I cannot say enough good things about this store! Great selection, clean, good layout, plenty of parking and above all, excellent customer service! Special shout out to Diego! He was so incredibly helpful with finding a specific pair of shoes we were looking for! This store is lucky to have such a great employee!! He went above and beyond today and I'm sure he does everyday! Thank you!

Love the store, they have all the things you would need in our state for any season from clothes to bikes and tents and sports you have any uniform and item to play that sport, and the shoes the shoes! They would get a 5 star except the employees follow all over the store asking if you need help all the time.

For those experienced the only reason the rent gets paid — that Nike, Adidas, UA, NorthFace “pay rent.” Walked in and was blinded by racks of Nike street logo clothing. When I had a question about warm ups — they had the rack thirty feet away but the employee I flagged down said it was an item they DEFINITELY DID NOT sell. He never walked to approach me, me as a browser or walked an inch to look the item. No ability to pull down the merchandise above your head. The managers must Z out at exact time the lock the doors!!! Security was far nicer than any employee.

I probably come here once a month or more over the last 3 years and will be honest when I say that ALL DSGs have a weird layout. I love that the apparel I wear the most is closest to the registers so I'm in and out quickly. Weights are a little overpriced, but the industry saw a huge boom when gyms had to shut down so it's completely understandable. I'm just now writing a review because Josh (tats on right arm) is AMAZING!!! He's helped me look for the Yeti tumbler in the color and size I wanted for my bf's stocking stuffer since there's 2 areas for Yeti products. Sadly they didn't have it, but he was the first to ask if I needed help and told me about other options of how to get the one I was looking for. Today really stood out in their customer service when a pair of pants I wanted was missing the barcode and their inventory said they were out of stock. He needed to go on a break, but he was determined to help me because I couldn't give up on such a perfect fit. He's extremely patient and friendly everytime I need help, so I felt the need to leave a review.

They're taking their COVID-19 response seriously, stopping everyone at the door and asking them to read a sign about masks, social distancing, etc. We had just come from one of their competitors where we couldn't find what we needed, so we were pleasantly surprised by their selection. It got a little awkward when we went to check out though... They asked if we wanted to fill out a survey to save $10. We agreed, and they rang up one of our items, gave us a receipt and told us to pull it up on our phone. This seemed odd with other people waiting in line, and then she told us that we needed to mark everything on the survey "exceptionally satisfied" or she wouldn't get any credit. It doesn't seem like much of a survey if they tell you how to answer... Ultimately we couldn't get the survey to pull up, so we just gave up on the $10 off and left the store shaking our heads.

Best rewards program. Once you signed up no fee no renewal. Just hey it's you phone number and your set. I always get shoes from this store cause the sales are great and the shoes are top notch. I only come here for the best hiking boots cause they got em. Great selection of Star plastic disc golf too

The young people at this store are really responsive. Floor guy truly went out of his way to help me during a curbside mishap which was, in essence, my fault. I appreciated that. Customers, please be patient. It is not the easiest time to be in retail.

Great selection of fishing gear and lots of sales! **UPDATE** 06/27/2018 This is my fourth time in this store now in a month. Every single time I've gone to the counter to ring up there had been an issue with the process of the sale items. The vey first time i came in and it happened, I get it I work retail. But the next three times!?!?!? And after it happened the third time I pulled the manager aside and told him everything, and that 3 visits in a row with an extra 5-10 minutes in the checkout just to end up giving me what i said it was Is ridiculous. He admitted he had some work to do back there. Went back today and still some of the same issues and an advertisement on the shelf that didn't ring up correctly yet again, that was only 11 days past the last day of the ad. Watch your items as they ring up and take pics of their ad signs for proof at the register!

I had a great experience with Will at this store in the fishing department. He was incredibly knowledgable and did not show any hesitation or condescension when I told him I was new to freshwater fishing. I am trying to do a little fishing when I do overnight backpacking trips and needed advice and lures. He was awesome sharing his knowledge without disregarding me for my lack of experience. Go see Will!

First time ever purchasing anything at this sporting goods store. Not only where they energy effecient they provided the best helper yet! His name is COACH. His fast paced working ethic of the customer comes first, won my heart over. When I saw his cart fully loaded up with what I purchased less then 20 minutes ago and ready to be loaded I felt like a new papa. Positive energy your way and may all your wishes come true today. Coach was so incredibly helpful! My boyfriend and I went to look for hockey gear, disappointed there wasn’t much out. However, we didn’t know there was some in the back. Coach let us go to the back and try on all the hockey gear so we could get what we needed! Thank you so much! Pretty good selection of sports bras, but cheaper prices for same quality can be had at Target in the same building. Didn't see any women's tennis apparel (i.e. active skirts or dresses, so probably not the place to go for teams orders). Gear selection for most of the popular sports here was pretty good.

This Dick;s sporting goods has a good variety of sports and outdoor gear. They can sometimes be understaffed so the lines can get long, but they have good deals every once in a while so make sure to check it out every so often. This is inside of the same building as Target and Best Buy, along with a few other stores. The parking garage is large so there is always spots at most hours of the day.

Good to know stores like Dick's are still out there. Came unsure about what I want to but, and left with the thing I am so happy I did get. Cant compare it to online sport stores, its just not the same. To see and touch before you buy is the best!

Went for indoor soccer shoes, and clothes for running. Staff were very helpful. Store had only one pair of mens indoor soccer shoes. Also, the running clothes were mismatched (size and type), and placed/scattered around. It took me a while to find/scan through the racks. 4 for staff. 3 for store content and organization.

Don't expect thoughtful customer service from this big box store. I only ever see staff up at the registers and there always seems to be a line. They have tons of stuff. I did do a return with a receipt with zero hassle, but please note returns must be within 90 days of purchase.

Disappointed there wasn't hardly any football stuff left in store to purchase on the spot. Many were looking with money to spend. Needed back up cleats and there was nothing left. Courtney was great! Excellent customer service!!! Thanks

Really huge place with a great selection of sporting goods. I went for football and had a range from 20 to couple of 100$ balls. Also all different sizes were also available. I did not explore more than that section, but I'll visit again for my sporting needs.

I found an item, and saw their we match any price advertisement so I looked that item up on Amazon. Amazon had it for 5 bucks cheaper so I showed the cashier and he dropped the price of it to match it no problem. I love this place.
