I was looking for shoes, and found a great set. This store has a shoe assistant/advisor who is knowledgeable on features of the various products. It's nice to have help, when shoe choice is so important. Prices are reasonable.

Thus place is huge! Alot of the Big 5's I've been to are not that big. This place had every sporting goods you need, even for water activities, like kayaking and other things! Service was very was good, they were very helpful!

Pretty cool place to go, always has quite a bit of stuff. Some of this stuff is a little too pricey for what it is, and seems like the sporting goods and the fishing stuff is kind of lacking. But there is other stuff you might want. The staff is pretty nice and very helpful. I just can't give it 5 stars

Came in here just to window shop a bit while my car was being worked on. Inquired about a gun magazine I had been looking for for a while and the manager Shae was so extremely helpful and nice. She called other stores and search all over to find not just one but 2 and it wasn't even going to be a sale for her store (I live on the north side) and she was fine with getting them sent to my store. She went above and beyond and she made me really feel like a special customer. Shae deserves a lot of praise and recognition for her hard work!

Big shout out to Sabrina, she is one of the managers. I had a problem and she was so calm and professional. She heard my concern and told me what I could do to resolve the issue. She even followed up with me the next day. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers.

Couldn't get any assistance with the shoes. Someone came by and pulled one pair out from the storeroom for me to try on, never stop back by again. Ended up buying on amazon.com.l and taking my chances on a good fit.

Good selection and good prices. I went in here to compare some items I had looked at online. They had better quality items at comparable prices. Was impressed with the selection, as I had a wide variety to choose from at many price points. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the products they carried. That is a big plus over the online competition. Next time I am in need of some sporting goods I will check out Big 5 Sporting Goods first.

Nolan was very helpful and informative! First he helped us find some basketball shoes for my son, then he gave me all the information I needed about getting fishing licenses for myself and my son, then he helped us with our purchase of said licenses, and shoes, while handling questions from other staff members and customers, all that with a smile on his face. Can't ask for more than that. Great job Nolan! I will be going back.

For Big5 this store was in perfect order, everything was where it was sposed to be and not a mess. Friendly, easy to talk to staff and great stuff. This store and the one in SW Las Vegas near the 215 are the stored to go to. The Charleston and Decatur store (although a bigger store) doesn't seem to "have it together" like the stores I mentioned.
