Came here for my nephew's birthday party. Looks like something fun for kids his age/teenagers. The upstairs area has a self-serve alcoholic bar. Kind of a neat concept, but a few of the dispensers were out of order The staff was friendly and helpful. A few of the games we played were glitching or not working properly. One of the games completely took my husband's points but didn't work for him. Overall we had a good time.

I must say this was a pretty cool place...it's great for all ages. I took my daughter here this past weekend for her birthday and she had a blast! There was so much to do...from virtual reality rides, large obstacle course, zipline, wall climbing, arcade, virtual baseball, archery, and more. Also tried purchased an appetizer from the concession...the loaded fries, it was really good. I will come back again.

Awesome place! They have something for all ages, so even little kids can enjoy their time here. The staff was friendly, they have a beer wall for adults and plenty of activities to keep you busy and entertained.

Our Friends and I had a blast here for a birthday we were celebrating. We brought our children, and everyone had a game to play! The staff is super helpful, and polite! There wasn’t any food but we grabbed chic fil a across the lot area! Great draft beers, and wine. I can’t promise it won’t be packed, but when we arrived it seemed like we had the place to ourselves. We drove over an hour to visit this location, and would do it again! Highly Recommend

Really fun venue for kids to play “sports” indoors. There is an arcade upstairs and a climbing zone. Spent around 3 hours here for a birthday party and my 9 year old daughter has already asked to have her party here next year. Highly recommend!

I took my twin 9 year old sons to The Complex Buford and I think I had more fun than them! I love this place! Great for Family, Friends, or Active Date Night.

Plenty of parking. There is food, drinks and entertainment available. I didn’t have the chance to try the food this time. Drinks: plenty to choose from. You are given a limit of how many ounces you can fill up/drink. If you have a good tolerance, you can get more. You use the same wristband as for your games. You can drink up on the balcony area and watch tv and eat. Or you can carry your drinks around. Would have been nice if there were tables to put our drinks on by the games. There is definitely more sports related stimulation games rather than arcade games. Overall I feel like it is more older kids/adults themed. However, there is a small area specifically designated for young kids.

My family enjoyed this place. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but everything wasnt in operation..the games that were operating had alot of technical issues which is understandable. Can't say I'd go back and for the price of 8 ppl with 120pts each I would've done better just going bowling in midtown. They loved it so I can recommend it just from that alone. See for yourself

Me and my husband attended a party Saturday night that my kids were invited to . While the facility had a wide range of things to offer such as arcade games, sports games, self serve alcoholic beverages and a-lot of fancy VR stuff and much more one thing really stood out. There was a manager Mr.Alex who seem to be the only manager on staff last night. While the place continued to be flooded with customers such as ourselves he took his time catering to all of our needs. He was very understanding with our party running behind due to a storm and made sure all of the kids were taken care of. He had such a great personality although I could clearly see that him and his staff did not have as many staff members as i assume it would take to take care of that many customers effectively let me tell you they did a great job. We had many encounters with him as he provided us information about the party, worked the front counter for food, and sold us out alcoholic bands. He seemed to be everywhere at once and even allowed us to have a great experience on their zip line. I loved his service so much I told my husband he has to write a review as well!!!. I say all this to say thank you Alex for being very accommodating and understanding with our party group and helpful with all the games when they weren’t working at times and etc. When you guys go visit the complex ask for Alex his service is amazing!!!

Me (32) and my two nieces (3 & 8) tried this place out and planned to be there for an hour and a half. We left 4 hours later!! And only because we had to go have dinner. I bought a lot of credits... $104 worth. We played the whole time and could have gotten away with getting a lot less credits. It was fun to be able to go wild in there though. And we got to keep what we didn't use, which was 44 credits. Plenty for a shorter trip. Drinks (orange juice, 2 sodas, and a bottled water) were $10 which I thought was really expensive. The sodas were fountain sodas which was a bit annoying to carry around bc I couldn't put them in my bag. My 8 year old niece couldn't do the zip line or obstacle courses bc the height requirement is 48". We still had a blast though and will be back.

