Super fun for the kids. A bit smaller than another one we've been to in the lower 48 but still a good time. Seemed like the lighting could have been a bit better.

My kids love this place, and when it's too cold to play outside, it's a lifesaver. It's hard to find many activities that are fun for everyone and all ages in our family but this is a go-to for us, from preschool to high school. Props to Tyler at the front desk for excellent customer service. This kind of helpful, polite, and friendly customer service is what I'd like everywhere. Give him a raise!

A bit pricey and you'll have to buy special socks from them at the door, but letting your kid jump around for an hour or two is a great way to tire them out when they're bouncing off the walls at home. They added a multi-tier play place section for younger kids, so we've gone more often with our 5 and 3 year old. I will say, however, the play place doesn't seem maintained. It's only about a year old, and there are already roped/sealed off sections.

So fun! It's great for all ages! My favorite part is taking my almost two year old around the play area, down the slides, jumping into foam pits, and of course jumping on the trampolines.

Traveling from out of town, visited Get Air to get away from the cold. My sons had a blast, it’s not a very large location but we paid a great rate. It was $25 for socks, entrance for two children under 5. They give military discount!!!! If we lived in anchorage we would visit more often.

Such a great time here at Get Air. I'm 29 years old and still had an absolute ball. I found it to be a bit pricey but I would recommend looking at Groupon and other coupons that Get Air puts out and plan your trip accordingly. It's a really nice size area and can accommodate a lot of people!

A great place, my kids had so much. They bounced, climbed, and played dodgeball. We are definitely going back and recommend this to everyone. Although, the price is high.

Great place for the kids to burn off energy. They play music and there's lots of different activities Within the play area. They have a birthday party area and a large dodgeball area which is refereed by one of the staff. There is a designated under 46" play area for the little guys so they're not getting knocked around by the older kids and adults. In addition to trampolines there are rock climbing walls and foam pits and an American Ninja Warrior type course. You're looking at 50 bucks for two kids for 2 hours.

The sports complex has the trampoline side and the gym side for other indoor sports. One downside to this shared space is parking on days that they're hosting sports events. This trampoline parks also needs to get an update/upgrade to incorporate other obstacle courses, jumping areas, and trampolines

This place is so fun! We had an amazing Birthday party for our little 40 yr old there. Great time, and they made planning it so easy! Pizza from Uncle Joe's, a local fav! They provided sodas and the staff is friendly!!!

Great indoor space to let kids burn energy. Ropes to swing into foam pits. Balance beam over foam landing. A cool obstacle course. Of course tons of trampolines for toddlers & big kids. They do birthday parties. We bought a year pass during Dec 2020 for $120. Now my 4 year old can come every day up to 2 hours any time she wants. Staff sanitize every hour & are always really friendly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the facility (trampoline area & party area) were fairly clean, good clean music, everything included in the party package was really well done, and I was overall pretty impressed. My only critiques would be to turn up the fans and clean the bathrooms. I'm guessing the bathrooms is a building issue and not necessarily a Get Air issue, but they were pretty gross.

Was a fun place! They had a few vending machines that worked fine, and they sold dippin dots. The instructional video was entertaining and not boring/bland. The place was very fun, a little something for everyone. The kiddie area was very fitting, my kids spent most of the time in there as it was rid of the loud and noisy kids that ran them down otherwise. Great for older kids as well. The staff was amazing, will definitely be coming back!!

Recommend this place to everyone of every age. First time going today and I would definitely recommend. Full of obstacles and fun for the entire family. Donn (I believe was his name), one of the Manager went above and beyond my expectation. Supply you with socks, locker, and very knowledgeable. Kids wanted ice cream however I was short on cash the time. He knew they really wanted and he offered as complimentary. Greatly Appreciate everything he did on my first visit. Will definitely be back

Jared here took really good care of us. Everyone is really kind to my kiddos even the younger members of staff. The place is clean and wicked, wicked fun. My kid loves the rock wall and the foam pit underneath makes it easier for him lol. Take your kids here.

Not bad and the kids loved it but the place needs a good cleaning. Foam from the blocks in the foam pit was all over the place and just overall you could tell they haven’t done a cleaning in a long while.

Fun for the kiddos but my only complaint would be the unsupervised children coming over from the basketball courts on the other side of the trampolines. Went for a birthday party and these kids were crying, fighting, taking things from our party with no socks and one child had a poopy diaper. When I let the staff know they said yea their parents are probably over there. (Pointing to basketball courts) but made no further effort. I think if they kept the gate closed it might keep unsupervised children out. Imagine if one of those children broke a bone or got seriously hurt. The parents would have no hesitation suing and you guys would be at fault for not making them sign a waiver or checking stamps to make sure they were supposed to be there. This was a Saturday, not sure if the basketball games are an everyday thing but something to keep in mind

My son loves this place! We have celebrated many birthdays here and have always had a wonderful experience! My toddler recently had her first visit here and had a blast! The staff always go above and beyond to ensure we have a great time - definitely reccomend!

Location is convenient, love that. All in all, Get Air is a fun place for little to older ones to play around on the trampolines and obstacle courses. The referees are a little strict on the bigger ones wanting to hang around here. Their philosophy was to have a fun indoor park full of trampolines and obstacle courses and are doing that perfectly. My only complaint is to give older kids freedom with what they do here rather than make the atmosphere strict. This could be done by making an older kid to teen area like they did with little ones so everyone can have fun with their age group. But again, keep them safe!

