It wasn't the fact that it was crowded. Customers were nice. I'm going to describe this gentleman the best way I can...black guy, really tall. I think he worked there. He was so rude. He walked past me and my husband and saw us looking for shoes and just made his way by us. I had to tell my husband to just get out of his way because the man act like he couldn't simply say Excuse me". I guess he had an attitude about being at work. Idk

I go to the Nike factory store every weekend. The staff there is so helpful. The first time I went they helped me set up the Nike rewards app on my phone and now every time I go I save money. They also help remind me that I have the app and walk me through the process of using it in store. They have a good selection of shoes and clothes. You know it is a good store because it is always full of people.

I was thoroughly blown away by By the strong outstanding customer service demonstrated by the manager and one of the African American female staff I have a new replacement so I need ed help with moving around and maneuvering shoes throughout the store and they did actually that my beckoneed was taken care of and I am so grateful I stopped at the Opry Mills likey store

Great nike store, decided to stop by on our visit to Nashville. Prices as if they were an outlet store. Clean, nice and helpful associate especially Cam who made a great recommendation for running shoes, I also forgot my phone and he tracked me down to give it back. Thank you good sir!

Went to Opryland for a family vacation and stopped here for some quick back to school shopping. They had a large selection of shoes and clothes. We got both kids a new bookbag and new shoes, all for under $200 (actually closer to $100). The only negative part was some guy who was acting like a complete fool, threatening someone who worked there. The workers reacted appropriately and got security/police there quickly. We felt safe the entire time & appreciated their quick response. Definitely recommend this place!

You guys really need to stop calling these outlets when the prices are higher than a regular store. Walked out after seeing an old pair of sneakers for $200. I own the same exact pair and use them for slippers. Even the clearance section was expensive. 3 stars for variety

I enjoyed my trip to this store. I was looking for a pair of walking shoes that was waterproofed, had alot of support, and reasonably priced. One of the male staff (sorry, did not get name), went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect shoe. At the register, I also received excellent service from the cashier. I was having an issue creating an in-store account that allowed an extra discount on my purchase. I saved quite a bit on my purchase. Definitely recommend going to the Nike store.

The prices are really high, but this is to be expected. Lowest prices on shoes from my visit were about $60 - $70 going all the way up to about $180. If you're coming here for shoes, you're going to have to be willing to spend some money. I would give five stars, but I wasn't even able to buy a pair of shoes during my visit because of their high priced supply.

I ordered shoes for my wife from nike.com and they were the wrong size so I took them to the nike factory store to exchange them for the right size and unfortunately they didnt have it but the lady who helped me returned the product and reordered the size I needed to my house. I think there older styles but I am pass that point in my life where I try to impress people with athletic shoes. There is plenty of clothing to choose from as well. Since it is a factory store, the prices are pretty cheap considering it is Nike products.

Maybe I'm cheap but the Nike outlet didn't seem like much of a bargain. I did find a pair of shoes that are probably the most comfortable tennis shoes I've had in a long time but they are beginning to show wear and tear just after 8 months. Again, I'm probably just cheap.

Not everything is on sale, but shuffle through what is and you might find a steal, especially among the shoes. It really sweetens the deal when the clearance racks are on an automatic discount and when the whole store is 30% off with a barcode through the app for Friends and Family weekends. Plan accordingly.

Finally decided to give the Nike outlet a try. First off, so manyyyyyy options, second, the people that work there couldn't be nicer. There was a lot of people there walking around trying on shoes but the employees were calm, smiley and more than helpful. That's the first shoe store I've been to in a long time that I actually felt like I mattered and the employees actually went in the back of the store to get a different size when I asked and didn't reply with, "what we have on the shelves is all there is." I wish it wasn't in opry mills though. That being said, I did find a great pair and noone laughed at me while I was jumping on the benches and doing squats and lunges with my daughter in my arms.