I was applauded by the quiet booth, nonetheless my little peeps were overwhelmed by the new activities. However, towards the end of the visit we were convinced to by the membership. Also, the manager(ALEX) was quite helpful explaining the services that COMPLEX SPORTS offer. Unfortunately, the food station seems to close about 2° before the actual entertainment itself closes down; therefore I would definitely like to see that the food stations remains open for at least an hour before the actual Entertainment place closes. Lastly, but not the least; I was able to STUDY in the QUIET BOOTH while the children have FUN 🤩

Great Customer Service! Excellent place for team events! We had our Holiday Team/Parent Bonding event here and we had nothing but excellent service! Tre, Rodney and Hannah were all very professional and extremely helpful! Thank you so much for your patience and follow-up! Leslie, our hostess was Awesome! She made sure our team and the parents that were there were well taken care of! I couldn't have asked for a better host! We just wanted to checkout quick this new place opened near Mall of Georgia before lunch today. We ended up staying for three hours and Shawn and his buddy still did not want to leave. Many unique sports activities that we have never seen any other places. The self pouring draft system with 40 beers and wines was perfect to chill out while they were playing. Everything is well spaced out and felt safer than other public places with lots of one person activity, hand free sanitizers everywhere, all staff on mask, some air purifier they promote... We will be back with whole family next time.

My kids did not want to leave after 3 hrs, and they wanted to go back the next day! They really enjoyed the interactive games. The loft area is great for parents to relax and watch the kids run free.

We came here for a last minute birthday celebration for my 9 year old and had blast! The food was good, place was clean and everything was fun. We had one issue with a game taking our points but not working (a racing game that we never did get to work) and the manager gave us our points back. She also got a nice kid to help my kids at the climbing area. Thank you again ma’am!!! Only real complaint here is the “tube slide” id hardly call it a slide. My 5 kids got halfway down every time (ages 4-13 so very wide range and none got all the way to the bottom) and it’s a hassle to continually bring a tube up and down stairs. My 4 year old couldn’t even carry it. But the basket ball slide was fun! All in all good birthday and we will definitely be back!!!

So the most interesting things to do where unavailable like the rope course and many of the VR games where turned off. It still have some arcade like games to do but overall it was very disappointing to travel one hour to be unable to do one of the things that made this place so interesting.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. I went twice and both times were pretty fun! Weekends are a bit packed but that is to be expected. It is a fun time for both adults and children as they have "special" beverages on tap to select from! I would recommend to parents for sure!

This place is a lot of fun! A great place for all age groups to have fun. Most of the staff are fun, but they are teenagers so some days they are more consumed with talking to their peers then doing their job. I personally am okay with this. The food is overpriced for the quality and quantity you are given. On two occasions they did not even have queso.

I took myself on a date. It was very satisfying to be active indoors. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I played all of the interactive games. The tubing was fun. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes because it can turn into a workout lol

We had a great time.... from the time we came in the facility we were greeted by Ryan who explained the prices and was very patient...Joyce helped us with a wrist band issue . Throughout the process she was calm and stayed smiling. Then you have Avant very attentive to my kids, he made sure they were good to go on the vr games. If they had questions he didnt hesitate to explain..last but not least Simone ,she is a great waitress always stayed smiling and made sure we were taking care of.... over all if your looking for a good place to spend time with your family come check them out....thank you for a good experience.

This is a great place for the kids. And for adults as well. There is a full service bar with plenty of TV for the adults and restaurant area for quick bites or a full meal.The kids really enjoyed the pizza as we had a birthday party there.there are several game and virtual machines are baseball and soccer. There is also an obstacle course and a rock wall climbing area.on the far back wall are more traditional bar type games like Foosball, pool, and darts.fun place for a party or get together.

