Final gym piece was delivered and installed today, so grateful!!I dealt with every person that is involved in this business, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris and Tim, and the ladies in the office, along with the two installers ( Toby and his partner) all were very curteous and helpful!! I live all the way in Dawson Springs, and they delivered today and back in June; that's not a short drive and round trip. You all don't know how much we appreciate this, we put a lot of money on the line and you all didn't disappoint. Trust this company to do everything they say, I was apprehensive at first because we did live far, and did the transaction over the phone, but in the end we have everything we expected. Our multi gym station is amazing and met all our expectations! For my fitness needs, I'll come down to Louisville to check this place out in person. I'm sure the drive will be worth it. Patrick and co were absolutely amazing! We got an elliptical from this store and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. They offer great financing options and very clearly communicated everything. Delivery was a breeze, and the delivery guys were super respectful and considerate in safely getting the item down to our basement without damaging the floors or walls in any way. Some of the best furniture/large appliance delivery service we’ve ever received. Truly could not recommend this place more.

Stopped by Westport location, Shannon helped me, we commiserated on back issues. Recommended I go to Plantside location to see a model, I went and Chris helped me. Got a great deal on a new XBR95, thank you!.. Just had delivery, very professional, small issue with wrong size mat, promptly addressed. Highly recommend if you are interested on top quality gear at a fair price with great service. Thanks Shannon and Chris!

Great experience with Chris and Sarah buying a treadmill. The spent time with us and answered our questions. The folks who delivered and set up our treadmill were careful and thorough. They answered my questions and told me what I needed to know about our new tread. Highly recommend!

Just bought a treadmill from Chris at the J-Town store and can't say enough about how nice the sales experience was. This is the first time I've ever been in the market for fitness equipment and knew jack about what to look for. Chris showed incredible patience and explained thoroughly the difference in the equipment and what justifies one piece of equipment's price vs. another. Their store sign says they close at 7, but even after my wife and I were in there for over an hour at 10 after 7, he was still answering our questions all the while not once pressuring us into the sale. We're building out our home gym and will definitely return when we're in the market for our next piece of equipment.

I purchased a Lemond Revmaster Pro spin bike from the J-town store in September, 2016. They were the only shop in town that had a bike on hand to try out. I have been using the bike daily for a month now, and can honestly say that I am very pleased with the purchase. You can get a serious workout in a short amount of time if you're up to it. The bike is built like a tank. I don't see any maintenance issues for a long time. The flywheel is very smooth and belt driven, which results in very quiet ride. The Pilot II computer is a nice addition, it gives you all of the feedback that you need to monitor your performance. My sales rep, Ian, was very helpful and patient as I spent a good deal of time checking out the floor model. Check these guys out if you're in the market for a new piece of gym equipment.
