I recently purchased a Matrix Elliptical at Jan's Johnson Fitness & Wellness site on North Dale Mabry. Very good experience. So many models available in a wide range of prices. Jan respected that I wanted to keep cost down as well as had to manage to fit the machine into limited space. The delivery process was fine too - I was contacted a few days after purchase and set up delivery. They showed up on time after several updates to me on their progress getting to our home. They assembled the elliptical at their truck so I would not have the packaging to deal with - much appreciated! Subsequently, I had a few issues with understanding functionality of the console and Jan was kind enough to help me navigate customer support to figure things out. Happy to recommend you visit Jan's store if in search of a piece of gym equipment!

What a great experience with Jan at this location. We had done some research into what we wanted prior to visiting the store but we’re still undecided. Jan was super helpful in showing us our options and picking out a great treadmill to fit our needs but never pressuring us into a purchase. After purchasing, delivery & setup we’re all flawless & timely as well. Very much enjoying our new treadmill thanks to this store for all of their help!

This is my 4th large purchase from Johnson Fitness, including a previous exercise bike, elliptical, full home gym and now a new bike. I cannot imagine buying a piece like this online, I like to try all the bikes (or whatever piece I'm adding) and have delivery and setup included. Jan and Johnson Fitness did all that, and delivery was pretty fast, in Covid times terms! My other store was in St. Louis, but I had the same great experience at the Dale Mabry location. I have had questions later on some equipment and it is nice to know I can call Jan or the store and get info on whatever is happening too. Love JFW Stores!

I would highly recommend Johnson Fitness if you are looking for fitness equipment. Jan was very knowledgeable and personable. We decided on a treadmill but don’t have a lot of room. Decided on the Echelon. Jan listened to our wants and needs and didn’t push us into something we didn’t want. Very good experience here.

I purchased a Bowflex 10 treadmill from Johnson Fitness in January 2023, and have been impressed every step of the way. From the sales process, Jan Schole was instrumental in helping me find the right equipment to fit my needs. The delivery and assembly process was outstanding and definitely worth the extra fee. Two men from the warehouse/distribution center had my treadmill set up in an hour! White glove service all the way! 10 out of 10 for me!

My wife and I were looking for an iFit compatible treadmill. In my search, I learned about Johnson Fitness. While on their website, I used the chat feature to learn more about their inventory. Low and behold I was chatting with Jan online. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. He took time to text message us pictures of the unit and answer all of our questions. We we're so happy with his communication that we drove 2 hours from Orlando to test and buy the one we wanted. What I appreciate most is that the whole sales situation was very low pressure. I went to a few other stores for comparison and this was not the case. If I could give more stars, I would.

I had a great experience stopping in at Johnson Fitness! It was set up very nice and was nice and clean. They have several different models of elipticals on display which is what i was looking for. The salesman was very knowledgeable and informative. I picked the one out i liked after trying them all out several times. We worked out a good deal that was satisfying to both of us and it was delivered and set up in my house. I would recommend Johnson Fitness to my friends !

No one in the Gainesville area or the surrounding area had the elliptical I was wanting and could not order me one I called Johnson fitness and wellness in Tampa talk to Jan scholar told him what I wanted he called me back in a few minutes with a price and when I could pick it up store was real nice and clean he done a great job prefer brick and mortar stores over Internet and talking to someone in person about something I want to buy Jan Said if I needed something to call he called today to see how me and my wife like the elliptical yeah there was any trouble I recommend Highly doing business with him thanks Jan.