We had a great time visiting for the first time! Everyone was super friendly and it wasn’t overly crowded. It was a great experience and we got to enjoy so many activities. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we did not get to eat! We went upstairs where they served food and beer. We at down to browse the menu and asked about drinks which was explained to us, so were up there for about 20 minutes just browsing the self served drink options first. We then sat down and placed our entire order, our server came back to even ask for condiments for our desserts… then she came right back and said “ I’m sorry but the kitchen is closed”… we thought it was a joke. Why wouldn’t they tell us before hand that the kitchen would be closing soon and at least we could’ve put food orders in FIRST instead of browsing drinks assuming we had time to still eat. There was still an hour left until closing. But had someone simply said the kitchen would be closing soon, we could’ve had the opportunity to try the food. But Unfortunately we had to leave to go elsewhere for food.

This place has a plethora of games available to play. I recommend spending atleast $40 if you plan to stay longer than an hour. We were enjoying ourselves so much we had to recharge our card an additional 2 times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The strawberry Mango cocktail is great and the games(especially batting cage) are fun. I would definitely come back here if you want something more physical to do compared to Andretti.

There is nothing like this magical place! Today was my first time visiting and I was blown away by what they have to offer as well as the safety measures they are taking for our health. As soon as I walked in they took my temperature using a touchless thermometer. There were employees walking around cleaning after people touched the games. They are even offering ten free “points” if you wear a mask! (That’s enough for a free game) They have trampolines, slides, zip line, rope course, batting cages, rock walls, archery, and so many others! They even have a cute kid zone. There really is stuff for all ages here. They have a great menu with a lot of selections. We got the chips and salsa appetizer with amazing guacamole! We also tried the MVP chicken sandwich and the Full Count sandwich, both were great! The donuts and funnel cake fries were delicious. They are working on putting in a beer wall, I was told it should be open soon. Overall I would recommend bringing the family here for a fun family experience! In my opinion the food and prices were very reasonable! I would also make sure to wear closed toed shoes to be able to use everything there.

We had a great time d for family night. There wasn’t much of a crowd being that it was a week night which was great for us. That means no lines and less people ! The staff were amazing. Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. The food was pretty good and the experience was awesome!

Great interactive games, especially for the teens (whom are difficult to get out nowaways)! Great beer taps for adults. Staff are all extra friendly and helpful. Prices are also Great. $20 goes a long way for games,, and spent around $15 for beers. We kept swiping for games and and beers and the $35 we spent per person lasted 3 hours! Would definitely come back to play again, especially the rock climbing and trampoline games!

Before reading this review, please note that this is a real review; I am not affiliated with this business. I received an email about this place so I decided to check it out with my daughter (6). When we first walked in the door, my daughter’s mouth dropped open. The Complex is amazing!! I was blown away by the staff, variety of activities and the safety measures they are taking during this time. I was concerned that my daughter may not have much fun due to her age and size, but she had a blast and can’t wait to go back again. The digital trampoline game was awesome...and it emailed her games so we can watch her play it again (and again)! She loved watching herself over and over...added perk! I love that their facility allows kids to be active...another perk! The staff is truly dedicated to making sure customers are not only happy but safe and having fun. Mo, I don’t even have the right words to thank you for making sure my daughter had a great time. Mo turned her day around and put the biggest smile on her face; therefore, putting the biggest smile on my face. He went above and beyond and was very friendly!! Thank you for the heart you put into your job! Marissa was awesome at showing us around, answering questions and getting us started. Very friendly too!! Leslie was very friendly and helpful and I could tell she likes her job. She is one of the party hosts too and I can tell she will make the party experience nothing less than fantastic. Hannah was awesome at providing information about parties, etc. and answering questions and was very accommodating. She was very friendly as well! Other staff would check on us while passing by to make sure we were good, happy and having fun. All of the staff I mentioned plus the ones I saw throughout the facility had big smiles on their faces (although I couldn’t see it through their face masks, I could definitely see it in their eyes and hear it in their voices). The staff genuinely cares about the customers and are willing to step up to make sure guests are happy. They provide a whole new level of customer service which enhances the already fun experience. The setup is perfect during this time because it allows a lot of space. Way more than what I’d expect in any public place. I watched the staff sanitize each activity after use and take measures to provide a safe and fun environment. I love the touchless door handles in the bathroom...genius! We are telling all family and friends! It is great for all ages...even adults. I want to spread the word and share our experience because this really is a great place so I want to see it thrive so this area can have a safe fun place for our kids to be active and entertained. Thank you for such an awesome fun experience!!

