From the moment you went into the retail store, to the bar and lounge the atmosphere was fun. The staff treated you like family. Knowledgeable on everything skiing.

Awesome place to go. First when you walk in is the retail shop for Ski the East and JSkis. Then you have a horseshoe shaped bar. You the have a lounge (couches, old ski lift chairs, Super SNES and TV showing skiing/ssnowflakes. movies). The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about skiing/snowboarding/snow blades and places to go to enjoy the mountains on a snowy day. Corrine was awesome talking and showing some snowblades.

I've bought so many things from Ski The East, hats, jackets, shirts, buffs, drinkware. Their stuff is super high quality and always seems to fit just right. The best part is, normally the shipping speed is INSANELY fast. I've got 2 stickers on my car, and the license plate frame. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about them and really love supporting a small Vermont business that embodies the Ice Coast spirit. They are a fun group to follow on social media as well.

I love this company! The guys that run it couldn't be nicer, or offer better customer service (and great stuff). Last Christmas I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece, which unfortunately turned out to be out-of-stock. The owner of the company personally drove my new item to the PO, sending it overnight to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery. This year I purchased more gifts at the Boston Ski and Snowboard show. Later, I realized there was an small defect in one of the items. I contacted STE, and the guys went above and beyond again. I love supporting small local companies, and these guys make it easy. The gifts I have purchased have been big hits too. If you are looking to buy the skier or boarder in your life some fun gear - make Ski The East your first choice.

I cannot say enough good things about how awesome their customer service is. They responded immediately to my emails, and went above and beyond when it came to exchanging some clothes I received as gift that didn't quite fit. They made the exchange at no cost to me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. This is definitely a company that cares about its customers. I will be 100% be buying from them again.
