The kids love it and the karts are fun. The opening times of the snack stand and karts would be extremely helpful. Perhaps there is a schedule and I haven't found it yet. Membership gets you one pair of socks on the first visit. You have to bring them back or pay for them. I won't blame the staff themselves, just that they all seem new and trying to figure it out. So, questions are unanswered and help can be slow. Good kids though. Good fun and could add a few things to step it up during the day.

This place has been an absolute godsend. We pay $10/month and can go at any time, any day. My kids are 11 and 6 and can always find someone to play with. Cam and Nate have been so amazing for the last year in making sure my kids are welcomed and having fun. We even had my sons birthday here last year! We’ve also gotten 4-5 more families signed up for the membership because we’ve enjoyed it so much. There are some common sense things we do to make sure we enjoy our visit, like we typically go during the week because weekends are packed! It’s a very popular location, so expect tons of kids and a longer wait time if you choose to go on a weekend or holiday-the same as any popular attraction. The same goes for the cafe. They can only cook so fast for so many people. I’d suggest either snacks, ordering well ahead, or knowing your wait will be long, same as any restaurant on peak hours. The trampolines are in excellent shape, but there is wear and tear on the mats from hundreds of kids daily climbing on them. The only attraction closed is one side of the basketball goal, the other is open. Overall we have loved it here and appreciate the staff so so much!

The kids had so much fun here! It's a really big place with so many spaces for them to play! The workers on the floor with the kids were really helpful and friendly! You have to sign electronic waivers for all the kids you bring and buy Urban Air socks! I had a really good experience here!

I bring my sons to the HOMEWOOD location every weekend. The manager Cameron noticed and suggested that we get a membership. I’m so thankful that she did! The membership is saving me tons of money. It’s only like $18 a month and my kids get to jump as much as they want. They also get a treat and a slice of pizza for FREE every time we visit. The rest of staff is so kind and helpful as well. I have noticed them being very accommodating with other guests and large birthday parties. I even saw them do their best to correct a mistake yesterday. Now that’s good business! Last thing…they have free WiFi so I can catch up on work while my kids jump. I can’t say this enough….go to Urban Air in HOMEWOOD! Get a membership while you’re at it! You’ll likely see me in one of the booths when you arrive. :)

Nice place to bring your kids and relax! There's so much to do for all ages. My little girl had a blast with her friends. The facility was very clean and cool. Prices for the jump zone are reasonable. But the go-karts are expensive to me but it looks really cool. I might try it out anyway. Nice Mother's Day spent!

Loved this place for my son! He enjoyed himself and so did I, come prepared to run with your child or children as they will be full blast and on the go. So, many options and I found going during none busy times helped the most.

UPDATE: NATE(GM) called and told us he felt bad. Story short - Kim is calling him tomorrow to discuss. I was happy someone called back to discuss the issue and the impact on the kids. Some have said they will survive - and you are correct - but a special needs child takes a lot of extra work to explain what has happened. For some, we spend weeks preparing them for an event and when it does not happen they do not understand and it messes up their schedule. So for those sending me nasty messages - I ignore you as your ignorance shows through. For others and the support - thank you! I have changed this to a 3 star. More to follow. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We called to confirm sensory day was still happening and promised on phone it was. We show up with a large group from Moody Miracle League(Trussville does not do sensory day) and no one from business showed up. Lots of disappointed kids and a long drive for nothing. As a business you should have opened as promise from 9-11. Autistic and special needs kids do not understand when you run late from oversleeping or just because you change your mind. Bad form.

Was ok I guess. They kids enjoy it but it gets expensive even with me paying monthly for a membership. My kids also did a front flip on the trampoline and hit hit face on a piece of metal... No one's fault really and of course you sign a waiver every time you go but I think there probably should have been some padding there that was missing. Luckily nothing was broken in his face though, as far as we can tell.

It's okay. My children had fun. I jumped. You can't bring outside food in. It's a gaming machine there that robs people. They know this and have done nothing. Remove it and I'll remove this comment.

Five of us went to Urban Air on 08/24/2019 to ride the go cart track (group 18, 20). We had the best time ever!! Trace and Cody from Urban Air worked really hard to make our day as fun as possible, these guys are amazing. The electric go carts were fast and were much more powerful than any other go cart I've ever ridden. A great experience that we want to repeat again soon.

Nice place on the adventure park side! Go cart track is nice except the music is too loud, overpowering you with Bass and the same song stuck on repeat. It’s a nice place over all but the loudness of the music surely detracts from the fun factor!

