Great experience in this store! Was visiting Burlington in early January and needed a new pair of snowboard pants for the next day. The staff was super helpful in taking me through the options! Also not being from the area, they spent 5-10 min telling me about the local slopes. Ended up basing my decision to go to Bolton on their recommendations. Would recommend to anyone needing snowboard gear or information about the boarding options in the area!

I have never been a Burton fanboy...., but I think I might be now. Seriously amazing customer service from David and his crew! They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! Hope the jacket lasts a long time. Ill keep you all posted.

I called the store tried to find a pair of step on boots, unfortunately they don’t have my size in stock. However, Bob was being super helpful and patient all the time answering questions and even helped me to find the last pair throughout the entire company. I’m very glad that he is the one who picked up my call this morning and it just totally made my day, THANK YOU BOB!!!

I stopped at this store on 9/27 just to look around. I ended up buying an entire new snowboard outfit and all the accessories. Really the reason I wanted to review the store is not only am I so excited about my new stuff but the entire experience was really great. Rachael B. took such good care of me, even with her broken hand. I felt confident and educated on everything I bought and although I didn’t pull the trigger on new boots, she had me try a couple on and helped me find the exact ones I’ll be asking for Christmas. This sport is a big investment but it feels so much better making it when you have such great help.

Best customer service from any retail store I’ve had in a very long time...it was that noticeable! Rachael helped me exchange a jacket I had purchased at the Summer Sale for a smaller size. I didn’t have a receipt, but the exchange was very fluid. They didn’t have the size in stock at the store but I’ll receive it at home in just 2 days from date of the transaction. Will shop here again for sure!

Great Customer service! I had called in with some pretty specific questions about a Burton snowboard for the upcoming season and the Manager was more than happy to answer all of my questions and even describe other products that I was not familiar with. Definitely a great experience and reinforces that Burton is quality all around. 🏂 👍🏼

Thomas was the BIGGEST help! The information he gave me about all the products I bought was beyond helpful - from sizing, fits and general information. He really made the experience fun and easy, and very personalized to what I was looking for. He also was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which board will help bring my riding to the next level (yay daytrader, can’t wait to ride it!). I highly suggest coming here for all your Burton needs! Not only Thomas, but everyone else working was so friendly and made the whole experience feel like I was hanging with friends. I will continue to be a Burton customer for life!!!
