The staff at this store is awesome. They were able to help my wife and I find a great set of skis and a snowboard. Have to give a big shoutout to Goreo (sorry if I spelled that wrong). I’m still fairly new to snowboarding and he made me confident I chose the right board for my first purchase. Highly recommend this place for any new skiers/snowboarders who might be overwhelmed with options.

Unbelievable high level of service for ski and snowboard gear. Awesome demo program, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great stock for such a small location. Months after I'd purchased skis, one of my bindings broke. With no appointment, they replaced the part in 15 minutes and told me they'd handle the warranty process. I would absolutely recommend going here before REI.

Had the best experience here the other day buying a new snowboard and bindings set. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions gear related and give recommendations based on my riding style and preferences. At the end they kindly set up my bindings and waxed my board and set me up for the coming season without a hitch. I highly recommend this shop as their selection, fair pricing and experience are top notch.

Walked by and went in for a peek. The staff helped me learn a lot about different kinds of snowboards and boots based on my needs. I didn't make a purchase because I didn't want to make an impulse buy, but I will be returning to buy my gear from here and would recommend it to anyone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great store with a solid staff. This is my first stop for skis/snowboards in the winter and bikes/skates in the summer. With 2 young kids I don't have the time or energy to shop around. I know these guys will always have a good selection at really good prices. Their staff does a great job at making recommendations that I can trust. Being able to trade in old gear is a huge plus. I got my snowboard tuned up there recently. So nice to get out on the mountain and feel the difference right away. They don't mess around. Always good to shop at a local small business. Definitely give these guys a look.

Extremely helpful team - I purchased ski's, bindings, poles and boots here and it was a great experience. I was presented multiple options (new & lightly used) which was nice to price compare. Much better experience than REI down the street which is a bit crowded, expensive, and I didn't feel taken care of. Great news is that if you put a Play It Again sticker on your ski's you can bring them in for Free Wax Wednesdays! 10/10 recommend, thank you Play It Again Sports!!!!!

5 stars for our experience in your store! We have come a few times for skis and boots for the whole family and were lucky to have had Trevor to help us. Trevor is down to earth, professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We could not have had a better experience. Actually. we tried to buy skis first at Evo and our experiences were from two different worlds. At Evo: A slick, not caring, hectic environment where they told us they can help us out in about 6 hours - and then Play It Again Sports with a great personal atmosphere, a perfect selection, no wait time, and Trevor who took care of us so professionally. Thanks for today's super pleasant experience, we will always come again!!!

With the end of the 20/21 ski season coming, I will be sadly putting away a pair of skis from Pay It Again Sport & Ski in Seattle that have been the best skis I have ever used. Big thanks to Dave Paterson for matching me up with a pair of Rossignol Black Ops Sender Ti at a great price. I briefly told Dave what I was looking for in a ski . In no time at all Dave connected me up with a ski that would do what I wanted and more. He understands skis and it shows. Thanks Dave!!

We shop here every year for our kids ski gear and randomly throughout the year for various youth sports equipment. The selection is good, prices are great, staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and organized. This year we got to ski shopping pretty late in the season, so the selection on used gear for my son wasn't so great. We found a pair of twin tips that were in pretty rough shape but fit the budget. We left them there to have the skis tuned and boots adjusted. I got a call the next day that the bindings had been remounted so many times that they couldn't redrill the skis again. The only other option in the size we needed was a new pair that was considerably more expensive. I told them I was at my budget limit so they asked me to call back the following day to speak to the owner. I never actually spoke with him/her when I called back, but the staff let me know that the owner instructed them to set my son up with a new pair of Dynastars with new bindings for the same price as the used skis. Wow! Who does that?! These guys were genuinely more concerned about my son getting to ski than making a sale. Many thanks to the owner and the staff for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Play it Again Sports in South Lake Union. They take care of their customers.

Rented snowboarding gears on Friday night and returned the rentals on Sunday before closing. And the staff on site questioned me why so late very unfriendly, saying the paper writes return by noon. I was told to return on Sunday but was not told the time specially by noon. Don’t understand why he’s being mean to his customer.

Fantastic, super knowledgeable staff available for ski and snowboard boot fitting. Very patient and forgiving. It isn't about style, colour, and price as much as the perfect fit with zero-pain that suits your skill level and snowsport lifestyle. These guys ROCK and I'd recommend them and return again and again. Thanks for helping me make a very tough decision (it was harder than choosing a new car!). :)

Mostly ski, snowboarding, and biking gear. Baseball gear too. Small selection of other various sports/fitness gear, but the first sections dominate the store. Pretty standard Seattle prices. Nice staff and a cute little doggy behind the counter that loves to be pet!

This is the best place for all your sporting goods needs in the Seattle area. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the products they sell. I bought a Marin mountain bike from here a number of years ago and got a hell of a deal.

Bicycle is my primary transportation. Getting a new bike is tough, but this establishment made it a solid right decision made. Everybody was cool and respectful. I needed replacement bicycle for so long, kept holding out. So I went in to buy a bicycle from them on a rainy day, like a fool, couldn't test ride any bicycle. But I was bent that day on getting another bicycle. After riding it a few days, the bicycle didn't really feel right for me. I bought the bicycle from them used, without test riding it because it had duel suspension. I was bummed thinking this would be a big hassle, but when I went back a week later, it was sunshine and I tested some new bicycles just in, wow. For a little more $$$, they let me apply in store credit, now I have a bicycle that is not only brand new, but my correct size. This bicycle came standard with new hydraulic brakes, never had them before, no cables. So, if you don't feel right on a bicycle, these folks give you in store credit the following week. I visited this place yesterday as I was looking to buy a snowboard, I didnt end up buying the board as they didnt have the size I was looking for. But I am definitely going back to check again. I came out with 150% more knowledge about snowboards then I went in with. Within first 5 mins of my visit it was established that they might not have the size I was looking for, but that did not stop them from helping me and giving me all the info about buying my first board. I only went in there to look for a used board, but even if I was to buy a new one anytime later, I will be going here because its the experience that counts.

The team was so super helpful! Went in to find a skateboard and accessories for my niece. The intimate, clean atmosphere made me feel welcome and safe. Had some specific questions as to pros and cons of different boards and what to expect from a beginner. The staff was super great and helped me to decide what the best option was. Thanks to Andy, Jeff and Trevor for making my experience in the shop the best I've had at most other retail stores! The prices are really affordable and fair for both new and used boards. It's fine if you know what you are looking for. The staff are not the helpful. They do have used and new gear but selection is small. There is also a service shop where you can get work down on your gear. They have some good sales sometimes as well on old gear.

Play It Again Sports in Seattle is a great store. They have a good selection of new and used equipment for all types of sports. I did a lot of shopping around for my workout gear and play it again had the best prices by far. Not to mention I bought some of the equipment used, which helped out my wallet even more. What a great idea. Other than a lucky stop at a garage sale, you cant find a better deal on gently used golf equiptment. Several friends a collegues wanted to try golf but it was too expensive. I sent them to do just what I did, buy the golf equiptment here. They have a great selection, and even better prices. Keep up the great work!

Pretty good selection of gear and equipment. You can definitely find some fantastic bargains if you are knowledgable about what you are looking for. Beware selling them gear though - you won't get much in the way of cash.

Play it again was just down the street, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the options! They also have a better return policy is an Evo, but not as good as REI.
