Had a great experience purchasing my latest pistol at Vince's! I was interested in a G5 G19, and after looking at a few other pistols, that's what I decided on. Everybody was polite, and they did not act like "salespeople". They let me look at my own pace, handle a few other pistols, and make my decision. The price I paid for my new G19 OUT THE DOOR was excellent! Better than trying to find one online, pay shipping, transfer fees...etc. Also included was 1hr free range time at a great local range. I saw some good deals on other pistols while I was there as well. I'd definitely recommend !

I have used these folks as a transfer agent for an online sale. They don't make much money on these, but they were very helpful and went the extra mile for me. Vince has great prices on firearms and accesories, can quickly answer your questions and provides a no hassle purchasing experience with his quick background processing and OTD (out the door) pricing. Store hours can be off the cuff sometimes however you are supporting a small local business and it's worth the wait when it comes up.

Recently moved here and I was thoroughly pleased how Vince conducted himself and just created a welcoming environment. His prices were the best around and more importantly my interaction with him was just phenomenal. He truly cares about his customers and gladly addressed all of my questions. I am definitely making this my main gunstore. I can’t wait to go back.

He takes care of his customers first. If its your first time going there and you need something and he doesn't have it then you won't get it there. If you are one of his customers that frequently makes purchases he will get what you want for you. You got to understand his loyalty to his customers. Too many ppl back out of gun deals and special orders that he simply wasted his time on someone when he could have help a committed customer. Thats just how he operates his business. If you don't like it then you can shop somewhere else. He literally has the best deals you will find locally. This is where I purchase my ammunition from. During the lock down phase when everyone was panic buying he did struggle to get ammunition, but he would always SAVE me some because (again) his customers come first, rather than some random individual who is just going crazy with media scares. I used to be that guy at first shopping and looking, but I kept coming around and he started taking care of me. You can't expect special treatment like that from the go, but you can expect solid information, fair and good pricing on products, he will literally tell you if something sucks and why but he still gets them because people still want them. Others places swear what you are getting is the best. Vince keeps it real with you even if you are new. Some people just can't tolerate the bad news they hear sometimes. He carries most of popular handguns in stock and a small inventory of cleaing kits, holsters and things of that nature. Hope this review helps incase you may of had a bad experience.

Vince's guns and ammo is one of the best gun shops around. I travel the country comparing his prices and cannot find any lower. You could not ask for a better person to work with. His prices are far lower than any other shops around. He is VERY friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Tried to order revolver. He said it would be slim pickins- if possible...at all. He said he'd check around, but don't hold my breath. After about 3 weeks, my Taurus Tracker 7 shot .17 Arrived. This was a few years ago, and its one of my favorites.

Customer service is out standing. Vince has never tried to sell me a gun, and i have purchased 3 from him. If you find the same gun cheaper somewhere else, then buy it there, but good luck finding it.

I don’t know what Alexis Luv is talking about. Probably she had a bad day and wasn’t cuddled when she came in. I have been dealing with Vince for over 10 years and NEVER have I EVER felt discriminated so if she is trying to use the “RACE” card, throw it away. Vince is a stand up guy that speaks the truth. Maybe when she came in he was busy, and if you are a regular here you know 99% of the time he is. He is the only one behind the counter and sometimes you have to wait a little to be helped. He does not need any help because he treats everyone whit the utmost respect and he does not sugar coat anything. So anyone that has read her review PLEASE do not pay any attention to her.

Interestingly enough, I didn't even get a chance to go INTO the store. His hours on his sign didn't match google but google can be a pain to change etc I've been there myself. lol you can tell a kind guy who you simply want to go back and do business with even if it was talking through a glass door that was auto locked.
