It was a busy Saturday...However, Brian from the Richfield, Mn. store was great! He showed us all the different treadmills in stock and was very knowledgeable about each one... They have everything for every sport! This place is HUGE! FANTASTIC service here as well!

We were looking for a treadmill and had an idea of what we wanted however it was not available. The athletic equipment specialist, Brian, made an excellent case for purchasing an alternative. We put a hold on his recommendation, went home to do some research, then called him back to go ahead and purchase the unit he recommended. He was very professional, knew his products very well and his recommendation proved to be correct. Thanks Brian!

Customer service was pleasant although they didn’t have what I went to look for I found out they removed the item and do not plan to restock. Staff was super friendly in relaying the message to me even through my clear disappointment. I would definitely visit again as they did have way more I wanted then not.

Everyone here is friendly. They have a good selection all throughout the store. There are two levels. The usual have more than one color of an item. There can sometimes be a long line to checkout at the front of the store on the weekends. I try and go during the week to avoid all the people. This location has a girls lacrosse section. It is not a huge section but I have seen some Dick’s Sporting Goods stores with next to nothing for girls lacrosse.

Nice store with all your sporting needs. The staff needs some retraining on greeting customers. We encountered 6 people before anyone said hello or do you need help. The older gentleman (cashier) was super friendly. He said thanks for choosing my line. Kuddos to him.

This trip was okay. Noticed this specific store has a stocking issue. Either they are still recovering from a mad dash on their products or they just need to restock. Only a 4 star because I didn't have much variety to choose from.

I really like this place. Almost any fishing tackle I want, ammo for the range, camping gear, stuff for my bow, socks, sports gear...all my hobbies under one roof. Prices are fair some stuff high, but sale items are a steal. I happily pay for the convenience I guess. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working.

Always a great price with great customer service. They are the only sporting goods store that doesn't require you to get a credit card to earn points towards savings. Cabelas and now scheels requires you to get a credit card to earn points towards discounts.

They have a good selection of sports gear. We went late on a Sunday and had plenty of offers to assist us which was nice. We found what we needed, no line to check out so we were in and out quickly. Would definitely go back.

It's nice because it's huge and it's an all-in-one shopping experience. I found the prices to be a bit more expensive than some of the other sporting goods stores as far as shoes are concerned. If you only want to stop at one place for everything then this is your place. Plenty of parking as well.

Way too expensive for normal stuff, but if you need really specialized sporting great then they have what other places don't. The quality at least seems decent for the price for most things, but I'm not sure that it is worth the price tag. The hidden elevator in the back to bring your cart to the second floor is hard to find and is not very pleasant to ride in. Most people without small kids just use the open staircase that is less creepy. If Target has what you need for sports stuff then go there, if they don't then try this place out if you have money to spend.

Sometimes this store has good deals, but the real challenge is 1. finding enough employee support out on the floor and 2. finding enough employees to check out the line of customers. When I do find an employee, they have always been very helpful.

Chris and Meredith were beyond amazing!!! I had to pick up a Christmas gift and talking on the phone with Meredith, she was very knowledgeable about the different types of soccer balls. With the possibility of being out of stock, Meredith was willing to meet up with me once I got to the store to help me walk through other choices. When I arrived, Meredith was helping another customer. A couple minutes later Chris came over to assist me and to make sure I was finding the correct item. I appreciate associates that will take the time out of their day to help someone who may not understand or have the knowledge of certain things. Huge kudos to you two!!! One of my all time favorite stores. Anything to do with the outdoors, health and fitness can be found here. Rods and reels, shotguns, rifles, cold weather gear to summer time fun, clothing and shoes, sports equipment to sleds. It can all be found here at a good price.

Two weekends ago, I was loading my Jeep up with my and my 5 year-old's gear for a weekend camping trip. His bike seat needed to be adjusted and it was the last thing I was doing before we left, but when I went to adjust it, the seat popped off and the bar fell into the bike frame. Nothing I did retrieved it, and we were supposed to have left 15 minutes ago. I needed a 16 or 18" bike, right now. I stopped at Target and Walmart, and only the larger bikes were preassembled. I called Dicks and asked if they had any small bikes assembled and ready for purchase, because I didn't have time to put one together myself. They told me to head over, and that they'd get started on one. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later, and the Associate had picked out a nice Schwinn bike for my son and was already nearly done assembling it. I wish I could remember his name, because it was so kind of him to stop what he was doing and save my son's camping trip, and he deserves a shout out! We were in there around 10:30 am on May 31st. Brian, maybe? Anyways, long story short, really great service every time we go there, but especially on this trip! It was so appreciated.

Dick's sporting goods is always a disappointment to me. They could be doing a lot better as a store if they stopped doing the shotgun of random crap and focused on their target audiences more. I do like that they carry some of the more specialized sports equipment though.

This is one of the better sporting good stores to go into now that Sports Authority has closed I'd say it's upscale from what Sports Authority used to be the people are friendly and they have a wide selection of products that you may use for outdoor sporting events such as group Sports from golf, hockey, fishing, kayaking and camping and everything in between.
