Reviews of Rapha Seattle
I stopped by Rapha when I was looking for Stamp Act beans and realized they have them at their coffee bar! Had a latte as well and walked around in the store.
Very neat display and great variety. There is a lounge area where customers can relax and enjoy a little exhibition of cycling race memorabilia. The staff is nice, even though I was there just to have a cup of coffee they were pretty friendly.
My husband and I stopped in for an afternoon coffee before heading out to Port Angeles. The gentleman serving was friendly and knowledgeable. Great vibe in this shop and fabulous rich, smooth roasted coffee!! Yum.
We waited in line due to social distancing rules.
There were many pretty cycle clothes in this store.
We went to buy water bottles that come from region to region.
The staff were friendly and quickly found what we wanted.
Elm coffee and that good almond milk. Its a combo retail store for a famous cycling brand and coffee shop. Worth a visit if you're into either.
I just love the coffee here. Bold a full of flavor.
Add in the breakfast bagel, fine cycling gear & gorgeous garments it's hard not to spend more than the few $$ on coffee.
Great cycling apparel and some of the best espresso coffee in Seattle.
As a cafe there isn’t many food options, but the vibe is more a cycling club. Staff and club members are very friendly.
The staff are super nice and selection is good! Your chance to try on Rapha if you live in an area that doesn’t have a physical store. They have group ride schedules and an expresso bar!
High cost for Rapha cycling gear, but helpful staff and good looking gear
Made my first time visit today. Was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and willingness to help me find the products I was looking for. Being 6’8 220lb...I don’t have the easiest time finding cycling clothing and 30 minutes after being in the store, I left with WAY more gear then I had intended to buy, thanks again...to the customer service. I believe her name was Laura, or Lauren who helped me and she was top notch. As others have said, I’ve gotten used to the weird snootiness in the sport and it was refreshing not to deal with it today. Store was clean, organized, and truly just an overall great vibe. I’ll be back every time I’m in the city.
Love it! The people really care about the products, and Rapha fit great. From their cycling tights to their cycling gear. It’s just plain perfect!
Today was my first time at Rapha Seattle, and I gotta say it is a very cool place! Paul as part of the staff, he was very helpful since the first second I went in; he makes you feel welcomed and you do not get the feeling of someone who's just trying to make a sale, he also gave me a good explanation of the different gear available at the store, and they have a good selection. The Rapha staff even offered me to come to their organized rides and gave a complementary Rapha cafe latte before I left the premises :) Looking forward to try my new gear and I will definitely be back to the store soon. THANKS!! ~ Jorge
Uffda, that’s a rad shop! Staff was on point, super friendly and even offered me a coffee. They showed me around the store and pointed out some killer sale stuff. Rapha gear is definitely top-notch, so bring some dough and prepare to find exactly what you want! Oh, and the bikes are sick too!
A very polished, clean, and professional location. Perfect place to stop for a mid-ride snack and coffee. The team that mans this shop is top notch in knowledge of the product and the bike-hire service provided to RCC members is great. Would recommend visiting this location if for nothing other than to buy yourself a cup of coffee and soak in what a shop that goes all-in on the cycling lifestyle looks like.
You certainly don't have to be an avid cyclist to benefit from the great coffee and friendly service. I've been here many times as both a rider wanting to talk all things cycling as well as someone just wanting a decent coffee.
Everyone is warmly welcomed whether they are looking for high end cycling kit, a cortado or to borrow a pump for their daily commuter.
I've ridden a Saturday group ride with them and was very pleased to find everyone friendly, nobody was left behind and whilst the pace was solid nobody had an ego indicating delusions of grandeur.
A first class experience on all counts.
Lovely location and they serve coffee! Like a fantastic cycling stop at a Cafe 💜. Limited selection as boutique stores feature and have a bunch of knick knacks you also see online …
Let’s be honest, most high end bicycle shops tend to lean towards the elite/arrogant side when it comes to customer service. Think Portland brunch scene circa 2002. Rapha on the other hand, is the exact opposite, in my opinion. All the employees have been so kind and helpful! They’ve never shamed me for not knowing how to pronounce gilet, or asking what the difference between product lines are. They even laugh at my jokes sometimes, and if you know me, I’m not very funny. I highly recommend Rapha’s clothes, coffee, and hang out destination. I’m thankful this place exists!
Fantastic customer service!!! The Rapha style of service is amazing. I recently made a trip to Japan brought home a Jersey for my husband (wrong size). Osaka and Seattle Rapha worked together to send a exchange in the right size. They really went above and beyond to help me get the right size and save my bacon!!! Thanks Rapha Seattle and Rapha Osaka!!
Rapha is the pinnacle of cycling, both in apparel and in riding adventures. Their service matches the quality of their goods and while the price tag may be higher than expected you cannot beat the comfort and performance of wearing their product. Plus let's be real, it looks cool!
Great selection and a great environment to check out the gear in person. One of the few retailers I prefer to buy at in person vs. online.
Part bike clothing and accessory store, part coffee shop, part cycling clubhouse, much like other Rapha stores. Super helpful and friendly crew. Pro tip, Rapha members can rent super high end road bikes for $20 a day.
Excellent service. Helped me find what I was looking for. Friendly. The clerk didn’t blink when I handed her a garment I wanted to purchase. She wasn’t the cashier but just took me right where I needed to go.
Love this place! Great coffee and treats. Amazing guided bike rides around Seattle. Rapha makes timeless cycling apparel for the disconcerting rider. $$$
Friendly and helpful staff, delicious coffee (and now food), plenty of cycling gear. Ask about the Rapha Membership for unlimited coffee, Canton bike rentals and events at Rapha clubhouses worldwide.
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I had an issue with a jacket and they exchanged it no questions asked. I've been in a couple times and staff is always very friendly.
Predominantly a bougie bicycle shop that happens to also be integrated with a coffee shop. They serve the usual espresso drinks you are familiar with, but they do it well.
Very supporting and friendly people. Thank you for your hint where to fix my bike!
Staff are real passionated and the café is great. I felt there could be more items available. I love their products.
Friendly Club House with very helpful staff on where to ride in the local area. Great coffee and bike hire scheme.
Love visiting Rapha when I'm in Seattle. The staff is awesome and the selection is pretty stocked. It's also got a really good vibe.
So I don’t ride BUT I do drink coffee 😃

The bike shop has the finest gear around. If I could afford it, I would would buy an assortment of their items.
This is a great spot for cyclists to grab a quick bite, some coffee and check out some nice cycling gear from Rapha.

Cycling store with a kyk, they have a coffee stand inside serving Inteligentsia coffee.
Excellent staff. Super friendly and clean. Good coffee!
Awesome environment, great people, quality clothing, excellent coffee, and valuable club membership.
Great clubhouse! Good place to go when what you need isn't online 😁 …
