Rebecca TronoLovely staff greeted us with smiles and welcome when we walked in. Well-lit, clean, organized store with help at the ready without being obtrusive. A lovely shopping experience!
Leela RumallaWhile on vacation I visited this store, and not only were they super helpful in the store, but I left my purse there on accident and the manager emailed me once, and then with a follow-up regarding it. I had already traveled back home to Florida at that point, and she kindly agreed to send it back to me, after getting my identification. She even insisted on covering shipping costs, as well. I got my purse back safe and sound and I’m so grateful to the staff at this store. Really great customer service.
Ayla BishopSelection is lacking but it’s understandable since it’s the only lulu in this state. Particularly the red headed girl that works here as well as a dark brown short haired guy with glasses are AMAZING employees. professional, charismatic, and not in your space and annoying like 90% of the employees on church street. Also the store is always very clean and neat. :)
