Great place for guns and fishing. These guys actually believe in the 2nd Amendment and are knowledgeable. They carry the newest guns. Their ammo is as cheap as online stores, usually. They will also special order, ship, and transfer guns.

Timmy and the ladies were absolutely amazingly helpful. Drove out to the store and literally got everything I needed for me to take my daughter for her first fishing experience and with little to no freshwater experience, Timmy sat there and literally rigged up everything we bought to insure a painless first time fishing adventure. Since the lake ramps were closed we were forced to Lafrenier Park as what I thought was a last resort. Timmy's rigs were spot... I mean... Spot on. From the rig to the bait and everything in between... My daughter grabbed a beautiful bass right out of the gate at a waterway I didn't have high hopes for. All I can say is that going to Puglia's was well worth the investment. I not only got what we needed without driving all over town, I got what I WANTED for a better price than Amazon. My new Penn Spinfisher VI setup is exactly what I wanted. I really could not be happier with the store, service, people, and prices. Thank you for helping me create such special memories with my daughter.

If I were to base my review on my first visit I would give them a one star review, the Asian gentlemen at the gun counter was unhelpful and honestly rude. Since the place had come highly recommended by others I decided to give it a second chance, this time I was helped by a man named Greg who was incredibly helpful and made sure I got everything I needed and answered all my questions, he even helped me with the gun I had been looking at the first time. Bottom line, everyone there is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable except for one so it’s definitely my go to, especially compared to Academy where the entire staff is rude and unhelpful.

Everything you could want and more. Once again it's been a store that has been in that area for a long time. More than a little bit overpriced. It's very easy to put together a shop that can offer for sale high quality products and not treat it like it is jewelry a jewelry store marking it up hundreds of percentage points

I've only shopped there for fishing equipment. Great selection. Apparel and rods and reels seem to be a bit on the expensive side. Fishing lures, weights, hooks, etc are at a good price and they have some things you may not find any where else. I would give them 4 or 5 stars, but their counter help is atrocious. There's one guy that works the floor restocking and stuff, he's nice. The guys that work behind the counter are impersonal and make you feel as if you're bothering them. There have been multiple times that I've gone to the register and only had the price of my purchase spoken to me, not a hello or anything.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The items are a bit pricey, but the selection in not matched in the region as far as firearms are concerned. The staff is competent to answer every question I had, or refer me to a place I could find some of the more obscure questions I was asking.

On May 14, 2019,I went to Puglia's to buy a Beretta M9 commercial model, but they sold it the day before. Tim, who waited on me said that he could order one for me, and that it could possibly arrive at the store in a few days. I ordered the gun, and it was at the store on May 16th, two days later. That was fast service. I bought guns before from Puglia's in the past,and I was never once disappointed with their fine service. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are always reasonable, and they deliver on the promises they make.

A bit pricy on most items. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've purchased several firearms from here and transferred several firearms through here. The transfer fees are slightly higher than others ($40 at this time) but the service is worth the cost. Will be glad to continue doing buisness with Puglia's.

I went to Puglia's to purchase scope rings and have a scope put on my Rifle, they did not have proper size, so Jake told me 1 or 2 days they would be in, and they did come in(2 days). So I went in today to have my new rings put on along with scope. Jake did a great job, took his time to make sure everything lined up perfect..I found he was very courteous and helpful with any question that I had... I just ordered a scope with him to put on another rifle...I would recommend Puglias.

This place is like a sportsmans paradise! This place is locally owner and run. The owner Anthony is awesome, and very knowledgeable about his inventory and only carry's the best of the best quality items to fit your fancy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my sportsman needs.

Located on veterans between bonnabel and causeway. This place has 2 floors stacked w all sorts of hunting, fishing and hiking gear. The second floor stacked with hundreds of handguns, hunting rifles , shotguns , knives . All the brands you may be looking for and if they don’t have it they will order it for you . Love this place

This store is LOADED with hunting and fishing supplies. There is a second floor that houses the firearms/hunting supplies while downstairs is mainly devoted to fishing. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask their staff-if they don’t have room for something, they might have it behind the counter or in their warehouse. Friendly staff that knows what fish is being caught on which lure year round. It seems their staff hunts and fishes because they know what’s going on with ducks, deer, specks, tuna, reds, etc.

They carry a few things others dont, locally, but they've had some employees in the past that leave a bit to be desired. I'm a shooter/reloader/hunter, and almost never go upstairs there anymore. Gunshop Ninja behind the counter is opinionated and pushy. Why have a variety of guns when he knows the one you need already, yet he actually is very poorly educated on the subject.

People aren't too friendly, I would have spent a couple hundred dollars more so I just went down to a place called CHAG'S SPORTING GOODS and let me tell you the service was spectacular, people there were awesome. They are right next to HOOTERS on Vets.

Biggest advantage is the knowledge the owners and staff have of the products they sell. Low turnover and high expertise. You get what you need. Puglia's is also a member of one of the largest buying services in the country. 90% of what they sell is competitive or better than any of the big box stores.