We took 75 of our youth group kids one Saturday. Cameron and Nathan we not only accommodating but incredibly friendly and streamlined. Our kids played for 2hrs without getting bored. I can not say enough about how pleasant our experience was.

Me and my husband always come in here with our little ones and I always leave happy. But yesterday secured my spot with them indefinitely! They brought out the character yesterday and the kids had a ball! They were playing and taking pictures with him. I never asked who the young man was helping the character around but he was a tall dark complexion young man and he made sure they were having a good time. When I spoke with the supervisor to tell her about the employees she was just as amazing. I could tell she was busy but she chatted with me and made our visit worthwhile. Super job to the employees and the supervisor! You guys are rocking!

The facility is super clean and exciting and all of the staff were professional and pleasant. The trampoline areas were as fun as you would expect. We also rode the go karts. My two boys are 11, so we were hoping for a fast set of carts. The green carts are quite slow. The nice worker said the blue carts go fast, but you have to be 18 years old for those. It was honestly not worth the cost for the carts. Go for the jump, nevermind the carts.

This is an amazing after school deal! $16.19 a month and it includes unlimited visits AND a go-kart ride AND a piece of pizza and a snack per visit. The pizza and snacks alone more than pay for the membership. The parent membership is only $4 and get everything but the food. I have purchased 5 platinum memberships for my grandkids and 3 parent memberships. We usually come 3 days a week after school and they play for hours and LOVE IT!!!

Great place to go on a rainy, cold day!! Your children can run, jump, swing, hide, hang, tag, eat, and socialize all in one place. There are plenty of trampolines to jump on, as well as other physical activities. Great place for a birthday party!

We recently moved to Alabama from Austin and my kids have been feeling really homesick. We started coming to this location about 3 weeks ago and its all they’ll talk about. The employees take the time to play with my kids every time we’re there, and know them by name. We bought the membership (seriously, great value) and my son asks to go every single day when he gets out of school. My son has never ending energy and by the time we leave he is worn out! We have had great experiences with everyone here, but Trey and Jamal have seriously been lifesavers with this move and helping my kids to feel a bit more at home. The employees are definitely the biggest asset to this location. Thanks guys!

My little brother and his friends had such an awesome time at Urban Air. We rented a party room for his birthday and everything was set up when we arrived. They even had the go kart ride scheduled and the food brought out as soon as we returned from the ride. Also, we had a great hostess who helped us out the entire time. All in all, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to an easy/convenient party experience or anyone just looking to have a good time!

This place was just what my child wanted for her birthday. It was not as crowded on a Sunday before 1pm and everyone had a blast. The adults enjoyed the massage chairs and the football games while the children were playing and having fun.

My daughter and I recently moved to Alabama from California. We were referred here by the of her classmates and ended up getting the membership. She has had a lot of anxiety with the move and coming to this place has definitely helped relax her and to get all that energy out .The Staff has been amazing and are always out there playing with the kids. Fun place for the kids to let off some energy. This location has go karts with a really cool track. Week days are a fun time to spend some quality time with the kids without so many people around. Wait times could be up to an hour long so online reservations are definitely encouraged on the weekends especially since they are only at 50% capacity. Reserve your spot online and you'll have no problem getting in and having fun with the kids! Face masks are required and they sanitize each one of there attractions every half hour! I definitely recommend this place!

I love Urban Air and have been to quite a few but this location was by far the best facility I’ve been to! Nasia and Maya both greeted me with a friendly smile at the front desk and answered any questions I had while assisting me with the items I needed. Gosha, Keynote, Skyler, and Quentin all were great in the courts! They even partook in a little challenge against me and my friends and the manager Nate has done an excellent job keeping everything running and smooth. He does a great job as a manager and really bonds well with his staff.

Main entrance is directly in front of employee desk, must enter/exit there. Well set up where you can let the kids play and sit near the only entrance /exit and see most of the park and the restrooms. Kids had a blast and were able to play independent.

