Been practicing& buying here for awhile, always a pleasant experience, cheap buckets and lots of different ways to practice, a few weeks ago I ran over my sons driver and dropped it off to have the shaft replaced. Dillan called me the next day and discussed shaft options as my sons was discontinued. I had special requests as to length, weight and price he gave me quite a few options and completed my sons driver the next day, cleaner than I dropped off. We are very happy with overall service. Thanks guys!

Puetz is a golf store and driving range with a few locations. They are known for good sales, great service, lessons and fittings, and easy driving range availability. This location has a bunch of nice employees, easy to talk with or work with. The pakring lot is a good size but it gets packed here sin e it's so popular. Winter sales are always a bonus here.

This is the place to go for everything besides playing golf. You can practice on the range, pick from a huge selection of gear and apparel, get lessons, and the best part: you can try any of the clubs out on the range for free and get fit for irons, wedges, and drivers for free. Extremely rare in the golf world and even the retail space to provide such an olive branch to new golfers. After the sale, customer service has been tops, they install grips, loft and lie adjustments, all gratis provided you buy from them.

Good store. Great selection and they carry just about everything for your game. Pro tip: Check out their USED club section. Most of these clubs are from a season or two ago with plenty of whacks still left.

Went to check out a set of new clubs, and being a lefty isn't always a great thing. No off the shelf buys but I tested about four different types of clubs with the help of Dave and of course I ended up with Taylor made stealths. The sweet part was I was going to spend more money on a driver, but after I had a swing evaluation....he basically said that I needed to work on my swing and a new driver wasn't the answer. I can totally respect that and he wasn't there just to make a sale. Had to order my clubs, but hopefully they will be here soon. Definitely shop at puetz again, just for the honesty alone.

This is the Puetz location to go to; the staff is super helpful while not being pushy, the selection is great, and I love being able to try out clubs on the actual range before buying. I had a bad experience at the Tukwila location (which honestly was my first bad experience ever at Puetz), and Puetz made it right here without even asking for anything. Absolutely loved the service here. I called on the phone to have a club put on hold. I came in and was able to swing it in multiple configurations. It took me a day to decide. I was helped by approximately 7 different employees throughout my stay and every single one was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. All of them were happy to help with random questions I had about various items and services throughout the store. I will absolutely be returning to buy any other golf equipment here.

I’m relatively new to Seattle and golf, and I always go to Puetz golf when I need golf equipments. I wanted to change my driver to newer releases. Joe helped me out very professionally. After trying out some new drivers, he suggested me other specs I might like within the choices I made. He also helped me getting the driver really fast since it could have been really long wait until getting the club because I had some modification request. The product was delivered in the promised time. Experience at Puetz golf seattle is always perfect.

Just a delightful group of golf-geeks (like myself) - they recently made a small mistake while re-shafting my driver - I honestly didn't care, it was a small and i'm a mediocre golfer, but they came up with multiple different ways to "make it better". It was NO skin off their back making sure I left with a smile. You've got a happy customer for life.

This is the best golf shop in the Seattle area. They carry all the major brands and offer a wide variety of services. The also have a large inventory of new and used clubs available. In addition, they have a full driving range with a grass putting green in the back. They are also certified club fitters and have instructors available for lessons. Definitely a must visit if you are a golfer in the area.

Literally the best Driver fitting ever. Even with my scratch golfer friend we both still learned something and the amount of respect I was given was awesome. I could hit drivers on the RANGE with SHOT TRACER as much as I wanted. Club selection was great and I picked up an awesome Cobra Speedzone. Thanks for the great experience Puetz. See you next time!

Very friendly place with lots of parking. The employees are more than willing to help you out when you need it. There is a full sized driving range and a difficult putting green to use also. My sister and I went in to hit a few balls and I mentioned to her how she could try out any clubs they have on the range for free. She had been using my old clubs ( stiff shafts) and they weren't working at all. We went and looked at a few women's drivers and had an employee help narrow the choices down. He then proceeded to watch her swing, give her a few tips, use some impact tape so she could see where on the club face the impact was. All in all, it was by all means a full on lesson by a certified teacher for no reason other then her ultimately getting the most out of the game. Very cool indeed. I've shopped here for years and will continue to do so. I very highly recommend Puetz. Also, my sister bought the club.

Great service here, probably the best place in north Seattle to test golf clubs. Even when they're slammed with customers they operate efficiently and with a personal touch. Lots of top tracer stalls, ~$10 for 50 balls or $15 for 100. Testing clubs comes with a tiny bucket of full flight golf balls. However, the normal yellow range balls are in terrible condition. -1 star just for the condition of range balls.

I took a lesson today with Brandon Dickinson, and he was fantastic. He's an excellent instructor who teaches with the new ball flight laws. I was impressed with his insight into my swing. In short order, he had me make two adjustments, and like magic, I was hitting the ball very straight, higher and longer than I can remember. I fully expect to break 80 this year for the first time ever. I've been to Puetz before, and when I asked to try a set of used irons, they were very helpful, gave me a little bucket of balls, and gave me no hassle or pressure when I was done. So, from my experience, I like Puetz, and I'm going to be seeing Brandon for another lesson as soon as I work through the great tips I got today.

Lots of experienced staff. They have putting green in the back so you can try out putters on real grass before you buy. The driving range is cool too. The even let you borrow from a bin of used clubs if you just show up on a whim without your own.

I had a club fitting by Bob Matsuda at the Seattle location recently. I can not thank Bob enough for the time spent and knowledge shared with me during the fitting. I was able to spend a few hours with Bob and was extremely satisfied with his and my choice for what clubs to purchase. I also had a return that Ross W helped with. The return and exchange for a different item was without any issues. I will be back to Puetz in Seattle when I return to the area. Thank you guys for the exceptional service!

On a returning from a recent golf trip to Palm Desert, I discovered that the baggage handlers at Sea-Tac “handled” the bejesus out of my Ogio GromXX stand bag, bending one of the legs so badly that it snapped in half. It was a fairly new bag and, I feared, completely ruined. I thought it might be possible to find replacement stand parts online, but had no luck. In desperation, I called the Puetz store on Aurora. Lucky for me, it was Ross Weaver who answered the phone last week. He suggested I take a few pictures of the bag and the damage, and he’d send ‘em along to the good folks at Ogio on my behalf. It was a very generous and thoughtful offer, but I honestly didn’t hold out much hope. I figured I was doomed to have to shell out all over again for yet another bag. So imagine my surprise and delight when, later that same day (no less), Ross emailed me to let me know that Ogio was sending up a replacement bag for me, and that it would likely arrive within a week or so. Holy smokes! Well, I couldn’t believe my good fortune. I’m old enough to remember when the words “customer service” actually meant something, and I’ve been pretty disappointed at how that phrase has largely become meaningless in today’s business world. Not so at Puetz. I'm not a fanatic golfer, but this kind of service insures that whenever I need ANYthing in the realm of golf, I'll be buying it at Puetz. Patronizing local, brick-n-mortar businesses is always the right thing to do, and this gesture would likely never have been made by any faceless online entity. Thank you, Ross Weaver, and Puetz Golf.
