My much-used treadmill finally conked out, I was desperately trying to replace it ASAP and blessedly met Kellie last week! She was SO helpful, SO knowledgeable, SO approachable and SO nice... she listened intently to what I was looking for and led me to the perfect machine. As I was adamant about not paying for features I would never use, Kellie did not waste either of our time by trying to upsell me and I was in and out of there with an order for a new machine in under an hour! More to tell, but suffice to say Kellie went above and beyond to make my experience seamless (She should get a huge bonus or raise!!)! SUPER happy with her and my new treadmill!

She spent over an hour taking to us and our needs and the different types of treadmills to ensure we got the right one for us. I bought my treadmill from them. I would encourage an individual to visit them before spending a small fortune on a treadmill. I met with Alex 2-3 times and asked a lot of questions. Alex really educated me on the best options given my needs. I never felt pressured ever - More reviews coming once I get delivery which is coming up fast!

From start to finish the process of purchasing a new treadmill, setup/delivery and removal of my old treadmill was great! Despite having to wait a while for delivery due to Covid it was certainly worth the wait. I ordered the Horizon 7.4 treadmill and it is perfect for my needs. Tyler at the store was very helpful and the delivery crew was fantastic. They had my old treadmill removed and new one assembled in just over an hour. I highly recommend Johnson Fitness!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new treadmill from Johnson Fitness in St. Louis Park. We were helped by a wonderful salesman, Tyler Lara, who truly knew his stuff. He did a great job of not only explaining the various differences between the machines, the items that can be modified for each unit, but also how to maintain the units for longevity. His personal touch truly helped us in deciding what unit would be best for our needs. We would strongly recommend stopping in to this location for your equipment needs.

Was there to browse and was astounded by the expertise and knowledge Tyler had regarding the equipment. He was helpful, asked many questions regarding what I was trying to accomplish for my body, and was very informative regarding said equipment I was interested in. 5/5 stars. Although I did not end up purchasing, a positive review for Tyler’s superb customer service is 100% warranted. They are very lucky to have him as an employee.

We have bought fitness equipment from this location in the past, so naturally we went back to find a treadmill. Tyler was very helpful in walking me through the different types of treadmills and pros and cons of each one, We bought Landice treadmill, after it was delivered it stopped working and we didn't know why, called the fitness location and told them about it. They showed a genuine concern and decided to replace it. When the replacement treadmill came, they found out that a pillow got stuck underneath it which was the reason it wasn't working. They took the pillow out and all is well and it is working and no need for replacement. They were very professional and didn't put any blame on us. Most places would look at you and say you just wasted our time. They treat you well, especially this location. Can't speak for other locations but definitely would recommend Johnson Fitness St louis Park location to friends and family.

Fantastic experience. Visited today as a new customer and as someone who has very little knowledge of fitness equipment. Worked with Tyler who went above and beyond to answer my questions, steer me in the right direction, and help me quickly find what I wanted. He never made me feel out of place despite my lack of familiarity. Tyler also did a stellar job explaining and getting me through both the finance and delivery processes. Great guy, great operation!

We were given exceptional service. Matt, the employee we worked with, directed his very first question to our fitness needs and financial range. He then showed us a range of machines that fell within our needs. We ended up purchasing a mid-range treadmill and installation package. The group who delivered and installed our treadmill were outstanding, friendly, and extremely cautious not to damage our home or treadmill (not an easy task when bringing it to a lower level location). Matt has continued to be a great resource for follow-up questions and making sure we are 100% satisfied, even took the time to send a hand-written thank you card. Needless to say we have been very happy with our purchase and will continue to use this specific store for our health fitness needs. They are honest and extremely customer oriented.

Bought a good piece of used equipment (treadmill) for a good price and not only was Matt very nice at the store he sent hand written card as well as an email to follow up to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. If you want the best customer experience of your life, go visit Matt Thomas, the store manager of St Louis Park. Matt personally called me to see how my experience was after my trip to his store. After explaining my reluctance with original salesman's tendency to push the up sell, Matt proceeded to provide one of the single best customer service experiences of my entire life, and I am in a service industry. The used machine I was trying to purchase, with a Black Friday special, was sold to another customer before I could return. Matt looked throughout the entire MN state at all the other stores to try and find me another, "like" machine. When he didn't find any, he went out of his way to find me a slightly upgraded machine, with all the same attributes I wanted in my machine. He went out of his way to hustle the machine down to his store, and to my place within a week! I can't recommend Matt enough. He listens exceedingly well to what you want out of your machine, has the knowledge to immediately recommend machines in your price range, which meet your requirements, and has sensational customer follow up. Not only did he call me twice to ensure I knew where we were in the process every couple days, but he even sent a personal thank you card. I actually feel like I owe Matt a thank you. I would recommend Matt and 2nd Wind to anyone who will listen!

I've been coming to 2nd Wind St Louis Park for more than a decade. I find that their sales people know so much more about the equipment and are truly interested in finding what fits each customer's situation. I still love and use the Pacemaster treadmill that I bought from them 13 yrs ago. When I had shoulder surgery in 2014 I needed equipment that not only I could use sitting down (arm was in a sling for 8 weeks!) but that was also very stable for safety -- they matched me up the perfect recumbent bike (Vision R10) -- and being able to do cardio truly made a difference in my recovery and pain management. Now in 2016, I decided I wanted a more full body cardio workout, and they matched me with an awesome elliptical (Vision Suspension 7100) that fits my body size, arm length and stride perfectly. It is so smooth, quiet, stable - I love the machine. Delivery is always fast and done professionally. Honestly, I'd have a hard time going anywhere else - the St Louis Park 2nd Wind guys have always helped me find a perfect fit for my specific needs - to me that is true customer service.
