We Have been interested in a hot tub for hydrotherapy to help with body aches and pains and also just a place to relax after a hard day of work! My husband and I decided to stop in and see what Jacuzzi had and to learn more about the benefits and also the not so fun things about owning hot tubs. We were greeted by Nancy N., WOW is she amazing and knows her stuff! So glad she took the time explained everything in great detail about different systems and what each had to offer. It was nice to have someone with excellent knowledge about each model available. Nancy went above and beyond for my husband and I. she helped fit us with the perfect hot tub that meets all our families needs for relaxation and therapy. She was able to have our order placed for delivery in less then 2 weeks for install and setup. Nancy did an excellent job in helping me pick the right tub and making sure that I was satisfied after getting it delivered. Also, I would like to note, the tub delivery guys were awesome also. They took my old tub away and put my new one in place without damage. If you are looking for a hot tub, go see Nancy.

The three gentlemen that showed up to deliver our jacuzzi were wonderful! They were hard working, helpful, and walked us through everything! They were also very polite and worked carefully. While getting a hot tub took a long time because of manufacturing backlogs. Nancy did a wonderful job keeping me informed during the whole process. When the day came for the hot tub to be delivered. I noticed some minor cosmetic damage from the factory. Nancy was quick to get on the phone with Jacuzzi to get the part ordered. It was nice having her there every step of the way keeping me informed and ensuring as a customer I was satisfied. As a company she was always pleasant and went above and beyond addressing any concerns I may have had to ensure at the end of the day I was a happy customer. Her alone is why I am leaving a 5 star review, she has made this journey wonderful for me.

I have been wanting a hot tub for more than 25 years, and I was finally able to save enough money to renovate my backyard to accommodate a beautiful Artesian Garden Spa from Jacuzzi of Wilmington and turn it in to my very own Oasis. Nancy answered my initial call and request for information on a hot tub. She asked what I was looking for - a modest tub without all of the bells and whistles - and showed me a couple of models that perfectly fit my wants, needs and budget! And even the most “basic” models are absolutely beautiful, and have some really cool features that make you feel like you spent a fortune! Nancy has always been available to answer any questions in any situation (even via FaceTime so we could look at details on the spa), and I know she’ll be there anytime in the future if I ever have a question or need anything at all. I will recommend Jacuzzi of Wilmington on Kirkwood Highway and Nancy to anyone who is wanting to purchase a hot tub. I look forward to many years of therapeutic and social relaxation. Just wanted to say thank you for the delivery of our Wellis Taurus hot tub this past Saturday. Gary, I will tell you the Tuscan Sun shel color really looks great! It matches our newly stamped concrete color theme. The delivery crew was in and out in 30 to 40 minutes and were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the chemicals to me and how to fill it up. The cover, cover lift and stairs were all set up before they left. I did give them the check for the remaining balance. Sabrina and I plan on getting in the hot tub tonight for the first time! We can't wait!

After purchasing our jacuzzi we encountered a communication problem which Nancy strongly supported me in resolving quickly and in our favor. Nancy also will be providing chemicals free of charge for the life of the jacuzzi. Nancy was very knowlegdeable about the jacuzzi and its functions. Nancy also was very clear on what we needed prior to delivery and installation. We purchase our spa in the fall of 2017. We bought J 35 spa off the showroom floor. Excellent customer service and set up. It was delivered in a few days and fit perfect on our patio. It was easy to hook up to plug-and-play, little later we had licensed electrician hard wired to panel box. Two reasons why I bought this spa. The first one was for the quality of the spa itself. And the second reason I bought the spa was because of the knowledge of the sales persons. They explain in detail how to use it and how to maintain and that made life a lot easier for me. I would recommend WilmingtonJacuzzi spa to anybody who is looking for good quality spa and knowledgeable staff.

It was special ordered and came in before it was promised. Gary kept me up to date on everything. When it was time for the delivery they called an hour before they arrived. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. They placed it exactly were I wanted it! They explained the set up procedures and answered all of my questions. Rasheed, Steven, & Ahmeen were awesome! Later that day Gary stopped by to explain everything else and helped me test the water. I even stopped in 2 days after my set and Gary again helped me test my water sample. If I were to describe my hot tub purchase experience using one word, it would simply be "WOW"! I purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi of Wilmington at the Home Show in Philly. I had a delivery date a month away, which they accommodated. When the delivery guys showed up, the realized what a challenge they were up against in getting the hot tub to the designated location in the small back yard of my twin home. They immediately game planned and when they explained to me what they had in mind, my initial thought was "no way". They carried out their plan to perfection, as if they had done it a thousand times. What a great delivery duo. It takes a lot to impress me, but I was thoroughly impressed! After we got the tub ready to use, I was disappointed to see that a pump wasn't working properly. Here is where a company shows their true colors...service AFTER the sale. One of the owners, Grant, stopped by for what he was expecting to be an easy fix. He found out otherwise. I purchased the floor model from the show and, apparently, things need to be rewired for show purposes. Most companies would probably just schedule a future date to send a technician, but Grant went the extra mile. He sent pictures to a technician and the tech walked him through the fix on the phone so that we could enjoy the tub ASAP. THAT, folks, is called customer service! Since then I have spoken with folks there regarding the chemicals and the likes, as this is all new to me. They were all cordial and willing to explain things to my satisfaction. Grant texted me just last week to see how everything was going. I was shocked. They didn't "sell" me something, they started a "relationship", not by a good sales job, but by amazing customer care after the sale. I highly recommend this company. Great hot tub, great install, great customer care. All in all, this was a five star experience. Go get yourself one!

The model J385 is great. Strong well placed jets. Install was a breeze. Gary at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Wilmington DE was real nice, informative and helpful. He suggested a great Electrician as well. Delivery and removal was a breeze due to a wonderfu crew. Previous Hot Springs owner, Jacuzzi has much more to offer, stronger jets, better placement and overall design. Great price point as well.
