I recently learned about the two year warranty on all Nike shoes and happened to pop my bubble on my black and gold vapor maxes. I called ahead and was assured that I could come in and switch them out. No problem. Needless to say I’m a happy guy today! Update I waited to post this review until I left the store they did in fact replace my shoes. I wasn’t able to get the gold/black but I got some all black ones that isn’t a problem for me. I’m just surprised that I got new shoes on the way FedEx Ground. Thanks, Nike ! Also my associate was very helpful & understanding.. 10 STARS ⭐️

Loved it returned 2 pairs of air max that had a bubble blow out and wound up getting almost 300 in store credit so my 2 boys and I all got new shoes and shirts and a lil basketball they couldn't leave alone lol

Very kind and helpful staff! Gretchen in specific was very helpful in helping me find a pair of shoes as she was showing me around the store and brought me shoes that she thought I would like. She did a great job picking shoes out for me as I walked out with 3 pairs lol. 10/10 customer service! Very sweet lady.

Great Nike store! They have good deals on shoes and even have some good sneakers from time to time. I personally have found some dunk highs here sitting in the clearance section! It’s a hit or miss with sneakers like dunks and Jordan’s, but they have all sorts of other things that are in stock!

Visited later in the evening after 7pm. Not much of a crowd and many stores were closed at 7pm. Good selection of shoes. Prices are budget friendly and clearance has tons of variety.

Let's be honest - the stuff here is like the JV of Nike apparel. I've been to Nike outlets probably 5 times in my life and have never walked out with anything. Always crowded... But if you plan on going, this review shouldn't change you mind, as it wouldn't change mine; you just gotta give it a shot yourself. You'll likely be disappointed, but then forget about that feeling in 2 years and try again (unsuccessfully) for a more fulfilling experience....

Took my son here to get a few things for school and he didn't find anything that he wanted besides a water bottle. They don't have much at all for boys size 7. The other location in Louisville has much better selection for boys that age. We were pretty disappointed in the selection they had.

First time stepping foot in a Nike Outlet and was pleasantly surprised at what I found. No where near a overpriced as I had believed the prices would be. Also I discovered very wide range of clearense items. Bought a very comfortable pair of slides for a very reasonable price. Definitely plan on a return trip

The staff does seem to be "Snobby", unless you yourself knows in the fullest detail about the item you're inquiring about, they're all young with attitudes and a very strong unwillingness to help. Highly regarded brand, that is ruining its local name for what they're supposedly there to help with, if you do not have patience, I wouldn't visit this store. Otherwise everything else is perfectly fine
