Fantastic experience here buying a prescription snorkeling mask. They were able to put the lenses in at the store, it took about 15 minutes. All my questions were answered by a very pleasant young lady who really knew her stuff. I definitely recommend this place. They had lots of high-quality snorkeling and diving equipment in store.

I was certified with Scuba Center 36 years ago and have done business with them since then. They have excellent instructors and great products. I recommend everyone get certified in their local dive shop as opposed to getting certified while on vacation. For anyone in the Twin Cities I recommend Scuba Center for training and their products. Great service both before and after the sale.

The best! They helped me pick out gear that fits beautifully and makes scuba enjoyable. But the reason I write is how impressed I am with the certification training. I recently finished open water cert in Costa Rica. I was far more prepared than others in my class there. So much so that the instructors in Costa Rica swore it was not my first time and told me whoever had trained me in the confined water dives sure knew what they were doing. I can’t sing my praises enough. Good habits are now part of my dive routine and I am thankful!

Thank you Tim, Dave, and all the other volunteers that assisted out on square lake. I intend to complete further training in different specialties through Scuba Center in the future. When buying scuba and snorkel gear you have to get it right. This is the place for expert service and sizing of your equipment. These people go the extra mile! Highly recommend to those serious about snorkel and scuba.

We have been diving with them many, many times. We've always had a great time, the trips were well planned and reasonably priced. They attract a great group of divers so it's always fun. We've made great lifelong friends through Scuba Center's trips. We've purchased most if not all of our equipment through them. If they don't have what we need, they seek it out for us. I've been diving since 1986 and have dove with them since 1990 locally, Caribbean and internationally i.e. Maldives, Phillipines, Fiji, etc. etc.

I'm new to anything involving a mask and fins, but the people at Scuba Center were very helpful. Their prices also seemed closer to what I'd seen online then the two other shops I went to South of the cities. I was able to find everything I needed for a snorkeling trip over spring break, including a prescription mask, for under $200. The other places were asking nearly that for just the mask. I'll be coming back here for any future underwater needs.

With a COVID lockdown threatening to keep me from finishing my enclosed pool requirement (for an upcoming trip to Bahamas), they guys pulled out all the stops to have me train a day early in a private lesson (thank you, Tom!). If only all business had this level of service. Friendly, hyper-knowledgeable, this business is a gem.

I live in Chicago but travel frequently to Mpls. This dive shop is THE place to buy scuba gear. The owner and staff know how to properly fit a mask and custom prescription lens. The are equally knowledgeable about the other equipment such as complex dive computers
