I would have to say out of all the bowling alleys in the area including Billings and Laurel, this one definitely is the nicest one to bowl that. Good clean atmosphere, nice Lanes nice equipment nice rentals good staff. We had my nephew's birthday party there so a great place to have birthday parties and get the kids out. Not a lot of commotion pretty relaxed atmosphere I'd say.

We went at 1:30 on Saturday. Kinda dissatisfied with the fact that the kitchen wasn't open and that there wasn't any music playing until 3ish. Other than that it was a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection of balls.

Best alley in billings. More of an adult atmosphere, with friendly staff and a good bar. Recently upgraded their scoring machines, carpet,and pro shop.

I haven't been here in about 20 years and always go to Sunset or on the rarer occasion Town and Country..... well not anymore. This place is substantially better both in the equipment and the atmosphere. If you're looking for a clean nice place for family or friends fun and you like bowling then without a doubt this is your place!

Brought gran kids while on spring break. Ages from 7-12 with varying experience. All had a good time. Place is clean and the staff is very helpful and engaging.

Great place to go bowl. The people are all super friendly and the place is nice and clean. I do suggest just renting a couple lanes by the hour so you can bowl all you want, seems to be a better deal. It's our favorite bowling spot!

When I think of bowling alleys I think dark with a side of mustiness. This place is the complete opposite. Well lit, pleasant smell, clean (including bathrooms=very clean), and aesthetically pleasing (love the panorama of Billings across the lanes). The customer service is outstanding! Prices are very fair and I appreciated the large selection of balls to choose from (thanks for keeping them so organized!). My only regret is not trying the food (I heard that was good). Next time!

We got assigned to lane 13. It struggled to return the balls a few times and needed some back lane assistance. Other than that really nice place.

Staff are very nice, the prices are fair for the going rate. The lanes are very slippery way before you even release the ball, I don't blame the staff but I have slipped a few times before even letting the ball go. Other then that very cool place to visit. Best time to go is Sunday in the morning from what I have seen.

Incredibly clean and there lanes worked really well. We had one ball get stuck but they had someone working in the back they called to get it unstuck. Most places I've been they have to send someone to the back to get the back unstuck.

I had so much fun bowling and meeting new people and the service was great except for the bar, I may have caught the bartender on a bad day but she was the only reason that it wasn't a perfect night for us all.

Bowling is good fun, and Fireside lanes deliver. The staff is courteous and attentive. The pricing is reasonable. It's well lit. Keeping score is a breeze with thier automated scoring system. Shoe rental, a huge selection of balls to chose from if you don't have your own. They have gutter blockers for the little kids, and they even have a ramp if you're unable to toss your own ball. They have a full service bar. We had a birthday party for the little ones there and three generations had a blast. We will go back again !!!

This place is awesome. The last bowling center I was in that was this nice was The base lanes. Snack bar had a great lunch special during the tournament, beer was cheap too, no complaints!

Both Sunset and Fireside lanes are good places to bowl. Town & Country lanes east of Billings is good too - and convenient if you are in the Heights. Of the three options, Fireside feels more open and modern. All three have been updated.

Fireside lanes has a great team of staff and management including Chris as well the alcohol bar is reasonably priced and offers a great selection of drinks and soda, glad they decided to bring in food trucks for league nights, had to edit this review now that they had gotten rid of the people that held the snack bar. Fireside Lanes is under such great ownership!
