So fun! Remodel is cool—very high tech! The food was surprisingly great. Who knew the bowling alley had an asian restaurant inside?? We loved the pad thai ($15) and postickers ($10 for 7!!)

Could’ve been better high prices for the food but if you’re hungry it doesn’t matter right.. it was busy on a Saturday night lots of games to choose from not just regular bowling games. Drinks were available. Parking was accessible. Nice amount of ball sizes and weights available.

This place is so clean and well-maintained! We found a great Groupon for our family of five to enjoy an hour of bowling for $21 and it was a blast. House balls and shoes are in decent shape and the upgraded digital scorekeeping system is top notch. We enjoyed some snacks and beverages too, all were delicious and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

We prefer Center Bowl because staff is always friendly, drinks are good and food is good but pricy ie. $12 for 3 piece chicken strip. I just wish all the fans at our lanes were working, because it got way too hot while bowling with a group. Still them a 5 star because it’s also clean and I see employees wiping down the chairs/tables after each group 👍🏽

The facilities are nice, would be nice to see more lane maintenance. If you enjoy bowling stop in the pro shop and see Brian for you bowling needs. They have a bar and restaurant with surprisingly good Asian food. They have league during the week, however just call they do have lanes available from time to time and after league, enjoy.

A fun time for my whole team if work peeps for a Christmas party. Able to reserve lanes, pay for food and drinks ahead of time, and if alcohol is where your party is at, a full service bar. Neon bowling is always a hit!

Pretty chill place with adult beverages and food. Groupon has a discount for families of 5 or more. Look into the daily deals, especially after 9pm. First time in Anchorage and enjoyed beginners bowling with family. Thumbs up!

Was lots of fun.. Wish the hourly price time started when we threw the first ball because I had children that took some time to get there shoes & ball together and then setup players. They gave me 5 minutes which is absolutely not close to the time needed. Would be 5 star of they made that change.

Center bowl is a good bowling alley. Took the family and we had a blast. About 17 years ago I used to sneak out with friends and come here. They have a bar, restaurant, bowling shop, and a little arcade room.

Great establishment. Been coming here for over a decade. Remodel with lanes, computers, carpet - less than 5 years ago. Very clean. Great place to join leagues for youth and adults. Pro-Shop has a great selection. Restaurant changed owners now is Asian food/Thai but still has pizza, burgers and such. Bar is nice too. Prices are reasonable when you think of the what you're bowling on and computer system. You can pay by the hour or by the game.

It’s a little dirty, the balls are pretty bad they have cracks and chunks taken out of them. The staff is nice.

Had a nice time bowling. The only issue was I had made a reservation for my sons birthday and they call me three hours beforehand and cancel because they had leagues, not like they didn’t know that when they had made the reservation in the first place. So we had to completely re-plan his birthday on his birthday literally three hours before it was his party time 🥳. Not very happy about that but went the next day because bowling was already promised and had fun. There was a group of teenagers in the lane next to us seriously cussing every few seconds like it made them look cool. Everyone including the staff could hear them but never said anything, about half an hour of having them cursing loudly In front of my 10 year old son I finally turned to them and politely asked them to stop . Zero issues after that . Was fun

We had a fun night. I like that you can pay by the hour as we had only two people and easily played 3-4 games an hour. Shoe rental is $5 per person.

Rarely a line for a lane, bar and concession close early (11pm) and the alley closes at 1pm. They would definitely generate more revenue and reservations if they didn’t shut down food and drink early. Great for kids bdays or just getting out of the house. The lanes could use some upkeep, so if you’re looking to get a high score this isn’t the alley I’d recommend. Also, check website for coupons (need to be printed) as they regularly have deals.

I went with my family but due to a broken ankle I couldn't bowl. I did however get superfries and homemade chips and two slushies! The cook seen I had crutches and took my order to my lane! Excellent customer service!

Night bowling was fun. Timed lanes work well for families. $5 per for shoes seems high, but reasonable. Very active place, lots of families and groups. Worth a visit for a little fun. Lots of posted information on leagues if you are interested. Bathroom was clean and maintained.