heard about the complex on Facebook. they have fun and enjoyable games like vr roller coaster and the batting cages, very professional and helpful staff. very clean facility and bathrooms. will definitely come back! will absolutely recommend 10/10

This place is really fun for "kids" of all ages (I'm over 50.) The racing simulators are the best I've seen in an "arcade". There's an (indoor) tree top obstacle course, hybrid VR trampoline games; you are on an actual trampoline but you see yourself on the screen while you move. You can play various games on the trampolines including versus other players there. Shooting games, VR golf, soccer, baseball, zombie outbreak (FPS), etc.... Super cool ball pit/jungle gym/slide for the little ones. I would definitely give this place 5 stars except for one thing: it's difficult to get anyone to pay attention to you at the concession stand. There is self serve beer taps upstairs but if you want a slice of pizza or a coke I have yet to see someone behind the counter without being summoned there. It's a minor complaint, but being thirsty in a place where you are active is less than pleasant. Outside of that...5 stars.

This place is great. Awesome things to do, both virtual games and physical challenges like high ropes course, climbing walls, zip line, "snow" tubes, and a lot more. The food is decent and they have self-serve craft beer/wine taps where you can pay by the ounce. Lots of TVs to watch sports while you hang out and eat/drink. It's a fantastic format where it appeals to all ages. Right next to Mall of Georgia so very convenient location. My kids love it. I love it. We will continue to come back.

We went today for the first time and were so impressed. The facility was very clean. When we were there, it was not super crowded and all of the employees were very attentive. Elijah was a fantastic help - never making us feel like we were a bother (and helping walk my son through all of the fun activities - snow tubing, ropes course, wall climbing, etc.) He really made the day enjoyable! Such a unique and fun experience - with great customer service! We will definitely be back.

30 bucks 3 hours... not too shabby. All the VR games are included. I've never been in a place where you didn't have to pay for those separately. Ordering food was a little confusing but we made it through it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich they gave me a fried chicken sandwich but the manager made it right! The strawberry mango beer is absolutely fabulous! The kids passed out on the way home. lol This was our first time and I think we will visit the establishment again.

Great concept. We had a lot of fun! We will definitely be back. Even as an adult, I enjoyed doing the different sports activities. The upstairs bar area is very nice too! Very clean and someone was always coming behind us to wipe down any surfaces touched.

They relied to heavily on the whole virtual reality aspect and took little to no care for some of their games. The best VR games are the ones you can physically interact with like the baseball, soccer, hockey, and golf ones. But the ropes corse, zipline, and rock climbing was well done. If your looking to go here I suggest that you go to Main Event instead, it has a better arcade, lazertag, a ropes corse with a zipline, and bowling. The customer service was great though, but the pizza was ok at best.

Talk about a great experience! We were greeted at the door, given a short intro on how everything works and got started on having the time of our lives. Jessie was great and stepped in to help the kids when they didn’t know how to play a certain game. Mo checked in with us several times over our stay to make sure we were doing good. There were several employees sanitizing every station after every use. This was an amazing experience and I know we will be regulars. The kids won’t stop talking about all the different games, there really is something for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. We had a great time. We will be back. I only recommend watching your children's wrist band. If they double-tap they will lose points. The staff was good about adding back but make sure your babies tap once. Super clean and safe. They sprayed all night and wiped down everything. They do have sanitizer everywhere.

Adjacent to the mall and Taco Mac, this is a fairly new establishment (I think it was previously HH Gregg) for all games with a virtual component. It's fun, casual, and good for the whole family. It's two floors, with good/drinks on both levels. I do think the little kids area could be a bit bigger, but it's enough. There's golf, archery, clay, badminton, trampoline, Zipline, obstacle course, and arcade games. Upon entering, you are greeted by a staff member, who kindly tells you how it works. We had Valeria, who was kind, patient, and informative. At the time of our visit, patrons who enter with a mask are seated 10 free play points; however, most employees weren't wearing a mask. Point system is basically 1 quarter=1 point. Most games we played were 12-16 points. Some arcade games were 6 points.