Could not have been better served or more impressed. We booked the platinum package for our daughters 7th birthday party. I could write the longest review for these guys but in hopes of this actually helping someone I'll stick to the bullets. - The Homewood location is under new(er) management. - Don’t waste your time calling the corporate 800 number on the website to book. The majority of the questions I asked were answered with “You’ll have to ask them (Homewood) that question because each location is different” - Talk with Cameron (Asst. Manager) she is respectful, she has your answers, she’ll take care of you and leave you feeling confident in the decision you made to book with them. In a day where even mediocre customer service is hard to come by, she far exceeds the norm (I’m of the opinion the higher up’s in this company should retain her for as long as possible and use her as the standard for future employees) - Request Antoine for your party host. The man is respectful, attentive, and just like Cameron a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Also, while cliche as it may be, the man will actually give you a decent hand shake and look you in the eyes while he talks. Call me old fashioned but that’s huge for me. (I’m of the opinion the higher up’s in this company should retain him for as long as possible and use him as the standard for future employees) - I believe the GM’s name is Trevor. We did not a have a ton of contact with him, but what little we did was right on par with the other two I’ve previously mentioned. - Take this one for what it’s worth. Im an avid review reader, however up until this one here, I have never written one myself. These guys deserve it. They are a dying breed. - Lastly, I myself read the reviews on this place before I called them, and what was being said in these reviews did not paint a pretty picture for them. I bluntly addressed this right away while speaking with Cameron on the phone. She acknowledge what I was referring to, as well as my concerns. That's when I was informed of the new(er) management and the effort being used to clean it up. BOOK WITH THEM you won’t be disappointed. We had an awesome experience and my daughter had an awesome party.

I booked my daughter’s 5th birthday party here this past weekend and I can say we loved every minute of it. From the time we walked in, Skylar (our party coordinator) explained everything to us, made check in so simple and fast. She made sure the food and the drinks were out at the exact time we had asked and checked in often to make sure we didn’t need anything! The employees on the playing floor were amazing! Some of them even came in to play a couple games of dodgeball with us. My dad ended up having a slam dunk contest with Gosha (HE WAS AWESOME)!! The lady up front is so sweet!! She was such a pleasant person:) ome of the staff members was hustling on the side claiming he would give me a red band (or whatever color it was) for 5 dollars, apparently that was the band you need to ride the go carts. I immediately felt unsafe and did not feel like I was in a safe environment. This location has some very hard working people, but there are a few that are just not good at there job at all.

Had my sons birthday party here needless to say it was not cheap and had to ask the staff 5 times to have the A/C running in our party room finally they at least brought us a fan, then they tried to make us leave once our party room time was up instead of the 3 hours that we paid for we had to argue with them but they let us stay till our time was up. Kids still had fun though and it is really clean.

This was a good place to take the kids on a rainy day. They even have food (pizza snack etc.). The Go Cart rides were fun! The staff is very young sometimes so don't expect a lot of professionalism but they got the job done. Restrooms were clean!

I own the children's entertainment company 205 Fun and we are there quite often performing characters and face painting. I have always had a very pleasant experience there and I have never seen the parents dissatisfied. (Our customers usually tell us when something goes wrong or blames it on us when their venue has an issue...lol). Also I really appreciate Urban Jumps for allowing the customers to bring in their own characters and face painters because not many facilities allow that any more!!! Thumbs up Urban Jumps!!

Great place to take your kids. Adults can join in the fun as well. More than just a trampoline park. It has trampoline dodgeball, go-carts, foam jousting, and an obstacle course. Good exercise and a good way to spend time with your family which is something this country seems to have forgotten about.

Went there for the karting and was not disappointed. The karts were fast. The track has two levels so there was some elevation changes that make it different from most karting tracks. The staff was awesome. They were friendly and polite. I will definitely be going back.

We have visited 3 times over a six month period and each time has been a great experience. The best times to visit are in the mornings when Urban Air first opens. The requirement to purchase their grippy socks is a positive because it helps the kids from sliding out of control on the trampolines. Once you've bought a pair, you don't have to buy anymore on future visits. Just bring your socks from your last visit. Urban Air has become a great place for us to bring out of town guests of all ages.

Great place to spend time with the family and friends. Some of the staff is friendly but majority of them are very tedious, so expect a long waiting line to get in. Once you get past the entrance and the front counter to get in the play area, everything will be great. It is most definitely worth the wait, for both, kids and adults. Worth checking out.

Went 2 the 1 in Homewood/Vestavia and I think the 1 in Trussville is better, although this Urban Air was laid back.... The Gocarts are Super Fast and they have a Single-seat and Double-seat Gocarts... If you want 2 save money by a Membership, get 2 go whenever and it doesn't matter how many times u go...✌

Went a second time and was still fun. It's a nice place to go with friends and enjoy bouncing and playing trampoline dodge ball. Definitely not just for kids.
