The staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home and found the perfect shoe for me , I was deciding between on clouds and Hokas and three helped me make the right decision I ended up getting the Hokas 10/10 I would definitely recommend this store they tired to make me leave with more than one 😂😂 lol but for real this the best running store they actually take the time to find the best shoe for YOU

Lee, the owner, was so helpful and nice! After he measured my feet and asked me what I was looking for, he carefully hand-selected about 8 pairs of running sneakers to ensure I had the perfect shoes. I wound up buying two pairs of sneakers! I’ll be back there every time I need new running shoes. You simply cannot buy this kind of first class customer service anymore. I highly recommend!!!

Our family was in town from South Georgia and my wife was in need of new shoes. She had never been fitted properly. Lee took time to size her and provide options to best fit her foot and needs. She scored a pair of Hoka and Altra shoes that are amazing. I took time and got myself a pair of On shoes, as well. The crew at NRC was super helpful and just kind folks. They offered 30 day satisfaction and offered to ship out the next pair when it is time. Heck, they even gave us suggestions for lunch. Shoes, service, kindness, local dining suggestions = total satisfaction!!!

I’m relatively new to running and didn’t start getting serious about it until COVID. This store and it’s owner are amazing. He’s answered every possible running question I could possibly have and breaks his shoe recommendations down by as much detail as you’d like. From neutral to arch support and millimeter drop. This guy very clearly knows his stuff and his expertise is what has me coming back every time I need new shoes or workout-wear.

Extremely fast service, I told them what I wanted they knew exactly what it was and they had exactly what I wanted! Excellent service with friendly employees. Don't make the mistake I did buy parking across the street on Woodland. Park behind the store it's much more convenient. Oh yeah and I got a free bumper sticker. This is a great shoe store, check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Great store, great setvice! I have a hard to fit foot, usually. But, they not only had shoes to fit, they had more than one option. Lee took a lot of time to show me options and explain the difference between choices. I definitely will be back.

Amazing experience and great shoes. Christa was very knowledgeable and after I took them home and ran in them I thought they were more loose than I’d like. Called the following morning to see if them had a half size smaller and they said no problem. In and out in 5 minutes today with the new size. Highly recommend.

Looking for running shoes? You've found the right place! This is an experience like none other. You're a person, who's looking for shoes, not a number, trying to be shuffled through quickly. The store is quaint, homey some would say. Inviting when you walk in the door. Many stils of shoes to choose from. If you're looking for name brands, ie Nike and Adidas, then you may want to try a corporate chain. But if you're looking for a shoe fit that helps you in the long run, then proceed to browse! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and wont pressure you into buying the years latest and greatest. Prices are on par with other stores you may pop into, but will sometimes have crazy deals on apparel. Also, cant beat the $50 shoe rack!! Go give Lee and NRC a chance to fulfill your running shoe needs, you'll be glad you did!
