never have I experienced such high quality of customer service like i did while i was shopping at the pro shop this past week. the store was clean, everything was neat and organized, the staff was immaculate in helping me find what i needed. if i could give this shop 10 stars i would. definitely will be back!

Good selection of merchandise, roaming staff could be more helpful, only one cashier knew how to do a return so there was quite a line after Christmas and no access to bathrooms when game not going on. Store is always clean!

Place is always a pleasure. Parking is the only down fall . But you are able to use credit cards to pay for parking if you find yourself without change.

Efficient staff. Fun place for all your Bucks gear. They have it all!! Most likely one of the fue places you can get the hats designed by the players themselves. Very nice and it's fun to walk on the plaza and see the big TVs outside than go inside one of the 2 restaurants and have some food and fun. The Punch Bowl Restaurant is full of fun and games huge Jenga cornhole toss and many others. If you just want to focus on the main event than the other one is for you with TVs everywhere. Even in the bathrooms!!

There wasn't as much selection as I thought, it definitely had the basic things like tshirts and hoodies,but no jerseys!:( My sister wanted one and we went there for that so we ended up all ordering online instead.

If it’s not apparent yet, you folks need to figure out what the hell is going on with the online orders and UPDATE PEOPLE! 5 weeks plus to ship an order is absurd, and zero communication is even more absurd. I’ve had better experiences ordering off of Wish. Edit* someone from the Bucks (not company who distributes merch) and quickly remedied the issue and was very helpful. So I’ll adjust my rating from 1 star to 3

I wanted to order a custom made jersey as a gift for someone. The sales manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate my order with limited resources in the store, calling someone from the warehouse who then ran down to get what I ordered so I could purchase it. I was very impressed with the service! I would recommend the store to anyone based on the customer service experience alone!

Honestly it’s nice and I’m not complaining, but we are talking the Milwaukee Bucks pro shop here. Part of the brand new Fiserv Forum, so I expected more. It is a lot smaller than I would think it would be. I would of thought it would have been a lot bigger, more variety sometimes hint more like the packers Pro Shop which is something to see! But it’s not bad.

Finally have a Pro Shop that’s open on more than just game days. Most items are overpriced, but most pro shops are like that. Wish they would do a lot more pop up locations in Northeast Wisconsin/Fox Valley or partner with some other businesses up there. Bucks are a lot of talk and very little action when promoting tickets and merchandise outside of Milwaukee and Madison (Name of the Game).

Nice place. But....i was thinking it would be bigger with bigger selection. I realize that their is many different shops just sometimes it's nice to have one big shop with variety rather than 4 small ones with the same stuff so you have to go online to get what you are really looking for
