I bought all my gear from this store, and each of the three times that I came in to buy another item for my board, the workers were attentive and extremely helpful. Jorge in particular had a ton of tips for me, and when I came in confused about to set up my board myself, he was happy to help and even dug in the back to get me the hardware that I had accidentally lost. Highly recommend this place for all your winter sports gear!

We went to purchase a snowboard, bindings, and boots. Robert was the one to assist us and was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Always a great time shopping at Peter Glenn! Was properly sized for ski boots about two months ago by Robert and they have been a dream! So comfortable and perfectly my size, which is hard to find with smaller feet. Unfortunately the first time I went to the mountain, my boots were not functioning properly. I brought them back to Peter Glenn, hoping for some advice, and Robert was able to exchange my faulty boots for a new working pair no charge!! Will never shop anywhere else for my outdoor adventuring needs, they really care about their customers and it shows!

Update-I found the card with her name/the lady that helped my family. (Karin Simonson) She is awesome. I forgot to leave a review last year but in a way I’m happy that I did. We got to really test out the items we purchased. I am confident to say everything I purchased from Peter Glenn has worn & lasted great! We had to buy for 3 ppl. My husband & I as well as my 5 year old now 6. The under clothes for Women/Men/Children, boots for all ages, jackets/coats, gloves & hats. The lady (I forgot her name & I am kicking myself right now.) she seemed like a owner. She knew EVERYTHING & taught my family so much. The jacket we got for our son she helped pick out (she helped pick out everything-she was great) & she knew that we needed one to not only last but also be good for another year. (Removed thread in the arms & it grew to fit him this year.) When I say she knew a lot I mean she walked us around the entire store & we left knowing we got everything we needed not worried that we forgot anything. Our family takes a trip every year so it was important that we got what we needed so we could enjoy ourselves. They did just that, not only was the family nice a warm but the clothes looked great! They look & feel amazing. I plan I stopping by today when they open at 11am 12.24.2020 to get more under clothes (Hot Chili’s), gloves for my son & another pair of afrc ladies tech. Boulder Gear (schoeller) pants—LOVE THESE! I love everything I bought but these & my jacket are perfect! (chefs kiss) Thank you Peter Glenn Family keep up the great work. You are doing great!! ♥️🇺🇸💙

I love shopping here online. So many great sales and I love all the clothing & boots from this place. All the clothing , jackets, and boots are very well made. I just love all clothing. It's all made well and seriously this is one of the best places to go shopping For cold weather clothing. So happy I keep shopping here. Also great sales a lot of the time. Very awesome store.

Decent selection. Awkward staff. I walked past the break room and the black guy with dreads looked at me so I said hello. He proceeded to not say anything and close the door. There were one or two people that were helpful. But this store needs to train people better. Doubt I will return. I get much better help and feel welcomed at the ski shops out west.

Their always very nice here and ready to help. They have everything you would ever need to be outfitted for a ski trip plus some outdoor gear. They couldn't outfit you for a backpacking trip but they do carry some high end clothing (Kuhl, The North Face, Columbia, etc), backpacks (Osprey) and trail accessories. Decent selection of hiking shoes and trails runners as well.

I am taking a snow vacation soon. I really don't know a thing about snow gear. So, I did like most and went online. I found some snow boots that I really liked based on research, but where can you go to actually see a pair? We're in Florida! Who has snow boots, real snow boot? Then there is always the fun part of sizing and hoping, online. It's always tricky when sizing of a specialty item comes up. I walked into Peter Glen's and there they were!! The snow boots, that I've been looking at!! Wow!! Bob, helped me out, he is very knowledgable from real life experience and that is hard to find. He brought out a pair that were a little tight. He found out that I had orthotic inserts and said, "put those in these shoes" , I did and it was like the shoes were made for me. It was a great shopping experience and I got a lot more than an online purchase could have delivered. I bought my wife and my self a pair of snow shoes and we also received a discount at checkout that made it less than the online price so it was a win win!! Thanks Bob!!