O.M.G!!! This place is phenomenal! Just left for our first time. The amount of things to do is insane it took the manager so long to even named! The store is EXTREMELY clean and there were plenty of employees to attend to our needs promptly and they were wiping down all the items after we used them! Highly recommend. Kids party packages start at $13/ a person! Extremely good deal!! Go check them out today!

We tried this place out the other night and had a blast! This place is maintained very well and I never felt like anything wasn't sanitary. They have sanitizer stations near every activity and take many other precautions to ensure a healthy environment. The staff were all very helpful and even though one of the games was having difficulties they accommodated us and made sure our experience was top notch. One of the friendly employees (Mikey) was following us around, giving us helpful tips about the games we were playing while also sanitizing the stations as we used them. Both managers we encountered were also equally helpful (Mo and another manager which I did not catch his name). We will be coming back sometime in the future for sure. It was a very unique experience and definitely the most high tech version of an entertainment center we have experienced.

Such a cool place to take the family! My teens loved the futuristic virtual reality games, our younger one loved the rock wall and our 10 year old loved the ropes course and zipline! Clean new facility and very friendly staff. Plus a great place for us to sit and have a drink while keeping an eye on the kiddos. Will definitely go back!

Had a great time bringing my family here today! The Manager Moe was fantastic and very attentive! All the staff was so friendly and patient explaining how everything worked and helping our 9 year old daughter do all of the “awesome” things she wanted to try! I love this place! The staff are extremely friendly and they are constantly cleaning everything. We ordered their wings and they were so good, I’m going to order them for dinner tonight! This is the best place around to have some fun and even have some friendly competition with friends and family. Great prices, great food and they have a huge wall of the best beer you can pour yourself. This whole place is high tech and feels futuristic. Can’t wait to go back soon.

This place is amazing. It has everything from real baseball and soccer cages with digital sensors to tell you how well you did to a Zipline and rock walls to high intensity virtual reality games (They are finishing up the virtual reality dodgeball which I can't wait to try out). The place is setup as if it was designed for social distancing with plenty of room to stay apart from others and they have giant fans pushing the air around while also having a whole facility air filtration system. Our 10 and 8 year old's loved the food and the adults loved the food as well but couldn't believe the beer and wine selections on tap! We spent 3 hours and the boys would have moved in if they could have! Definitely going back soon and would highly recommend.

We were visiting Lanier Islands from out of town and found this gem because the outdoor temperatures limited our outdoor fun. This place is absolutely amazing! Take your family! The staff and experience are wonderful. I’ve never seen such a comprehensive amount of games and activities for the family. Also, awesome covid protocols for anyone who is concerned. Thanks again, my 3 kids haven’t stopped talking about this place :)

Interesting place, different than the typical Dave and Busters. The only negative I have is the food area is at the top of a good size set of steps which can be difficult after a few drinks :) Other than that, great selection of games for all ages.

Nice complex. Lot to do. Fun few hrs for the kids. It was mostly clean and staff was always wiping place down.. mostly is due to a chicken tender and fries that had been there over night. I know that since we came in when it opened at 11. Food prices like you'd see at sports bar. Soda and ice cream Sundays less than I expected. Live all the TVs. Able to watch sports when I had a break. Wish unlimited play was more than 3hrs. Definetly coming back.

