So happy with my purchase. Baby blue last one in my size. Also they helped me to tailor it and send it on my home address in few days. The girls there that assist are very nice dont hesitate to ask for help. I paid $200 for my gym set but I love it. More motivation to go to gym everyday. Love it

I had a hard locating the store, because it’s inside another building; but once inside of the building it isn’t hard to find. I needed some help, and the staff were knowledgeable of what items to get. I definitely will be back. *The only thing I forgot to ask, which was my mistake was for military discount; but I was super stoked over my items.

With everything going on and stores coping with the new norm, awesome customer service has not changed at Lulu PAC Place. The staff is even more friendly, very helpful and informative. Upon walking in, they tell you about their COVID-19 policies and what they do around their store every 30 minutes. I feel so comfortable shopping in the store now as I did in the past and will continue to be A happy customer. You ladies and gents that work at that store definitely know how to brighten her spirits of your customers. Thank you

Beautiful and clean store. Much larger space than before, stocked with all the newest gear. Large mens section. Fitting rooms open. I was asked many times if I needed help finding anything, which personally makes me a bit uncomfortable but I'm sure other folks would appreciate it. Wish I had more time to browse.

Went in specifically looking for a hoodie I had seen online. Employees were nice and seemed to have basic knowledge of the mens clothing. Based on cost of their clothing, I would expect a higher level of service. I like the clothing but will probably just purchase online going forward.

I don't get it but my 20 year olds do. The clothing is beautifully made and the service is spit on. If well made, stylish sports wear is your thing, this is the place. I'm in my 80's so I grab a stool and watch the glee.

I just spoke with Pheobe (really hope I did justice to spelling her name). I spoke with Pheobe over the phone (couldn't make it into stores) because I wanted a pair of Lulus that had the compression of the Speed Up Tight but high-waisted like the Wunder Unders. Omgosh this women knows her Lulus. You guys have a serious gem in this one. She made feel really comfortable with the choices, which says so much when you are buying online. Before being blessed with this knowledge I bought the ATRP tights thinking they had compression like the Speed Up Tight, now we both know that isn't the case. I've already made my online order and I am stoked!! So Shout OUT to Pheobe, you are awesome! Lulu give this lady some love<3
