions were open to any ages, which is really nice when you have teens and children and want to have "family time" TOGETHER. Everyone was respectful and it wasn't over-crowded and the staff didn't breathe down your neck unnecessarily. There was enough room and chairs to walk and sit for parents to supervise. The cost even without the Groupons seemed reasonable. We will be back!

I can't say I was overly impressed. The kids had fun and the price was ok, but the customer service was not fantastic. First, I lost track of how long we waited at the snack bar after ringing the bell before we finally just walked up front to the register to make our purchase. I also didn't appreciate the floor assistants--particularly the one that got onto my three-year-old for being on a trampoline he was too young for. I'm all for them doing their job BUT I was very clearly already getting him off and correcting him. It really wasn't necessary at that point and he was so gruff and abrupt that it actually startled my kiddo to near tears. I'm not saying I wouldn't ever go back, but, for me, there are other similar options closer to where we live that I'd prefer instead.

Very reasonable prices for young kids and a great trampoline park. Lots of options: wipe out, trapeze bar, Velcro wall, 3 high bounce tramps, foam pit, gymnastics pad, etc. Also has boxes/platforms to jump on and off of in the open trampoline area. This just adds more fun options.

I would give 5 stars, stuff is friendly and atmosfere is relaxed, great place for kids...except that there is a danger for todlers under the slide. There are many balls and kids love to play but they can hit and hurt heads if they play under the slide.