Severely restricted for toddlers. So disappointed. There is no place where a parent can jump with the toddler outside "toddler time" which is absurdly 8-10am in the summer. No one here, kicked out of the trampoline area. Very disappointed. Update: keeping my orginal one star review wording, as the policy for toddlers remains for the trampolines. However, upgraded to 4 star after the addition of the new giant jungle gym. Would be a 5 star if there was more room for toddlers to jump. BUT - we're regulars there now.

I Recommend this place to all ages. We had our sons 9th birthday party there and it was a blast. Their manager and staff were very friendly and showed us around before making our final decision to book the party. We purchased a package and it was all we could ever ask for. They provided everything from the utensils all the way down to the pizza(Uncle Joes which is one of the best in town), ice cream and party favors. Being a family of 4 things can get hectic and they took a lot off our plate. All we had to do was just show up and bring cake. It’s a safe clean place to let the kids run out all there energy. Since August we’ve been there a handful of times and will continue to do so during the winter months.

Great fun for my 7 year old daughter and her best friend for her birthday. I love that it's a place that provides fun while providing a healthy physical activity. My daughter especially liked having an American Ninja course. It was $36 for an hour of jump time for the both of them.

I've been here so many times and I have so many words to describe the happy memories I've had here. There are to many things to put into a simple review. I met my significant other here and every anniversary we go here. I have made lasting friendships here that can never be broken. Get Air is more than a trampoline park. It's a home. It's a place that can bring people together after being estranged for a long time. My family is very zealous to come here and enjoy ourselves every time. The staff is very friendly and always welcomes me with open arms. I'm grateful that it's here and wish that it never leaves.

This place would do better with an eatery inside it. Gave it 3 stars because it's a place where kids in fact Get Thirsty.. And Hungry... but all there is are vending machines, with a not-so-great selection.

I've been to get air several times! The first time I jumped with my son, and the second time I let him jump alone. It's a very nice facility. I love that they have small air for the smaller children, so you won't have to panic, thinking your toddler could get jumped on.

It seems like the springs are wearing out. Everytime anyone jumped you could see the springs and in some places you even hit the ground thru the tramp. My granddaughter got scratched on a spring but didn't tell me until we left. I hope they do some maintenance here. As of right now not going back until its safer

All the staff are very understanding and patient when first signing up. We've been a few times with the babies (2&3) they aren't too strict (good thing!) with the parents when they need to help and play in the little kid jump area.

There should be cold filtered water fountains for the kids. You have done a great job, don't get me wrong....just need a little adjustments. Love the courts on the other side. Atmosphere is good but need a nice family hangout and set a positive example. You can exchange their time for free passes. Kids need to see positive but not authoritative while they are having them time.

A little over priced for the size but it is the only one like it in are state so what can you do... he party space is decent and the staff are friendly yet stern! Safety is a priority here and it shows little ones are limited for safety even wen there no one else in the park and there being supervised by both spectators and participants.

Get Air Anchorage is where we take our son not only to play but to practice jumps for his snowboard competitions. The staff here is helpful and understanding and fun to be around. The manager, Angel, always recognizes us and greets us by name. We can’t say enough how much we enjoy our experience here.

This place is GREAT for kids over 46", but for my 5-year-old who is about 44" and loves to follow his older brother around...it was BOOOOOORING. I hoped that I would be able to bounce with my younger child in the other areas to keep an eye on him, but we were promptly told that he was not tall enough to be in those sections. (A waste of money for me because I could not bounce with him in Small Air and they do not give refunds.) And, to be fair, I get that it's a safety issue, but we often go to a trampoline place back home and they do not have a height rule. You use your own judgement as a parent to determine what is safe for your child and what is not. Needless to say, he didn't like being trapped in one area. After about a half hour of bouncing in the Small Air section, he asked to go in the other areas. I told him that the only other place he was allowed to go was the big foam pit, but he wasn't interested in that. We went to this place with some friends of ours whose youngest daughter wasn't 46" either, yet she "slid under the wire" since her height was not checked at the counter. How is this fair? The only reason I have given this place three stars is because my older boy loved this place and wanted to stay an additional hour.

My first time going to a trampoline park. We went to run out our 3 year old but I ended up jumping for an hour also. Wish this was here when I was a kid. I was more worn out then then my son at the end of it all. Staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean. Overall this place is awesome. If I lived closer to Anchorage I would come here more often. Your not to old to have fun here!

I love the relaxed atmosphere that the employees, and the park itself, create. When I’m at Get Air, all of my stress dissipates, and I feel like the best version of myself. Great Place 2 spend family time lots of fun obstacles even fun 4 adults.Its really Healthy for your heart to jump on trampline. Also inside are basketball courts and volleyball set up.

Kinda expensive and limiting of you have toddlers. Have twin girls and really there's not much you can actually do with your younger kids here. My suggestion of you're a first timer.. pay only for the kids. Cause you won't be doing much jumping yourself. Orrr bring a third wheel. So you can break off and have you're own experience. Either way. My wife.. and I.. with our 2 girls spent about $50 with a military discount.. for a couple hours. And we really weren't able to play with them. Just allot of pointing and suggesting through a net. So we would have you take shifts on being able to jump in the areas they aren't allowed.
