I guess you should watch when they ring you up. If something is 50% off then it should be taken off right there. Not my case . I noticed when I got home. It should be in the system already to pick it up and discount it. Next time I'll pay more attention to it. That's for sure.

The staff is attentive and helpful. I wasn't prepared for the prices, apparently things have gone up over the last 30 years. Very good overall experience, I would go again. It's over an hour away, but we were treated like they've known us forever. Thank you!

I have 2 boys that play sports year around and this is our go to place. There is one worker in particular that we always look for when looking for cleats and that is Trace. My oldest son complained with his feet hurting all the time and Trace took the time to find out the right fit and insert would best benefit him. There was no hesitation to pull him from another area in the store today when I requested his help for this years cleats. Everyone has always been kind in every department and we will continue to go to this store for years to come.

Bought a treadmill through the website for pick up in Barboursville WV. I drove to Barboursville and received notification that it was no longer in stock. I reordered for pick up in Charleston. The transaction processed and shortly after I received another notification that it wasn’t there either. Crazy, 2 stores and same issue. The difference, and the reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of the staff at the Charleston location. I spoke with Ryan, Elliot, and another young lady over the course of a couple weeks. They were all very kind and helpful. I have my treadmill and the experience was good because of them. The store I first mentioned had provided nothing. Actually stated, I am not sure what you want me to say, I can’t change what happens on the website. How about don’t be a Karen. Be an example to your employees and say How Can I Help Fix This For You.

My sister and I went to look for a christmas gift for my mom here. A pair of running shoes. Once this polite gentlemen saw us in his vicinity he was more than ecstatic to help us with what he needed. Sadly the shoes were not in store but we received excellent customer service from a gentlemen named Trace. He was more than kind, attentive, and went above and beyond in regards to what we asked of him initially. This man deserves a raise.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a mountain bike durig a sale which saved me 100 during this puchase. I was advised to have the bike service for free in-store before returning to pick it up. Everything appears to be oiled and running perfectly. The staff were easy to work with and showed no problem to answer any question I had concerning this product and purchase.

I bought shoes online. Took them to the store to return them, and the guy didnt give me a full refund and put it on a gift card instead of the original card. When I asked him about it he just shrugged. I contacted them on Facebook and they took care of it by crediting the full amount to my card, and I got to keep the gift card for the trouble. So they made it good. Usually I get pretty good service there though.

Shopping in the golf department..was such a pleasure.....the gentleman who waited on me was the nicest man.....he knew everything about the types of clubs.....fittings and ect...took care of my every need....will certainly be returning to this store for all of my golfing needs.......will recommend golf dept. to all of my friends

Its the usual sporting goods store, from golf to kayaking there us somerhing here for everyone. Items here seem to be of average price, most prices are well marked on the items and the seem to have a decent stock of the products that they sale. They seem short on staff and there was a lone in the checkout. They try to get you to have a membership card for savings at the register, not sure what that costs but it's annoying. They have a decent stock of apparel on hand in most sizes.

We went to Dick's Sporting Goods to get softball cleats and helmets for our granddaughters. When we arrived one of the employees helped us get the right size shoes and type for the girls and told us where the helmets we're we found them and the sizes we need and got some socks for them. Dick's has a great selection and if sizes aren't on shelf they are happy to check there inventory in back to see if they have them. Dick's give a 10% discount to activate duty and retired military so we will definitely be shopping there when we need sporting gear or clothing not just for the discount but for the quality products and services.

We had excellent service by a friendly and knowledgeable golf associate named Jonathan - he spent a lot of time with my son in the golf simulator helping him find the proper club. Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

As far as a general one stop shop for sports items and clothing, Dick's is a staple location. Staff are helpful with varying levels of knowledge and experience. Golf area and Pro. Good customer service.
