Got my setup here. Everything works, but I recommend ProSki in North Bend (different org). Not saying the staff in the Seattle shop aren't nice, but the people out in North Bend are KIND. Fresh breath of air out there.

Beyond impressed with this experience. I went in for a boot fitting and to purchase a new set of touring skis. Their attention to detail with the selection and customization of the boot was excellent. After trying a few options and selecting my ideal boot, Mike took the time to ensure the heat molding created a perfect fit. When it was time to select skis, the team walked me through my choices. They took the time to explain various price points and the pros/cons of each selection. They never forced me into a higher-priced model and even suggested options that could save me a few bucks. Overall, such a friendly and patient group of people. I will be back for all future purchases and tune-ups.

I've had a real love/hate relationship with my last few pairs of ski boots. My wife bought her boots at ProSki Seattle a few years back, had them custom fitted and she raves about how comfortable they are, which makes the rides up the lifts pleasant. ;) I met with Mike Tracy today and in just under an hour he made a believer out of me that off the shelf is not always the answer (I have a pair of Atomic boots that are headed to eBay after I finish this review). I felt like Cinderella ... but with a ski boot! The culture and attitude here is pure love for the sport and making sure you have the absolute perfect gear to enjoy your winter no matter what your budget. I had my boots custom formed so with a bit of down time I got to observe the atmosphere. Everyone there is an expert! Dialed in to their craft! They work with you individually and give you 100% of their attention while you choose your gear. Their prices are right there with everyone else but the service and expertise you get here is above and beyond everywhere else I've shopped for ski gear. Bravo guys!!

We stopped by the shop to get boots and unknown to us they do boot fittings by appointment BUT not only did they fit us in but they stayed past closing to make sure we got the perfect boots and that they fit great! These guys are awesome. My wife and I are new to AT skiing and not only did they make the experience really chill but they taught us some tips and tricks that we didn't know. It is very common for Industry Pros in niche and technical sports to be pretentious and uninviting of those just starting out, the team at ProSki was the exact opposite. Whether I need new downhill gear or new AT gear in the future, I will be returning here to shop.

These folks are the best. They will help you with any problems you might have. I needed a spare part for some boots and they were able to dig up a genuine Scarpa replacement part out of their magical basement. For 20 bucks, I was hitting the slopes the next day. Only downside is that the store is small and they have pretty intense COVID policies which makes it very busy at peak times. If you beat the crowds there's no better place in Seattle for anything ski-related.

I made an appointment for a boot fitting, wasn't sure whether they could fix my boots to perform better or buy new. I explained the problems I was having to the team, they decided I needed new boots. I tried a couple pairs and went with something completely different than what I had. Being an intermediate skier I was skeptical that a boot could make a huge difference but OMG, the translation of foot movement to ski inspired new levels of confidence. I'm a 47yo woman, I had no issues getting time and attention from the team, in fact i feel i was given the same level of service as the guys getting fitted at the same time. Thank you for guiding me in the right direction. I highly recommend Proski, make an appointment!

Tiny local ski shop, but they pack a lot in to a small space! For as small as it is, they have quite a selection of resort and backcountry equipment, as well as all the accessories. They also have a service shop. If they have X-C or snowboarding equipment, I didn't notice, but I think it's just downhill skiing. Skiing is an expensive sport, and this is no different. This shop seems to focus on quality gear, so maybe not the best place to bargain shop, but the prices seemed reasonable for the quality they had. It's a crazy time with Covid and everyone's suddenly into the outdoors, so I didn't want to deduct a star, but my only criticism is that the store can be really busy. It's tiny, so they limit the number of people in the store and there can be a queue to get in. On the weekends, it's kind of crazy and the staff seem a bit stressed out. Maybe not the best time to leisurely browse for socks... I just went in on a Monday afternoon and was the only customer and the staff were much more relaxed.

I had a weird/frustrating situation where I needed up needing to return some of the gear I had recently purchased. They were really nice and helped me work everything out. Everyone can make mistakes, but not everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of like this store does. In my case, I dropped off my skis with a pair of AT bindings I had purchased elsewhere to be mounted, but there was a jig malfunction and holes got drilled in the wrong place. Rather than trying to work around it and leaving me with skis with potentially compromised structural integrity, they mounted the bindings on a new pair of this year's model of the same skis and gave that to me for no charge. Also threw in a good discount on $170 of gear I was buying at the same time so I'm quite happy with the overall experience.

If you're going to shop here, be sure you know why as it has some serious pros and cons. Pros first: they do have one of the best ski gear and touring specific gear in Seattle, it's also nice to support a small local business. Cons: while you can find a good deal here, you need to know why you're there and be able to accept some weirdness. For example, I recently picked up a pair of touring skis and bindings. The skis were a good deal but the fact that I wanted brakes on the bindings got lost in translation. Their list price (without breaks) was 625 while a quick search pops up many options for 550 (breaks included) and they couldn't figure out the price for the breaks when I went to add them. Interesting shop, the do really care about skis, just know what you're getting into.

Great shop! Even in the off season they had the boots I was looking for. They took the time to heat mold my liners and addressed the areas exhibiting discomfort so that in the end my boots fit perfectly. In addition to the boots, they were able to service my skis (epoxy) & apply some fresh wax that same day to get me ready for my trip this weekend to Adams & Helens. Highly recommend these guys!