Just want to share a local biz that is going ABOVE & BEYOND in our community!!! We went last night for first time (why it took us so long I Don’t know). EVERYTHING was too notch but a few noteable things. So so so so clean and covid friendly- temps taken, masks on, sanitizer readily available at every table, servers use extreme noticeable precautions like holding cups at the base not where customers put their mouth, serve food with a clean glove. The food was delicious!! EVERY employee is clearly well trained, they all had 5 star customer service (think chik fil a) they were kind, helpful and constantly cleaning virtual reality machines. And mind you, I have 2 teenagers and I know how hard they are to stay on task lol but all the employees were great!!! There was always a manager walking around, plenty of staff to ensure fun & safety!!! AND fun for the WHOLE FAMILY!!! Games of all sorts and styles, seriously we went for date night and had a blast but can’t wait to bring our kids. There is also an incredible selection of beers and wines on tap!! Bravo to the owners!!! Def spreading the word- praying your small biz thrives because you are certainly putting in the work ❤️❤️

Really awesome concept - it’s an arcade on HGH. Super clean, sanitation stations everywhere. Staff is engaged and experiencing the fun with you. The ipour system for drinks is really interesting (and fun, except the head issue if the keg is close to empty). A couple of virtual simulators each for : batting cages, golf, pitch, archery and then virtual tooling (bows, rifles, pistols) for games. Credits are a good value, essentially making each game $3-5 each. I dont love the expiry of band $ top-ups after you’ve left the facility. Some simulators need maintain already (dead spots on v-golf etc)

Awesome place with something for everyone! Adults and kids of all ages will love it. Full food (and bar) menus and it’s all really good. Prices are reasonable and it’s very clean. Definitely a fun place to check out.

Our first experience at the complex was great. There is something for everyone. A large variety of games for all ages. A great place for a date night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they wipe down all equipment after each use. There is hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE! Bathrooms are clean. We will be coming back!

Awesome place, safe, and clean. My 12 year old girl didn't want to leave after playing 3 hours with two other friends. All staff wore face mask and sanitized constantly and touchless sanitizers were everywhere. Tried 4 out of 40 draft beers. I will definitely come back and try others soon.

We went on a Monday right when they opened and had the whole place to ourselves. They literally followed us around disinfecting everything we touched. It took us about 1.5 hours to get through the facility, but did not play every game. All of the games worked as expected and was super fun.

A very fun spot to go with everyone! It jas vr, a zipline, a. Indoor sport zone you name it! Really fun I just wish they had a little more options. (Which there actually working on) oh and they have nice staff and a very very clean place.

I absolutely love the complex! It is such a fun place. It is essentially an athletic/VR/arcade with food and drinks. I found it rather affordable. I really hope at some point they add a membership program. My family would love to come on a regular basis.

Great place, very clean. My boys ages 11 and 9yrs old didn't want to leave. Entire staff wears face mask and sanitizes constantly. If you like beer, there's lots of that too at very affordable pricing (50 cents an ounce on some) try them all without breaking bank:)

Had an absolute blast going through and playing all the games. Staff was diligent and friendly, constantly walking around and making sure everything was clean. My personal favorite on staff was a young woman named Iyanna. She had a great energy and was kind enough to check in now and again to see if we needed anything. Had my 9 year old's birthday party here. They had a blast. There is plenty to do and the facility is very clean. I am only giving 4 stars because of the food. The kitchen was backed up though it wasn't busy at all. The pizza came about 45 mins late. The party staff did a great job communicating that and even threw in a free pizza. However, when it arrived everything was cold. This included other food that was ordered. Nachos and French fries were ice cold. We will definitely be back bit skip the food.

Awesome place! The whole staff was amazing, from the girls helping on the floor, to the manager, to the chef in the kitchen. Everyone made it a point to be super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and share my experience with my friends so they can have the great time that my son and I had today. I wouldn't recommend the batting cages for anyone under 13, my 9 year old got a bruised thumb by one of the balls coming at him. The world ended for like 8 minutes and he was on to the ropes course. The bathrooms are equipped with foot door openers which i thought was really cool because door handles are gross. Deffinetly something for everyone here.

For anyone worried, the staff wiped down every activity after we used it. The management was very involved and even asked about our experience with different games. Hand sanitizer was everywhere so you can pour a beer then sanitize. The technology is new but they are constantly overlooking the process and will gladly refund anything that doesn't work as designed and have technical staff nearby if something isn't operating as designed. On a Friday night the crowd was small enough that there was staff near each group helping explain any of the activities. This is a great example of how business should operate during this time. I'll gladly go again. Masks are optional but many wore them, including all staff.
