Great experience finding some new running shoes to replace my old Ghost 10s. Matt was really knowledgeable and got me in a really great fitting shoe that I'm looking forward to using to train. Store is well laid out and there was a good selection of shoes and gear. I will definitely be back!

I have bought my last three pairs of workout shoes here, and have always found the staff to be helpful. My most recent experience was the most positive. I wish I remembered the salesperson's name. He was excellent. Looking at the receipt, I see that his employee number is 2011.

The staff was extremely helpful and really tended to my over the top shoe selection process. Really went over the top as far as helping us out as traveling cyclists. Prices are also fair, if not an outright bargain. Great selection as well, far more than a larger sporting goods store. Professional and knowledgeable as well, helped me pick out the perfect shoe for me

Had an excellent experience at the Running Room this morning. I went in looking to buy some new running shoes, as my old ones weren't working anymore. The women working was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for and concerns I had. She asked me to let her see how I walked and was able to find three different shoes she thought would work best for me. I was able to try all three pairs and even run on the treadmill in them to give them a test run. She also asked me what price range I wanted to stay in and made sure not to bring me any shoes that were outside of this range. She also gave me lots of tips for how to get through my shinsplints and overall provided great customer service. Will most definitely be coming back for my next pair!

Wonderful service. Being totally new to running I had no idea how to find shoes that fit me and one of the employees helped me figure out that I have arched feet and that I need a shoe with lots of cushioning. They helped me find a great pair by giving me several different pairs to try on. They were so friendly and I felt like they enjoyed helping me. I will totally come back, and I would recommend this store to anyone!

When I went here the first time, I picked out my own shoes based on the color, thinking a shoe is a shoe, and I'm sure they're all great. After a few runs, I ended up damaging the arch of my foot because the support was too dense. I stopped in the store to see if they would take them back even though I had used them outdoors. They did! They helped me find the right shoes and exchanged them, no questions asked. The staff was super knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back next year for a new pair. They even recycled my 4 year old shoes for a 15% discount.

Came in for a new pair of shoes after an injury and not having run in a long time. The staff was helpful, quick without rushing me, and there was absolutely no pressure. It was my first time there and I got a discount. Really happy with the shoes I got and can't wait to start putting miles on them!
