This is a different class of tackle store. What sets it apart is the knowledge, expertise and integrity of the people that work there. You're not dealing with salesman here, but true professionals. I've seen their online videos from Pete and was always impressed with the quality and information delivered. I just purchased a 7'3" Poison Adrena, Curado DC and some Suffix 832 at their store in Golden Valley, MN. Great service from Kip and I briefly spoke with Pete. While I was their I also got some good advice on a rod I already own, a 7'9" Tatula Elite with AGS guides - Specifically that the guides are delicate and hard to find repair parts & service if they do break. So I now know how important it is to baby the rod. This is the type of knowledgeable advice that you just don't get online or from your average salesman at most tackle stores - Advice on a rod I wasn't buying and already owned. These guys know there stuff, they exude integrity, and their good people. Omnia will be my preferred local store whenever I make a major rod or reel purchase and I will also give them preference when I purchase online. A few other things about Omnia that sets them apart: - They process and ship orders very quickly. - They have an extensive selection of tackle. - They provide easy to digest, valuable information about each item they sell on their web page. - You can click an email me button if their out of stock on an item and you'll be notified when it's back in stock.

All orders been coming in next day or 2 days. For browsing, the retail floor is small since they primarily ship out. However, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and quick to help. They also have the option to pick your items out on one of their computers and they will pull them off the shelves for you. I went to Omnia earlier today to pick up a rod and reel I ordered yesterday. Google said they were open 8am to 12noon but to my disappointment, no one was there when I arrive a little after 8am. I waited until 9:15am before leaving but before I left, I wrote a note, asking Omnia to update the Google business hours and to call me if they opened today. A couple hours later, to my pleasant surprise, Matt, one of the store owners, called me and apologized and asked for me to come in as he was dropping by the store for an errand even though they were closed. He took good care of me and turned my night into day! I am a completely new customer and this was my first order so I wasn't familiar with any of the business hours and how things operated there. But this still turned into a great experience! Matt is super friendly and helpful! Thank you so much again Matt!

This is my new favorite online tackle store. Since they are pretty new, there selection is small, but it is growing. My order was shipped within 2 hours and arrived within a week. I love how they have free shipping on orders over $50. Bottom Line: Great store and will shop here again.

First time dealing with this company. Never heard about Omnia till the Bassmasters Classic here in Fort Worth, TX. While at the Fishing Expo at Will Rogers Coliseum I happen to walk by your booth and noticed all the Plano Edge boxes and immediately found the Edge 3500 that I have been looking for here in my area. What can I say about Omnia other than they are Awesome and run a great business. I understand why they are backed by so many pro's and amateurs. Don't let the out of the way location fool you, this is a fantastic tackle shop... to visit in person! The guys are super knowledgeable about fishing in general, and the area specifically.
