My derailleur and chain broke on a newly purchased bike. They were friendly on the phone and in person. They offered additional services to tune up the bike. Service was faster than I imagined and the bike rides better. Prices were comparable.

I came here solely for bearings, but their selection for anything manually powered with wheels is HUGE! The two gentlemen that assisted me were very welcoming and easy to talk to and with, and made the experience super comfortable. I will definitely recommend this shop with no hesitation all the time

I needed a bike helmet for my child. After going to another bike shop and receiving no help, I drove by Bigfoot and stopped in. They were extremely friendly and helpful! They properly fit my child for a helmet, so I decided to buy a new one, too! I am glad I stumbled across this gem!

The guys in there were so kind and helpful!! I just started biking and I know nothing and needed my tires pumped. They were nonjudgmental and very supportive! They taught me how to fill my tires and gave me a tip on how to be safer on my bike! I also bought a helmet which I don’t know anything about. They took their time to fit my head correctly and had great conversations! A wonderful shop with kind workers. Defiantly the place to go if you want to learn and not be judged!

very friendly & helpful staff member helped me find a great skate at an affordable price AND strongly encouraged that i try setting an appointment for a try-on, which was really great of them. i ended up buying skates without the appointment because i knew my size, but for anyone who’s a beginner or unfamiliar with the sizing of different brands, the appointment system is a Covid safe way to ensure satisfaction from a customer. The skates I bought were high quality and at a reasonable price. I was incredibly satisfied with my visit!

Great selection and customer service. They got me set up with quad roller skate wheels, bearings, and laces, plus taught me how to change out my wheels and adjust my trucks. Also helped me select my first skateboard. Thank you!

Honestly, I’m amazed. My husband and I are in Milwaukee on vacation and he convinced me to get a longboard and got one for our daughter too. When I was younger I only rode a normal skateboard, but never did tricks- so my husband told me that it would probably fit me more to get a longboard and ride with him. So that’s where we’re at- we decided to go on a hunt. We went to a big chain store that has a ton of longboards but ONLY complete sets (you know what I’m talking about). And I was so disappointed, prices were too high. So we looked elsewhere and found Bigfoot!! We headed to there from Racine, and it was so worth the drive. The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable, and very nice! We ended up building one board, buying a BEAUTIFUL Santa Cruz, and a penny board for our 3 year old. One that stood out to me that I almost bought was one his son had actually painted. The longboard selection is phenomenal, the selection in general is amazing. Such a good store I bought a shirt from there as my shirt from Wisconsin too!

Today we had an appointment for trying on some quad skates. The guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. We are pleased to say my wife took home a new pair of VNLA Parfaits! Glad to make the trip down to the store.

Bigfoot bike shop had a really great deal on a bicycle I had my eye own for a while. The person who owns the Bike Shop is incredibly nice patient and experience. The bikes are more than you would expect if you're looking for entry-level bike riding bikes. But still comparative you will be saving money going here. Bike repairs are a good price and you even get a coupon off on your first bike tune up, if you purchase a bicycle there. The hours are good I'm able to pick up my bike typically at the end of the day if in need of repair or get any parts that I need at a decent time! He even does follow up calls which I think is pretty cool. All in all an excellent bike shop that I will definitely be going to as a regular customer.