Center Bowl is great place, I highly recommend their birthday packages! For the price you cant beat it! You get a lot of fun bowling, food, drinks, and you don't have to clean up when your done. I know personally it was nice to not have to find parking for everyone and worry about everyone taring up my house. They also have coupons at Fred Myers and Carr's if you want to just go bowling with some friends. Buy 2 get 2 free, so with a shoe rental your maybe spending 25$ for a couple hours of fun.

Great place to go out with family or friends. Has prices by the hour or game. Has neon bowling along with a bar and snack shack. Also has an arcade with a store where you purchase bowling balls and shoes.

Their $1 games don't start until 10pm on Sundays. They just didn't get the chance to remove their add online. Drinks were great. Food is typical fast food quality. No balls below 10 lbs. Socks come with shoe rental just in case yours smell...jk...just in case you're not wearing socks. Shoes were in good condition. Place looks clean. $4.75 for shoe rental and $5.25 per game per person.

Center Bowl is a blast from the past, with Neon bowling, colored pin bowling, league night, open bowling, bumper lanes, a snacks & cafe bar, mini arcade... It's got everything, even it's own pro shop for the serious bowlers. There's flyers that say private lessons are even available... Probably worth it for the person looking to improve their game, this is one of three serious bowling alleys in the city. The place is clean and friendly, shoes are clean, and you're given a brand new pair of socks that you keep upon leaving. Bowling balls are available in all sizes and weights, and the booth & computer are comfortable and easy to set up your game. I've no issues with center bowl in all the times I've been there.... It's always comfortable and always welcoming... I may not be the best bowler, but I never let that keep me from having a good time. Pro tip - check the back of your Carr's Safeway receipts for a buy 2 games get 2 games free coupon for here! You're welcome 😉

fun place for the whole family. I signed my daughter up for the kids summer program which was pretty cool. the only thing I wish they would change for that world be the days and hours available for the summer program, (maybe adding weekends?) for us working parents who cant make it every Friday.

love bowling. went on a Sunday night and if you buy a pitcher of beer they give 5 free games. but you can only use the games same day. our lane had a few problems but honestly that's fine. was crowded when we got there but got a lane and stayed til close. will defintely go back.

Bowling options in Anchorage are limited, but this one is pretty good. Kid friendly, pleasant staff, bar attached and the food is pretty good. Sadly, they ran out of hot wings, so I could only place one order.

Great place to go to bowl for fun. Only issue I had was I have very small hands and there weren't any balls small enough for me. An 11 was the smallest and I really needed a 10. Its not going to stop me though from going back.

Bowling is great, bowling while drinking is better. This establishment is probably our best alley in Anchorage, but that really isn't saying much. The lanes regularly have technical issues and may misinterpret how many pins were knocked down during a roll. The food is pretty good for it being standard American fare, and the fries complement a pitcher of your favorite cheap beer. That said, it is still bowling so you'll probably have a really good time.

Good place to bring the family. Bumper bowling for the lil ones or inexperienced. Look for discount coupons on the back of large grocery store receipts for a good bargain. Flat-rate per hour bowling some evenings and lots of other "specials" to get you involved.

Dollar bowling Sunday nights is a killer deal, with a fun crew of regulars happy to offer useful tips (mad shout out to Monty especially). Better than expected chicken wings, have always had good service at the bar, and though I've occasionally gotten a touchy ball-return machine, tend to have a very solid bowling experience. My preferred lanes in Anchorage. Beer list is better at Taku Lanes in Juneau though :D

Love the glow in the dark lights. There's an alcoholic and non drinking side Wasn't sure if there's a place to get something to eat as well. As the only 2 places looked as though they only served alcohol from being on the drinking side past the barriers. Happened to be next to very enthusiastic people who yelled in cheer each time one of their 8 people made a strike which was every other time so ended up getting a major headache from them. Other than that, a great place for kids, a fence thing goes up for kids so the bowling ball won't end up in the gutter. Unlimited amount of rounds, just pay for the hours. They provide white socks to wear with the shoes to help further prevent athletes foot and foot fungus.
