Just finished looking at shoes for my Boyfriend, ended up getting a pair myself! Ryan helped us and it was honestly the best shoe experience I've ever had. The place is so comfortable to be in, and Ryan was super friendly and informative. We both went with Brooks Ghost 14 and they felt amazing. They really look at your feet and how you walk and they are really considerate of your opinion. What more can I say? Thank you Ryan for the wonderful service! We will definitely be back one day!

Went in with the hopes of getting shoes to reduce injury after dealing with cuboid pain for a week. They let me try on a bunch of shoes and test them in the treadmill. They said I had pronation and got me some shoes to fix it. Sure enough I looked it up and pronation causes cuboid syndrome! Shoes feel great and definitely help stop the abuse to my foot

Very pricey but the staff helped me get comfortable shoes that really helped me to get back into the gym. I couldn't help but smile just walking around because I haven't felt that level of comfort in shoes in a long time. If you can afford to spend over $100 on great shoes then awesome, but that is worth it for someone like me in the long run (no pun intended). I just couldn't afford to buy another pair unfortunately. Literally the only downside is the pricing but I understand.

I have fairly large feet, and they actually had several shoes for me to try and pick from, which is really unusual. Actually getting to try on shoes before purchasing isn't a usual thing for me. Went to the Eden Prairie location. Best retail experience in the casual/running shoe category. Great selection, exceptional staff. Run Squad discounts and extras are helpful. Would never shop elsewhere. Also visited the Maple Grove vacation last week and bought two more pair. In this mean, old world: a calm, smart reassuring place to shop. While they don't stock all brands, they carry the most popular in our market. As a Brooks, NB and Hoka enthusiast, they're a perfect fit for me.

I visited this store for the first time and I was very happy with the service that I got. Cameron, a sales person at the store, immediately came to me to help me in picking out the shoes that I was looking for. He helped me narrow down the kind of shoe that would work for me as well as explaining why the this shoe would work. Shoes are the most important thing a runner wears. Everyone should come here for shoes. The best prices and selection for running shoes. I've been to the other stores, I've bought online. If you want to nail your shoe choice and get a fantastic price. This is the place. Most recently I was looking for Hoka Speedgoats. They were sold out in most other stores, if they even carried them. They were listed online for $200. Bought them here for $130. My road shoes are almost toast. I cant wait to go back to TC Running Co. and get a new pair.

Went to TC Running Co because my running club was offered a discount. But, will return because it was such a GREAT experience. Customer Service was awesome during in store visit! Extremely helpful in assisting customers with finding the right running shoes, and I like the indoor area where they can access your gait. Best customer service; we went here to get my husband a pair of shoes in the same model he has, and they found exactly what he needed, on sale. They were busy for a weekday evening, so we had to wait a little bit, but it was worth the individual attention they give to each customer. I will be going here when I decide to get new shoes. I like the walls featuring marathon runner's used shoes, super inspirational. No-judgement atmosphere. They also link up with physical therapists to access issues. Come here instead of a box store if you want individual attention and a knowledgeable, helpful assessment of your running/trail and other active shoe needs.

Frank and the staff there awe incredible. I went knowing what I wanted based on research. After analyzing my stride and technique I was given options that would be better for me. The time he took to make sure I was comfortable with my choices helped me be a better consumer. I mentioned what problems I've had during running and my choice would have contributed to them because of the wrong style. I was given several choices and refitted with different shoes each time. The pricing was fantastic and better than what I could have expected online. Frank offered options on other things but didn't push me to buy anything else. He has made a customer for life even though I'm nowhere near this location. I hope he is treated well and stays here. Noel

I am just getting back into running after a decade, and the staff here was great. I didn't feel judged for all my aches and pains after relatively short distances (the 30s really are different from one's 20s). They helped me find shoes that would hopefully help avoid my newfound knee issues and showed me that I had been sizing my shoes wrong. Four weeks later and I feel much better about my running workouts.

I've bought my own running shoes at TC Running before, but today, I took my special needs teen there to get him some athletic shoes for walking on the treadmill. He has specific requirements and generally hates wearing anything other than sandals. They were so patient and understanding. They helped him find shoes that he'll actually wear. I will definitely be bringing him back when he outgrows these. The folks at TC Running know running shoes, but I was happy to find out that they also know how to help customers who are outside the box.

Extremely satisfied with the knowledge and assistance I received from the sales associate. I developed plantar fasciitis from overuse in poor tennis shoes. That, along with other foot issues made it hard to find a good all around shoe for walking and hiking. I had previously tried on over 50 pairs of shoes at other stores. The associate at TC Running Co listened to my issues and needs and then assessed my gait. The very first pair of shoes he had me try on were perfect. I am now back to regular exercise and activities with no more foot pain. I am extremely grateful and overwhelmingly satisfied with the help I received at TC Running Co. They were recommended to me by a friend and I in turn highly recommend them - even if you are not a runner.

I know this is TCRC and not *Running Room but =Gewgle keeps saying my review of @RunningRoom was published and when I check it , it's gone SO, TLDR, The fat blonde, bearded chungus at Running Room was taking pics of MY WIFE and cracking a wet 1 to other creep shots while at work. And on top of that, Dominic berated me for asking about running shoes, which was sort of why I wanted to buy stuff initially. Excellent experience yesterday. My first time there. Dan, the store manager, first looked at how my feet land and then brought out a half dozen shoes. I put one on one foot and a different shoe on the other, ran on the "track" they have in the store and bit by bit he fitted my foot to two good options. I learned a lot that I didn't know before. At the end, he asked me, "Does one foot feel $30 better than the other?" That was the difference in price between the shoes. No pressure to upsell, letting me decide. I took the shoes outside today for a first run and was amazed at the difference the right fit made to my run. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.

I had a phenomenal first experience with TC Running Room. I have been struggling with shin splints during my marathon training. The person that helped me evaluated my current shoes to see if they fit me and were causing my issue. He gave me excellent advise to improve my running form and tricks to reduce shin splint injury. Ultimately, he highly recommended that I use inserts for my work shoes to help remedy the injury. I'll without a doubt be back by the end of the month to buy my next pair of shoes. I appreciated the advice, passion for the sport, and honesty in not trying to 'trick me' into purchasing new shoes when they weren't needed. TC Running has earned a new fan and customer for all my running needs.

These guys helped me with my pair of running shoes for my marathon training. I felt bad because I couldn’t find the right pair right away but they wouldn’t quit and let me try on 11 pairs of shoes. This is great place with great staff that know what they are doing and when you sign up they give you free socks and for the people who go to the near by highschools get a discount on the shoes . Only complaint is that if you have feet over size 13 it will be hard for you to find some of the shoes in the styles you want but this goes for most stores. They also have a great selection of energy gel and other exsesories, my favorite gel is the marshmallow gel. PS: it smells like coffee in there.

Haven’t done long distance running since high school and had no idea what kind of shoes I would need. I also had a bad case of plantar fasciitis. They found a pair that fixed my pain problem and helped me train to run my first 5k with my daughter. After I finally put too many miles on those shoes, got a new pair that fit well but started to deform a month later. Went back in for some help, gave me a straight up exchange for a different shoe. Could not ask for better customer service, will always go back.
