A shopping mall that you can get to quickly from any direction. Great brands to choose from at great prices. Its a place you can take your family shopping. Very clean and comfortable to get around. Lots of choices for food when you get hungry after shopping. All and all a great place to visit.

Nike is the best when it comes to shoes. I think they make best running shoes ever. They have some good collection of apparel for men and women. This store is huge and has some nice buying options. They have some great deals and the staff are very friendly. If you want to buy running shoes then Nike is the place to go!

I had been looking to get a pair of runners for a while just was waiting for a good sale and found them here for less than half of my original budget for them! Great sales!!

Amanda was very helpful. My aunt came from Arkansas and wanted a certain kind of shoe. The shoe wasn't in the system but she was determined to find it for my aunt and she did. My aunt has never been out of Arkansas and this made her experience in Minnesota even much better. As they say "MINNESOTA NICE" that you are girl. Keep up the great work.

I went into the store to exchange an item that I had bought on the Nike app. They did not carry the exact item in-store but an employee was helpful in showing me similar items, and the overall exchange process was very smooth and easy. I did notice the fitting rooms were closed, however this was most likely temporary and due to covid related reasons.

Headcount at the door to stay under capacity. Familiar staff. Lower prices. Not the fastest check out, but efficiency always counts more to me than swiftness. Oh, and I exchanged two shirts I bought at 2 for $25 and even though the new promo is 2 for $30, they gave me an even exchange.

I went shopping there for the first time and I had a great experience. I don’t remember their names, sadly, but there were these two gorgeous gentlemen that were beyond helpful. Helping me reach the top racks and taking stuff to the register for me. Highly recommend. 100/10 stars

This store rocks! Great products, great prices, and great service. All of employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and very organized. Nike makes the best shoes in the world. You can tell the employees are happy to be at work, which is a rare thing now days. Even if your looking for comfortable or work-out clothes, they have plenty to choose from. Keep up the great work Nike!

Pretty clean store,product laid out by gender. Lots of shoes from previous seasons and alternate colorways that may not have sold well in other retails stores. A fair amount of mens and women's clothing as well. A smaller amount of kids shoes. Decent prices on everything overall. It can be quite the busy place if you're shopping during back to school season as we were this last visit. The sales people swing by and ask how you're doing, but mostly stand together and talk about not work appropriate topics, I had to steer my youngster away from two groups of inappropriate chatter. The line to check out was long ,but moved quite quickly. And they stock lots of smaller items to look at while the line is moving. The cashier offered me a coupon for $25 off my next purchase if bought in a certain time frame without me asking or knowing about the deal, so that was nice. We've been here before, and will be back again.

Excellent selection of shoes that seem to be always on sale, look around and compare prices. Most of the time they can beat the stores. Great customer service and the check out lines smoothly even during peak hours. The men's clothing is a good variety but have not had much luck finding clothes for me. Plenty parking throughout the outlets.

Nice place but i like retro Jordans and this Nike outlet doesn't get any. But some stores do. But still a great selection and always find something if its a hat or shirt or my main reason some more shoes. That i actually wear and dont resell because i actually love shoes. Just like the Nike executive that was getting pairs for her son to resell. No wonder why i cant get alot of the shoes i want for cost Not double or 10 times the price. So Nike should give everybody a free pair of shoes of their choice since the son of a Nike executive was given shoes that we should of had and the bots for hacking the raffles so he could get shoes, probably has 50 pairs of Air Mags too he just was given. So thats why i gave 3 stars because of no Jordan Retros. But when Nike says i can pick up my free pair of shoes from you're store than ill give it 5 stars.

Great selection of Nike gear in one place. The best items I've found here have been in the shoe area, where there is a lot of selection at reasonable prices compared to a standard department store. I have not found the same to be true for clothes, which is not what one expects at an outlet mall.

If you love Nike this store is worth the stop. Very friendly staff very professional and helpful. I purchased 190.0p pair of Nike shoes for 70.00. They have everything you would need when it comes the clothing and shoes in every size.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good prices. I ussually dont do reviews but I had an employee named Andrew spend his time to sell me exactly what i wanted. Lost my recipt to give him a good review for nike I hope his boss sees this. The checkout people were also very friendly.

Wasn't the best experience this time. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted they were marked at $54 and then there's a sticker right on side of it marking it up to $160 and they would not honor the $54 price tag that was on it. First bad experience I've had with Nike Eagan outlet.

Great store with a lot of inventory. They often have great sales (30% off) and the staff are very helpful. Very similar to a real Nike store. They also accept returns for online purchases. Depending on your size you can find heavily discounted items.

Hands down the best place to get Nike gear in MN. There are always quality clearance items and coupons often double up. Last time I went after Christmas the deals were Unbeatable. I stocked up.

Looking for shoes for young boys age 4 and 5. We looked at most of the stores at the Outlet and Nike seems to have the best selection of shoes for that age group as far as velcro or no lace sneakers. Really want a high quality shoe as they are learning new skills and not have to worry about laces coming undone. Store was clean, staff was young and more into socialization than customer service. Fix that and I would rate 5.

By mistake I ordered the wrong size shoe online I came in to the Nike store in Eagan I saw that there was a long checkout line so I figured I would make the process quicker by grabbing the right size in the store I was unable to find them and a representative named Stephanie approached me and asked if she could help I explained to her what it happened, they didn’t have the right size and color on hand, so she dropped what she was doing, returned my shoes and placed a new order for the correct size. It took her no more than five minutes to complete the whole process. I’ll be waiting for my order to get home now. Thank you!

Went to the Nike Outlet on my lunch break yesterday trying to find some OG Cortez shoes for a Forest Gump halloween costume (and Cortez is a classic so why not?). Tony helped me out. Unfortunately they didn't have amy in stock but Tony was incredibly helpful and helped me find them for half the retail price i would have paid online and got me $5 two day shipping, a cost I was happy to eat in order to get the shoes before a halloween party this upcoming Saturday. He was friendly, personable, and went out of his way to help. I lost my receipt so I was unable to do the Nike survey and give Tony props but hope him and his managers see this. He is the man, thanks Tony!
