Daniel RitcheyThis was my first time to the store and I had a great experience! I came in for a shoe fitting and Leonard took the time to pick out several pairs for me to try after scanning my foot shape. By the end I was able to find a super comfortable pair of shoes that fit really well, I can't wait to try them out and see how they feel day-to-day. I'd highly recommend Fleet Feet to anyone looking for a pair of shoes.
laura adzichI did a bit of research as to where I would receive the best service when buying a new pair of running shoes in Louisville, a new home for me. I had superb service there last July, but ended up not liking my choice after trying them out in my home; I have super difficult feet to make happy. After traveling for several months, I decided to try a return months later. I went during the Christmas rush, had amazing service again with no push-back regarding the late return. The sales person was very knowledgeable and super supportive/welcoming. I am very happy with this new pair, and I will return to the shop for all my sporting needs. (Great sales rack, too!)

(For a fitting I would always need a reservation) Very thorough in collecting information of what his needs were, concerns, and shoes that have worked or not worked in the past. He didn’t stop until my son had a great fitting and comfortable pair of trainers for cross country. We will be back for track season and next year as well. Made a customer for life. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The technology used is far beyond anything else other running stores have to offer in Louisville. Any athlete who cares about fit and comfort needs go to Fleet Feet to get perfectly fitted. Not only that, but they are frequent sponsors of local races and events and help support Louisville's running community. 10/10 would recommend it.
Greg ButlerAll things considered this is the best overall consultation/customer service experience I've had in Louisville. From walking in the door to leaving they have their game down. Specialty product representatives know they can make outsiders feel like an outsider. Or, they can make you feel welcomed and edified for having met them. Donnie is a pure professional - he's responsive to the situation, informative, and seems glad to help. Fleet Feet has the right people working the right system.

Suzanne at Fleet feet was amazing. She took her time with me and I walked away with the most awesome shoes I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.

He listened to me and did not rush the shoe fitting process. Come to find out back in the Spring of 2022 Patrick helped my husband select his FIRST pair of running shoes. We are both training for the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon (October 8, 2022). During my visit Ben and David were working at the store too, they are such friendly, happy, welcoming young men.
