My dad brought his fishing boat in and bought a used motor from Casanova and needed to have the transom replaced. He drop the boat off with Pierre and Dad told him to take his time. I thought “ oh no Dad, never tell a boat dealer to take their time”! I’m thinking we’re not going to get the boat back by June! It couldn’t of been 5 to 6 weeks later when Pierre called and said “hey Brian come on in and pick your boat up“. I wasn’t expecting it to be done so soon. Dad went in the next day to pick it up, he walked right by his boat and didn’t even recognize it. He said it looked so good he couldn’t believe it was his. My dad is an engineer and a machinist so he works with close tolerances and knows what good work is. He said he couldn’t believe how good the boat looked, every rivet was perfect. The paint was matched up perfectly, the boat was washed and cleaned, not a fingerprint on it, the cable runs were secured and fastened properly the throttle control was mounted perfectly he said he thought the boat was like new. As the boat was winterized, Pierre told dad to bring it back when the weather gets warm and he’d be glad to show him the cold starting procedures of the motor, throttle operation and any other questions he had. To Pierre and his team, great job, my dad is really happy and can’t wait to get the boat on the water. There is also a certain boat dealer in Hales Corners that dad will probably never go back to. Thanks again!

Stopped in here for a board wax. Price is unbeatable, $15. This place is a hidden gem. Paul was amazing, and there was actually a lot of snowboarding equipment, new and used, considering how small the place is.

drop my 1990"s Mercury 115 2+2 motor off they bypassed the 2+2 part and now it's a completely different motor 10+ mph faster in and out of the shop fast great people

I've been a loyal customer here for a decade and today showed why. Casanova's winterizes my boat annually. Today I had a "above and beyond" moment. I have a fishing trip planned and realized I needed to get my batteries swapped out. I called to see if they could help me out, and even with their move going on to a bigger and better location, they got it done within hours. After much research, we found Casanova's, in West Allis, which sold the in-stock metal detector we were looking for, locally. AND they actually answered the phone, telling us that they could SHIP it, too! Bonus: their office had two dogs to pet as we made all the arrangements to send it to a friend as a gift. We had a very unexpectedly great shopping trip picking out a new snowboard for my son. The gentleman we worked with was crazy knowledgeable about snowboarding and taught us a ton about the industry. The amount of time he spent going over boards with my son and answering his questions was amazing, the detail he gave left us knowing he had the best choice when we settled on a board. I honestly could have sat and talked for hours just getting his insight and better still, the deal we got was also great. We literally walked out of the store and I felt like it was one of my best purchases in a long time. I am absolutely going back and also having my boat motor worked on in the spring.

Took my boat in on a Tuesday and turned out the carburetor needed work. I asked if it was possible to have it back by Saturday. Felt their crew accommodated me and had my boat back late Friday that week and enjoyed a great day of boating on Saturday. Boat flew and worked great. Found that everyone was helpful in answering other general questions I had about my boat and I think that says a lot about their positive customer service attitude. I will be back.

I went in to buy a used snowboard, not knowing what to expect when I walked in. But Paul was so helpful and made it such an easy and delightful experience!! Some people say that Pierre is extremely rude, but from my experience with him he has been one of the nicest people I have ever met. I’ve had quite a few trips to Casanova’s for my outboard and every time except once he has done great work. There are even times if I have a question about something and I just call and ask for Pierre he will answer the question almost right away.

Bought a vintage corgi car model of a citroen Le Dandy. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that the model was in better shape than I expected. Even though Jack stated the model was pristine, one has to be realistic and accept the fact that car models from 1968 may have some defect. Well he was absolutely accurate as the car is perfect and the box indeed in very good shape! The car arrived perfectly packaged and in record time! I definitely recommend doing business with Jack. I appreciate doing business with sellers that are honest and describe their products accurately. Thank you and hope to do business with you again in the future.

Shocked to see this rating! I have had snowmobiles (7 total), boats (3 of them) and even trailer (2 sled trailers) work done by the team at Casanovas for the past 5 years. They have either winterized/summerized them every year. I have rented storage for boats and sleds. They have done a full outboard motor install, electrical for the boat, sled maintenance. Forgot redid a carburetor on an old ATV that would not run, now is perfect. Always professional and tells you straight what the issues are. I would not continue to go back to them if it wasn't the case. They are direct while being respectful. I can say that while waiting for my boat, the team had to deal with a customer that was out of control, while they tried to accommodate them. Unfortunately those are the people that go out of their way to write reviews. So I felt compelled to at least cancel one of them out.

Purchased 3 Fatsacs and the service and help was excellent! I live in Georgia and rented a home on the lake for a family wake surf weekend. Spoke with Paul over the phone and he was very helpful. I've been searching for a new pair of snowboarding gloves and was being quite particular about what I wanted for the upcoming season. Casanova's came through with the trigger mitts in the size and colour I was looking for and at a deal I couldn't refuse! They also showed up on the other side of the continent in 2 days! I wanted a good book about the British Cold War bomber, the Avro Vulcan (the large delta-wing bomber famous for its operations during the Falklands War). I came across a great first-edition hardcover book here at Casanova's. The price was excellent and the shipping was fast. The book is in phenomenal condition, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will keep tabs on Casanova's book offerings in the future!

If you like to dig for treasure, and are looking for a deal, this is the place. Paul provided extremely friendly service, and went above and beyond to help my grandson with snowboard boots. If you want a lot of bells and whistles and high prices -- look elsewhere!

After calling all over the place for a lower unit repair/replacement and getting timelines that were a month out, I was able to pop into Casanovas and have it replaced the same day. They went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for. Won’t go anywhere else to have my outboard serviced. I can’t recommend them enough.