This place knows skiing. Ask for Michael and he'll take care of you. To be honest that entire staff knows their stuff and they will all take care of you. This is definitley a hidden Seattle ski gem, yes it is right there on Aurora but don't be fooled, there are some solid ski pros in this shop. They support their return customers very well. These guys are top notch when it comes to customer service and provide a great dynamic in the ski shop when you're sitting around. They service your equipment needs as well to the best of their abilities and turn around service needs very quickly. This is mostly a ski and boot shop but they do have amazing apparel as well. They also rent gear for hiking back country and resort stuff. I will definitley only be coming to ProSki Seattle for all of my skiing needs moving forward. I have never had such top notch customer service time after time when I go there. Very consistent!

Absolute Rockstars! They had a pair of skis I had been SEARCHING the ends of the earth for! One of the employees saw my plea on a Facebook group and reached out to me, how cool! She organized everything and answered all my questions before even agreeing to come and purchase the skis. I then drove an hour to their shop and they took great care of me. Mounted my bindings on my skis so I wouldn't have to make the trek again, fitted my boots with fresh inserts and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't need. Highly recommend this local ski shop!

Great service and fantastic local place for all your ski gear needs! Came looking for a certain type of ski set up and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me decide on multiple options, pick a great set up, and do the fitting for me. I like having a place like this that isnt a giant mall, or a cookie cutter ski resort-type store. Hands down one of the best ski shop in Seattle. Great Local shop with quality ownership. We have been going to these guys for about 3 years and impressed every time with the quality of their work. They get extremely busy due to the lack of great ski shops in the area so patience is key but worth the wait. Also, they do life saving boot work that kept me from throwing out my ski boots. Couldn't give these guys a better recommendation.

I rented Ski touring equipment from this store and it was a great experience. They were efficient and helpful in finding the right size boots and skis for my first Alpine touring trip. I went up to Camp Muir and my skis and boots were light and comfortable making the trip very enjoyable. The rentals were cheaper than other area stores and they provided me with poles and a set of skins. I will definitely be back to ProSki for my future backcountry and downhill trips!

One of the best ski shops in Washington. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff especially when it comes to boot fitting and recommending what gear is right for you. Helpful tip: During the busy season, if you want your tune to get done early bring PBR when you drop off gear.

The three people who set me up with rental skis were really knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend has purchased many things from the shop over the past two years and they always help him get a good deal and don't push him into the most expensive item. One of the guys (I think the owner) even talked to me about how it will be a better deal to buy skis at the end of the season than to keep renting. They want the best for you!

These guys rock! You will not be disappointed with the service of ProSki. As you can imagine based on popularity, they get very busy during peak hours. Consider going when they open in the morning or mid day. This is not your average ski shop type of experience. Go get a custom boot fit by these guys and you will feel like you are charging around in cushy slippers.

This is the place to get your boots fitted! They are the best boot fitting experiences I've had in the Seattle area and will put on the time to get you dialed in. Also have a great deal on rentals for Alpine as well as backcountry skiing with the great all on first come first served so get there early to get the best stuff.

The staff is knowledgeable and rental prices are good relative to renting at the mountain. The staff can be a bit gruff, but in terms of getting a good fit, you are in good hands. One negative is that the place is pretty small and it's hard to feel like you aren't constantly in the way.

Last season Mike fit me in some new AT boots - they fit perfectly! I can comfortably tour all day and still get awesome performance for the descents. This season I needed some adjustments made to my downhill boots (which were not initially fitted by ProSki - a mistake I won't make again) and Mike took 20 minutes to make it all better. Great staff and shop. Go to ProSki!

This shop is under new ownership. The folks there were very friendly and definitely know their ski gear. You can tell you are in a ski shop ran by people with a passion for the sport and not a big chain with semi trained staff. The prices are comparable to other stores in town and the selection was pretty good.

The newly renovated shop is WAY better than the old one. These guys know their skis and everything you need to accessorize them. Tons of knowledge about the industry and can help you with pretty much anything to do with skiing. I got off a snowboard recently and was totally afraid of the ski boot. After some great info and knowing what my foot was thinking... My new ski boots are as comfortable as ever! Awesome job Mike. I'll be back for sure!

EXCELLENT boot fitting and overall EXCELLENT customer service, they went above and beyond for getting me into boots that fit perfectly. Then they offered to stay after-hours to heat mold my liners and THEN they asked to check the boot with my skis....and discovered that the BSL/boot length was so drastically different from my old boots that I'd need my bindings remounted. "We'll do it no charge." A+++

came here on recommendation from a friend who knows an employee. pretty much have hopped all over the west side trying to find a place that will sit and answer my questions about the right bindings for my new skis (that i’ve already bought elsewhere). nobody has taken the time to answer my questions and soothe my anxieties like Pro Ski has. i never caught her name but the nice blonde lady in the aqua patagonia was an IMMENSE help. she found a reasonably priced binding that was going to do everything i needed and talked me through all the aspects of what i was purchasing. i’m so grateful to have made the drive here from Lake Stevens. will definitely be back!!! thank you pro ski!!

I've had Mike mold 4 pairs of intuitions and punch 5 or 6 boot shells now. He's made SIDAS foot beds for me, and it changed how I look at ski boots. They are actually comfortable not just for the day, but for multiple days of skiing and touring in a row. Gone are the black nails, blisters, cold toes, etc etc. I can't praise them enough for their boot sizing and fitting. I also bring in Soly fit plates, blown edges, rotted out screws, and generally the gnarly stuff I don't want to touch in my home shop, and they quickly drill, mount, and epoxy better than the rest. Truly a class act.
