Great customer service I called to ask about store hours and current sales going on and the customer service representative “Annie” went out of her way by offering to go out on the floor and search specifically what I was looking for without asking. Customer service is a big deal to me. If I’m going to spend money with your business the way you greet and treat me will determine my decision to do business with you. I really appreciate this young lady willing to do what she offered without asking. I hope her management team and corporate give her some recognition for this. It’s a big deal to me as a consumer. Thank you Annie!!!

Now that they’ve expanded they have a much greater selection of merchandise. The store was clean but seamed a little understaffed. The only employees I saw was at the register. Also, considering this is an Adidas store I would have thought there might be a good selection of Eastern Kentucky University or University of Louisville items in the store since they are Adidas schools but there was No EKU and almost nothing for UL. Come on man!

In the past 3 weeks, I've easily dropped 500 bucks here. Overall, I feel as if I get a good deal here. My only problem is, I have an extensive background in customer service... Maybe it's just me, but the kids working here seem anti social to say the most. Don't get me wrong... They do their jobs, but it seems like if you try to strike up some small talk... You are bothering them. They can't wait to take your money and get you out asap. I don't know? I just feel as if they are just a bit rude. I love the Adidas brand, I'm sure I will shop here again. I just wish I didn't feel unwelcome in a store that I love to shop at.

First time visiting was last weekend. I didn't purchase anything but my son and I went in to see if we could find any shoes or if they were having any sales going on. They did have a decent selection of shoes for children, but they didn't have the correct size he needed for the shoe he wanted. They didn't have much of a selection for women for shoes. There wasn't any sales going on when we were there but hopefully next time I go they will have some sales going on. Will be back.

Great bargains! Also, kudos to the staff. They went to the great lengths to help us find what we were looking for in the store. They also explained discounts and how purchasing another item would actually save us $20, essentially giving us that item free.

The store has a mediocre selection, but the prices are terrific if they have what you need. I got a running/training jacket for a heck-of-a-price. They guy working the checkout did not seem to want to be there at all, but I guess that’s why they call it work and not something else. I’d go back here only because the prices can’t be beAt if they have something I need. Of course I wouldn’t know if they had it until I got there, though.

Let's be honest, you probably come here for shoes. I will warn you that although discounted attached, a lot of their shoes are still quite pricey! especially the nmds and ultra boosts, don't be expecting to get a fantastic deal on these, even on the returns they have sitting on a little shelf. But they do have some good deals on clothing 🤷🏼‍♂️

Well organized. Lots of people to help if you have questions. They have lots of odd sizes and styles. Really impressed with the amount of items they have marked down, and they don't just mark down what nobody wants to wear. It's what an outlet store should be.

The store was recommended by my chiropractor for good shoes. I got the shoes he suggested and they're great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the store was also easy to navigate.

Bad experience on Memorial Day weekend, but employee took full responsibility (which in and of itself is remarkable). The fact that someone in today's society shows the integrity to step and learn from a lapse in judgement is more important than any discount. A special thanks store manager John Allen (who took the time to contact me) and was literally cleaning up vomit off the showroom floor when I arrived. A true leader that would not ask a subordinate to do something that he would not do himself. A bad experience handled in a truly professional manner. That's customer service! I would highly recommend this store just based on the people that work there.
